louged a complaint at service center on dated 5th january 2010. MY complain B.P. No. is [protected] .Engineer visited to us and said a spare should be changed.since i have not received any phone calls regarding this. everyday i contact to service center they said i arranged the call and nothing happens.

Samsung CRT monitor — the worst part of service

Even if they have the on-site service facility...the service center present at Forest Park area, Bhubaneswar, demanded to bring the product to their service center...
No matter...The way they treated shows that the people working at that particular Samsung service center. are really rude...They behave as if a uneducated rogue...The staffs also didn't forget to discuss on the matter what me and my friend were talking about...And passed comments...This was really disheartening...Then I lodged a complaint regarding this issue on the official website...
There has been no response since 20 days...So where is the reliability??????

Samsung CRT monitor — Unfair treatment regarding replacement during warranty

I have purchased a Samsung 17" CRT monitor, model no. 793S in March, 2006. After about 2.5 years, the monitor was giving some problem and I took it to Samsung Authorsied Service Centre for repair. The monitor has a 3 years warranty and was still under warranty. They took around 20 days to get back to me to say that the monitor is irrepairable and I can get the replacement for the same. After few days, I got a call that I can either get the monitor replaced with the adjustment of only 60% of the original price I paid for it or I can get back 60% of the price as refund.
The argument given is that since I have used the monitor for more than 2 years, the value of monitor has depreciated by 40%.
Why should the value of monitor be depreciated? I have purchased the monitor assuming that it would last more than the warranty period. If a fault has occured in the unit within warranty period, company should replace it without applying any depreciation. After all, the monitor is of the same value to me even if the company consider the value to be depreciated.

    I have purchased a Samsumg 180 Litres capacity from Anandakumar Home Appliances at Cuddalore, Tamil Nadu on 07.01.2010. Within three days the water leakage problem observed and reported to the Sales Centre. One Service Personnel came and told that there was no problem after making some adjustments. Even after that during power failure the water is leaking and coming to the bottom of the fridge. In some times the water leakage is also observed even when the power is available. This is absolutely a manufacturing defect and the fridge is to be replaced with new one. If the fridge is malfunctioning within one week from the date of purchase who long will it work satisfactorily? When we contacted the sales centre there is no possibility of replacement. We are cheated with a worst equipment. We want immediate replacement with new one. Other wise we will give open public notice in the news paper about the malfunctioning of Samsung Refrigerator.       To whomsoever it may concern,
      This is to bring to your notice the laxity of "SAMSUNG" in dealing with a minor customer complaint lodged by myself and which is still unresolved 5 months later.

      I had purchased a Samsung refrigerator model No: SG629EESWHXTL,620 lIters in dated[protected] with a warranty extending upto 2 years.
      In[protected] we informed Bismi electronics ,Kerala ,Kochi and Samsung Service center ,Kochi about a complaint in the cooling system of the fridge following which they took the said fridge for repairs after replacing it with a small service fridge temporarily. The complaint registed NO : [protected].
      Inspite of paying Rs 2280 Bill No: 3071towards repairs, Samsung was unable to repair the same.
      Hence they offered to replace the same and we paid a sum of Rs 13089 as DD from Federal Bank panmpally nagar ,Kochi on 18 th Dec as required by them towards depreciation.
      To our utmost surprise and dismay totally different model # SG629EPNSHXTLof a Samsung refrigerator in a smaller capacity of 560 liters was delivered to us.
      We have since contacted Mr Joseph ,Branch Manager and Jeffery that the smaller fridge is unacceptable.not only was this official unable to explain why our particular model or a different model of same capacity was not offered as replacement,but also Mr. Joseph has had the audacity to not even answer our phone calls nor return them.
      This sort o[censored]nproffessional approach is totally unacceptable from a reputed company like SAMSUNG.
      I am surethat SAMSUNG will definitely look into the matter and resolve it as follows:
      1. either replace the refrigeratorwith the same model and capacity or another model of same capacity Which like.
      or
      2. Refund the amount of Rs 13089 as it doesn't make sense to pay more for a smaller fridge.
      Expecting a RESOLUTION with IMMEDIATE effect.

      Samsung — capacity of refrigerator

      purchase refrigerator of 400 lts capacity on 05.11.10 on opening the packing i find that the unit is having capacity of 377 lts as per the sticker fixed on the door. Inspite of repeated requests needful is not done.

