Reference: Purchase of LCD TV from Vijay Sales via Invoice No 06-BR04-08S0 1553 dated April 18, 2008.

Subject: LCD TV – Model No LA26R71BAM/XTL, Serial No 07223ZHQ302541D, Complaint no [protected]

Dear Samsung Authorities;

With reference to the above mentioned complaint number, I wish to state that the LCD TV in question was purchased by me from Vijay Sales Borivli, 15 months back – April 18, 2008.

During that time there was a promotion drive by Videocon and I wanted to buy Videocon TV. Samsung as a brand was sold to me by the representatives who managed to convince me that this is a well known brand having best products and that I could blindly purchase any of Samsung Products and be assured about the performance for a long time to come. Hence, even though this Samsung LCD TV was costlier that the other products I purchased the Samsung LCD TV for Rs 30,000/- on pure face value.

Recently, the TV started giving problems on startup – it used to take some time for the TV to start and we had lodged a complaint wherein the same was attended but the problem continued. In couple of days there was no image seen on the TV at all. We again called the technician wherein he mentioned to us that there was a panel problem and that he would revert back with the costing for repairs as the warranty had expired 3 months back.

Since the technician never called back, I personally inquired with Samsung Authorized Service Centre – Abhinav Enterprise regarding the cost involved and I was shocked to hear that the repair of my TV is going to cost me Rs 22,000/- . I am feeling completely cheated on buying the Samsung TV as I was told that the same is a good product and I would never have to worry about its performance.

To set your records right, please refer the below mentioned details of the complaints made and visits made by your staff :

I received a letter on 12/11/2009 from Abhinav Enterprise stating “as per our request” they are offering a discount of 25% in the repair cost.







The statement stating that the “request for a discount in the repairing cost” is absolutely false and misleading. We request you to refer to our complaints and various discussions which clearly demands an immediate Repair or Replacement of the television set at your on cost, as such kind of expense is not justified in the span of 15 months from the date of purchase of the television set.

Hence, the estimate given by you is totally unacceptable. You are once again requested to have the television set repaired immediately as it has been three months now that the television set is unused and is causing a lot of inconvenience to my family members.

I hereby appeal to the Samsung Authorities to look into the matter as there is no way that I can pay Rs 22000/- for the repairs of my TV. There is no justification to the fact that an expense of this nature is called for in a matter of just 15 months of purchase. The TV needs either to be changed or repaired.

You are hereby called upon to rectify the problem immediately at your own cost immediately, failing which we shall be constrained to take appropriate steps against the company – Samsung, activating the Consumer Code Proceedings and Institution of Cheating and Forgery Act as applicable without any reference and at your entire risk and consequences. We would also be constrained to activate the media tool in the same.

SAMSUNG LCD TV — Despite of repeated reminders, my ECS debit is not coming on time & now its clogged

This complaint is in regard of my ECS debit which is against of Samsung LCD Tv loan which i took it from esteemed Bajaj Finance extn counter based in Croma Pacific mall.

Despite of repeated reminders to your employee yogesh regarding non coming of ECS debit, all of my effort went into vain.
Now Bajaj Finance Ghaziabad branch waked & following up with me from 7th Dec 08. I took this loan somewhere in May or Jun 08. I dont know exactly how many ECS debit is done as of date because there was so much irregularities in the debit.

I request to bajaj finance that they should sit with me so that i can settle with them i am not in a position to pay in one short.

SAMSUNG LCD TV — ECS difference in debit amount

Hi,

I have purchased a Samsung lcd with the help of bajaj finance dated 29th Nov 2008.
TV woth of 15500 INR, 0 % interest and 400 INR as processing fee.
I have paid a don payment of 5568+ INR(4 months EMI + 400 as processing fee).
And the EMI is 1292 per month starts from Jan 2009 and ends Aug 2009.

But the ECS is debited as 2084 from my account.

I have already took this issue to the local manager name Chandrashekar.

But so far no step is taken.

