THEY ARE NOT GIVE ME ADEQUATE SERVICE AND BETTER SATISFACTION

I made the unfortunate mistake...



MY SUGGESTION IS FOR PUBLIC IS NOONE CAN PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM SAMSUNG COMPANY ITS BETTER FOR PUBLIC BECAUSE THEY DONT GIVE ADEQUATE SERVICES TO THEIR CUSTOMERS

Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I purchase a Samsung mobile phone 10 months before and the phone was not able to switch on my model no.is (SCH-F679) and the phone is given by the name of (Dharmendra) to Wazirpur branch to get repaired on 8th Oct.08 they said you can collect your phone on 11th, i visted them on 11th they said come on 13th, i again visited there on 13th they said we had given phone to head office and come on 17th, i again visited on 17th they said we are unable o locate your phone please come on 20th, i again visited on 21st that's today and they are saying you will get phone in next 15 to 20days

Is this a way to handle a customer, i had spended Rs.8000.00 to buy your handset and in return you are giving me sucha bull- service . Please revert back soon my contact no. is

Samsung — Poor service for Samsung Mobile phones

I had given my phine( F270) for repair with explaination that it was imersed in water.I booked the phone for repair and asked to give a call back indicating the cost of repair. After a week I received a call telling that the phone is OK and can be collected.
I reached the shop oin 5th Nov 7 pm. the shop was about to close. But the shop keeper/supervisors just pulled down the shutter. The response from the shop keeper was very rude.
2. Next day I again visited within the working hours , but to my dismay found the shop closed. I was informed that the shop had a weekly off on Thusrsday , where as the shop displays a notice of Sunday being the holiday !
3. I reached the shop on Saturday , 7th Nov. I was given the phone , withiut any repairs done ! I was told that the mother board need to be changed! The shop keeper had not checked also what was the issue and also not checked waht is the problem and what would be the cost of repair...

The service centre is not serious about the servicing the phones , probably interested only making quick money by fooling around the customers. Samsung India should take a serious note of this.
Bad service in SAMSUG mobil custmer service in Alexandria, EGYPT

Bought Samsung mobil OMNIA PRO on March 3, 2010 from city center carfourr Alexandria, EGYPY.
Great problems related to the mobile:
Disappearance of contact lists
Disappearance of recent dialed & received contacts
Always Arabic language instead of English after setting adjustment
...more & more
i went to customer service center in sumoha, alexandria, egypt in March 6, 2010 ( after 3 days of bought )
They told me that they will download a new software in Cairo ( 2 hours from alexandria).
Till today March 17, 2010 i do not receive my mobil without any oblogise nor any customer
Care. ( 12 days to download the software!!!)
Never buy SAMSUNG with this very bad respecting.

    i buy my samsung sgh j800 from WAVES TECHNOLOGY, Gur Mandi, PATIALA -147001 (Punjab) .i purchased on 30/6/09 and given 1 year guaranty. my phone giving problem in sliding n headphone. i changed my headphone twice but still problem in it.my mobile phone colour rubbing from it from sliding place .WAVES TECHNOLOGY given headphone too short length and too small and it voice comes alot outside. whenever i attach my headphone to phone it automatically start calling recent number from dialed number. i asked many times from Samsung customer service about it , they always give me 1 answer - Go to our Auth. Dealer. i am very irriated from this. i wanted to take this matter personally.

    samsung j800 — phone is full of complaints

    hello, i am Gireesh resident of visakhapatna. Almost 45 days back i bought samsung j800 mobile for Rs6800/-. The phone got locked as well as sim. samsung service people kept the phone with them nearly 22 days. After that it got bluetooth software problem also. again i went there . samsung service people are irresponsible towards the customers. one said it will be completed in 2days, the other said that it will be completed in 4days. one said there is no software for your mobile. please take necessary action.