        I have purchased SAMSUNG SCH-W299 DUAL GSM+CDMA Phone @ Rs. 11,999/- on 31 Jan 2010, from Reliance Web World Out let as I have Reliance Prepaid and Airtel Post paid sims.
        The instrument have only
        (1) 16 characters name field,
        (2) Message is not received and sent as ONE MESSAGE ..gets split & goes in two to three shots. cannot forward any message if it is splitted, is not it? and messages comes in many parts
        (3) NO conversation recording facility (although they have mentioned in user manual, a camera button to be pressed and hold while talking, but not recording)
        (4) NO FM radio songs recording facility
        (5) NO saving option in the existing list
        (6) NO user friendly icons/options.
        (7) Many unknown options suchs as P-Pause, T- Pause, Sweeping Command etc., which have no explanations as to what it is..(All the customers are not intelligent is not it).
        Even smaller cell phones does have these..how can we expect that SAMSUNG doesnot provide.. I could not expect..this...
        I am totally disappointed. Earlier (and even today I use) I have been using a China Mobile Model Mirae Comm comp Ltd, Model MGH 870. I purchased it for Rs. 6,000/-. This phone has all the facilities even more user friendly. AFter using it for two years, I thought of shifting it to A BRANDED instrument. Thereby purchased SAMSUNG.
        Now, Totally disappointed.
        I took it to SAMSUNG customer care.. even they are blinking and reloaded the soft ware and couldnot do anything..
        Now..what should I do.. i want to return the cell-phone..pls advise... want to get-rid-off..and get back my money..

        SAMSUNG SCH-W299 — SYNCHRONISATION WITH PC

        I PURCHASED A NEW SAMSUNG SCH-W99-DUAL MODE PHONE.BUT,THERE IS NO SYNCHRONISATIONOPTION IN PHONE WHEN CONNECTED TO PC VIA PC STUDIO 5.ALSO VERSION USED BY M-569 IS MUCH HIGHER THAN USED IN THIS PHONE.EVERY CONTACT HASTO BE COPIED MANUALLY..

        SAMSUNG SCH-W299 — Deficient and lethargic service

        Dear Sir / Madam,

        I have recently purchased a Samsung Mobile (SCH - W299) and unfortunately not within a month's time I had to visit a service centre as the handset was not giving access to the memory card (even after entering the default '00000000' password).

        The service center politely asked me to get a receipt of the handset and told me only on getting the receipt the problem could be solved in 15 minutes. However when it came to solving the problem, after 10 minutes they told me that it will take atleast 4 days and told me to inquire the next day. On follow up I was told that it could take 15-20 days and a standby can be issued only after two days ignoring the fact that i had pre-informed that I’d appreciate if a standby is kept ready in case it is taking longer.

        On redemanding the standby, i was told that there were none available and will not be possible to issue a standby till then and the phone was abruptly hung up.

        Accordingly, I would like to lodge a complaint against the service centre for not being active enough and considering the grievances of the customers even after informing them.

        Request you to take appropriate action so that the prompt and efficient service is provided to the customers.

        Further, in connection with the handset, since it was a new handset, i see no reason to understand what could have gone worng that it takes 15-20 days to repair and hence would request that a fresh handset be issued against the same.

        Prompt action will be appreciated as i am already suffering loads of financial loss and mental trouble on account of non operation of two mobile numbers on which i receive my personal as well as business calls (I’m not being compensated for the same either).

        I agree .. moreover the service centre executives are ignorant of the same and insist that you syncornise and take backup of your handset we will not be responsible. Tell me when the synchronisation is disabled .. how will i ensure that i have a backup of all the files and settings?

        SAMSUNG SCH-W299 — not delivered a product as promised

        1.A packed box for samsung sch-w299 mobiles says it has hand writting recognition ,but it does not work ....i cannt find such function in this phone...then how can they print such things on thier box.....hats off to samsung....
        2. moreover that user manual (packed in a box)has page 28 after page no 25...page no 26 and 27 are missing which describes a function for handwritting recognition....while the one(user manual) dowloaded from net contains these pages...????
        3. a basic function for putting your cellphone on silent or in meeting mode does not come handy in this cellphone....
        4. you can not switch between calls....

        ... to summarize samsung has failed to give all promised features for which we have paid the money in buying this cellphone samsung sch-w299.....

        Samsung — promised product not delivered.

        COMPLAINT:

        BOUGHT A SAMSUNG LED 5003 FROM DAVAR'S, GURGAON HAVING SEEN AN OFFER IN THE NEWSPAPER ON 14TH AUG. I WAS SHOWN A TV SIMILAR TO THE ONE ON OFFER BECAUSE THE ONE ON OFFER WAS A NEW ONE AND WAS JUST SHIPPED. THE TV SHOWN COULD PLAY ALL FORMATS OF MOVIES FROM THE USB AND HENCE THE ACTUAL TV WOULD EVENTUALLY DO THE SAME. I GET THE TV AND TO MY SURPRISE THE USB DOES NOT DETECT ANY MOVIE FORMATS. DO I CALL THIS CHEATING?

        THIS CALLS FOR A LEGAL CASE.

          I bought a Samsung Mate last week on 6th Feb, 2010. The phone seemed ok when I bought it with everything seemingly working well. But when I began using it 2 days later, the problems started. The phone had a loud volume, but compensated on clarity. The result was everytime I spoke to anyone, the sound was garbled. I had to ask people to repeat sentences many times. Initially I assumed it was a network issue and hence did not raise a flag. But the problem persisted at every location. This of course could not be a network fault. To confirm my suspicions, I inserted my SIM into my bro's phone, and the sound clarity was much better there. Which then led me to conclude the phone was faulty. It was almost like I had to strain my ears to hear and if I raised the volume, it got way too loud and still was unclear.

