Dear sir

My Name is pawan tuli bhopal (m.p)..I brought a sansung mobile from a mobile shop ASHA COLLECTION BHPAL (M.P) model no. SCH-W299 (DUAL STAND BY)date[protected]..IMEI NO>[protected] and S/No.A0000017FFD3D9.. i faced so many probelom in mobile set,

1 Video not supported(For tis probelom many time i tack mr roit (company employee) but no action has been taken.
2 Network problem
I am also contack to shopkeeper (asa cellection 10 no bhopal)but he told me that you will talk to company personfor that problem.i have every hope that you will take a prompt action .

    Hello,
    I have bought a Samsung Microwave Oven (Model No.-CE1031LFB) on 2nd Oct 2009 from M/S Hari Plaza, Vaishali, Ghaziabad having a Festival Offer/Gift of Dinner Set. While the transaction was made Retailer committed the delivery of the Gift would be within a week or so, after so many follow-ups they communicated that they are yet to receive the Gift from Distributor. Suddenly, in the month of Dec 2009 they have given the contact of Distributor and have asked me to contact them.
    While I contact Distributor, they say that please talk to your Retailer not the Distributor. In this follow-up there are already 4 months gone, but no one is issuing the Gift or taking any responsibility on this.
    Please advice what should I do?

    Samsung Oven — Gift not received

    Dear Team

    I Have purchased a Samsung oven from starcj.Com on 14 June 2011.Order no [protected]. The offer included 2 free gift hand micture & nonstik .I have told tall free no for many times but not response for correct answer. I was told by the customer care executive of star cj that they will be sending the gift but Till date I have lodged numerous online complaints on starcj.Com and have spoken to their call centres but they always confirm me that they will be dispatching the gift within 2 working days.I am still waiting for the free gift . Thanks

      I would like to inform u that I had taken a Samsung mobile phone the details are given below-

      Date of purchase - 17/10/09
      Cost - Rs 4469.01

      After taking this phone I had used it for some time around a month then it had some problem , it was that the phone was getting restart many times and sometimes was also not starting and was showing some error number blinking

      After that I had give the ph to your service center the details are given below

      Name of service center - H.D Associates
      Add - B-104/1, nirala nagar ,Lucknow, U.P.

      After that I had to go around many times to the service center to get the status of my ph because the number given by them was always busy or the call was not received . after a month or even more I got the ph back , as I was not in the city I asked someone else to pick it up for me . when I returned back to the city I got the ph and it was replaced even though after being replaced it was not working properly .the voice from the phone was not audible on the other side ,I thought it would be the fault of a mic and would be handled easily . I again went to the service center there the receptionist asked me to again submit the ph on asking him again & again to get my ph checked he got it checked and again told me to submit it then I asked to meet the head of the service center . When I told my problem to him he also asked me to submit my ph again and asked me to call back after 10-15 days to check the status of the ph. and told me that there is a server problem going on in the company and he could not do anything about it .

          I have booked a Samsung LCD TV 40 inches at Jeyam & Co., Perambur, Chennai on 1.1.2010. But the same was delivered only on 23.1.2010 after 23 days. They have also assured that SUN DTH service will also be given at the time of delivery. But they have not even installed the same till date.

          While I enquired for the long and inordinate delay, I was informed that the LCD TV, wall mount hanging clips and SUN DTH are not available now. I am also informed that the same will be available in another ten days time.

          I have bought the Samsung product with good hope and trust. But your Service people and dealer, (Jeyam & Co, Perambur) have not provided the intended service till date. And they are simply evading by saying that this is not their fault, but it is due to the Company's (SAMSUNG) fault.

          Hence, atleast now, will I expect an immediate and concrete action your end ? and advise the dealer and your service people to provide the Samsung LCD TV with Wall mounting clips and SUN DTH immediately without any further delay.

          I am eagerly waiting to watch your SAMSUNG's TV performance from last month onwards.

          Look forward to your immediate response and good service in this regard.

