My samsung mobile model SGH-X620 purched on 26/5/06 IMEI NO 351597/01/003137/5 always in limited service mode in all type of company sim like bsnl/tata. when we start our mobile limited service only is disply on mobile set & no outgoing and no incomming is happened on the set from last 2-3 months.
Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    Bought the pro on Feb 20, worked fine for a couple of days then randomly when close the slider the phone would switch off. Had to restart and would be fine. Now the phone just switches of at anytime. when try to restart it switches off after a couple of seconds hand to remove the battery for a minute and then restart.

      JAVA files do work on Samsung corby pro. You need to creat .html file on coputer with tags. It should have names of JAR files. Transfer that file to your mobile then open it there.
      what should i do to install java files in samsung corby pro

      Not very recently, in January, I bought a new phone- the Samsung Corby PRO aka GT-B5310, known as the Genio PRO in the UK. The Corby series is great value for money and I'll be posting a review of the phone and reasons for buying it soon.

      The phone has a sliding QWERTY keypad and so most of the inbuilt apps and stuff rotates automatically when you slide-out the keypad. If you've been using the Corby PRO for a while, you would've noticed that the additional Java applications you've installed don't have auto-rotate support and its quite a PITA to type with the QWERTY keypad while the display is in portrait mode. Thankfully, there is a solution to this problem. All you need is an archive manager and a text editor. Here's what you need to do-

      1. Download the jar file on your computer.
      2. Use an archive manager to open it and edit the MANIFEST.MF file found in the META-INF folder.
      3. Add these lines at the bottom of MANIFEST.MF to enable support for auto-rotate-

      X-Pax-Keyboard: Qwerty
      X-Pax-TextInput-Hidden: true
      MIDlet-Touch-Support: TRUE
      MIDlet-ScreenMode: ROTATE

      4. Save the jar archive after making the above changes.

      Now transfer the jar file to your phone. But there's a catch here too. The Corby PRO's OS doesn't allow you to install Java applications by just opening jar files from the file manager. The only way to install applications is by downloading them from your phone. But thinking about it carefully, you don't really need to upload the jar file anywhere. All you need to do is create a HTML page and transfer it along with the jar file to your phone. Opening the HTML page from your phone will open it using the phone's web browser and you won't need GPRS to install the application. Here's what you need to do to create the html file-

      1. Open a text editor like notepad.
      2. Write this in the file-



      Replace with the name of the jar file; for example, if you are installing the IM client Palringo and the file name is Palringo.jar, the code would be-



      3. Save the file with a .html extension and give it any name like installer.html

      Now when you open the HTML file from your phone, you'll see a Install Application link. Clicking on it will install the Jar file you just edited. I managed to get all the applications I use to auto-rotate like this apart from those ones which don't let you download the jar file from your computer. This should work for all applications.

          I HAD BOUGHT THIS SAMSUNG MOBILE ABOUT EIGHT MONTHS AGO. THIS IS A VERY BAD PHONE. ITS INTERNAL MEMORY IS USED UP WHENEVER I USE GOOGLE MAPS. THE MEMORY DECREASES VERY FAST.           Dear buyers/users please dont waste your valuable hard earn mony on samsung products because they are openly cheating innocent public with there decauritave condum cell phones because i have perchused one samsungcorby pro (IMIE NO.[protected])on 24/02/2010 with one of leading shop of lucknow from 26/02/10 i found that set is not working properly fom that day i am running to and service station they all are helpless to clear that problem now i am unable to understand should i go with this cell phone so you can understand my problem now dission is yours.

            I was purchased your wide beautiful samsung model no: 21M40, S.No: 08253ZAS603424 on dated[protected] from M/s Priya Electronices, Near Oriental Bank, Ajmer Road, Madanganj-Kishangarh (Raj.) 305801 with Invoice No: 1977 with @ Rs. 6864 + 15 % Vat Rs. 936 = 7800.
            After using of 4 month our TV display RED dark colour screen after that we lodged a telephonic complaint to the above said M/s but still today nither they care of nor take any repairable / replacement action please take nessercy action.

            We planned to bought the tv in coimbatore, near my house and samsung plaza is available after finished the marketing we paid the bill and they took the old tv in my house and new tv came to my home we found that demo piece they delivered we informed to that samsung plaza they told no way for replacing new one
            finally they refund the cash and new tv taken to their show room. we wasted the time 5 hours and they very much spoiling the samsung name .Pls take the necessary action to that dealer

            The product you have purchased has a lot of design defects. I am suffering with the same product. Apart of the top corner of the screen has a patch. M/s Samsung has given me a replacement but even then the problem is not solved. Their engineer had visited multiple number of times and finally suggested that the patch was due to a Mobile Tower placed in a building next to mine. They suggested me to either change my house or remove the Tower.


