I had bought the SAMSUNG LCD 32B530P from M/s Bajaj Electronics Hyd'bad on 2.2.10. I am staying at N-14,Adityanagar,Rajashree Cement,Dist:Gulbarga.
I was promised installation within 48 Hrs by the dealer in Hyd.
When I talked to the dealer, I was given to understand that service Engineer from Gulbarga will come and install.
Inspite of repeated calls, I am not getting any response from the number[protected].
As I have planned to go on leave from saturday,I will not be available again for another week.
In view of the above, I request you to depute your service engineer immediately.

    I have purchased Samsung washing machine 5.5Kg front loading with 18000/- from TMC. After 4 months o[censored]sage it started leaking water from bottom. I have browsed samsung site and called customer care for registering complaint. They have registered my compaint and give complaint number ([protected]). The service engineer came and checked the equipement and said some screw was broken. Replacement will be done at Samsung Service center. After repeated follow up's they have taken the equipement to "Vinayak Samsung Service center" located at Kukatpalli, Hyderabad. After 10 days of follow up every time they said part was pending from order.

    I asked them, with out nut and bolt availability why you have moved the equipement and even after 10 days same response. One day I asked not to do any repair I will take it to some other shop where the part is available. That day evening Vinayak Service engineer called me and said washing machine is ready and it will be delivered. I felt happy, they delivered the equipment at night 8PM and dispatched the equipement and said we need to move to pick up some other equipment by charging Rs: 550 for service ( Transporation: 150, other :100, Nut: 100, Service change: 200).

    We have connected the equipement to verify the functionality, surprise the problem is same and nothing was done from the Samsung service center (Same water leakage).

    I was angry, and Vinayaka Service center cheated me and charged Rs:550 for not doing any thing. I called Same service center but response was wage and the service center is not having any engineers who can do quality servicing.

    After that I called Hyderabad Frachise officer and informed the happenings. But the response is null and there is no update at all.

    Conclusion: Please do not buy any Sumsung products in Hyderabad, post service was very bad. Similar experieces are there with many of my friends who has Samsung products. This review is to create awarness for the new buyers and not to fall into same issues.
    Same experience with me too. Very bad service and more over they will take the instrument to the service center and never give a call back stating it will be done by so and so date. Especially Vinayaka Serice center (back office incharge), horrible attitude towards customers.
    the same problem. i tried calliing customer care center with out any reponse. post purchase service is very bad

      I am a proud owner of your Samsung mobile SGH-X200,Sl. no-R9YA105818F, IMEI-[protected] which was handed over to your service centre called cell solution at46/1, Ist cross, Domlur Lyt,B'lore -71 on 20/1/10 with the following complaint ''handset switching off while switching it on ,suspected virus or malware'' and the front office assistant gave me a work order without any work order no./token no./claim no./registration no.and promised to handover the set on the next day but to my utter dismay that ,when I contacted the service centre I have been told that the handset has been given to the head office at VV Puram ,B'lore for software checking probably it would be only handed over on Monday ie on 25/1/10.An early redressal please with a request not to misguide the lay men with your under educated service centre persons.

        I am Sqn Ldr Pramod Banstola posted in Bangalore. On Friday 29 Jan 10, I had deposited the draft no.434348 of SBI for Rs 16386 towards the cost of Samsung 345 litres RT35 and given the release order to the Samsung person there at Bangalore Depot. Then I contacted Mr Shiju on his mobile no.[protected] and Mr Santosh on his mobile no. [protected]. They assured me that the refirgerator would be delivered on either Saturday or Monday. The refrigerator was not delivered on Saturday. I contacted them on Monday again and was once again assured that the fridge would reach on Monday only. When the delivery was not made till 1800 hrs, I tried contacting Mr Shiju and Mr Santosh but their mobiles were switched off. On Tuesday 02 Feb 10 I again contacted both of them in the morning and was told that the delivery would be made on Tuesday. And to my horror at 1830 hrs today, Tuesday I got an sms that the delivery would be made tomorrow. I have no hopes and the company has lost all faith. It has been a disgusting experience with Samsung. And I am strongly contemplating going to consumer court for failure to deliver and causing mental harrassment and agony.

        Even In my case, i have booked a 32inch Samsung LCD Tv on December2nd in CSD Depot, bangalore.
        They assured me delivery in 3 days, it's been 14days and the Samsung representative Mr Santhosh and Mr shiju are not responding to my calls.