          Since there was no resolution I went back to the store to tell them that I want to buy another model in exchange and I would pay the difference. They said I would have to go to a Samsung centre, which would be closed on Sunday (14th Feb). On Monday I went to the one nearest to me in Andheri East only to know that they had shut down. The next day, the centre in Borivli inspected my phone and declared no faults with it and refused to exchange it. They just insisted that the phone had perfect clarity.

          I now have reason to believe that I made a mistake by buying Samsung and should have stuck to the tried and tested Nokia probably. At least they make better phones!

          i purchased a samsung corby mate from hotspot sector 14 and i have been given an alredy used set. can anyone please tell me to whom should i complaint?
          I need complete performance details of Samsung corby mate because with my first salary i am going to buy this phone and hope it should not disappoint me...Can anyone help me in this issue whether to purchase this phone or Nokia 6303??? Please help me friends...
          i to have a problem in samsung corby mate i bought in jan 28 2010 after 20day my phone has problem like when i want to listen to music it is hang and i have to remove batter and switch on. I went to samsung authorized service center and he loaded new software and after 1 week again the problem started to hang.

          Yes i 2 agree on this. The worst think i did in last month is to buy a samsung corby mate. Model is good looking apart from that. There are lot of trouble in builted in that. Mobile is hanging when listing to the music.It's get hanged and after re-instering the battery once again some times solved the problem. Lot of booting problem.And more over the samsung service centre are the most worst servicing centres. There more interested on the money rather than effective service. For even small problems like music player hang. They will again install the software. And i am sure, the problem will touch you again with in no days.Friends my sincere suggestion is not to buy this corby mate mobile. Better go to Nokia, We can find some solution for any problems in the internet. The one who interested to waste money can happily go for this mobile...

          i had the same hanging problem with my samsung corby mate music player .
          i reset my java application by using this code.
          *2767*5282# (Java Reset)
          *2767*2878# Reset Custom EEPR0M . now its working proper.
          but i am facing another problem, when i am trying to select "All tracks" option its always showing empty. it doesn't load music tracks automatically. i don't know why its happening like this...

          i had buy corby mate on 24th nov 2010...

          but i'm not satisfied with this mobile coz this mobile doesn't support high resolution photos & in memory card image, u can view only one image at a time, if want to see another image, u have to close the viewed image. (but i u want to see continous image, u have to move it to phone image folder)

          My family member (mom, dad, sis & myself) like to use nokia, bcoz it is always best..
          but i made a mistake by buying this samsung mobile..

          pls dont buy samsung... always buy NOKIA...

            To The Manager of consumer complaints,

            Given below the clear mails exchanged between Sansung customer care and me till date, It also has information of the date of registering complaint with Samsung customer and until today the Television has not been rectified and further more their service engineer has Taken some main boards from my LCD Television and given old boards to say me that they are new. Then the next sales engineer Mr shashak comes after two days and says that this board has components wrongs soldered, HOW CAN A COMPANY ORIGINAL BOARD HAVE ITS COMPONENTS FITTED IN REVERSE DIRECTION, THIS MEANS THEIR ENGINEERS SENT TO ME HAVE CHEATED ME BY PROVIDING A OLD BOARD.

            I HAVE ALREADY PAID THEM APPROX 6300 INR UNTILL NOW AND STILL MY TELEVSION IS NOT WORKING NOR THEY HAVE GIVEN ME BACK MY ORIGINAL BOARD OF THE TELEVSION.

            Dear Sir,



            To whom so ever it may concern



            I have bought unfortunately a Samsung LCD TV on[protected], which I deeply regret to do so against sony TV only because Samsung boasts of a good service network. But the same has proved totally wrong in my case and maybe if I blog will find thousands more personnel suffering from Samsung





            I have browsed your site and called your customer care who has registered the complaint on[protected] for problem of my 40inches LCD TV LA40R81, the TV does not go on instead the red light comes on and trips.



            One Samsung engineer came along after two days of the complaint, who said that the power board has a problem and the same needs repair and I will be informed of the changes after 3 days , but after four days passing I called up them and they took one more day to inform me the cost and where about of my power board. ( as every time I called him he spoke to me of a computer monitor board)



            Having informed the price and agreed by me he sent his personnel after two days to install this so called NEW POWER BOARD into my LCD, but the man who came was looking at the bend of the wires removed from the board to select where to place the pin (Very well trained engineers, and Samsung talks of quality). After fixing the same there was no improvement in the problem of the television, now this engineer said he does not what to do, and tried calling all his office engineers.



            Finally I had to call Mr Rajender who was told to me as he is the main head manager. But even after he spoke in a conference call with his subordinates, although they promised in the conference call to attend the next day no one turned up. Neither did this manager feel it necessary to follow up the case when it has come upto him.

            After two days when I call him again he brings in one more engineer so called as a higher qualified engineer than the earlier one he spoke to and he too as a good employee working under him agreed but did not turn up. Again today i.e 5th feb evening 7pm, no one has turned I try to call both these personnels and their phones are switched off, while one of them does not even pick the phone.