          LCD TV — TV NOT INSTALLED

          I HAVE PURCHASED A LCD TV, MODEL LA32B530P7R SL.NO. 12293PBS900490B ON 30.09.2009 FROM M/s LAXMI SAINADH ENTERPRISES, RAJMUNDRY, ANDHRA PRADESH AND BROUGHT IT WITH ME TO HOME. TILL DATE THE TV IS NOT INSTALLED THOUGH THE SAMSUNG REPRESENTATIVE AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE TOLD ME THAT IT WILL BE INSTALLED ON 01.10.2009.I ON 01.10.2009 EVENING WENT TO THE SHOP, THEY TOLD ME THAT IT WILL BE INSTALLED ON 02.10.2009. I ALSO CONTACTED THE PERSONS ON PHONE BUT THEY HAVE NOT RESPONDED. EVEN THEY HAVE ASKED ME NOT TO ARGUE.

          THIS TYPE OF INCIDENT IS NOT EXPECTED FROM A SUCH REPUTED FIRM. PL INTERVENE IN THE MATTER AND INSTRUCT THE CONCERNED PERSON TO INSATTAL LCD.

            I have purchased samsung plasma tv on 18.08.2008. Within one year four months iit has developed a thin invisible red line vertically in the screen which is not visible for normal eyes in chennai. I called samsung mechanic and he told that panel is having manufacturing defect and to replace it. Because of expiry of warranty I have to pay 26000/=. But they will give a discount of 10000/= after getting approval from their head wuarters. But there is no warranty for replaced product. I have purchased tv for rs58000/= and i have to shell out around half oof the price if i am not getting discount wqith in one and half year of purchase.

              Samsung S3310 — DISPLAY

              SIR,
              I PURCHASED SAMSUNG 3310 MOBILE 4 MONTHS AGO. AFTER 1 MONTH MY PHONE'S DISPLAY WAS ACCIDENTLY BROKEN BY MYSELF AND I WENT TO SAMSUNG SERVICING CENTER IN TRIVANDRUM.                 Sir, i had bought a B-520 Samsung Mobile from Mumbai in the month of FEB 2009..... The handset causing problems in July 2009 wherein the software got corrupt. I took it to a service center in Borivali who reinstalled the software and the phone started working.
                Again in Nov 2009 i got the same problem and took it once again to the service center.... this time they said that as it is happening regularly, they would have to replce the motherboard of the handset.

                I submitted the handset with Borivali Service Center on 28th Nov with an assurance that the same would be done within 15-20days, however till date (i.e. till 25th Jan 2010) the same has not been replaced and i await my phone....
                Also whenever i try to call Samsung Service Center in Borivali (W) they say that they are unaware as to how much time will it take and cannot assure time whent the same will be recvd.

                Is this the kind of service SAMSUNG provides to its customers... Also is this the durability of the product that Samsung sells as the handset is within warranty and is causing so much problems.

                Mother board replacement not done for past 2 months - In warranty
                Sir, i had bought a F 679 MAX CDMA Samsung Mobile from Mumbai in the month of FEB 2009... The handset causing problems in July 2009 wherein the software got corrupt. I took it to a service center in LALBAGH who reinstalled the software and the phone started working.

                Again in Nov 2009 i got the same problem and took it once again to the service center... this time they said that as it is happening regularly, they would have to replce the motherboard of the handset.

                I submitted the handset with LALBAGH KARI ROAD Service Center on 13th JAN'10 with an assurance that the same would be done within 15-20days, however till date (i.e. till 22 MARCH 2010) the same has not been replaced and i await my phone...
                how much time will it take and cannot assure time whent the same will be recvd.

                Is this the kind of service SAMSUNG provides to its customers... Also is this the durability of the product that Samsung sells as the handset is within warranty and is causing so much problems.
                SAMSANG GIVES US BEST PRODUCT, PRICE, STYLE BUT ALSO IS TOOOOOO BAD AFTER SALE SERVICE. I AM DISAPPOINTED FROM SAMSANG PRODUCTS AND I HAVE SO MANY PRODUCT USE OF IT LCD TV, HARD DISK, WASHING MACHING, CAMERA, LAPTOP ALL ARE IN WARRANTY BUT GOD KNOWS WHAT WILL BE HEPPEN WHEN BE OUT OF WARRANTY