            Ha, Ha, Ha, How funny it may be. I was amused by their ignorance rather than angered.

            Also I would like to know that does posting complaints to this site really help? My complaint is also logged here but I received no support for the same.

              Underscore is not working in broser user ID, files coping through bluetooth coping in phone memory, ring tones sys defined unable to delete, when u set persnol ring tone it is coping to phone mem..., and same for caller image, speed of internet is very slow IE < 64 Kbps, updated S/W not avalable from last 1 Year. Samsumg is neglacting his coustamers all the time. Coustamer care also not working proporly . Such handset have many prob, call back them and update them
              Underscore can be obtained by long pressing # key while editing the text field in the web browser. I agree with the point that the internal memory is very low and we cant transfer the files directly to the memory card trough bluetooth.

              The biggest problem in Samsung S3310 is that whatever we transfer through Bluetooth it goes in the phone memory and god forbids if the file to be transferred is big enough then it can not be transferred at all. I think the Samsung people must give some software update atonce which could provide these features in the phone so that the file could be transferred through bluetooth to the memory card directly and even the caller tunes on particular numbers etc. could be used directly from the momory card so that the number and ringtone does not get transferred to the phone memory. Please do it at the earliest so that we don't regret our decision of buying a Samsung phone.

                I Mr. Nitesh.H.Lalchandani, purchased a Samsung Split a/c from Tirumala Music Center, on[protected], from that time i am facing problems with my a/c, and there is no permenant solution for my a/c, everytime i have to complain to TMC, and then to their service techinical Touch Home Express, but only temporary solution is done, recently my complain to TMC, on[protected], was my a/c was not working completely, and still today the complain is pending and their is no one to solve it, everytime after repeated phone calls a techinician comes and checks and says that he will visit again and he dosen't come back, will i ever get a permenant solution for this, will i get my a/c replaced for a new one, as i am fed up of this problem.                   I bought a samsung microwave oven on 12/02/2010.Its model Name is 103VD model No is 21437 DASB00017T.I bought this microwave oven from Santoshi TV Centre.ShopNo.16, Stadium Complex.Township Ojhar, Tal Niphad, Nashik-422207.His telephone No is [protected]. I could notice that there is a gap in the door in hinch area and door is loose from the hinch portion. There for you may replace this with any other convection 28L model.(I think it is your design poroblem).

                    I have purchased a airconditioner from Bindra electronics from chas ,Bokaro steel city and they have assured me before that it contains in built stabilizer. so kindly covey me whether they are correct and i have done a genuine buy. model no is AS182UGAXSTL (outer unit) and model no AS182UGANSTL(innner unit).

                    It all depends on the voltage range around your area. Samsung say that it can work in a range of 135-290V, which is simply unbelievable. In that low range the fan in the AC might work but the "Air-conditioner" will not work.

                    Only time will tell, that whether this AC will be a success or not...
                    are you sure the product code is correct? Samsung product codes are not that long. Max 3 alphabets (at the end) after the numbers.
                    stabilizer correct the voltage for example if voltage goes down 160V stabilizer boost the voltage and gives 210V to air conditoner so that Compresser amp. goes down and electric bill will also goes down so if samsung a/c works low voltage but the compresser amp. goes higher and your electric bill is also goes higher
                    Samsung product is simply Waste especially AC is waste .dont preffer samsung product.
                    I bought a new Samsung Ac with in-built steblizer model within 20 days it got defect.
                    am getting lot of noise from interior side and its not working properly.
                    Air conditioner will not work if voltage goes down.

                      i have samsung hitron television.
                      in this i am not able to change the channel. if i use remote or tv switches the same existing channel keeps on repeating. the channel changes only i restart the tv after switching off. can u guide how i can rectify the problem or which device i ve to change and how much it will cost to me?

                          the samsung mobile i bought is not working properly from the day i bought. i had visited samsung service center but the person over there could not find solution instead of solving my problem he added more problems in the handset.
                          when i told him to solve it he is calling me a fool who dont know how to operate the mobile.

                            I had a samsung semiauto single tub karizma model washing machine. Recently a problem of humming sound is coming from the motor. I lodged a complaint (No. [protected]) on 21.02.2010 thro' the toll free number. The complaint was directed to the Service center located in Kukatpally, Hyderabad. This center has responded on 24.02.2010 and came out that the motor of the machine to be replaced. Inspite of daily followup to the call center & the service center even after 12 days after the complaint, the service center is not in a position to solve the problem (the required spare is readily available). After sales support of Samsung is the worst. 3 years back I had similar experience with PC monitor of this brand. I appeal all that not to go for this brand just for the after sales support is the worst.