    samsung j800 — redialling

    sub :comlpaint regarding the mobile problem even after getting it repaired two times from sec. 22 samsung service station..
    i have purchased my mobile samsung sgh j 800 in nov 26 last year(2009) . and was getting the automatic redialling problem since last two months , and thenn i got it examined from samsung service station sec 22 chandigarh 1st time they took my phone and examined it then deliver it back assuring there will be no problem , but on the second day i got a black spot on my cell's screen automatically , and the redialling problem even got much worst , then i again take phone back to them ignoring my busy schedule , then they tgold me after examining that this prob is due to hardware and black spot was due to our fault , however there was none of our fault , then also i provided them wil rs 1200(approx.) {phone was in validity } but now the problem has again occured (redialling problem) . so , it is disturbing me a lot , as neither i m satisfied with coustmer service , nor with their work , and also not with their late delievery of phone(as they took very long time to deliver my phone to me last time , approx, 8-9 days) . so what shep should i take further .regards sahil

    Samsung j 800 — mobile was not repaired

    There was a problem in my phone.its screen turned white.I went to Samsung service center at dugri in Ludhiana.They told me that slider and upper keypad and display needed to be changed but they just turned me back without solving the problem.Customer care was not satisfactory.My phone is under warranty period till Jan6,2011.Its model is J 800,IME-358425/02/027711/4.They are misbehaving me.So i have decided to file a case in consumer court or otherwise look into this matter as soon as possible.My mobile no is [protected].

      I bought Samsung corby pro on 26th Feb 2010.

      All mobiel featured working except A-GPS & Google Maps which is provided in the mobiel features.

      Company claims that Maps is their new feature, thats why i bought the Samsung Corby pro instade of Nokia 5800.

      Now that Maps feature is not working, i call samsung customer care 3times, all time they dropped my call saying our Techical department is busy, we will call you. But not call from them yet.

      I totally agree with your point. I had also recently purchased and am experiencing the same problem.
      Infact my friend who had purchased samsung corby star in which google maps application works well.

      This problem should be fixed up @ any cost by Samsung for its customers should not be
      disappointed.

      I am face another problem with my corbypro just after 2 weeks now the screen is waving once i touch it and the call end can not do it from the headset
      does it have AGPS and not working or it doesn't have it ...ur response will help me in deciding of buying this phone or not
      There seems to be no A-GPS feature on the phone at all, its also not mentioned in the owners manual.
      I bought a Pro. My map worked at one time, it was really good! even up till the street were I lived. This was only one time. ever since, it showed that I was somewhere in Cacique! I am located in the Philippines. I do not know how to adjust this.
      @chennai its not working on BSNL network but works with Aircel. not sure of the connection.
      I have also have an samsung corby pro and I also faced the same problem. I have solved the problem and now it is working fine . try this: go to menu - go to games & more - you will find google map application here also. without clicking g-map, go to more option, set network connection as per your activated internet profile., save. go back to google menu and start google map. It will work. The problem I found is that setting internet profile in internet settings or phone settings or google settings does not taken by google map. Its setting are affected from games menu only .

        I have given Samsung Star phone S5603for repairing Phone Charging point which i had purchased just recently in nov 2009 i-e within the warranty period. But surprisingly, there is no response even after 20 days.This is very shocking experience of mine. Since the Samsung Service centre in borivali is even not giving me the exact date on which i can get back my phone.Nor they are giving any response to me. I m experiencing quite a loss ,because of not having my phone with me which is just bought.
        kindly reply me at the earliest or replace me with a new piece.

          Samsung Canada customer service is very bad and rough

          I bought a Samsung 46' LCD TV (LN46N540P8f) five months ago. Its TV stand explosed yesterday while we are out of home for work. Sharp glass like material scattered our living room. The good thing is that no one got hurt.

          I call samsung canada[protected] to report this issue. A supervisor kept say she never heard this kind of thing. I feel so bad for such kind of attitude.

          I am not sure if this culture of Samsung.

            i have purchased samsung omnia hd i8910 on dec 6 2009 till today(27.2.10) it remains impossible for me to set up my mail box on this smart and costliest handset
            Please send my this very important complaint to the related company as early as possible.I already tried on all surrounding company'service center and outlets but no one has even a bit of idea how to set up mailbox in this handset It is surprising for me why it is so difficult to set up mailbox on this hi profile handset .I have also Nokia N73 handset much inferior in comparison to the samsung omnia hd i8910 but nokia priorty cooperated and helped me in setting up mailbox on N 73. Now i am disappointed with the samsung omnia hd smart phone .Please forward my important complaint to samsung.               I have bought an new Samsung Corby pro GT B5310 handset, it is a superb mobile but it has some limitations such as:-

              (1) It does not have call recorder and
              (2) while incoming call we cannot make phone on silence mode

              So i recommend that i[censored] get any solution for this, i will be very thankful to you

              I also been using corby pro.. 1) I dont no regarding the call recording functionality.