        They don't care to attend my phone call, there is no professionalism in the way Samsung is delivering their products to those who buy through CSD. Samsung Highher officials should look into this immediately and make sure their persons working in kengeri Warehouse work diligently .

            hi, im shehnaz i complain on 27th of jan n my C.No. [protected] Enginer came on 28th jan he checked n said, I C has to be Replaced i Requested him to Replace at my Place only he said, he cant do it i hve to send it to there service centre. k i send it on 29th jan at 12:30pm n they promised to give me in atleast 3 working days i didnt call in 1st two days when i called them on 1st feb at 12;00pm i gave my information to lady who answer the call after tht she passed my call some guy n i was i asked to give my details again n i gave the details then he said, its nt yet repaired n part is not in stock then i asked him when wil tht part wil come n when tv will be ready he replyed very rudely,,Nahi Mallom Jab Ayye Ghaa Kardenge Aur Phone Karthe..then i asked again when exctly it wil be done he replyed, Arre Jab Hotha Bolthe De Thay Aur 3din Bhe Ho Sakthe...I asked his name he refused to give his name n Said,Naam Nahi Bolthe Kya Karlethe Karloo n Hang on my face..I called up customer care again i asked them to take action against tht person but till now they have not done anything. Samsung customer service is very bad n there employes are always rude.

            Samsung/ 29 inch TV — Poor Service

            Dear Sir

            I Submit my Complaint Detail in Samsung Service Centre On Toll Free No. My Comlaint NO. is [protected] on Dated 18th of May 2011 after they send their tecnician to repair my TV on 19th May. The Tecnician told me that he have to take the Kit of TV to workshop and Will Place the kit after repair next day but now 6 days passed and now when I am calling he is telling that it will take 1 month of time. I am shifting my all household items to Gujarat within 10 days and if it will take 1 month then it will be difficult situation for me And now i am helpless What I have to do if i having the Kit i will repair it from any where Else.

              i have bought samsung tv on 26/01/2010 from Home Solutions Retail India Ltd., central mall Indore.they assured me for 48 hours for installation but its now more than 6 days and they didnt come and even reply.i m tired of talking to these people(samsung customer care and shop too) and they didnt care .How can we believe in such a international company.Now i cant keep these product with me without installation so How can i return this product.

                Dear Sir,
                we have purchased samsung fully automatic washing machine from Eswar Radio & TV, Davanagere, Karnataka state on 1st Jan '10, duing our purchase their was an complimentary gift of samsung mobile and they offered us but because of no stock available at that moment they mentioned in bill and asked us to collect it after 3 days, we paid bill in cash and took delivery, till today as on 1st of feb'10 we have been to show room 4-5 times, their simple answer is NO STOCK available, being an educated people we are moving this issue with lots of patience and politeness, this is not an matter of money or mobile ( which may cost hardly Rs.3000 ) but it's matter of dealer / companys commitment to customer, after this i tried to contact SAMSUNG CUSTOMER Care and i found it is only for name sake !!! and today also we are waiting for their responce

                and we had great learning !!! what a cusromer satisfaction and service they are providing that too in this competitative era of business

                  unable to connect to PC and also not accessing internet through bluetooth

                  I have bought Samsung Corby Pro (GT-B5310) on Jan 29, 2010 but till date I am unable to connect the phone to my PC through software named 'kies' provided with the set. Further not able to connect to internet by using 'Bluetooth' connection. I have being trying hard, loaded and reloaded their software 'kies' but could not succeed. Same thing using bluetooth, my other phone is working well but 'corby Pro'...

                  I brought Samsung GT-S5233A - Star last yer in July later on in month of Oct i changed my cellphone connection and switched to vodafone. However, almost instantly i realized that the duo are not compatible.

                  The phone work okay for about an hour or so and then the network hangs. Though the signals are full you cannot make any outgoing calls and if someone calls the IVR says the number is our of reach or switched off.

                  Have been shunting between the two customer cares fo resolve this but no solution so far. Has anyone observed a similar problem may be with some other handset. I heard there are lot of such complaints with many samsung handsets.

                  Does anybody know the e-mail ids of consumer court / TRAI so that i can escalate the issue to them?

                  Please help!!!