            I would like to know if this is the normal way of working of Samsung service team. And if there is really any one who is responsible for attending to this problem.



            I also would like to inform that I am a supplier to Samsung for all their handling applications they use our products, and will send my next mail to all in the plant to know if my services are better or what they do is better





            Finally, this mail is only a hope that there could be one more senior engineer who will be little different to behavior of these above mentioned personnel who can really solve this problem

            We thank you for sending your company personnel to rectify the problem. He has changed the main mother board and the TV started to work.

            As given in my earlier mail, that the earlier personnel who came had taken the power board and brounght the so called new power board as supplied by samsung COMPANY, this board has one of the resistors/ electronic parts fixed in it in the opposite direction / poles wrongly soldered. This was rectified by your company personnel Mr. Shashank [protected]. kINDLY CLARIFY DOES SAMSUNG NOT HAVE A TEST DONE BEFORE DELIVERY OF THE BOARDS FOR SURE IT DOES. IF YES THEN MR ANVER [protected] CLAIMS THAT THIS IS NEW and was claiming an amount of 1800 for the same, which I had informed him that I shall pay him if he comes and returns my original board which he took from my TV, he said on 06/02/2010 when your engineer Mr Shashak was there and he too told him that the board supplied by him had the resistor wrongly fitted, he said he will come in one and half hour, now it is 24 hrs from the time of call he has not turned up.

            Now, the status of the repair has cropped up a new problem, the screen has lost its resolution thus shows pictures like negatives, who is responsible for this?

            If what Mr anver is claiming that he has given a new board, then now my complete TV has all circuit boards new as of Samsung make and I have this problem.

            I request serios action in this regard and immediate rectification to my full satisfaction.

            The mails bounces back when I use these two mails given by Mr Anver for reporting my complaint. Please provide necessary mail ID wherein I can discuss this issue with top officials.

            I have bought unfortunately a Samsung LCD TV on[protected], which I deeply regret to do so against sony TV only because Samsung boasts of a good service network. But the same has proved totally wrong in my case and maybe if I blog will find thousands more personnel suffering from Samsung





            I have browsed your site and called your customer care who has registered the complaint on[protected] for problem of my 40inches LCD TV LA40R81, the TV does not go on instead the red light comes on and trips.



            One Samsung engineer came along after two days of the complaint, who said that the power board has a problem and the same needs repair and I will be informed of the changes after 3 days , but after four days passing I called up them and they took one more day to inform me the cost and where about of my power board. ( as every time I called him he spoke to me of a computer monitor board)



            Having informed the price and agreed by me he sent his personnel after two days to install this so called NEW POWER BOARD into my LCD, but the man who came was looking at the bend of the wires removed from the board to select where to place the pin (Very well trained engineers, and Samsung talks of quality). After fixing the same there was no improvement in the problem of the television, now this engineer said he does not what to do, and tried calling all his office engineers.



            Finally I had to call Mr Rajender who was told to me as he is the main head manager. But even after he spoke in a conference call with his subordinates, although they promised in the conference call to attend the next day no one turned up. Neither did this manager feel it necessary to follow up the case when it has come upto him.

            After two days when I call him again he brings in one more engineer so called as a higher qualified engineer than the earlier one he spoke to and he too as a good employee working under him agreed but did not turn up. Again today i.e 5th feb evening 7pm, no one has turned I try to call both these personnels and their phones are switched off, while one of them does not even pick the phone.





            I would like to know if this is the normal way of working of Samsung service team. And if there is really any one who is responsible for attending to this problem.



            I also would like to inform that I am a supplier to Samsung for all their handling applications they use our products, and will send my next mail to all in the plant to know if my services are better or what they do is better





            Finally, this mail is only a hope that there could be one more senior engineer who will be little different to behavior of these above mentioned personnel who can really solve this problem

            Now, the status of the repair has cropped up a new problem, the screen has lost its resolution thus shows pictures like negatives, who is responsible for this?

            If what Mr anver is claiming that he has given a new board, then now my complete TV has all circuit boards new as of Samsung make and I have this problem.

            I request serios action in this regard and immediate rectification to my full satisfaction.

            The mails bounces back when I use these two mails given by Mr Anver for reporting my complaint. Please provide necessary mail ID wherein I can discuss this issue with top officials.

After fixing the same there was no improvement in the problem of the television, now this engineer said he does not what to do, and tried calling all his office engineers.

            Finally I had to call Mr Rajender who was told to me as he is the main head manager. But even after he spoke in a conference call with his subordinates, although they promised in the conference call to attend the next day no one turned up. Neither did this manager feel it necessary to follow up the case when it has come upto him.

            After two days when I call him again he brings in one more engineer so called as a higher qualified engineer than the earlier one he spoke to and he too as a good employee working under him agreed but did not turn up. Again today i.e 5th feb evening 7pm, no one has turned I try to call both these personnels and their phones are switched off, while one of them does not even pick the phone.