                SAMSUNG/MOBILE PHONE — Replacement of phone

                I purchased a Samsung Jet Model S8003 with the serial number RPPSA22964Z and IMEI no: 357381/03/050848/8 on 3rd May 2010 from SAMSUNG 'privileged dealer' Mobile Shoppe, 13B, Ramesh Mitra Road, Kol-700025. The phone began to get hanged from 19th May and finally I submitted to the authorized service centre Ace Care at Kolkata. They returned me the phone within an hour with proper functioning. However, the same problem kept on creeping up and finally when the phone stopped working, I took the phone again to Ace Care and submitted it there on 25th May where they diagnosed that the mother board needed a total replacement. I had the heckling of my life in getting my phone back and finally after lots of follow up and repeated calls to the customer service I received my phone back on 19th June.

                But the phone keeps hanged up again with none of the buttons/touchscreen functions working. I am simply harassed and heckled, and I want my phone to be replaced with a brand new one immediately. Its simply disgusting and ridiculous, how a new phone that too a so called high end one stops functioning within the first 20 days of its usage! Such things are not expected from a reputed and revered brand like Samsung.

                Seeking your sincere cooperation to get my phone replaced. I'd be happy if they could return me the purchase value in full.

                Hi,
                I have bought a Samsung mobile phone (B520) on Dec 2009. The phone is of slider model. Exactly before two weeks it shows display problem and it rectifies if I switch on the phone again. Later the keypad was not working.And now it is fully jammed. Could not even switch on the mobile phone. It was just after a year and so the warranty period is also over. I come to know it is the Samsung's failure phone model. Is it worth servicing now? It is too bad that the mobile phone is still in market. Since my friends whomever had the phone has faced problems. They should atleast stop that from the market.

                  My complaint is logged on Saturday ([protected]) and so far its not been rectified by any of the service engineers from samsung.

                  I called their help desk executives so many times and I understand from them that, they are sending reminders to service engineers and no response from their end.

                  Issue is machine is intaking the water and not going inside the drum.

                  Please don't by any Samsung products.

                    Dear Sir/Madam

                    ,This is Nadeem,I have been a regular user of Samsung mobiles for past 3 plus years for its unique features,unfortunately after my first Samsung Slim-D-900 was not repaired by Samsung service center after using for 3 years for display compalint and hence i had to go for the Samsing G-800.

                    I had bought the G800 in 2009 again very unfortunate my display started giving problems,repeatedly for 4 to 5 times even after repair in the Authorised Samsung service centre Mysore.

                    Since then i had to go for a new one after the Service centre people assured to replace the handset by 1 month's time under warranty,but i have been repeatedly made to runaround every now and then on false promises by your people from past 2 months and odd(kindly check all the details with bill and other services done at your serive centre in MYSORE-KARNATAKA-also attached).

                    I hope to receive a immediate reply on confirmation on refund of my mobile as it not possible to follow up on this matter any more since of my busy schedule if not i may have adopt the legal procedure to resolve the issue as the last option in consumer forum.

                      We have purchased my Microwave 5-6 months back from Next store, Tilak Nagar. Now from last month our microwave is not working and we lodged a complain in service centre. on 9th Dec one of the engineer visited our house and told us 3 parts needs to be changed as they are not working. Till now after so many follow ups still we are getting a response that part are not available.

                      I think people should not buy any Samsung product as their after sales service is very very poor. No matter if you escalate your problem to their senior person still your problem will remain same.

                        this mobile is not supporting any apps...messaging does not work properly i.e if the inbox is full, after cleaning up it will not receive messages for some time until you switch off mobile and again switch on....please do not opt for this phone...

                        Samsung S3310 — New Phone Disorder and bitter response

                        I bought this cellphone on 17th Oct, 2009 and on 27th Oct, 2009, the set went started hanging and the display went blur. I submitted it to a service center, where they responded to me that if it would have been out of order in 4-5 days, they would have repaired it, but as it is 10 days, they will only be able to rectify the problem. AND FOR THAT TOO THEY WILL NEED 10 DAYS AND WOULD INFORM ME IF IT HAD GOT RECTIFIED EARLIER. They were even not ready to provide me a backup set during this period. When I kept calling the service center's contact number for status, it was either not available and the alternate number does not have its incoming facility enabled. When I called up the CUSTOMER CARE HELPLINE, they said they won't be able to help me on this issue, although the service center is a Samsung authorized one. The whole system appears to be a dispersed one each shrugging off their responsibilities.

