i had given a harddisk model(spo411n) with serial no(0881jify774) on 15/12/09
for repair in authorised service center with following address
601 ,6th floor,Ablock
chenoy trade center park line
secunderabad(AP)

it is under warrenty.when i came for second time they told it not repairable so you get peplaced one .it is about to 2 months i gave harddisk .i came to this samsung service center nearly 6 times.but always they say that come on other days.
i am unable to know why they are not giving.

the thing is that i am spendig my .valueable time .if you kindly go through this

    Sir,
    I have purchased a washine machine (semi-Automatic from Sayal Electronics Palam village New Delhi in Sep 09. There was a manufacturing defect in my machine noticed by me. I logded a complaint to customer care in this regard on 13 Jan 10. A mech from Samsung visited to my home and told that you have to pay the charge for the item which will be replaced (Pipe Assembly Internal)

    My point of complaint is that why I should pay for the defect which is Internal in the machine during the warranty period. Pl. do the needful. Thanks.

    Samsung — machine defect

    i purchased samsung split air conditioner in the month of may 2008 and still not got the taste of it -courtesy:samsung company.
    wrong installation by the service people, then change of place of out-machine, then again a total machine check up (outer and inner) could result in nothing.service centre after trying for 2 more times told to take the machine to their office and repair it there.but why? i purchased a new machine but not a second hand machine.why should i use a second hand type-repaired one?
    i could nt use in this summer-definitely incurred a loss.thanks to the samsung company!
    the service provider insisted on repairing only.but i want a complete set of new machine-both outer and inner.hope, the company will listen to this and make good the loss else the matter will definitely blow to much high proportion.
    DONT FORGET CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS THE MAIN MOTTO OF ANY COMPANY.

      Respected Sir/Madam

      I purchased various components of computer to assemble it .worth RS.25650/ only.including the subject matter of this complaint i.e.the hdd of 80 UB SATA 7200 RPM. bearing price of rs. 2400/ only.of from Global Systems. shop no.88-89. 2nd floor . Nehru shopping complex, amritsar. on[protected]. in the name of Mr. Vishal Uppal as purchaser. the respective quotation form no. of that purchase is 346
      .Now on[protected]. the hard disk(hdd) hardware part stopped functioning prperly. So i wetn to the concerned seller i.e. the Global Systems.for replacement of the concerned hd product as the warranty period for the HDD is 5 year. so the warranty period has not expired till the date of complaint . i.e.[protected]. but i was informed that the Warranty period of the concerned hdd was valid for a period of 3 years only and not for 5 year .
      so please kindly inform me weather the warranty period of concerned hdd product is 3 year or 5 year.

        IMEI # - [protected]

        I purchased this SAMSUNG MOBILE PHONE (S 5233 STAR) from ALFA STORES in Vile Parle - Mumbai on 25 Jan '10. On 1st Feb '10 I bought an Airtel pre paid SIM & installed in the handset. The operations were absolutely fine.
        Suddenly I receive this strange SMS from Airtel that My Handsets IMEI number is not genuine & that my services will be barred if I keep using this same set. I immediately called up the SAMSUNG Help Line & explained them this situation. They asked me to check the IMEI # by dialing *#06# from the phone & noting the number displayed, check the number embedded on my phone (below the battery section), on the purchase bill & on the Mobile phone box. All the 4 numbers were identical & I was assured by the SAMSUNG person that my IMEI # is absolutely fine & I should take up this matter with Airtel.
        I did the same (after loooooooooooooong holds & talking to atleast 6 customer service representatives of Airtel) I explained them the situation but to no avail. I was given this straight answer that Please change your handset or we won’t resume our services.
        Now I am left with no solution but to believe that the Handset provided by SAMSUNG has a fake IMEI #. I owe a suitable answer to SAMSUNG.