              2) while you receive the incoming call Hold the down volume button located left side of the Phone.

              also plz let me know if you find solution for call recording and installing the jar application directly without wap Browser..

              Also please inform me about the call recording software for corby pro
              press and hold the key to lower the volume while incoming call. it won't lower ur volume but put it will put ur phone to silent mode for tht call.
              otherwise go to settings then motion settings on turn on etiquette pause. Now, i[censored] turn over ur phone while incoming call, it will go to silent for tht call only.

              I am facing issue with the Samsung Corby Pro is that While any incoming call comes the name is not displayed, For Example If I have stored the Number +97150XXXXX and the call comes the number displayed is 050XXXX the name does not appear where as in other mobiles this is not the scenerio. If any one has encountered the same type of problem please help to resolve this.

              To make the phone silent :

              Goto Settings -> Motion Settings ->Etiquette Pause and turn on the Activation button.

              Now whenever you get a call, just turn over the phone and it will be silent temporarily for that call. Exactly what your requirement it.

              I am using corby pro and I am facing problems with messages (SMS). After sending one SMS...It says "Unable to send message while sending"...this happens after i change my sim card with Airtel sim in Hyderabad from the past 3 weeks, and I'm unable to send sms.               i have Samsung Monte, even that has the same issue. unable send message while sending.
              checked the setting, some times it goes soemtimes its not. so definetly not an issue with service provider. if i turn off phone and turn on it will be fine.

                  I purchased R16 model of refrigerator from delhi dated on 13.10.09 and in january it got out of order. So I complained in service center. After 1 month they repaired it but they have changed some parts of the refrigerator.
                  So that is why i'm complained again for replacemnet but not proper action taken till mow

                  Samsung — defective refrigerator

                  This is regarding my new samsung 180lts refrigerator. I bought my refrigerator on 21.10.2008.from Bharat Electronics, Bhubaneswar, Model no.RA18XHDR, Sl. No. 1452N, Invoice No. 101488 Reciept No. A/23135/0809. From the date of purchase my refrigerator is having two serious problems-
                  1) It is vibrating in between so much so that it changes its place frequently
                  2) on defrosting water is going everywhere throghout the refrigerator
                  we called the mechanic from the dealer. they come and everytime after doing some thing they say that everything is ok. But even after 3 times, my problems have not solved. they are not willing to accept the fact that the piece is defective and needs replacement. they are simply wasting time and delaying the process. No body is listening to this even after repeatedly complaining. This is not expected from a brand like Samsung. It has gone beyond our tolerance limits. What is the meaning of buying a new piece and wasting time in complaining only and forced to stay with the problem? Please look into this matter.

                  Refrigerator — Don't Buy Samsung's product

                  Hi,
                  My name is Sam residing in Trichy. Please do not buy the SAMSUNG Airconditioner. It is a very worst product and there is no customer service. Last year I bought 1.5 ton A/C for my home in BELL & Co, Trichy. and they came and erected. From the begining of the first week itself it was not working properly. Called number of times for the service booking. they disassembled the machine and gone. For 3 months it is looking like a scrab hanging on the wall.
                  samsung refrigerator is the poorest regrigerator. don't purchase it.
                  i purchased it on october-2009 near of diwali on installment. we have faced the problem three time. now the refr has rusting problem. we purchased it on steel body, but not refrigerator handle and locks has fully rusted. we complained many time but he don't take action to remove the problem.
                  we have paid all payment. so i can't do that any thing, but i try to suggest other person that don't purchase the samsung produt. when we purchase it then he says (badi badi bate) but after purchasing it, they don't have any resposbility for it. the bill no.- is 2800 dtd. 12.10.2009. i want to say only that, don't caugh to yourself to company.