Pls do the needful at the earliest.

Samsung — LCD display

I have purchased a LCD monitor from Sumsung India on 20/03/09 and within 10 days there was a thin vertical line in the centre of the screen.And gradually that line is becoming thick. For which I have called on the sevice centre helpline number. One of the so said engineer came and told that a certain part of the LCD is to be changed and he will come next very day and bring the part and then repair the LCD. And from that day it is more than 25days and no one came to repair it, whenever I call on the engineer's mobile number he gives a new excuse and delays the same. I am fed up this thing. Please help me.

Samsung - LCD TV — LCD TV Compiant - unresolved

Please refer my Complaint No. [protected] dated 18.06.09 (Samsung LCD TV – 26”) . Now almost one month is over and at least 10 times I must have contacted your customer care for follow-up. The issue is not yet resolved. Now I have lost the faith and interest in your product & service. You have created one more un-satisfied customer in your list.

Please do the needful either to replace it with a different model where you can offer your service in future or take this product back. I don’t have anymore patience to listen to your explanations please.

SAMSUNG LCD TV — Damage of TV

I Neela R. Khaladkar have purchased Samsung LCD TV (26 inch) one and half years back.
After one and half years only its damaged (Panel is damaged) . Repairing chares are around 18, 000 which more than buying a new TV.
So I want to know why the durability of product is so less and rediculous repairing charges.

Samsung Lcd — LCD TV Replacement

I purchased a Samsung LCD TV LA32B450 on 28th July'09. It was delivered on 29th July'09. The Airtel Big TV was installed on 03rd Aug. Over 3 days o[censored]sage I realized that there is some serious problem in the speakers as after few minutes o[censored]sage, the volume(speaker output) got mute. I filed a complaint of the same in Samsung Care Center on 06th Aug'09(Complaint No.:[protected]). A technician was sent to reslove the issue, who conformed that the LCD TV needs to be replaced. After having scanned and send the Bill Copy to the service engineer, since 06th Aug-till date(24th Aug), I have called the care center for about 11-15 times(including Samsung, Ahmedabad Office) for resloving the same. To my dismay I get the same asnwer each time-"The replacement request has been forwarded to the senior level and is in an approval pipeline".
I am not able to understand that for a company like Samsung, why does it take so much time to get an approval(with options like approvals on mail, SMS etc.) after knowing the fact that the technical engineer has confirmed that the LCD TV needs to be replaced.

SAMSUNG LCD TV — Product failing/ poor performance

I purchased Samsung LCD Television Set (Model Id - LA32A550 P1RLXL and product serial number - 10263PCS100066) from one of your dealers, Vijay Sales at Borivali (W) Mumbai on 29th Jan 2009.

After couple of month’s time however, the television set started developing multiple faults resulting in either loss of picture completely or deteriorated picture quality.

So far I or one of my family members has reported issues with Samsung support service thrice within the time span of 8 months since purchase. The problems were fixed by Samsung service personnel three times. The dates of visits of the support personnel are 26th May 2009, 10th July 2009, and 07th Sept 2009.

I was tempted to purchase the Samsung Television Set as I was informed by the dealer that Samsung has used best and latest technology. However, the television set has clearly failed to live up to Samsung reputation of quality and durability. I patiently waited for 8 months for the television set to deliver its promised and expected picture quality, but in vain.

I have now lost my patience and demanded for replacement of the product (this particular piece) by new television set.

SAMSUNG/LCD — Replacement of LCD panel

I was a proud owner of Samsung LCD Tv some two months ago until the LCD Panel went bust. The LCD was just one year and 2 months old. I registered a complaint and I was told that the panel will be replaced and the technical team has reigstered my complaint for approval. It is now two months and still I haven't received a positive response from the company.

Hope they do something after registering this complaint.