          I had bought the SAMSUNG LCD 32B530P from M/s Bajaj Electronics Hyd'bad on 2.2.10. I am staying at N-14,Adityanagar,Rajashree Cement,Dist:Gulbarga.
          I was promised installation within 48 Hrs by the dealer in Hyd.
          When I talked to the dealer, I was given to understand that service Engineer from Gulbarga will come and install.
          Inspite of repeated calls, I am not getting any response from the number[protected].
          As I have planned to go on leave from saturday,I will not be available again for another week.
          In view of the above, I request you to depute your service engineer immediately.

            I have purchased Samsung washing machine 5.5Kg front loading with 18000/- from TMC. After 4 months o[censored]sage it started leaking water from bottom. I have browsed samsung site and called customer care for registering complaint. They have registered my compaint and give complaint number ([protected]). The service engineer came and checked the equipement and said some screw was broken. Replacement will be done at Samsung Service center. After repeated follow up's they have taken the equipement to "Vinayak Samsung Service center" located at Kukatpalli, Hyderabad. After 10 days of follow up every time they said part was pending from order.

            I asked them, with out nut and bolt availability why you have moved the equipement and even after 10 days same response. One day I asked not to do any repair I will take it to some other shop where the part is available. That day evening Vinayak Service engineer called me and said washing machine is ready and it will be delivered. I felt happy, they delivered the equipment at night 8PM and dispatched the equipement and said we need to move to pick up some other equipment by charging Rs: 550 for service ( Transporation: 150, other :100, Nut: 100, Service change: 200).

            We have connected the equipement to verify the functionality, surprise the problem is same and nothing was done from the Samsung service center (Same water leakage).

            I was angry, and Vinayaka Service center cheated me and charged Rs:550 for not doing any thing. I called Same service center but response was wage and the service center is not having any engineers who can do quality servicing.

            After that I called Hyderabad Frachise officer and informed the happenings. But the response is null and there is no update at all.

            Conclusion: Please do not buy any Sumsung products in Hyderabad, post service was very bad. Similar experieces are there with many of my friends who has Samsung products. This review is to create awarness for the new buyers and not to fall into same issues.
            Same experience with me too. Very bad service and more over they will take the instrument to the service center and never give a call back stating it will be done by so and so date. Especially Vinayaka Serice center (back office incharge), horrible attitude towards customers.
            the same problem. i tried calliing customer care center with out any reponse. post purchase service is very bad

              I am a proud owner of your Samsung mobile SGH-X200,Sl. no-R9YA105818F, IMEI-[protected] which was handed over to your service centre called cell solution at46/1, Ist cross, Domlur Lyt,B'lore -71 on 20/1/10 with the following complaint ''handset switching off while switching it on ,suspected virus or malware'' and the front office assistant gave me a work order without any work order no./token no./claim no./registration no.and promised to handover the set on the next day but to my utter dismay that ,when I contacted the service centre I have been told that the handset has been given to the head office at VV Puram ,B'lore for software checking probably it would be only handed over on Monday ie on 25/1/10.An early redressal please with a request not to misguide the lay men with your under educated service centre persons.

                I am Sqn Ldr Pramod Banstola posted in Bangalore. On Friday 29 Jan 10, I had deposited the draft no.434348 of SBI for Rs 16386 towards the cost of Samsung 345 litres RT35 and given the release order to the Samsung person there at Bangalore Depot. Then I contacted Mr Shiju on his mobile no.[protected] and Mr Santosh on his mobile no. [protected]. They assured me that the refirgerator would be delivered on either Saturday or Monday. The refrigerator was not delivered on Saturday. I contacted them on Monday again and was once again assured that the fridge would reach on Monday only. When the delivery was not made till 1800 hrs, I tried contacting Mr Shiju and Mr Santosh but their mobiles were switched off. On Tuesday 02 Feb 10 I again contacted both of them in the morning and was told that the delivery would be made on Tuesday. And to my horror at 1830 hrs today, Tuesday I got an sms that the delivery would be made tomorrow. I have no hopes and the company has lost all faith. It has been a disgusting experience with Samsung. And I am strongly contemplating going to consumer court for failure to deliver and causing mental harrassment and agony.