            I would like to know if this is the normal way of working of Samsung service team. And if there is really any one who is responsible for attending to this problem.

            I also would like to inform that I am a supplier to Samsung for all their handling applications they use our products, and will send my next mail to all in the plant to know if my services are better or what they do is better

            Finally, this mail is only a hope that there could be one more senior engineer who will be little different to behavior of these above mentioned personnel who can really solve this problem

IF YES THEN MR ANVER [protected] CLAIMS THAT THIS IS NEW and was claiming an amount of 1800 for the same, which I had informed him that I shall pay him if he comes and returns my original board which he took from my TV, he said on 06/02/2010 when your engineer Mr Shashak was there and he too told him that the board supplied by him had the resistor wrongly fitted, he said he will come in one and half hour, now it is 24 hrs from the time of call he has not turned up.

            Now, the status of the repair has cropped up a new problem, the screen has lost its resolution thus shows pictures like negatives, who is responsible for this?

            If what Mr anver is claiming that he has given a new board, then now my complete TV has all circuit boards new as of Samsung make and I have this problem.

            I request serios action in this regard and immediate rectification to my full satisfaction.

            The mails bounces back when I use these two mails given by Mr Anver for reporting my complaint. Please provide necessary mail ID wherein I can discuss this issue with top officials.

            LCD 19" TV - Harassment to the Customer

            We purchased a 19"LCD TV from Digital Shoppy, Habsiguda, Hyderabad on 20th April 2008.
            On 2nd Dec, tuesday evening the TV didn't power on when we switched it on . We logged a complaint with the toll free number and were told it will be attended next day. No one turned up next day and we called again. On Thursday one of the service engineer came to our residence and replaced the capacitor. When he switched it on, a small spot was seen on the screen and my son asked what it is. The technician said it will go away and rubbed it. But it spread and he said the LCD has to be replaced. He ordered for the LCD and said it will be replaced once received. Two technicians again after our repeated follow up came on 10th with a LCD panel and replaced the panel.They found the replaced panel as DOA and wanted to take the TV to service centre.After we asking them to take it in a proper packing and providing the packing also it was taken in a shopping bag. After a day we received a call from service centre that it is a physical damage issue and we have to pay for the panel.
            When there is no mistake from our side I truly can"t understand why we have to accept that it was damaged by us and pay them. If it was a physical damage under first instance why was a panel ordered in warranty? If the replacement panel was working the repair would have finished by now. Why the customer is harassed this way. I repeat there was no damage at all. The TV was not powering after switching off in the afternoon and switched on in the evening. There was no issue apart from this with the TV.

            Hope the Company understands the pledge of the customer and takes a prompt action without harassing us anymore for the mere fault of purchasing a Samsung Product and nothing else.

            Samsung India Pvt Ltd — defective product sales and bad service

            This is will great dishearted mail from my end. I was an employee of Samsung India during 2008. With great hopes I bought Samsung split AC during 2009-May.
            My complaints are

            1. Installation was not happened as per my request. Engrs from franchisee came and did the installation on their own comfort day. started the relation with Sorry.
            2. From the day one cooling was not up to mark.
            3. First complain lanched ( I do not remember the date) with samsung after 2 months of installation I believe.
            4. Engrs came from samsung franchise.attended my complaint morethan 5 times.
            5. Did some welding and all junk activities. But no one had given me the customer service report.
            6. Then with great difficulty I got the confirmation from Call center team that I will get another new replacement.
            7. Till today am following with Samsung call center team and no solution to my problem.
            8. The worst part of service is no curtesy to customer.
            9. Even when i call ccc s only wrong committements, just to convince the customer by that time itself.
            10. Been a SAMSUNG Ex. Employee I know what is great about SAMSUNG product. But due to pathetic Service response today an internal samsung employed customer is totally dissatisfied.

            I am facing a serious problem with Samsung Split AC about a month back...One of them is still not functional after 1 month of installation ...the SAmsung support team has put the blame on the dealer...(Dawars Open World)
            The dealer has extremely poor service and incompetent engineers who are not only not able to resolve the issue but are also creating further damage each time they visit us
            Samsung seems to be least bothered, which is surprising as we had bought the ACs because of the Samsung brand which we would not touch again nor recommend
            Our problem remains unsolved and we are still not able to use the AC in this sweltering heat due to negligience/incompetence of the company and its dealers

            I purchased a Samsung GALAXY S (Model:I9000 IME: [protected]) just a week
            before on 19th-May and today morning on 26th-May I was not able to see anything
            on screen.

            I talked to Customer call Service center and they forwared me to a local sevice
            center in pune. Pune sevice center reported that Display of mobile is gone.

            I am surprised about display issue, ONLY in one week???????

            Can you explain and give me any one reason not to regret choosing Samsung?

            I had registered a complain no. [protected] on Nov 27 for my TV. The turn of event since then tells me that Samsung India is taking its consumers for a ride. They are just delaying giving me a resolution and keep oscillating between refund of my money or repairing the product.