                            i had a Samsung make Semiauto single tub washing machine (Karizma model) which was not working with a problem of humming sound in the motor. the complaint was lodged on 21.02.2010 thro' toll free number. the service center located in Kukatpally, Hyderabad, India was directed to respond on this complaint and accordingly it has responded on 24.02.2010 and came out that the motor to be replaced. inspite of daily followup of the problem with the above serv. center, there is no +ve response till date from the service center. same situation has arised when my pc monitor got break down 3 years back. after sales support of this brand is the worst and i appeal to all not to have this brand, just for the worst after sales support. it will be a nightmare when this brand product goes under any break down.

                              Myself Bala working in a MNC company,chennai.I bought a Samsung LCD TV(22 inch) on Oct 2008, i planned to fix the LCD tv in the wall for that i raised a request(BP No. [protected]) for wall mounting. When i called samsung customer care centre the replied with all my details of address and purchasing date and they said me our service engineer will contact u shortly, i got surprised and thought work will complete quickly.I thought service engineer will call then we will tell the address change details.
                              I waited for two to three days i didnt received any call from samsung service executive. Then i called again customer care centre, after called them again i heared all those things(my name ,address details, Mobile number) then i refered the BP number. Suddenly CC excecutive told sorry for the inconvienience ur request will be reaolved shortly.I provided the new address details for wall mounting. I Received SMS from samsung CC as ur query has been resolved shortly.
                              I waited for another 2 days no reply.Again i called and explained all the story again. i received same reply.But Engineer not visited. Got frustrated and requested CC executive to give line to any senior officer. I m diverted to senior officer, but he talked arogantly and kept the phone without responding in good manner.After 1 hr i received a call from Service engineer(Mr.Srinivasan) and they visited my home at 7:30PM in the evening and after asking TV warranty card he told this purchase date of this TV is already passed 1 yr so u have to pay 1050Rs.Suddenly i shocked and asked him to give a line to senior officer. He called and his senior officer(Mr.Murali) talked with me and he is telling Cost will be Rs.900. I m confused(Mismatch in charges) because last 15 days this customer service centre persons told there is no installation fee for wall mounting. Also on purchasing time no dealer informed me that wall mounting installation will be chargeble nor the service man came for demo last year also not informed me about the charges for installation and now customer service executive also not informed about charges. Moreover without explaining, service engineer left the premises suddenly.
                              Again i m tracking the Samsung CC for solving the problem.But they didnt even i would like to pay the charge.

                              Very frustrated customer. For last 15 days i m tracking samsung customer service centre for fixing my LCD tv in the wall.But the issues still not resolved.

                                That I have purchased a Samsung mobile handsetmodel no. F 480 ([protected]) from HOT spot (Cellucom Retail India Pvt Ltd, E 7, Main Market Kalkaji, Near Subka Bazzar, New Delhi 110019. I have demanded for the touch screen mobile with the motion picture facility & a feacher of Best camara quality, which contains the system like : when camera/ mobile shake during the taking picture Picture has to be captures a real time & clear visibility like cyber shot may be must from the customer relationship/ sales executive on dated 04.03.2010 at 7:30 PM through bill no. 3456 of book no. 70.

                                He says that This handset will provide you all the feachers that I have demanded from him. But at 9:30 pm at the same day I have checked it out & found that picture turn burse when camera mobile shake & there is no real time working & clerity was also burse.

                                That time the said shop was closed & I called to the shop no in the monring at almost 11Am - 1 Pm, I have complaint telephonically & ask them to come shop & replace the same mobile with the mobile that I have demanded & I was ready to pay the extra add cost for the higher range/Value mobile. But they have refused to do so. Also I have ask them to write on the bill that "They (Shopper) are not going to replace the mobile". The did so.