                Even In my case, i have booked a 32inch Samsung LCD Tv on December2nd in CSD Depot, bangalore.
                They assured me delivery in 3 days, it's been 14days and the Samsung representative Mr Santhosh and Mr shiju are not responding to my calls.

                They don't care to attend my phone call, there is no professionalism in the way Samsung is delivering their products to those who buy through CSD. Samsung Highher officials should look into this immediately and make sure their persons working in kengeri Warehouse work diligently .

                    hi, im shehnaz i complain on 27th of jan n my C.No. [protected] Enginer came on 28th jan he checked n said, I C has to be Replaced i Requested him to Replace at my Place only he said, he cant do it i hve to send it to there service centre. k i send it on 29th jan at 12:30pm n they promised to give me in atleast 3 working days i didnt call in 1st two days when i called them on 1st feb at 12;00pm i gave my information to lady who answer the call after tht she passed my call some guy n i was i asked to give my details again n i gave the details then he said, its nt yet repaired n part is not in stock then i asked him when wil tht part wil come n when tv will be ready he replyed very rudely,,Nahi Mallom Jab Ayye Ghaa Kardenge Aur Phone Karthe..then i asked again when exctly it wil be done he replyed, Arre Jab Hotha Bolthe De Thay Aur 3din Bhe Ho Sakthe...I asked his name he refused to give his name n Said,Naam Nahi Bolthe Kya Karlethe Karloo n Hang on my face..I called up customer care again i asked them to take action against tht person but till now they have not done anything. Samsung customer service is very bad n there employes are always rude.

                    Samsung/ 29 inch TV — Poor Service

                    Dear Sir

                    I Submit my Complaint Detail in Samsung Service Centre On Toll Free No. My Comlaint NO. is [protected] on Dated 18th of May 2011 after they send their tecnician to repair my TV on 19th May. The Tecnician told me that he have to take the Kit of TV to workshop and Will Place the kit after repair next day but now 6 days passed and now when I am calling he is telling that it will take 1 month of time. I am shifting my all household items to Gujarat within 10 days and if it will take 1 month then it will be difficult situation for me And now i am helpless What I have to do if i having the Kit i will repair it from any where Else.

                      i have bought samsung tv on 26/01/2010 from Home Solutions Retail India Ltd., central mall Indore.they assured me for 48 hours for installation but its now more than 6 days and they didnt come and even reply.i m tired of talking to these people(samsung customer care and shop too) and they didnt care .How can we believe in such a international company.Now i cant keep these product with me without installation so How can i return this product.

                        Dear Sir,
                        we have purchased samsung fully automatic washing machine from Eswar Radio & TV, Davanagere, Karnataka state on 1st Jan '10, duing our purchase their was an complimentary gift of samsung mobile and they offered us but because of no stock available at that moment they mentioned in bill and asked us to collect it after 3 days, we paid bill in cash and took delivery, till today as on 1st of feb'10 we have been to show room 4-5 times, their simple answer is NO STOCK available, being an educated people we are moving this issue with lots of patience and politeness, this is not an matter of money or mobile ( which may cost hardly Rs.3000 ) but it's matter of dealer / companys commitment to customer, after this i tried to contact SAMSUNG CUSTOMER Care and i found it is only for name sake !!! and today also we are waiting for their responce

                        and we had great learning !!! what a cusromer satisfaction and service they are providing that too in this competitative era of business

                          I have bought Samsung Corby Pro (GT-B5310) on Jan 29, 2010 but till date I am unable to connect the phone to my PC through software named 'kies' provided with the set. Further not able to connect to internet by using 'Bluetooth' connection. I have being trying hard, loaded and reloaded their software 'kies' but could not succeed. Same thing using bluetooth, my other phone is working well but 'corby Pro' is not able to connect to net. Please Help!