            1. Engineer came for inspection, asked for service charge in cash and refused to give me receipt, saying it is as per the policy.
            2. He said mother board needs to be replaced, which will take some time. After 7 days, I was told spares are not available and I need to take depreciated value as compensation.
            3. They offered me 49% of my product cost to which I protested that why should i shell out additional money from my pocket and buy a new TV just because you do not have spares available.
            4. When I protested, they again offered me today (Dec 7, 2012) an option to repair.

            It seems either there is some sort of a collusion on spares front or service centers are simply looking at easy way out. If repair was possible, why did they lie to me and why suddenly after I have put pressure on them, spares seem to have emerged from no where. This an utter malpractice where depreciated value and repair services are used as a bargaining chip by Samsung India team.

            I have written atleast half a dozen mails to Senior Executives as well as CEOs office. I have also made several phone calls to the customer care. All i got in return was some call backs, asking about the problem every time and everyone saying the same thing "Let me talk to my senior and get back to you".

            And it seems there is no coordination between the officials talking to me - yesterday (Dec 6, 2012) someone called and told me that i will get 51% of value of my product as per policy but they can increase the compensation as a customer satisfaction gesture. Today I git another call saying I will get only 49% and if that is not acceptable, we will think of repairing your product. This seems to be running in loop with customer suffering for no fault of his.

              Respected Sir, This is to inform you that please do not advertise your product untill you dont have after sales service and spare parts ready for repairing under warrenty period.You have a pathetic srevice for repairing . I am frustrated now . I have bought samsung star touch screen 2 pcs for my both the children on 20-9-09.Since its purchase 1 phone was not working properlly if some other person try to call him gets the massage the person is not available or has swiched off the mobile inspit that the mobile is swiched on. After using it for 2- 3 months my son complaned me and i send it to your moti nagar service center they took about 15- 17 days and said they have changed its mother board .After thet the phone was still in that condition, unable to catch the signal network.anyhow i deposit the same on[protected] again that mobile phone to tha service center moti nagar .
              I got dates every weak for its repairing but till tyhe date i could not got my mobile back . Please tell me what to do sould i wait for some miracle or sould i go to consumer forum. Waiting for your reply.

                    It is sad to say that I have seemingly made a mistake by buying a Samsung LCD TV. Having raised a complaint on[protected] on 10th of Feb, I only got a response 2 days back and that too was not resolved as the engineer did not had the part to be replaced. It was told it would be done the next day(i.e.13th of Feb). I have tried calling the helpline no. again and got a typical response that I would get a call back the same day itself. I was told today that the part is not available, is it too much to call back and inform the customer the status of his complaint!!!

                    It just goes to show that a company like Samsung may spend thousands on TV Ads but would be apathetic to customer service. I am looking for someone who can buy this pathetic television from me and its just been 3 months!!! Will surely not commit the same mistake of buying Samsung again.

                    If this is how customers under warranty are treated then God help Samsung!!

                    Whats Next - Samsung after poor cusotmer service??

                      I had purchased a LCD 32 inch TV from Home Town, Pune on January 3, 2010 Model No LA32B550 Article Code[protected] which was delivered to me on January 6, 2010. Unfortunately from day one the Tv shuts off automatically when been seen, I have made complaints they came once for servicing. Unfortunately the fault has not been rectified. The service of Samsung products is very bad i must admit. It is requested that a proper person be deputed immediately and the fault rectified.

                      Samsung — LCD non functional

                      My lcd tv got repaired and jus after repairs, its memory dosnt store antthing. I can programm it as it gets reset automatically after sometime..

                        Dear Sir/Madam,

                        We have booked LG 368YTQG4 Fridge and Samsung Plazma TV B450 on 26.01.2010, till date we have not received the delivery of the product. The Dealer is continuosly delaying the delivery. Since we had taken this products on EMI through Bajaj Finance, first they told us that Bajaj Finance has not given the approval. When we checked with Bajaj Finance the loan for these products is already approved and they informed the dealer to give the delivery. We have already paid doen payment of 18250 for these 2 products 4250 on 26.01.10 & 14000 on 06.02.10. Now when we call the dealer he claims that they do not have stock available but when we booked these items they told that stock is available.

                        We are fed up continuosly following up with Rahi Electronics for delivery, its a mental torture when we pay down payment, Loan is approved and we do not get the delivery on time. Recently they told us we will get delivery on 08.02.10, then on 12.02.10, then on 13.02.10,, 14.02.10 and now they told delivery will be done on 20.02.10, but not confirming any thing.

                        Request you to please look into our matter and advise as we want delivery by today or tomm. They have kept our money with them now for more than 15-20 days.

                        Once again a wrong commitment, rahi electronic told they will deliver the Fridge and TV on 20.02.10 but failed to do so, instead they delivered the display piece plasma TV which we refused to accept. We went to the police station on 20.02.10 to lodge complaint against Rahi electronics { 2 stupid sales man - Santosh/Rathod and their boss-main owner who sits in their Goregoan branch.} Really these people are shameless, we told them that we will complaint to police and they were still cool about it and told us do whatever and go whereever you want.