                    I purchased a samsung gt s3310 and using now with little trouble. music, browsing, and camera are good. also battery back up is good. but i wanted to download atleast one good cricket or racing game. I have money on my mobile. but what is the use. if i download showing a word to supported content. while using this hand set automatically becomes switch off. what a wonderful mobile is samsung. not usable for any good game. this isssss not handset. raw material.panna and mannamkatti mobile. ggggggg .

                      to whosoever it may concern
                      this is inform u that we had bought a refrigerator SAMSUNG RT41 on date 10.sept.09. since then we had to repetedly call the engineers to correct the noise produced frm the appliance. now its not even more than 6 months that again we have malfunctioning of the appliance and we have been told by the engineer that the gas has leaked. sir i wud like to bring into the notice that we spend the handsome money to buy the thing, who would garantee that this fridge would work properly again. we had asked the samsung service station wazirpur to kindly look into mater and replace the same. but they became ignorant.
                      we had all such complaints since the day of purchase.
                      the people say that they will repair it, bt that's nt fair deal. we have been cheated
                      by sending the wrong piece.

                      Samsung Refrigerator — malfunctioning

                      Dear Sir,

                      I have booked a complaint for my Single Door Samsung Refrigerator having BP No-[protected] on 07.12.09 through my mobile in Patna on telephone no. [protected]. The service engineer visited my home on 09.12.09 and redressed the complaint taking a service charge of Rs.220.60 and change a part costing Rs.162.00 named DA47-00134B giving a receipt no 9274 dated 09.12.09 for Rs.382.00.

                      After one week I found that the problem started to occur again i.e in Ice Chamber excess ice started to come and the bulb of the refrigerator got fused.

                      I again made a complaint on telephone no,[protected] on 22.12.09 for the problem perssisting in my refrigerator. I received a call on my mobile from service engineer regarding the problem and it was assured that it will be rectified very soon. After three days I again contacted the person on mobile no. through which he contacted me,but to no avail.

                      I again made a complaint on telephone no [protected] on 02.01.10 narrating the whole incident but till date no service engineer has visited my home to shortout the problem persisting in my refrigerator.

                      It is really awful that such a prestigious company is rendering such type of services which is beyond the expectations of any consumer.

                      Kindly arrange to sortout the problem immediately otherwise again I will be forced to pay the service charges after competion of one month from my first service i.e.09.01.2010.

                        Dear Sir,

                        The Authorised Service Provider at Vadodara ( I m not writing his name for the sake of his reputation ) took the printer for repairing from Dena Bank, VIP Road Vadodara to bring back the same within two days. Now more than 28 days have elapsed but still the stereo type reply is provided that a part is required to be replaced which is awaited from Ahmedabad / Mumbai.

                        Sir, this is the poor state of service provided by the Authorised Dealer to a Corporate client. I am failed to understand that till date the dealer has never bothered to make even a simple telephone call to local branch of Dena Bank. At several occasions when inquired, the same reply "PART IS AWAITED FROM AHMEDABAD / MUMBAI" is given.

                        May I know the date when the order was placed by the authorised dealer to respective supplier of the part.

                        I request your goodself to look into the matter and revert me back.

                        An early response is solicited.

                          i have purchase my lap on 19.11.09. after 25 days it not works properly. i took it for service on 25.12.09 at samsung service center DIGITAL WAVES at mylapore in chennai.they inspected it told that 2 GB RAM is not working and give it to me.I asked for the failure reason but they told that they did not know the reason.i ask for the replacement they told that they donot have the spare now and with in 10 days we made the replacement. but still no response from them. so please take action immedietly. i am not manage with 1 GB RAM so made it fast.

                          samsung,laptop r420. — still not delivered the package

                          i have purchase my lap on 19.11.09.they told that it have a offer of free reebok kit. they tell to send message to reebok as per the instruction told to me.but still i not receive any package from them. so please take immediate action about this to get the package quick.and update about it to my E-MAIL.