                          My samsung star3g set hav a problem dat while m connecting to the internet on pc it does not show the icon of aircel so wat m doing plz help me. i also tried newly version of pc suite but prob. was same

                          I had faced the same problem, I was not able to access corby pro through kies. but in my case I was having Visual Studio 2005 installed on my computer and due to that i was getting some error, I uninstalled it, and selected 'Recommended Installation' while installing kies again.
                          Now I am able to access corby pro through PC, but I am still not able to access internet on PC using it.
                          i buy samsung corby pro on 26 jan. but i m using samsung kies...all my friends hv this prblm...install first disc then second...and whn u connect ur mobile with usb cable then ur pc need a software then install second disc and ur pc ll automatically download software from internet then u can use kies...but i hv a probleb abt yahoo messanger...how can i use yahoo messanger on my corby pro?

                          Same problem my friend Rajesh is facing. He bought the phone(GT-5310) but not able to connect through their software 'Kies'. He is using Windows XP. Lot of time has been wasted in installing/ reinstalling the software but nothing has worked so far. Even Samsung service centers are not properly equiped to resolve this problem. They lack proper training. Why Samsung has a product, if they are unable to provide proper software and service back-up. Very sad, Samsung is not listening to these problem. Please provide update software for XP users!

                          It is very sad, a company like Samsung do not even bothers to listen to these complaints and come up with some solid solutions to rectify the problems of Samsung corby pro(GT-B5310)mobile phone which is faced by several buyers. It is surprising that company do not have updated software for this phone which runs on Windows operating system XP/ vista although it has been spending crores for advertising of Samsung corby pro.                           Now the solution to this is “Kies is a huge software which needs a lot of space in your computer. Now samsung has come up with new version of kies on 05 Mar 2010. Go for that one. Next in the internet settings, there is a catch. You need to check the settings.Even I had a problem and even I tried to check it and I could go through it, now m able to use internet and GPRS on it.

                          Here is solution for your all connectivity problems..
                          1st i have found that every one is facing problem for installing of "Kies" on Windows Xp,
                          2nd is about problem of connection between "Mobile(B5310 corbyPRO)" and "Kies",
                          3rd is Internet connection in Mobile and Also on "PC" by CorbyPRO as Modem,

                          NOW My dear frinds here is solution for all above problems...

                          FOR 1st and 2nd problem:
                          For installation of Kies samsung provided us two cds..

                          STEP (1): Install CD-1/2 Then it will start preparing installation then It gives message "INSTALL WINDOWS INSTALLER 3.1"...you should install windows installer 3.1and restart ur PC.

                          STEP (2): NOW remove CD-1/2 and Insert CD-2/2...In that CD you find dotNet framwork for Xp...then install dotNet framwork in ur PC and again Restart ur PC

                          STEP (3):NOW Insert CD-1/2 and Click on "KIES INSTALL" select folder where big space is available...because KIES is very huge software...again click next...

                          STEP (4): HERE is Most important Thing...Dont use default installation...click on customize installation...then click next and restart ur pc after completion of Installation then connect ur CorbyPro to ur PC through data cord and start kies wait for a while and ur mobile will successfully connected...

                          FOR 3nd problem:

                          STEP (1): Open KIES from Desktop...after opening Kies u will see corbyPRO is connected which is shown by right upper side of the Kies Enveirnment..

                          STEP (2): At the bottom of the Kies there is small ICONS...at the end of icons from left to right o[censored]s you will get "INTERNET CONNECTIONS"..click on it..

                          STEP (3): Goto settings of "internet connections" and do settings...Take these settings from ur network operator such as airtel, tata, aircel etc...

                          In this way ur all problems r solved... CORBY PRO IS A GREAT PHONE...NJOY...

                          i purchased gtb5310 2 days back. i am finding problem connecting to PC. there is beep continuously and indicates about the usb problem. why the company is not responsible for this irresponsible task. why aren't they able to test the product properly when they are introducing new technologies into it.                           I purchased SAMSUNG CORBY BT-5310 and am facing the following problems.

                          KIES does not work. The software installed after great difficulty (it expects every user to have a broadband Internet connection) worked briefly but the moment I installed any other software which updated / changed the .NET files it stopped working (gives ERROR: Mainstage.exe has stopped working). It sucks.