                    I had submitted my SAMSUNG HTP10 date of purchase 15/05/2007 (out of warranty)model home theater for repairs at Samsung service center(SAMSUNG INDIA ELECTRONICS LTD, C/o SKYLINE INFOWORLD, on 22/12/09 receipt no. 220). unfortunately till today after several follow ups the same is not repaired till today & today on 26/02/10 after more than 2 months service centre ppl are telling to take back the DVD palyer mentioning it cant be repaired as the damaged part is not available with the company.
                    When we spend so much money i buy a branded product with the faith that it will perform for minimum 5years, this is very disturbing to hear from the reputed company that the DVD payer cannot be repaired due to non availability of spares!!!
                    however, why it should take more than 2 months to mention that the part is not functioning!! I feel that service center must have purposely removed the good working part & replaced with the defective mentionig that the same is not working.
                    I want a concrete solution within a week on this or else I will have to file case in customer court as it becomes out of control & loss of patience.
                    hope that action will be taken ASAP

                      I had purchased a new mobile phone Samsung GT-5310 and enabled an internet connection on it. I want to use internet on PC through samsung corby 5310 but i dont know how to connect with PC. The software provided by the Samsung, which is named as 'Kies' and there is no option to connect to web from PC. Therefore, kindly suggest me how to connect my samsung corby GT-5310 to PC for internet.
                      Install the PC studio software usually comes with Samsung Corby GT-5310 CD. Connect the corby with the PC and click the widget connect internet. Now you are set to browse from your PC
                      hi friend dont go for default installation do custom installation and choose mobile phon option go ahead for installation then you can find internet widget

                        I have purchased samsung mobile model No: SGH-J150 from Magic Mobile orange city hotel Nagpur Invoice No.:7329 on 05/08/09 and from Sep'09 the battery is gets automatically low after every 8-9 hrs. I have lodged my complaint at samsung service center which is located at anjuman complex, sadar Nagpur regarding mobile battery.                           Respected Sir/Madam,

                          Myself Imran Khan, I purchased a washing machine from Goel Brothers Bulandshehr u.p., on dated 08/09/2009, the model no. of washing machine is WT8501 and machine no. is W0915ZLS700028E.

                          After two month of purchasing when i tried to start machine, then machine not start. i did compalaint on samsung customer care number.on dated 01/02/2010, my complaint no. is [protected], somebody who is attended my call he said to me that enginer will visit same day. but engineer did not come that day, next day two engineers came and they checked machine after checking the machine they found a problom. they said to us that machine base is damage, and this will change, u give us a xerox copy of bill and we will change the base tommorow, but after that they never come till date. some time i received call from service center and he told me that base is not in stock and we need 2 or 3 days, after 10 days passed i did not received any news, then i called again to service center and he told me again base is not in stock and we need 2 or 3 days to change the base. after 2 days i called samsung customer care no. and told her ( talking with madam) my problum, she confident me that engineer will visit again today, engineer not came.
                          Today i call again the call received a men and he promised me that engineer come before 8 pm.
                          sir/Madam, engineer not came, and i m very disappointed with samsung.

                          So Pls. help me to solve this problum.

                            I gave my SAMSUNG .M-200 ,CELL PHONE to RK ELECTRONICS D-12, RAMPUR GARDEN BAREILY,( BAREILY SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTRE) on 17-8-09 , got it back after a month,when it was returned its internal antenna was not there ,its hard disk was also ruptured .then i gave it to the MORADABAD
                            SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTRE,there same irresponsible was there it was not repaired there also .
                            Now I have again given SAME SAMSUNG .M-200 ,CELL PHONE to RK ELECTRONICS D-12, RAMPUR GARDEN BAREILY,( BAREILY SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTRE) on[protected].
                            THIS TIME ALSO THEY ARE DOING SAME THING i.e NOTHING TIME LIMIT.