                            On seeing the advertisement in the news paper I and my colleague decided to buy a samsung LCD tv for ourselves from Gopus gmart at punkunnam at trissur. since they told that only one piece of the samsung series 4 was available i was asked to book for the lcd my remitting a minimum amount and that they would inform when the stock arrives. On my insistence they agreed to deliver the single piece that was available as exhibit and informed that they would inform when fresh stock arrives. despite no news after 2 weeks when i approached the sales man one mr vinod from gopus gmart , he told me that the stock had not arrived and that they would intimate me. when after another week nothing was heard i visited the show room yet again and contacted the same sales man who informed that that the same lcd that was offerred while booking has gone out of stock and the company is issuing new product at a different cost price. on querying about this he informed that there was nothing he could do if the company stopped to produce a particular product. when i expressed my displeasure he seemed too haughty and arrogant and when i told him that i would take up the matter he informed that i could do what i like and that he didnt care a damn and that he couldnt die if the company did not send the product. i was really shocked at this misbehaviour of this salesman. ALL I WOULD SUGGEST TO ALL THOSE WHO RUN ON HEARING ABOUT SUCH OFFERS IN THE PAPERS TO PLS THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU COMMIT URSELF. THESE PEOPLE ARE OUT ONLY THE CHEAT AND DONT GIVE A DAMN ONCE THEY HAVE HOOKED US IN. THIS IS THE LAST TIME I WOULD EVER VISIT GOPUS GMART AND I WOULD SUGGEST ALL OTHERS TO TAKE A CUE FROM THIS.
                            I had LCD 40'' TV On 02.08.09 but having problem at 28.12.09 onwards complaint raised mail onwards /my complaint no [protected] my Transaction no [protected] .till on date the problem was not cleared hence kindly to replace my tv please

                              Samsung Mobile — The mobile repairing cost is more than the its original price.

                              Hi,
                              My samsung mobile fell down into water and so its not working now, so i went to Samsung India Electronics Service Centre Btm Lyt in Btm Layout 2nd Stage Bangalore and they told the repairing cost would be around 3200 Rs which is more the new mobile price (2700 Rs.)
                              network problem in my mobile then city in nagpur.

                                I am having a harrowing time . . My washing machine broke down nearly 1 month back I had lodged a complaint on 12.01 10.vide complaint no [protected] After 3 days a person from Samsung came , examined the machine and said that he will return with a replacement of the panel that was damaged Thereafter we again reminded them 2 days later and again 2 days later.We were always assured that someone will turn up the very same day .But nobody has come or contacted us till date.

                                  The Circuit Board of my microwave oven was taken on 18-01-10 for repair by an engineer from their authorised service centre Abhinav Enterprises. I received a call from Abhinav on 25-01-10 that the part was ready. As I was not in Bombay then I called Abhinav on the 27th and they promised to send their engineer on the 28th at noon. when the engineer did not come I contacted Samsung on their toll-free number. The response was routine: "someone will call you in 10 minutes." When no one called I insisted on speaking to a senior person and he assured me that an engineer would come the next day (28th) at noon. When no one turned up, I tried to call the same person at Samsung again, but he refused to come to the phone on some pretext or the other. I then received a call from Mr. Pramod of Abhinav who said that the part was yet to be received! He assured me that the part would be in his shop the same day (28th) and that an engineer could come the next day (today). I did not believe him and asked him to send the engineer on Sunday (31st). He reluctantly agreed, but when I called today the part has not yet arrived! I am still being assured that the engineer will come tomorrow, but I don't believe them.

                                  Microwave — No after sale service

                                  I have been trying to get my microwave repaired first of all it stopped working once the one year warranty was over. I can’t believe these products last one year only. I called whirlpool call center and a complaint number was provided HD[protected] and was told within next 48 hrs I will get a call from service technician and will charge Rs295 for the service and rest amount I have to pay for any replacement. I have been waiting from last one week and no contact from whirlpool.
                                  It’s the most pathetic service I ever got first the products are worse would suggest never go for such things which don’t even last 1 year we are two people at home and can understand the usage of the product as well. I will never ever buy whirlpool products and suggest be careful before buying.

                                  my oven's base motor for rotating the substance having problem and it's triangular rolling system also got damaged.Still now it has been not repaired. I am unable to understand the methodology of your company about the after sales services.I am facing problem hence requested to look into matter as soon as possible to save the name of your company and market reputation.

                                  I bought a microwave on 9th of dec2009.Bigbazar showroom demonstrated me a piece that was on display and forwarded me a packed piece during delivery, with a promise that the packed piece was checked and in perfect condition.When opened at home, though apparently perfect, its door was not properly pushing back when opened.
                                  Today ie[protected] a service personal came for home demo and left with lousy excuse that the problem will get solved automatically when the apparatus is used regularly.Well, Im not satisfied because that door is not manageable until a person is practiced enough to open it and not everyone from the family is able to open it.I request the authorities to solve my problem as soon a as possible, as this has deterred my trust in your brand.
                                  If my problem is not solved then this will be my first and last chance to try this brand.