SAMSUNG LCD TV — wrong service advice/incompetent service person

Dear Sir, We had taken a LCD TV with model nos LA32A550 chasis nos 10263PC100051 ecode L42 from Vijay Sales on 2-2-2009. we had bought a new connection from TATA Sky . however while installing it was found that the TV had a problem the picture was not at all coming clear.another digicomp was tried same problem was seen. we launched a complaint with complaint nos [protected]with samsung customer care. rs 1000/- was told to us as visiting charges of the engineer. we agreed as the TV was worth 40,000. when the engineer Mr. siddhiki came nos [protected] without checking the TV he told us that the Panel was faulty and it would cost 26,000/- + 4000/- =30,000/- rs to correct the problem. I would like to ask are your (samsung)engineer competent enough that without checking they can give such a advice. when we told him to check the wires . the LCD started working properly. possibly there was loose connection somewhere. after the man left the same problem has reappeared. first of all there was no check done by the engineer how can you just tell without seeing the problem with LCD TV we have all 3LCDS, 1 refrigerator , washing machine samsung products in our household . we feel cheated by the compnay and would like to get the TV properly scrutinized for loose connections and not just charge exhorbitantly to customers anyway.i have completely lost faith in all samsung products. and would not buy anything further till i get satisfactory response for my complaint please contact me on [protected]

SAMSUNG LCD TV — Very poor sound

I have purchased an LCD Samsung LDD-B480 22'' from in Bokaro, Chas in Jharkhand on 12th of Jan. 2010. Its sound is very poor. Many times i loged complaint for the same in Samsung Service Center in City Center in Bokaro itself, now approximately one and half months have passed but the office bearer and staffs are not taking any care. Please allow me to preface this with the fact that I am but one small consumer who owns a small business. Big blue robotis a much larger and is a super fast growth company that will undoubtedly respond to this with much gusto and legalese. I have asked them for my money back for the work they did not even attempt to perform. I can't compete with their lawyers or there stable of employees whose job it is to go out onto the Internet all day and post "independent" and "candid" remarks about how great bigbluerobot.com is. I won't even try to compete with that. All I can do is tell YOU what they have done to ME and allow you to draw your own conclusions.
They sent me an email telling me that I had a Ripoff Report which I did. They said they could remove it from the front pages of google (which they did not) for this I paid them $3500 dollars. They said they had a Guarantee. They did not honor it.

Why this delay when the company is obliged to undertake the service during the warranty period. I do not expect such careless approach from a reputed company like samsung.

I have purchased LCD TV from dubai under global replacement warranty.After 2 months of purchse & subsquent usage in india, TV stopped fuctioning.

After rigourous & formal followups with the company since last 3 months, there is no any action from there side .After every reminder i m being assured of TV replacement within next 15 days.Even after 3 months thier is NO action being taken from their side .

Now i m doubting thier intension of customer service & satisfaction . The promise of global replacement warranty has turned into a big joke .

i have raised an complaint for my 26inch samsung lcd,the service engineer came at 7:45pm and didnt saw the right problem what the tv had and senseless responce like replace the panel which will cost u 17k only 15 months have passed buying the lcd within 15 mnths if pannel is not working i insist dont go for samsung products its really a cheat business be aware of it,thanx.

Hi,
I had purchased 22" Samsung LCD TV 2 years back for Rs 14500. Suddenly the display went off and it is not coming at all. I contacted Samsung service center, but they are telling, I need to purchase a new panel for this, which cost more than Rs 7000(discounted price). I have bought this TV for Rs 14500, and now cannot afford this extra Rs 7000 just after 2 years of purchasing the new TV. It is not expected from a reputed brand like samsung. Has it become an use and throw type of product nowadays? If such is the case then they are supposed to mention it during the time of purchase, so that we can opt for some other reputed brand, who provides much better service. We are a middle class section of the society and cannot afford a new TV every year.

SAMSUNG LCD TV — Poor Product Quality & Worst Service support

I was proud to own a Samsung LCD 32 inches till fewdays back; untill it strated to show some problem of display getting off/ black. Now I pitty about my decision to buy such a worst product & decided that will not recommend to anybody.


