Dear Sir/Madam,

I have purchased Mobile (SCH-S379) Sr No A[protected] on 12/08/2009, with in 1 month I realised that the handset mother board was faulty & I approached your service centre ( Micro services, Thane) . They confirmed me that I will get refund and ask me to submit the hanset. Which I have submitted on[protected], Till date I am doing continuous follow up but not getting a response from service centre. They are not even able to tell me the status.

    I am unsure of many other softwares that you can install but I could install softwares like GMAIL, ICICI Bank Account, skype etc... just google for these softwares and you can istall by following those links sent to ur mobile. I am not sure which softwares you are all trying to install

    U can do one thing just download .jar to .jad converter and convert the .jar file to .jad or in any format
    and then try to install it in ur mobile.

      I had purchased a Samsung Jet aka Samsung S8003, The company specification shows a stand by life of 422 hours.I use the mobile for just incoming calls, havnt used any heavy functions like bluetooth or wifi, and it give a battery life of just 15 hours.My recommendations to everyone PLEASE DONT BUY SAMSUNG JET.

      First of all, make sure your GPS/Wi-Fi and 3G are off when not in use -- this drains battery for nothing as hell. Second, charge battery like you suppose to charge: start charging only when battery is fully drained, turn off the phone and then charge. Turn phone on after it's fully charged, and then watch how it's going on.
      I purchased a jet less than a week ago, the battery life is really bad! I have only made 1 call and have turned off all the battery draining things on my phone, most of the time i text, could have gone for the tocco but decided that you pay for what you get! Does anyone know if i change the battery will it make any difference? thanks

        I bought a lovely new Samsung Corby last month at E zone, Chennai. with in 2 weeks the LCD display got two horizontal lines in the middle of the screen.
        somehow I found the service center at Mylapore and gave the phone for Service.
        Since then I've been following up with for so many days and whenever I call they say new LCD screens for the mobile are yet to come.

        God knows when will they come

        I have to report a fault with Samsung Corby Pop C3510 as unable to play videos and change wallpaper on intial screen..

        Last month I bought a new samsung corby GT-s3653 .Few weeks later i saw that the topmost part of the touch screen was not working . When i went to the service centre they told me that they had not seen such a problem with any of the touch screen mobiles.They said that if there is a problem with the touch screen the whole touch screen would not work .But in this case its not so. What should i do now?

          NO RESPONSE EVEN IN WARRANTY PERIOD
          Through this complaint i want to say that i have purchased a cellphone samsung S3500 dated 5-08-09 IMEI NO.[protected] from JOINT COMMUNICATION,CIVIL LINES,BAREILLY, one of the authorised service centre too. with in 3 months something has gone wrong with its display and i have given it to the very same service centre on[protected]work order no.282) as it is in the warranty period . he assured me to take the cell back after 8 days.now even after 31 days he has not repaired it and said that there is something wrong with this model and we are not getting parts and take it back after one month.before this period it is not possible to repair. he further said that this model is not good and many complaints are coming regarding this model. he was not responding in good manner and said that i cannot do anything and you can take the cell back.
          now i want to know that if company cannot provide the service facility efficiently regarding a perticular model than why the company launched that model. Isn't it made a bad impression regarding the image of the company in the minds of the customers.neither the company nor the service center is taking this matter seriosly

              I had purchased a Samsung fridge Model No. mentioned above on 02.08.08 from a dealer -Uniflame, New Guwahati. After about 10/11 Months, all the metal frames of the fridge showed signs of rusting. So the matter was taken up with Uniflame, who had referred the matter to Samsung. The people from Replacement Section visited and inspected the fridge and seeing the unusual rusting of the fridge agreed to replace the same. But 3/4 months have elapsed and they are yet to do so. Mr.P.K.Das (Mobile No.[protected]) who is replacement in charge repeatedly failed his promises. Please help for early redressal of my grievance.

              Samsung — Replacement of Fridge

              We bought the products Refrigurator Model # RT28M of Samsung from Shah`s on
              [protected] with their Invoice # RPCSL-1831 dtd:[protected]. The Demo was
              given by Samsung on[protected], and we found the fridge found damaged, and
              we informed to the distributor for replacement, and there was no action
              from them ( spoken to Mr.K.V Ramana ), and finally we called Customer
              care and registred via complaint # [protected] dtd:[protected].

              and finally we got a call from Mr.Wali of service Head - Samsung Customer
              service saying that Samsung is not responceable for this defective and the
              distributor ( Shah ) has to take care of this replacement . and we called
              Mr. K.V ramana of Shah, and there is No Action from him. and they are
              least botherd of our Money spent to Buy this Fridge

              and after a frequent calls they have agreed to give replacement for my fridge through Distributor and till date after 4 months it is not replaced yet, when ever we are calling the readymade answer from them is the stock of the same model is not avaiable yet and will be replaced once received

              Kindly Help me to get the replacement and if possible compensation too

                I had already given the system for reparing on dt.21.08.09. at your authorised centre at Sector-8 noida. At that time they were telling me that it will be reparired within 4 to 5days. After 4 to 5 days they informed that the spare parts is not available. We will get back the new system or back the amount within 15 days. But after so many request no one can response.