                          The phone hangs and continuously reboots whenever you try to make a new bluetooth connection. I was able to access Airtel GPRS but the speed was pathetic (guess airtel also has a part to play there).

                          Since last two days my phone magically stopped working (no hardware key was responding) so I couldnt make a call or receive a call. Even after removing the battery to reset the phone, the condition was maintained.

                          DO NOT waste your money on SAMSUNG CORBY PRO 5310BT. I regret my decision of giving in to SAMSUNGs marketing hype and purchasing this phone.

                          I bought this phone 4 days back and I am really happy with the phone. The problem is with the Kies Software. It throws some .NET error. I have ensured that all the prerequisite softwares are installed on my laptop. But it still does not work.

                          When I click on the My Computer icon, it throws some error and does not even send an email. As while sending email, it throws one more error.. How funny... I am really disappointed with the software. Samsung has not even provided any troubleshooting for Kies software on it's website.

                          i have some complaints listed below:
                          1. it is loaded with all the hardwares like bluetooth, wireless but doesnt have necessary softwares to run them.
                          2. i cannot connect gprs from pc to phone
                          3.i tried connecting to wifi access point wich i created on my laptop and i failed over there also
                          4. the KIES software which comes with the package doesnt support connecting to gprs like nokia PC suit.
                          5. KIES is like useless, and not user friendly software

I want to use internet on PC through samsung corby 5310 but i dont know how to connect with PC. The software provided by the Samsung, which is named as 'Kies' and there is no option to connect to web from PC.                           select bearer then change dialing no. fron (*99*1*11*# or anything ) to (*99#) ... clen click ok ...
                          then click on the connect icon...

                          Corby Pro is very good cell..those who are complaining dont know how to use cell phones. Its great phone loaded with lot o[censored]seful stuff..and regarding the cell connectivity to PC, .. Its very simple.. Corby comes with 2 CDs. Install both the CDs manually ..and then just connect the phone.. It will surely works..no probs at all..

                          USING BLUETOOTH

                          - Kies runs and I can see my laptop files... ok
                          - Mobilphone runs and I can see my laptop too... ok

                          When I try to connect Kies with mobilphone... Kies denies...

                          I have been reading all the comments... and I mind I need to uninstall Kies, re-install it and choose custom settings and not general settings... I will try it and then I will tell you here.

                          It is possible to connect this phone (E1410) to the PC for Internet facility. You just need a bluetooth device.
                          I have successfully done it on my Airtel sim card using MO (Mobile Office) package.
                          Follow these steps-
                          1. Don't call the Airtel Customer Care to activate Mobile Office Setting. Because they will tell you that your handset does not support automatic MO setting.
                          2. In your phone go to browser and go to Browser Settings
                          3. Create a New Profile with the Name- Mobile Office
                          4. Home Page- http://www.google.com
                          5. Set the Proxy as- 202.56.231.117
                          6. Set the Port as- 9201
                          7. Bearer- GPRS
                          8. Go to Advanced Settings and type the APN- airtelgprs.com
                          9. Log in ID and password no need.
                          10. Recharge your your phone with any GPRS (Mobile Office) packages Rs.22 (200MB)/ Rs. 98 (2GB-30 Days validity).
                          12. From your mobile dial *567*11# (This is must)
                          13. Now your MO is activated. Now turn off your Phone, Remove the Sim card and turn on again.
                          Please cancel the mCheque msg. if it appears after restarting your phone.
                          14. In your PC -Install the Bluetooth Driver.
                          15. Right click on the Internet Explorer-Properties-Connections
                          16. Select the Bluetooth DUN Connection
                          17. Click on Settings
                          18. Set the proxy-202.56.231.117 ;port as-9201
                          19. Click -OK, Apply - OK.
                          20. Now go to control pannel and double click on Phone and Modem options.
                          21. Click on Modems tab.
                          22. Select Bluetooth DUN Modem
                          23. Click on Properties
                          24. Click on Advanced Tab
                          25. In the Extra Initialization Command box paste the following command line-
                          AT+CGDCONT=1, "ip", "airtelgprs.com", "", 0, 0
                          26. Click OK, then Apply-OK.
                          27. In your phone turn on the Bluetooth
                          28. Insert your Bluetooth Device in Your PC and connect Your phone through the Bluetooth software
                          29. Click- Bluetooth Dial up Networking Service on your Bluetooth Software
                          30. The dialing number is *99#
                          31. Remember the connection may not done for the first time. So you may need to try more and more. Because the Airtel lines are always busy. Sometimes you may need to unplug your Bluetooth device and
                          exit your BlueSoleil from the Quick Lunch bar and Restart the Procedure. Remember this is the only procedure
                          for Airtel (MO) users. Try and Try and if it is connected the open any browser (I prefer- Mozilla Firefox) and open- www.google.com. Remember in some cases, it shows a false connection and the website will not open.
                          In such cases, Disconnect your Dial Up connection and Re-connect it. If any message apper in you phone, then exit it.
                          32. To check Mobile Office Package balance and validity dial- *123*10#
                          32. Remember I am sending this information to the internet via Connecting my E1410 mobile to my PC using Bluetooth device.