                                Now I am suffer by them So Please resolve the matter & compensate me with the value of Rs. 11500/- + value of harrasment (i. e. Rs. 15000/-) that I have paid & also punish them to compensate for this fake commitment for the said product & make sure that no customer will suffer in future by them.
                                Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                  I had purchased a samsung Mobile phone vide model No SGH J800 on 24/4/2009 from QRS, retail Ltd,MG Road, Trivandrum, Kerala. On the month of October,2009, one side of my head set was not working and i went to the customercare service centre at "Mereena Electronics", the exclusive samsung service center at T.C 28/986(1),SWARA46,Sreekandeswaram,Thiruvananthapuram. After examination they said that headset was out of stock and asked me to come after one month, i request for the registration of the complaint but they replied that this is only a minor complaint and there is no need of registration. Believing the words of the servicemen i came back to the service center after one month, af that time also they made me believe that there was no stock and they asked me to come on the 5th of february, 2010. On 5th day of Februrary, 2010, they made a further examination of my head set and said that they are giving warranty of head set only for 6 months.this fact was not mentioned anywhere in the warranty paper. So kindly give direction to replace my headset within 10 days, otherwise i will take appropriate legal action Before the Honorable Consumer Dispute

                                    I had bought a 40 Inch Samsung LCD TV (Model No. LA40B550K1RLXL) from Aditya Vision, Patna on 24th December 2009 for which I paid Rs. 70000. After three days, I started experiencing problem in operating TV which I immediately brought to Samsung's notice. One of the Service Engineers visited my premise and suggested me to change Satbiliser. I changed the Stabiliser the very next day. Again after a week, I started experiencing the same problem. The TV used not to start in the very first attempt. I called up the Service Engineer and started making innumerable follow ups with him to check my TV. He kept on informing me that he would visit my premise shortly. Finally he woke up after a couple of weeks, visited my premise, checked the TV and declared the TV to be defective. He suggested to get the TV replaced. This all happened in the month of January 2010. After that I have been making follow ups with Service Engineer and Aditya Vision to replace my TV. They are continuously making false promises to me that they would soon replace my TV. They are continuously making cock and bull story. I am working with Idea Cellular Limited. I was not in a position to afford a TV of Rs. 70000. I purchased it from a Private Financer (Elite Leasing) @ 21% Interest p.a. I am paying Rs. 5000 p.m. for a TV which I have not been able to view. This has led to mental agony on my part to the maximum.
                                    No one from Samsung bothers to redress my issue. I am sick and tired of making incessant follow ups with them. I have written so many mails to Samsung but all of them are in vain. No body is there to listen to me. This is the reason why I have taken recourse to you now because this is the only option available to me now. I want these buggers to be penalised for the pathetic products and services being rendered by them.
                                    I am not looking forward to replacement of my defective TV now. I want these buggers to pay me a compensation of Rs. 1 million for all the mental harassment and agony that I have been going through for last two months.
                                    You are the only hope where I have pinned all my hopes to get justice of this issue.

                                    SAMSUNG LCD TV — Defective LCD TV

                                    I purchased a Samsung LCD TV in Feb 2008 from Vijay Sales Bandra for Rs 50000/-. The TV is not working properly in October 2009 i.e within 18 months. When I lodged a complaint with them they inform me that since the warranty period expired within 12 months I will have to pay Rs 1000/- plus service tax merely for their mechanic to visit my house and any spare parts expenses will have to be borne in addition to that. Even if their servicing technician comes by A/C taxi (which they do not), it would not cost them Rs 1000/- to visit my home. It is a very good strategy to fleece and cheat customers - Manufacture and sell sub standard products which become defective immediately after warranty period is over and charge Rs 1000/- every time your technician has to visit the home to check the sub standard TV.

                                      We purchased samsung fully automatic top loading washing machine in 2006 October. In last december due to some reason the IC in the top operation panel is spoiled.Even the customer care has no idea the reason for that. When called the samsung customer care initially they told the part will be replaced, and after 2 months finally they said that manufacturing of that part is stopped. Now they said they can only give the depreciation cost up to 55%(not sure how much they come finally) once we give back the existing machine.

                                      I dont understand how come after just 3 years they stop manufacturing the parts. What happens if the parts are spoiled by some unavoidable circumstances. Is the life of the samsung product just 3 years? what action should i take inorder to get proper justice.

                                      Complaint no.[protected] for samsung washine machine model no.WA7534a11g/xtl capacity :5 Kgs. The complaint is pending from 06/02/10. The part - sensor / PCB may be not in working condition as explained by service centre engineer. We informed kindly do needful immediately. In case part is not available, same may be repaired. Ohters are readyto do. But we want from authorised service centr.

                                      Kindly help for immediate action.

                                        Dear Sir/Ma'am,

                                        I had submitted my Tata CDMA mobile handset on 3rd August 2009 for repairing which was not under warranty, but till date I have not been given back my handset. First they said it would take 2 months as they would raise request to their corporate office. And whenever I visited service center they gave me another date and excuse. Thus, it has been 7 months, but no reply. During this time period I was very mentally harrased by service center people. Neither I could purchase new handset nor I was alloted any other handset for temprorary use. Kindly help me either to get my repaired handset or compensation.
