extremely poor service from samsung service center in korba

my name is PRAKASH YADAV ,my brother VIKASH KUMAR YADA have taken samsung mobile(E1410) ON 1666 from mobile store which is there in korba .we recieved a msg from reliance service center that may be our IMEI no is not correct when we checked it then there was not valid IMEI number so i have given my mobile to samsung service center it was given on 30/11/09 and still it is not given back to me and neither it is repaired i m continuously going...

I recently bought Samsung Omnia Pro GB-B7320 in Ghaziabad from Samsung exclusive showroom in RDC. Yestureday I purchased a LCD TV model no LA32B530P7RMXL S. Service centre not able to solve the mobile problem

I have a samsung GT 3010 handset. It goes into offline mode automatically i.e my mobile shows network but the people who are trying to contact me get the tone that my phone is switched off.I come to know about this when i call someone else as i am also not able to make any outgoing calls.I visited the service centre twice in MiraRoad in Mumbai but they are still not able to find any solution....

Dear Sir / Madam,

Storage of downloaded applications

I bought my mobile a month before. I have activated internet on my airtel sim card. There is no problem go downloading but the downloaded applications are stored in the phone memory. But i have installed memory card of 2GB capacity.since i have only 4 mb internal memory. I am not able to download even a song. Is there any remedy for this problem. Can i change my default storage to memory card for internet downloads?please say a remedy.......

Very poor CUSTOMER CARE, AFTER SALES SERVICE

CUSTOMER CARE of Samsung is very very poor.

Monitor is not being on

I lodged a complaint on toll free number of samsung [protected] regarding my Monitor which was purchased on 9.8.2008, with 3 years on site warranty, but till today i.e. 17.12.2009 my complaint has not been attended, rather a regular mechanical type assurance is being given to me daily that they will get it set right, I shall get a call back after two hours. till now neither any body has contacted me not my complaint has been attended....

Autoredial to last received call

Hi All,

I'm using Samsung SGH L700 phone from last 4 months but now i'm facing a problem of autoredial to the last received caller at any moment without my knowlegde.
Also there is call drop & echo noise in the phone.Phone gets restart at any moment.

delay in delivery & misbehavier

actually i had purchase SGH-M200 an sumsang mobile on 09/08/2009.ihad got many problems with that handset & its notprperly working so i gave the handset to the service centre at yaswant plaza on 01/10/2009.
till now i am not get my handset back (2and half month geting over).when i went to them they just saying we will give your mobile in just 1 day or week . they are irresponsiblly about my mobile...

not replacing the mobile as it is in warranty period

i had bought new Samsung mobile SGH-F480. within six month from the date of purchase its touch screen stops working properly. when i go to samsung service station Bhubaneswar. they denied to replace it and require ATLEAST 3 MONTH to repaire it. So if i buy product and it does not funtioning properly and i have to put it for atleast 3 month for repair then SAMSUNG should not lunch such dilapidated product. there is no right to cheat the consumers....