Unfortunately My TV was of age of 1 Year 15 days (Just 15days after its warranty expiry date). Ofcource I took it to a Samsung service centre in SUrat where i left the TV for a day for its checkup.

The Servicemen checked my TV and calledup me & shared a Shocking news!!

I want to replace some "front Panel" unit of it to rectify the problem & it will cost Rs.8200/-. + Service charges.

I don't know what decission should i take because for a TV costing appx. Rs.30000 why should i spend 1/3rd of its cost for repairing just after 1 Year???

What is the garranty if i am repairing & using it that it will not make any problem & some other parts need to be replaced (again anothr Rs.10000???)

We have bought our samsung lcd tv in 2008. Soon after its guarantee period was over the TV was completely dead and we lodged complain
in ithe SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTRE to repair the TV two times but nobody came to provide the service. This way our TV got damaged more and more. So its my ardent request to you to see the matter at the earliest.

Samsung as a brand was sold to me by the representatives who managed to convince me that this is a well known brand having best products and that I could blindly purchase any of Samsung Products and be assured about the performance for a long time to come( I have lot of Sumsung Product like-Refrigerator, Micro-Oven, Monitor & more parts of My PC) . Hence, even though this Samsung LCD TV was costlier that the other products I purchased the Samsung LCD TV for Rs 15, 200/- on pure face value.

Recently, the TV started giving problems on startup – it used to take some time for the TV to start and we had lodged a complaint wherein the same was attended but the problem continued. In couple of days there was no image seen on the TV at all.

I purchased SAMSUNG LCD TV from Sargam Electorincs, Modal Town, Delhi in March 2011 vide invoice no. S/MT 3733. TV worked satisfactorily Till June 2012 and developed picture problem in July 12. On complaint engineer from SAMSUNG visited and confirm screen needs to be replaced which will cost me Rs.18000/- as the warranty has already expired. I am shocked to learn that despite my proper care of TV the screen has stopped displaying picture. I have spend hard earned money in acquiring my dreamed TV which stopped working. I am Mrs Roshni Ajit Kumar from an Army background and also a consumer of Samsung LCD TV. I have equally been cheated by the company and my complaint has been since 2011. The LCD tv was purchased on january 2009 and since 2011 I have been contacting via phone and mails to samsung authorities regarding the ghost images appearing on my LCD tv but today its almost 2yrs and no one from Samsung company has bothered to respond back in replacing my tv or to refund my full amount hence I have decided to move to consumer forum court regarding the cheating and breach of trust with customers regarding the company product and making profit for the company.
Any body who has not got justice till date can join me if wish to and such corrupted company's need to be taught about their responsibility towards their customer who have spent their hard earned money on purchasing such high end products.
Lets join in and make the difference and from here our motto is not to get replacment but a full refund with market intrest on the full amount till date with compensation for harrasing us mentally and financially.

I have purchased a samsung lcd 22 " tv in august 2011 from your dealer named " HOME GALLERY, NEDUMKANDAM, IDUKKI DISTRICT, KERALA STATE".In 2013 September, I have seen a dark round spot on the display and it gradually spread all over the screen.When I contacted the dealer, they replied me that the warranty period have expired and nothing can do them.Me, from a poor family.I request you to consider my situation most preferably and beg you to do the needful to replace the system.

      This is to get to your notice that my wife had purchased a Samsung Mobile handset M3510 on May5th2009,From Univercell,Indiranagar Branch (INV No B.IN/1692) and within 2 months the keypad was not working and i had brought the set to the shop and they told me to give it to Sagar Technologies for repair and i did the same on 29th July 2009 and ever since its been with them and every time i call them they tell that the part has to come from Chennai and till now its not been repaired.While i understand that Univercell shop only sells mobile sets and not repairs but i feel such experience is really frustrating for me and that you need to take some responsibility for such cases when you have also charged for mobile theft and damage insurance.