                                  SAMSUNG/MICROWAVE — NO AFTER SALE SERVICE

                                  A MICROWAVE MODEL NO.MWCE103VD BLACK PRODUCT SL. NO.21617D390450 PUCHASED ON 14.11.2009 FROM KINGS ELECTRONICS KHARGHAR NAVI MUMBAI STOPPED WORKING ON 10.04.2010 AND COMPLAINT LODGED ON 14.04.2010 WITH THE SELLER AS WELL AS THE SERVICE CENTRE. IT WAS TOLD THAT WITHIN 48 HRS. IT WOULD BE ATTENDED. DESPITE DAILY REMINDERS SINCE THEN IT HAS NOT BEEN ATTENDED.                                   This is regarding the purchase order of Microwave for which I had received call from India today telesales executive Amandeep, she hadcommunicated following things which are wrong:

                                  1) Fee gifts with the microwave are Reebok Wrist watch & T-shirt, wherein I have got only wrist watch, where is the TSHIRT? When confirmed from your customer care executive Hina, it’s informed that TSHIRT is not applicable…….. Aman had even asked the size of t-shirt and now its not applicable.

                                  2) The microwave considers CONVECTOR, it’s not applicable.

                                  3) As per Aman the actual market prize of this microwave is Rs 9000 + but this microwave is available at the prize of Rs 6499 only… Why?

                                  4) As per Aman no shipping charges were applicable & cost of the microwave is Rs 7098 then why m I charged Rs 599?

                                  5) I was at Rank 3 of the sweepstakes prize, wherein 5 prizes were to be given and minimum prize of Rs 15000/- was sure, I was asked to do total transaction of > Rs. 10000 then I can even get the first prize, later on I received call from some other executive stating I need to do another transaction of Rs 15000/- to get the better prizes and previous one is nullified…. As per executives the minimum prize money have increased to Rs 20000/-



                                  6) I was suppose to get the prize by 20th May, which i have not got as yet..

                                  Even after continuos reminders on email i have not got any reply from your side, that too cpmplaint is pending since 29/5/2010.

                                  We had purchased your MODEL NO Microwave Convection Oven from SAMSUNG Digitalall, home Navrangpura, Ahmedabad 38009 vide cheque no dated

                                  The oven has been giving problems (every monsoon and at other times) on a regular basis and we have been calling the Samsung service Engineers occasionally to get the oven repaired. During the last few years, we have also made payment to Samsung in order to replace the PCB.

                                  Our Microwave Oven has been out of order since the last few months. We have made complaints about the same and the recent complaint number is [protected]. During a recent visit of your service engineer we were informed that the specific model has ceased to exist and that the Samsung would compensate for the amount spent on the oven. However it was insisted that a copy of Invoice would be necessary.

                                  Please note that as a practice, we do not file and maintain Invoices of purchases being made by us and it would be impossible to furnish the specific Invoice to you. We are however sure that you will be able to relate to the purchase made by us on the basis of details of cheque payment details provided above.

                                  Under the circumstances, we find the DEMAND made by SAMSUNG personnel’s as preposterous and unreasonable. This is particularly keeping in mind that we purchased the equipment from Samsung Plaza, your own authorized network and the equipment and the details of the equipment are there for you to see. Also Samsung officials have regularly attended our complaint in the past and there has never been an issue of our specific Micro-wave oven being not an original piece.

                                  We are of the opinion that Samsung is trying to absolve itself from its responsibilities by making such an unreasonable demand.


                                  Having gone through case studies eulogizing the success of SAMSUNG in the Microwave Oven market, I am amazed at your business practice and the behavior of the Company.

                                  I would request you to immediately replace the equipment or make a suitable compensation failing which we would not have any option but to go to the C.E.R.S or the press to highlight your style of functioning and such unethical practice.

                                  We also regret to note that due to very busy telephone lines we are unable to contact your service centre in spite of repeated calls made to them AND HOURS TOGETHER THE RECORDING WILL COME AS "ALL LINES ARE CURRENTLY ENGAGED PL. HOLD WE WILL BE WITH YOU SHORTLY."

                                  We request your action within 15 days.
                                  Call center guy is helpless. ASM (karthik, manoj) did not pick up the call to respond.
                                  Service center manager does not know what to do next.
                                  Speechless wonderful arrangement by Samsung. Not sure, how are they running the business with so much of carelessness. Online, chat online facility is just an eyewash - does not work at all.