                        Police has given them more 7 days to deliver both the products else on 27.02.10 these 3 people will be put behind bars{ as per police }. But we are still not sure whether we will get our products on 27.02.10.

                        Can you please suggest me what should be done. I want to put claim on Rahi Electronics for this mental torture for sitting on our money and not delivering our products till date.

                        Thought Consumer Court will help me but have not received any reply from them for my last complaint.

                        Can anyone assist us in this matter.

                        Same bad experience I also faced. Ordered an LG fridge in last year July(2016) but did not receive until a month of commited date.Rahi workers kept asking for more time but due to urgency i cancalled the order which I kept paying ESC for until closure so that they don't have settlement issues. But now ESC also closed on April but no news about reverting the funds back to me. Every follow-up i get only commitment of expecting a cheque next day to my house. All false promises i am done request and being firm about necessary repayment but instead they are putting surcharge of interest of manufacturer to me to pay additional. If anyone plans to go to Rahi goregaon for purchase beware you may end up spending working hours tracking these guys first for delivery then for refunds. Horrible ppl. Ridiculous decision ever to take their service ever.

                            I purchased SAMSUNG fully automatic washing machine Model WA82VSL on 08/08/2009 from Vasanth & Co.,Tuticorin. In our second wash 2 cothes were torn & we complained to the seller over phone & he sent authorised Samsung service people to verify the complain. Two times their technicians came & the second technicians way of talking was in such a manner that we didnt know to use the washing machine, whereas we have been using fully automatic IFB w/m since last 15/16yrs with no problems. Further this tech wanted us to blindly sign their customer service form wherein he mentioned "complain rectified" which we refused. We told him let us write our remarks & then would sign & shall give it to you only after taking a xerox copy of the same. He called his authorised service center & informed the same & on their advise he did'nt take any signature & took the form & went off. Our customer Id # was [protected].
                            Then the Showroom people changed the machine wherein our customer Id # also changed to [protected] dt:22/08/09.
                            Till date I have the same problem & many many clothes have been torn, on complaining each time someone calls up over phone & then say we would talk to our Delhi office & get back to you but then they dont call us back till we make another complain.
                            The problem with this model machine is that the cloth gets week after each wash, we can see this ( i dont know the right word to say) being collected in the filter ( which we have to clean after each wash) alongwith dirt. The service people call the whole thing as dust / dirt. Whereas, its dirt + cloth getting weaned ( if this is the right word). They are not ready to accept this & netheir they are able to convience us. They just blindly say that its the dust/dirt.
                            I am really sick with this machine & moreover now the word SAMSUNG when i hear makes me annoyed.
                            I dont know why our Indian laws are so week for allowing these foreign company to play with its consumers. If the same was in USA, these guys would behave well.
                            Hope, this complain reaches to the ears of some responsible person of SAMSUNG.

                              I committed a very big mistake on 29th January 2010, I bought a Samsung Microwave Oven.
                              The model number is CE1031L-B.

                              I lodged complaint number:[protected] on 2nd February 2010.
                              After that day I have made at least 30 calls to various people to get a resolution. But all of that has gone in vain.

                              Till now I have talked to following people to get a resolution
                              1. Samsung Call Center[protected]
                              2. Mr Sudhakar - Incharge of Samsung Kukatpally, Hyderabad -
                              3. Mr Prabhakar - Technical Trainer for Hyderabad - [protected]
                              4. Samsung Kukatpally service center[protected]
                              5. Mr Uma Mahesh - Supervisor of Samsung Call Center[protected]
                              6. Technician of Gachibowli region - [protected]
                              7. Technician of Miyapur region - [protected]
                              8. Croma (From where I bought the oven[protected]

                              First of all it took 6 days for the technician to visit my house. I had to make make 13 calls to some of the persons listed above to get a technician visit my house. Every time I was told that the technician would visit my house tomorrow. I go to office daily like a lot of other normal people. So that the technician can come at verify the problem, I had to work from home for 3 days.

                              Finally the technician visited on 8th February 2010. He inspected the oven and the starter kit provided with it and concluded that there is some issue with the starter kit and said that the it will be replaced within a day. It has not been replaced till date and everyone I have talked to has asked me to talk to a new person.

                              I have talked to these people in the following order:
                              1. I called Samsung Call Center
                              2. Samsung Call Center asked me to talk to Samsung Kukatpally Service Center
                              3. Samsung Kukatpally Service Center asked me to talk to Technician of Gachibowli region
                              4. Technician of Gachibowli region asked me to talk to Samsung Kukatpally Service Center
                              5. Samsung Kukatpally Service Center asked me to talk to Technician of Miyapur region
                              6. Technician of Miyapur region asked me to talk to Samsung Kukatpally Service Center
                              7. Samsung Kukatpally Service Center asked me to talk to Mr Sudhakar - Incharge of Samsung Kukatpally, Hyderabad
                              8. Mr Sudhakar - Incharge of Samsung Kukatpally, Hyderabad asked me to talk to Mr Prabhakar - Technical Trainer for Hyderabad
                              9. Mr Prabhakar everyday tells me that this problem will be resolved tomorrow
                              10. I called Croma. Croma said that they will followup the complaint
                              11. I called Samsung Call Center
                              12. Samsung Call Center escalated it to Mr. Uma Mahesh - Supervisor of Samsung Call Center
                              13. Mr Uma Mahesh confirmed on 12th February that he will resolve the issue by talking all the relevant people within one day. It has not happened till now

                              Please note that I had to make all of the above calls multiple times to follow up with these people.
                              Also the cost of the calls I have made and the time spent by me to follow up with all of the above is much more than the replacement of the starter kit.