        Sir,

        I do not know whether I am contacting the right medium for my grievance or
        not but I hope that my this letter will draw your kind attention at least.



        Sir, I purchased one Samsung 29" coloured TV in June, 2009 and from the day
        it has been purchase, I am cursing myself because it was defective from the
        very beginning. Earlier during 2-3 months we did not noticed the defect but
        when it started increasing we contacted the Samsung, Delhi 10-12 times and
        every time we requested them to replace this defective set with a new but no
        heed was paid by them to our requests. Every time they impressed upon us to
        get it repaired. Till guarantee of one year was not over, they tried to
        repair the set (but not entertained our request for replacement of this
        defective set) but as soon as the guarantee was over they refused to
        entertain the complaint without the visiting charges of Rs.500/-. With great
        difficulties and lots of requests they agreed to repair it again (but
        refused to replace the set or refund the amount of Rs.16500/- towards the
        cost of the TV set) with the assurance that the same defect will never
        happen again.



        But regret to inform you that within 3 months, again the same problem has
        appeared. This time we are really fed-up and want our hard earned money
        back, but they are not entertaining our requests.



        If it is possible, you are requested to kindly look into our complaint and
        give a space in your esteemed newspaper(s) so that other consumers of
        coloured TV are apprised of the fact which we have faced in the hands of
        SAMSUNG INDIA.



        We shall be grateful to you for this favour otherwise nobody in India is
        helping the consumers who are being cheated by this big companies. It is
        learnt that Samsung has sold its lakhs of defective sets in Indian market
        but is not ready to accept them back.

This time I am not going to tolerate if pour hard earned money spent on this DEFECTIVE SET is not returned. I am writing a complaint to THE CHIEF MINISTER/PRIME MINISTER/MRS. SONIA GANDHI FOR THEIR INTERVENTION IN THE MATTER. After that I will contact CONSUMER FORUM, if my hard earned money is not returned.

        You have really made a mockery of our grievance and are trying to delay the matter. I have also prepared my complaint with full details and it will be sent to different daily NEWSPAPERS of Delhi/India, if my problem is not solved, immediately.

          Dear Sir/ Madam,
          This is my second mail in Samsung Support but nether I did not receive any reply on this mail nor my problem solve by Samsung service centre. My complaint no is[protected] dated 22.12.2009, I purchased a LCD TV model no LA32B530P7RMXL S. No:- 122532E5900202 ,When I start it in my home its volume level is going mute after 30 Volume lavel.When I complaint on Samsung Service centre(Complaint no [protected]) they send en engineer for repairing the same. It should be DOA (Dead on Arrival) and it should be replace with new one TV not repair.


          If this product have some external problem than I am ready to service it but it have some internal problem, than I am not ready to repair the same. I request you that please change this LCD TV with new one. I will not accept it in repair condition. I want only new TV as I have paid full value for it.

          This is showing very poor service of India’s no ONE Brand of electronics and IT products. I have 100 times called to Mr. Manish Kaushik(Service Head - Jaipur service centre) but after 26 days gone they didn't solve my problem.

          I WANT TO KNOW THAT "IS THIS TYPE OF SERVICE PROVEDING TO YOUR CUSTOMERS"

          Kindly sort out this issue ASAP.

          Samsung India — LCD picture quality not OK

          I have purchased Samsung LCD from Bhopal (MP) in Feb 2011.

          In March I have compliant that their Picture quality is not OK. After giving compliant Service engineer from samsung came and attended the problem.

          Again within one month problem is repeated.


          Problem description is as below...

