I HAVE PURCHASED ONE SAMSUNG 40” LCD TV IN THE ACCOUNT OF ONGC,MUM ( A/C K M JHA ) MODEL …40B530P7(1).. VIDE INVOICE NO …5565.. DATED …20.12.2009... THOUGH M/S ARCEE ELECTRONICS LTD, PANVEL, NEW MUMBAI, MAHARASHTRA. THE SET WAS INSTALLED ON 22.12.2009 WITH PROPER STABLIZER. SINCE BEGNING THE PERFORMANCE OF PICTURE QUALITY WAS NOT SATISFACTORY. IT WAS DETORIATING DAY BY DAY AND BECAME TOTALLY NON-FUNCTIONAL ONLY AFTER 10 DAYS OF INSTALATION. ULTIMATELY A COMPLAIN NO …[protected]… DATED …12.01.2010… WAS LODGED AT M/S. ARCEE ELECTRONICS. ALSO THE MATTER HAS BEEN DISCUSSED SEVERAL TIMES ON TELEPHONE TO YOUR CUSTOMERE CARE CENTRE. AN e-mail was also send on 14.01.2010 THE TRANSECTION NO Is [protected]. BUT STILL TILL DATE THE SET IS NOT BEEN REPLACED.
I, THEREFORE, REQUEST YOU TO DO THE NEEDFUL FOR REPLACEMENT OF THE LCD TV SET AT THE EARLIEST. HOPPING FOR YOUR PROMT AND POSITIVE RESPONSE.

Samsung Refrigerator — malfunctioning
Dear Sir,I have booked a complaint for my Single Door Samsung Refrigerator having BP No-[protected] on 07.12.09 through my mobile in Patna on telephone no. [protected]. The service engineer visited my home on 09.12.09 and redressed the complaint taking a service charge of Rs.220.60 and change a part costing Rs.162.00 named DA47-00134B giving a receipt no 9274 dated 09.12.09 for Rs.382.00.
After one week I found that the problem started to occur again i.e in Ice Chamber excess ice started to come and the bulb of the refrigerator got fused.
I again made a complaint on telephone no,[protected] on 22.12.09 for the problem perssisting in my refrigerator. I received a call on my mobile from service engineer regarding the problem and it was assured that it will be rectified very soon. After three days I again contacted the person on mobile no. through which he contacted me,but to no avail.
I again made a complaint on telephone no [protected] on 02.01.10 narrating the whole incident but till date no service engineer has visited my home to shortout the problem persisting in my refrigerator.
It is really awful that such a prestigious company is rendering such type of services which is beyond the expectations of any consumer.
Kindly arrange to sortout the problem immediately otherwise again I will be forced to pay the service charges after competion of one month from my first service i.e.09.01.2010.
