till now i am not get my handset back (2and half month geting over).when i went to them they just saying we will give your mobile in just 1 day or week . they are irresponsiblly about my mobile...

i had bought new Samsung mobile SGH-F480. within six month from the date of purchase its touch screen stops working properly. when i go to samsung service station Bhubaneswar. they denied to replace it and require ATLEAST 3 MONTH to repaire it.