                            I brought Samsung GT-S5233A - Star last yer in July later on in month of Oct i changed my cellphone connection and switched to vodafone. However, almost instantly i realized that the duo are not compatible.

                            The phone work okay for about an hour or so and then the network hangs. Though the signals are full you cannot make any outgoing calls and if someone calls the IVR says the number is our of reach or switched off.

                            Have been shunting between the two customer cares fo resolve this but no solution so far. Has anyone observed a similar problem may be with some other handset. I heard there are lot of such complaints with many samsung handsets.

                            Does anybody know the e-mail ids of consumer court / TRAI so that i can escalate the issue to them?

                              I purchased a samsung gt s3310 and using now with little trouble. music, browsing, and camera are good. also battery back up is good. but i wanted to download atleast one good cricket or racing game. I have money on my mobile. but what is the use. if i download showing a word to supported content. while using this hand set automatically becomes switch off. what a wonderful mobile is samsung. not usable for any good game. this isssss not handset. raw material.panna and mannamkatti mobile. ggggggg .

                                to whosoever it may concern
                                this is inform u that we had bought a refrigerator SAMSUNG RT41 on date 10.sept.09. since then we had to repetedly call the engineers to correct the noise produced frm the appliance. now its not even more than 6 months that again we have malfunctioning of the appliance and we have been told by the engineer that the gas has leaked. sir i wud like to bring into the notice that we spend the handsome money to buy the thing, who would garantee that this fridge would work properly again. we had asked the samsung service station wazirpur to kindly look into mater and replace the same. but they became ignorant.
                                we had all such complaints since the day of purchase.
                                the people say that they will repair it, bt that's nt fair deal. we have been cheated
                                by sending the wrong piece.

                                Samsung Refrigerator — malfunctioning

                                Dear Sir,

                                I have booked a complaint for my Single Door Samsung Refrigerator having BP No-[protected] on 07.12.09 through my mobile in Patna on telephone no. [protected]. The service engineer visited my home on 09.12.09 and redressed the complaint taking a service charge of Rs.220.60 and change a part costing Rs.162.00 named DA47-00134B giving a receipt no 9274 dated 09.12.09 for Rs.382.00.

                                After one week I found that the problem started to occur again i.e in Ice Chamber excess ice started to come and the bulb of the refrigerator got fused.

                                I again made a complaint on telephone no,[protected] on 22.12.09 for the problem perssisting in my refrigerator. I received a call on my mobile from service engineer regarding the problem and it was assured that it will be rectified very soon. After three days I again contacted the person on mobile no. through which he contacted me,but to no avail.

                                I again made a complaint on telephone no [protected] on 02.01.10 narrating the whole incident but till date no service engineer has visited my home to shortout the problem persisting in my refrigerator.