                        Firstly, I would like to know where in the rules is it written , THAT THE REPLACEMENT OF A SET HAPPENS IN THE FIRST 4-5 DAYS AND NOT AFTER THAT.

                        Secondly, I stay 15-16 kms away from the service center and its not possible for me to visit the service center often to enquire the status. I had not bought the phone just for passion. My business is getting seriously affected due to the unavailability of the handset. I would want Samsung to get my set replaced and that too in the shortest possible time because I don't trust their integrity any more, as their representatives shrug off their responsibilities. Moreover, if the set is not replaced instantly, I will be forced to ask for the payment of the losses I am incurring as a result of this.
                        I bought this cellphone on 13th Jan, 2010 and on 20th Jan, the set went started hanging. I am not able to make an call as the network some time appear and some time it left while I try to make answer the call.

                        I had contact the dealer and he give me the address of serive. I had deposit my set there and they had update the software. But the problem was still there and I had returned the same say.

                        I had contacted the dealer once again (no doubt the dealer is nice guy) and he take some incentative. He had promised to replace the main mother board of the set through serive, but the part is not available at all.

                        Till date I am not able to get the set. Will nay body suggess me what I have to do? Should I have to go for Consumer Court?????????

                          i had purchased convection microwave model from samsung india through its agt at uttam nagar new delhi on 12oct09,first of all there was no proper demo and on the top of it i was assured by the dealer about the cookery classes being conducted by the m/s samsung india immediately purchasing the microwave to help client to cook their favourite dishes.and during that deepawali period even lg were having the same offer of complimentary cookery classes by them.and i must say it was very unfortunate moment when i choose samsung microwave over lg.their full page adv for the same free cookery classes etc published in the times of india national edition on 29oct09 assuring and claiming tall about being the best microwave oven in india and abroad who provided cookery classes etc.and as a process we have informed their helpline [protected] and registred our request with them for the cookery classes and were being told the same will be conducted very soon.but till this date there is no sig of response from them inspite of my several emails and telephonic conversation with their so called excecutives brings no response till this date only false promises and daily new number new name new refrences were provided to pass the time.my complaint [protected] is still pending and they have stopped to reply my querries now.then i spoke to mr suvrat[protected] and mr amresh [protected] and belive me they made me understand that i was a fool to choose so called multinational company can be a cheater.mr amresh provided me his false email id which is not at all existing.i requested them to at leat give me in writing that inspite of their tall claim and adv in the famous english daily the times of india they cant arrang cooking classes to their clients which he reused.i even said/wrote you give me written appology about the same as they have no co ordination with their pr deptt or so but now they stopped attending my calls.pls help me and solve my problem and also provide me the tel/fax/address of their ceo so that i can at leat inform them about the things which are being implemented behind their tall claims.pls help me and solve my problem...harinder rana [protected],flat-4,site -3 opp holy innocent public school,vikas puri,new delhi-110018

                            My Samsung GSM handset SGH-B520 had a blank white display Hang problem.
                            I took it to the Samsung Mobile Service Center in Ghaziabad Raj Nagar area at following address
                            (JMD Services, R-7/196, Raj Nagar,Ghaziabad-201001.

                            The technician opened the handset in front of me and checks it and told me that it had display and Software problem and needs to be kept at the service centre for 1 day. Later after 5 days I got a call from the service centre that there is a Mother board problem and it cannot be replaced, as there is a Software problem.

                            But I know that there is no such problem because the handset in use for last 15 months.

                            When I called Samsung Mobile Customer care they told me talk with Mr.Vikesh ASM on [protected] but after 2 Days Mr. Vikesh Also Give Me Same Reply that there is a Mother board problem and it cannot be replaced.

                            Still I Can’t Understand that how is arise the Mother Board Problem in phone when there is only display problem and They Have Issued me memo without ORDER No,Date and Token No.

                            My phone's warranty is going to expire on October 26th 2009.Please help me in this case.