          1. Without any source screen colour is coming Greenish instead of Blue.

          2. Greenish Colour background is coming while connecting Tatasky OR DVD player.

          3. After 10-15 Minutes screen colour became normal.

                      RECENTLY I BOUGHT A SAMSUNG CDMA MOBILE WITH MODEL NO: SCH-B259
                      ON 9 JANUARY 2010
                      RIGHT FROM THE DAY ONE I REGRET BCZ THE VOICE CLARITY IN THE MOBILE WAS POORER AND EXACTLY ON DAY 5 I REGRET BADLY CZ THE MOBILE STARTED GENERATING PROBLEMS ONE BY ONE GRADUALY
                      1ST I COULD'NT HEAR THE VOICE SOMETIMES AS IN BEFORE THE CLARITY WAS DULL
                      2ND THE POWER KEY STOPPED WORKING
                      3RD MOBILE TURNS OFF SPONTANEOUSLY, COULD'NT EVEN TALK FOR A MIN
                      4TH HEADSET WAS NOT WORKING
                      5TH COULD'NT ABLE TO CHARGE
                      6TH USE TO HANG STILL,

                      WHEN I APPROACHED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER, ONE WOULD GET IRRITATED BY SEEING THE HUGE CROWD IN A SMALL OFFICE AND ONLY ONE PERSON WOULD BE PRESENT AT THE HELP DESK ALTHOUGH THERE WERE 4 TO 5 HELP DESKS, AND IF SITUATION IS PREVAILING OVER THERE ONE WOULD COUNT KI MERA NUMBER KAB AYEGA
                      AND AFTER UNDERGOING ALL THESE WHEN MY TURN CAME I WAS REALLY SHOCKED AND AMUSED BY THE WORD OF THE EXECUTIVE

                      I purchased your "Samsung Raaga" mobile on dtd 16.06.09 from Shillong with tata indicom prepaid connection. I had lots of problem facing from the date I purchased. The set is heated up after 10 mins of conversation.It was going for 6 months. Now in the last month 17.12.09 when I gave for charge, it was suddenly switched off . I took away that from charging and tried to switch on. That time the set becomes heated and I was not able to switch it ON.

                      The next day I gave the set to the shop owner as it was in warranty period.He told that he gave it to the authorized dealer and that set will go to the service centre. But after 1 month that dealer reported that I droped this set and that's why it becomes faulty and they charged Rs 1100 for repairing that one. But I am sure regarding that I never dropped that one and there is definately some technical problem in the set. when they returned me back that set, they change the display also. Is it Customer Care or Customer harrasment? I want to free of cost repair of that set or you have to change the motherboard.I want ur immediate and necessary action.

                      Else I will go to Consumer Forum.

                          i have brought this set to the samsung service centre 04 time it took them 1 month to resolve my battey problem and since last 2 months i m facing problem regarding memory card doesn't read.i think this is the worst set samsung could have ever produced..pathetic performance and aweful service rendered by samsung service center , Indore for this handset.

                          Samsung B519 Mobile Handset — Battery Back up

                          I have purchased Samsun M hand set B519 in Feb.10 from day one i found that the battery back up is very poor and hand set is not giving battery back up of more than 1 day without using the set as against the assurance by the dealer of a week back up. I visited the service canter at Mathura several time and on three and four times they kept the hand set for two to three days but no result and they are not in a position to resolved the complaint. I also contacted the service canter Manager Mr.Manish and Area Service Manager Mr. Parashar in this regard but there is no result. At last on 31 may 10,I deposited my hand set at the service canter with a request to refund my purchase amount and I was assured that time, but a period of almost two months have passed and in spite of repeated telephones I am unable to here any reply neither from Mr.Manish nor Mr.Parashar. More over my complaint was also lodged at customer care BP no.[protected].
                          I am really very surprise see such poor service from a Brand Name SAMSUNG.

                            I have purchased samsung GT-C3010S on 17/10/2009 from HotSpot CP Outer Circle. from the very first week i was facing some problem while charging my cell, i reported the same to the hotspotpeople they answered me that it is a new cell phone so it might take longer time to get charged so do not worry.
                            but i was facing the problem,

                            i told them that i have to charge the battery for more than two hours but with in 15 minutes it gets discharged, it may be because of bad battery. two weeks ago i have taken my mobile phone to the service center, after examining the phone they said that the charging point (socket) of the phone is not functioning properly and I have to get it replaced but they are asking
                            for money. i told them thats its in the warranty and i am facing the problem from the very first week but still they are asking me to pay and get it
                            replaced.
                            Since the product is under warranty the service center must repair the part on their end without any charge.