                                  When switched on the unit, the front glass door started generating sound and the glass pannel cracked. Complaint given immediately. The service engineer visited 6 times during 1 month without solution. Then on 23 Feb 2012, the ovan was taken to the workshop. Since then, over call only assurance are given. They are not replacing the door, nor returning the ovan or money.

                                  Person contacted - Jansi, Madan from Customer care and many more people in last 1 and half month. Neither there is a service or call back. I have been using Samsung TV, Mobile, Fridge, Washing machine, never had a problem. If samsung is not good in kitchenware, please focus on wherever you are good at. The customer care and service centers knows only how to give assurance, there is no solution, they have never kept a commitment so far in this case. Being polite alone does not solve the problem, there should be action. I am deeply hurted and writing you the final mail. Also, I have registered a complaint in national consumer helpline. Let me see, if this channel is just like any other assurance channel of samsung or is an effective one.

                                  I have purchased Microwave Oven model no. CE1031LFB serial no. 15587DAS1039240 from Mona Traders, Nagpur on 27.04.2009. Initially it worked well but within few days it had a problem. Its touch plate has to be replaced, Its cost being 350+250(Labour charges)= 600. Again within a short span of time again the same problem of Touch plate, again costing Rs.600. Its horrible. I thought its ok now but to my surprise now its dish stopped rotating and its light went off. When I lodged a complaint, the technician told that now its the PCB problem which will cost nearly 1750/-The other problem is in monsoon, again the oven does'nt work properly. I am fed up of these problems of the microwave which is taking away my valuable time instead of saving it.. My complaint no. with the call centre is [protected] & I reminded them 2-3 times. I was told that the Sr.Engg will call me but no, even after a week I did not get any response.
                                  After repeated phone calls the mgr informed me that the part is not available with the co. and also the model is withdrwn. But then this is not my fault. After writing to the CEO of the co. a commercial solution offering a negligible amt after deducting 66 percent depreciation from the total amount was given. How could the matter be sort out by making injustice to me for no fault of mine. The oven has been purchased just 3 yrs back & within this short period how can it be depreciated 66 percent ? & let me tell u I have already been paying money for the spare parts 2 -3 times earlier and thus proved that the piece is defective. The spare parts r not available with the reputed co. & thats not my fault & I requested to replace the piece at the earliest, & I know that as per rule, a co. has to provide services/replace the piece without any delay.
                                  Now I am compelled to lodge complaint with other forums. Pls help me sort out the problem and get justice.

                                    Send in a monitor Model LS23CMZKFV/XM to repair on December 30, 2009. Make numerous phone calls to find out status but every time the reason given were NO PARTS. Its already one month now and yet no confirmation as to when the repair could be done. Please refer to Service Request No.162949 Job No. [protected] dated 30/12/09.

                                    Samsung being a such a big global company is not giving good and fast service and not even able to commit a date as to when repair can be completed. Find that the support team is also not helpful to expedite this matter whenever we call in and always a standard reason being NO PARTS.

                                    All above reflect that Samsung is giving poor and inefficient service/support.

                                    Hope Samsung Management takes this up to expedite this matter and to ensure good and efficient support is provided to customers worldwide.

                                      I bought Samsung LCD TV on 15 October 2009. There is one year manufacturer warranty for this product. I have raised complaint with Samsung on 29 Dec 2009, complaint id is [protected]. I have called Samsung support so many times, but no use. Every time they are saying they will come and fix the problem in couple of days. No one has come to fix the problem till now.

                                      Samsung 29 inch TV — tv screen not working

                                      we have purchase samsung 29inch tv from a dealer in vishakapatanam, as we have gifited for marriage in hyderabad (andhra pradesh ), purchase on 24/03/09 . TV was fitted after 1month, with in 15days the screen was blank no video picture or audio sound was their, when we call the dealer of vishakapatanam we told the matter and we requested him to give us the transfer letter for servecing the tv to samsung srevicing center in hyderabad. the dealer answered it cant be transfer, u have bring the tv at vishakapatanam get it repair, how can we bring it their, samsung company its not a local company i thing . i have the bill and warranty card. please i requesst you to look in to the matter do the needful immeaditely, waitting for your reply
                                      It happens many a times for me for the AC service as well. And also these guys who comes for service will charge on a lesser rate than the company fixed rate without a Bill.