                              I would expect to get a quick resolution of the complaint and to be appropriately compensated.
                              Otherwise I am very clear that I am not going to buy anything else from Samsung in rest of my life.

                              There are a lot of other brands in the market providing much better products a lot better service.

                              I have faced problem in Feb Month. Purchased a samsung microwave oven on 6th feb, 2010 from Relience Megamart Pune.
                              Samsung Executive came to my house on 27th Feb, 2010 for demonstration after making several calls and creating mental pain.
                              Customer care is also pathatic and they really have a stubborn attitude and very rude. They do not know how to talk with a customer.
                              I have made up my mind not to go for any samsung products in future and i request you all not to purchase this organization's any bloddy hell products.

                                With great hope and expectations, I am writing to you as I have heard a lot about your initiative to help suffering consumers.
                                I am facing problem due to Samsung India no response to my problem. I have purchased a top loading fully automatic washing machine on 31/05/09. In the month of Dec filter panel inside wash tube came out during washing. I reported same to Samsung call center, their service engineer visited my house and told they will take machine to workshop and did not returned my machine even after one week and later returned the machine with same broken part fitted.
                                Again on 6 Jan 10 same part came out and I made a complaint no [protected] dt 07 Jan 10. Here on wards even after one month they are not doing any thing to repair my washing machine. I have contacted several times to call center and getting false reply that today they will send some one to repair, but that is not happening at all. Kindly take up this case to help me out I have tried my label best now your initiative could help me.

                                Sir, I purchased one samgsung 6.2kg automatic washing machine WA82TAN Ag+ about 2 years 4 months back from a dealer from kanchrapara24-prgs (n). Now it is not working even after repair. We hear from the shop that the original capacitor required for normal functioning of the machine is not available. Kindly inform that is there any genuine scarcity of the original capacitor ? If not kindly send the address from where it may be available and cost of the same.                                   I have purchased one samsung NFV8652 - front loading washing machine from on 14.08.09. Subsequently, I have requested M/s Samsung to provide a rat guard vide number of emails and number of phone calls. Ref: B.P. No. [protected].It was agreed verbally by M/s Samsung / Service Centre to provide the rat guard from the date of first installation / demonstration itself.

                                  After my repeated reminders, The service centre personal came on 16.01.10 with the rat guard made up of thick Paper. I do not understand whether the same will serve the purpose and hence I didnot agree.

                                  M/s Samsung has not clarified the following.

                                  1) Whether the supplied model has been released with the rat guard. If Yes, why it was not packed with the washing machine?. The consignment was opened by the service engineer only at the time of demonstration. If No, why supply of guard was not thought of at the time of manufacturing / design stage itself?

                                  2) Whenever, I call / send email, I have been given a false promise to provide within 2 / 3 days time. After that no further correspondence / response is received from M/s Samsung.

                                  3) I am not expecting such a false commitment / poor response from a reputed concern like M/s Samsung India.

                                  4) Customer compliant mails are not being forwarded to the concerned department.

                                  4) Samsung may design a rat guard made of wire mesh and supply to me.

                                    i submit it on 22 jan 2010 and they asked me that there is some problem in mother board and they deliver it back with in 2 or max 3 days....... and today is 11th feb 2010 and still i dont get my phone back.
                                    every time i visit there center they extend delivery date and say that the some parts are not avaliable yet.



                                    .please take further actions to get my phone as soon as possible.

                                    i have a samsung mobile S3500 purchase on 3 weeks

                                    i have many many problem in my mobile for example

                                    i am two times visited of samsung mobile service center but i have not setisfied of that service & my mobile problem is on date contiuesly

                                    so pl. help me on this matter
                                    I have registered my complains 3 to 4 times in samsung service centre for my handset.but there is hardly any response to it.

                                      I have purchased a new mobile from univercell the mobile exprot inthe Ramanathapuram branch;Coimbatore for my wife(Revathy Kannan)
                                      .At that time gave me a form to fill my routin habits.They told that some message would be come to my mobile & my wife's mobile.Initial stage it was not a problem to receive 5 to 6.After that it made disturbunce to me while in my office time.I went to shop and explained my problem&request to stop the message.They told that it should be comes for 6 months.They noted my and my wife's mobile no.They assured to stop the message.But so far I have not get any favourable action .Kindly do the needful.In your view it is necessary service to customer.You may give this action as a option.