                            Call costomer care on[protected] from BSNL/MTNL. it is a toll free number. Tell them your problem, they will hwlp you out. Go to the service center with your receipt and show them. definitely they will do it free of charge otherwise it will be consumer negligence.

                              i bought samsung star MODEL S5233W from reliance digital outlet secunderabad on 23 dec 09 and it hanged on 29th dec 09.
                              could not take it to service centre on 30 th due to bandh.
                              on giving it to service centre on 31st dec they said it's motherboard needs to be changed and will require 10 days.
                              today. 15 days after it was given, they are saying that it will require another 10-15 days for mother board change.
                              it baffles me THE LEVEL OF INAPTITUDE/LACK OF PROFFESSIONALISM.
                              HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
                              I NEED A CLEAR ANSWER AND NOT THIS REPEATED VISITS TO THE SERVICE CENTRE.
                              PLEASE HELP ME.

                                i purchased sdamung w.machine on 31/03/2006 , and it stops working from past 1 months , with regard to this i have logged several complians to the service dept. of samsung ,now afer a long time they are responding in a negative note that the machine cannot be repaired for that the company will provide 36% of the amount aid during puchase as a compansation , which is pretty low i have usedmy machine for a span of 2 yrs and 9 months only, as per the warranty for any w.machines is 2 yrs so they should calculate the depreciation on the 9 months alone

                                Samsung — Not refunding the amount as the machine cannot be repaired

                                Its a complaint about samsung fully automatic washing machine with invoice no 025716 purchased on 4/3/2006
                                model no: WA80HA for Rs 12700. The machine is not working properly and the defect is detected to be the problem of the board. The service centre person says the parts is not coming now and hence they cannot repair. and can refund only 10% of the amount paid.
                                Its now only 3 years since it has been purchased with a guarantee of 2 years. We need to get atleast 80% of the amount back as its is not the clients mistake that the spare parts id not available.

                                And I tried to contact samsung service in online thier online service itself is faulty. It always says try after sometime

                                    I purchased this mobile phone from the Samsung dealer M/S TEC ZONE situated at Raghuleela Mall Kandivali West Mumbai 400067 on the 7th. of this month bearing Serial No. RVGSC62584F and IMEI/ESN memory no. [protected]. On the 10th. of this month I observed that the touch screen couldnt be operated without using excessive force. I brought this to the notice of the dealer M/S TEC ZONE on the 11th. of this month and he informed me to bring the unit to his shop which I did and after the same was checked by him advised me to go to the Samsung Service Centre located at Borivali West. I went over and had the phone checked by the Samsung Service Personnel and it was found that the touch screen was defective. I requested them to give me a replacement which they said they could not do immediately as their servers were down. They informed me that on the 13th. morning they would give me a replacement letter which I could then hand over to the Dealer M/S TEC ZONE who then would hand the same to his distributor and after two more days arrange for a new replacement. This morning I called up the Samsung Service Centre and enquired if the lettter was ready so that I could collect the same and start the procedure with the dealer for the replacement. I was informed by the service chief Mr. Sameer that their Server login passwords had been changed and he was awaiting the same from Samsung. I am not sure if this letter would be done today and I am still stuck with no phone at my disposal.

                                    This is a very pathetic manner in which Samsung is handling their clients for service of their products. It is my hard earned money that has been put in for purchase of this so called sophisticated phone and I am now left with no option but to inform all accordingly.

                                    Would request you to kindly look into the matter and have a solution to the same as soon as possible.

                                        sms dont go regular , too many netwrok failure , sms typing if by mistke u use numeric then u cannot type alphabetic , phone hangs , memory card not accesbile half the time. call dont go thru , gets cut in a second,,,