                              I purchased a samsung w299 dal sim (cdma+gsm) model handset rom bhilai (c.g) rom THE MOBILE ZONE CHOHAN ESTATE. The set is all rigth or cdma users bt i are planning 4 to use it along with gsm it is all [censored] model. this set doesn't spport ur sim card menus like (AIRTEL LIVE,IDEA POWER Etc.) All i want to say is that this handset doen't have any option 4 gsm sim, altough incoming,outgoing is ok with the gsm part. But i[censored] r a retailer then pls. don't buy this set as it doesn't support sim menus, also its musicplayer sound is very low. Overall a very bad combination to use cdma with gsm mode.

                                I purchased a split A/C 1.5 tons. from SNEHANJALI (The Electronic Planet), Kalyan (W), Dist. Thane, Maharashtra on 02.10.2009 vide Bill No.990315, at that time I have been told that first three free services of every four months will be done by the company, but till date nobody has come to my home for servicing or for demo.                                   to whomsoever it may concern,
                                  at the onset let me thank my wisdom that I brought a samsung mobile, i had 3 nokia phones already.
                                  Now I brought the phone in April 2009, from Vijay sales- at Navi Mumbai- Mahrashtra.
                                  on 17th feb my speakers were not working, My head set gave away long back I did not bother much. then my screen gave away.
                                  The mobile stopped working fully, right from day 1 whenever I recd a call it would take awhile for the phone to activate & then aftewr some time it would respond.
                                  But once it had totally stopped I decided to go to service centre at Vashi- Navi Mumbai. with great difficulty a could locate it I tried your customer care centre for landmark, however aperson sitting in chennai cannot help.
                                  When I reached your centre I showed my phone to Atul- He mockingly siad oh SGH B520 sir the problem is with chip, then he told me that the center was out of stock, unable to give me clarity on the same, i was not amused at all I said it was my mistake i brought this phone he said yeah, you know this is the response, i tried your website alas there you require BP number & password. I got the BP number where is the password? I have attached the screenshot.now i tried your live chat the person vanished....
                                  tell me if you have made faulty mobile phones with recurring problem of chips where in you get outstocked at all places your customer care person has given it in writing I have the job sheet, why should I not be compensated, Tell me how do I escalte it, my mobile has stopped working, I am suffering losses, unable to communicate, just because you guys are inefficient.....                                     samsung b2100 water proof phone has issues with firmware/software , it restarting unexpectedly , and samsung has the worst customer service in mobile division - it will take 1 month to get replacement and some customers are begging/waiting every day to get the their phone repaired.

                                    called up customer care and they gave an outdate contact tel # for t-nagar service center in chennai.
                                    Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                    I purchased a samsungGT- B2100 mobile on 30-10-09 and i gave it for service on 2nd december and they gave me back on 12th december saying there was no complaint and again i had the same problem and i gave to service again on[protected] and today the date is[protected] still i have not received my set. while purchasing they said me that the set has one year replacement warranty. i frequently went to service centre they use to say the board has not yet been received. we buy mobiles to use it not to leave it with the service people. please make arrangements for the immediate replacements .IMEI No [protected] work order no wa[protected]

                                      No incoming sound coming so I had given To SAMSUNG NEHRU PLACE

                                      & requested to replace the phone , as it is in warranty & it is a major problem that the mother board has to be replaced .
                                      There has been no information & I have personally visited 10 times .

                                      The management is so bad at Nehru place , they donot listen to you , every time they say come tomorrow , because no new phone is available . CORBY is
                                      the latest model & is being heavily advertised & so CORBY phones are produced everyday .
                                      The company only needs new people to spend Rs 7,950 & give a worst product ? In these times of recession , they want to make fun of the CONSUMER .
                                      I am a SAMSUNG lover , everything in my house is SAMSUNG , I have purchased a SAMSUNG LCD , last DIWALI , the company can check the records - from AUDIO VOICE LAJPAT NAGAR . BUT NOW I DONOT WANT TO DEAL WITH SAMSUNG .

                                      I am very hasled & harrased , this is not the only thing I have to do , visit samsung nehru place everyday .
                                      so I donot want to deal with SAMSUNG , I donot want a new phone , the company has no after sales service in the warranty period .

                                      PLEASE REFUND Rs 7,950 .00 & just leave me alone , NOW I will be loyal
