The Circuit Board of my microwave oven was taken on 18-01-10 for repair by an engineer from their authorised service centre Abhinav Enterprises. I received a call from Abhinav on 25-01-10 that the part was ready. I bought Samsung LCD TV on 15 October 2009. There is one year manufacturer warranty for this product. I have raised complaint with Samsung on 29 Dec 2009, complaint id is [protected]. I have called Samsung support so many times, but no use. Every time they are saying they will come and fix the problem in couple of days. No one has come to fix the problem till now....