                                It is really awful that such a prestigious company is rendering such type of services which is beyond the expectations of any consumer.

                                Kindly arrange to sortout the problem immediately otherwise again I will be forced to pay the service charges after competion of one month from my first service i.e.09.01.2010.

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  The Authorised Service Provider at Vadodara ( I m not writing his name for the sake of his reputation ) took the printer for repairing from Dena Bank, VIP Road Vadodara to bring back the same within two days. Now more than 28 days have elapsed but still the stereo type reply is provided that a part is required to be replaced which is awaited from Ahmedabad / Mumbai.

                                  Sir, this is the poor state of service provided by the Authorised Dealer to a Corporate client. I am failed to understand that till date the dealer has never bothered to make even a simple telephone call to local branch of Dena Bank. At several occasions when inquired, the same reply "PART IS AWAITED FROM AHMEDABAD / MUMBAI" is given.

                                  May I know the date when the order was placed by the authorised dealer to respective supplier of the part.

                                  I request your goodself to look into the matter and revert me back.

                                  An early response is solicited.

                                    i have purchase my lap on 19.11.09. after 25 days it not works properly. i took it for service on 25.12.09 at samsung service center DIGITAL WAVES at mylapore in chennai.they inspected it told that 2 GB RAM is not working and give it to me.I asked for the failure reason but they told that they did not know the reason.i ask for the replacement they told that they donot have the spare now and with in 10 days we made the replacement. but still no response from them. so please take action immedietly. i am not manage with 1 GB RAM so made it fast.

                                    samsung,laptop r420. — still not delivered the package

                                    i have purchase my lap on 19.11.09.they told that it have a offer of free reebok kit. they tell to send message to reebok as per the instruction told to me.but still i not receive any package from them. so please take immediate action about this to get the package quick.and update about it to my E-MAIL.

                                      On seeing the advertisement in the news paper I and my colleague decided to buy a samsung LCD tv for ourselves from Gopus gmart at punkunnam at trissur. since they told that only one piece of the samsung series 4 was available i was asked to book for the lcd my remitting a minimum amount and that they would inform when the stock arrives. On my insistence they agreed to deliver the single piece that was available as exhibit and informed that they would inform when fresh stock arrives. despite no news after 2 weeks when i approached the sales man one mr vinod from gopus gmart , he told me that the stock had not arrived and that they would intimate me. when after another week nothing was heard i visited the show room yet again and contacted the same sales man who informed that that the same lcd that was offerred while booking has gone out of stock and the company is issuing new product at a different cost price. on querying about this he informed that there was nothing he could do if the company stopped to produce a particular product. when i expressed my displeasure he seemed too haughty and arrogant and when i told him that i would take up the matter he informed that i could do what i like and that he didnt care a damn and that he couldnt die if the company did not send the product. i was really shocked at this misbehaviour of this salesman. ALL I WOULD SUGGEST TO ALL THOSE WHO RUN ON HEARING ABOUT SUCH OFFERS IN THE PAPERS TO PLS THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU COMMIT URSELF. THESE PEOPLE ARE OUT ONLY THE CHEAT AND DONT GIVE A DAMN ONCE THEY HAVE HOOKED US IN. THIS IS THE LAST TIME I WOULD EVER VISIT GOPUS GMART AND I WOULD SUGGEST ALL OTHERS TO TAKE A CUE FROM THIS.
                                      I had LCD 40'' TV On 02.08.09 but having problem at 28.12.09 onwards complaint raised mail onwards /my complaint no [protected] my Transaction no [protected] .till on date the problem was not cleared hence kindly to replace my tv please

                                        Samsung Mobile — The mobile repairing cost is more than the its original price.

                                        Hi,
                                        My samsung mobile fell down into water and so its not working now, so i went to Samsung India Electronics Service Centre Btm Lyt in Btm Layout 2nd Stage Bangalore and they told the repairing cost would be around 3200 Rs which is more the new mobile price (2700 Rs.)
                                        network problem in my mobile then city in nagpur.