                              Refrigerator model RT 41 - The freezer works ok. The cabinet does not cool. Advised switch off the refrigerator for 24 hrs to solve the icing problem. Nothing happened . It seems a manufacturing defect and should be rectified without charge. may be need to go to consumer complaint cell of the Government.

                                I had bought a Samsung Mobile Phone - Model GTS3650
                                (Sl.RW3SA12506T, IMEI No.[protected] on 6.11.09 from Mobile Store located at Dharavi, 60 Feet Road, & invoice number. MH1939.

                                I used the phone but only after 3rd day of Purchase I got 3 lines on DISPLAY. Then I took it to the Shop I purchased and asked for a replacement and he refused and asked me to go to the Service Centre of Samsung located at Portuguese Church, Dadar West Area, Shop name Excel Services (Phone No.[protected]). I visited the above store 3 times & they resolved the issue but it was only for temporary Period. Then again I got same Problem after 3 days then Service Centre told me that it would take 10 days for change Display repairs. or you can visit at Santacruz Head office they will Help you. Then after I visited at santacruz gallery they also told me same answer it will be take 1 week.


                                I am wondering why cannot Samsung replace the handset ... it is in warranty Period then
                                ...what is the guarantee and warranty?

                                Please help me as to how I can get a replacement or service as it is a new mobile. Otherwise I will launch Complaint against Samsung Mobile in Consumer court.

                                So Please give me reply on urgent basis.

                                Why should I suffer from this Problem?

                                    I have purchased a handset of SAMSUNG C3010S on 16/01/2010 at "Little Sisters" (LIC more, MIDNAPUR Town, West Bengal). They have taken Rs. 3500/- from me, but i have verified this price value at HALDIA, purba medinipur, @Rs.3100/- . When I call back to this "Little Sister" they told me that this was the actual price...Why i will give Rs. 400/- more..............pls do something...

                                      I had purchased a Samsung window AC unit with stabilizer on 19.12.08 from Chellamani & Co., 440/1, M.T.H,Road, Pattabiram, Chennai – 94, your authorized dealer. The dealer had taken one week’s time even for installing the unit. On installation, it was noticed the unit is malfunctioning. After repeated requesting the unit was replaced with a new one after a lapse of six months. To my surprise this unit was also developed technical snags. Therefore, I had lodged a complaint with your dealer. Again, your technician checked the unit and found some problems in compressor and the same was rectified after three months.



                                      Since this problem is occurring time and again. I again registered a written complaint on 26.08.09 vide B.P.No. [protected]. As usual this time also it has taken tws months to attend the complaint. To my dismay, your service center viz.SRI MEENAKSHI ELECTRONICS, THIRUVALLUR has given me an estimate for gas filling charges of Rs.1000/- & service charge of Rs.200/- + service – tax, though it is under warranty period.



                                      From the above, it is amply clear that the unit sold to me is either a duplicate one or a second hand unit as otherwise why a brand new unit is giving me sleepless night for its bad service. Thought the unit is roughly one year old, it has hardly given me any comfort for the money I paid for it. It is also pertinent to mention here that your service after sale is very poor which would affect your brand image.



                                      I hope you could understand the mental agony I had undergone for all these months. Though I am not at fault, the service center wants me to pay the aforesaid charges.



                                      Under these circumstances, I hereby appeal to you to kindly look into the matter personally and do the needful. Please take this as a notice and attend to my request within 15 days from the date of receipt of this letter. As otherwise, I will be forced to approach Consumer Forum for justice for which your company will be responsible for all consequences.

                                        I purchased the monitor Last month.I didnt use that monitor. i just purchased and i kept in my home for arrangements.3 weeks before i Switched ON my Monitor after that only i noticed there is problem with that monitor. While Switch ON it Automatically getting switch OFF in 3 seconds.Immedietly i called to Customer care Samsung india and registered a complaint regarding this issue.They told me that our Engineer will come to your home with in today. But he came after 3 days.He Checked and state that some mother board inside the monitor is found to be defective so want to replace that one.i asked him to replace that one. but he told me we don have now, i ll get back you tomorrow. Already one week gone.But no response from any of them.Many times i called to customer care regarding this issue but no response( they just telling our engineer will come). Am very much dissappointed with the service of samsung.