                So that i requst you to give my system ASAP i will very grateful to you and oblige.

                An early action is highly appriciated.

                I have no patience to wait for the same.

                    My Wife purchased one of your blu ray disk for my Birthday, The sales person assured her we would
                    be able to wathc netflixs on the machine. I opened the box that appears to me a wireless system
                    and after reading the manual i discovered that I either would have to use a lan line or purchase
                    another device to operate this system, very misleading in my oppion. Secondly I discovered that
                    I had to get a new download into it before I could even set it up. The Idea to market a machine
                    with problems that are more than 5 minutes from box to operatioal are just baffeling .I respect the
                    fact that it has so much to offer but I believe this is out of control for a company of this stature. I wiill
                    have to take it back and be very disappointed in your management and quality control. What were you
                    thinking. Most people do not have the patience for this. This Item was purchased from Best Buy in
                    West Palm Beach Florida. I own 2 Samsung TVs and If this is the new Samsung I will not perticipate

                      I have purchased samsung mobile U600 from your authorised dealerHot SPots Retails Pvt Ltd ,Shop No 4, pocket -H Dilshad Garden Delhi ,vide BOOk No 54 , s.no .2665 Dated 10/9/08 .with in Warranty period suddenly one morning on handset becomes dead .
                      next day I went to service center ie CARIANO TELECOM PVT LTD Communication for service. thy took my mobile and told me to change the DISPLAY SCREEN . then after complete one month and five days ie on[protected] they returned it.On[protected] again it becomes dead AS NUMBER DISPLAY NOT WORKING . Again I went to CARIANO TELECOM PVT LTD . this time they told me about the problem that Now you have change the number display of Handet and about the replacement. as per my experience Samsung moblie are not good not as per expectation of Indian people .and the service center are worst as they have no good staff ,to rectifed the moblie problem , always refuse to deliver it by saying " Your mobile replacement is not sanctioned by company" Now i am thinking that i have invested 10350/- as dead investment.
                      so, here i request you to look in this matterand do the needful.

                        work order no.fsc-533/09 on date6/11/09 , the camcorder model-vp-d361i/xtl ,serial no.-a6ga6vkl5p1779w costing 20000 is given for repairing at surat,samsung service plaza,g-18,shakuntal complex,nr.gujarat gas circle,adajan road,surat-395009,phone[protected],[protected]. still i m waiting for the eminent staff 's willing to give me back after more than one month.
                        whenever i call for my cam no one is replieing properly.
                        the replies are like....................
                        1.your cam is in ahmedabad for repairing.
                        2.your cam is dispatched to delhi instead of surat by mistake.
                        3.your cam is repaired already we kept it with us to check.
                        4.i dont know about cam i m not responsible person here.
                        5. the person who takes care about cam is gone to vapi.
                        6.once again the person who takes care about cam is gone to vapi.
                        7.twice again the person who takes care about cam is gone to vapi.
                        8.thrice again the person who takes care about cam is gone to vapi.
                        9.everytime the person who takes care about cam is gone to vapi.

                        so , i dont know that the customer care is in surat or vapi

                          dear sir/ mam,

                          i had a purchase a handycam of samsung to gift one doctor, as it got problem within three four months but doctor got it repaired himself then still there were a problem so he given me for correction, i given the handycam on the name of dr.r.r.modi's name on 6/11/09 with work order no.fsc-553/09 with assurance of one week time to get it solved. but still i had not got my handycam an even they not respond properly to my phone though one month is passed i dont know the status of my handycam...........................

                            i am extremely dissappointed with the samsung company. i got samsung corby one month ago from my first salary and the very third day i had problems with the phone. when checked at the service station i was told that it is a software problem and cannot be guaranteed that the problem can be set right. i really hope to get some help with this.what am i suppose to do??
                            go to retailer 1st. ask him to exchange the phone, send 1 letter to company office request them about your problem and ask them for exchange and then go to consumer court or nowadays better way to go to media news channel
                            tv 9 has there own consumer complaint board so ask them for help make your first salary count dont let them go easily .

                            I have purchasef L700 Samsung mobile in July 2009 . But I have lost that phone in the month of december. Can I get that mobile?. I have also availed mobile tracker option. But i didn't get that mobile.

                            Otherwise, I need only L700 model. No other mobile compromises me like that mobile. so, help me to get a new mobile of L700 in the current rate. I am in mylapore now. If you mail me its availability with its price, it will be very grateful to you because i have searched for that mobile all over in chennai. But i didn't get that mobile.                               Hi,

                              I am Sachin Sharma. I bought a Samsung TV 9 month back.. In this TV have a problem with its screen. So then I call to customer care of Samsung. Next day a service executive come to my home for cheek this TV. He says to me that the picture tube of the TV is damage. And it’s a factorial problem when this product was made. I will change this picture tube. After some days a new executive come to my home and change the picture tube when they change it the problem was same and not short out. That day I am not in home my little brother say to them that problem is not solve. They say to my brother that they do very best and gone. Then I came back to home I saw its truth that the problem was same. Then I call again to customer care. So next day a new executive came to my home and cheek. He say to me that setting was not done very well of your TV. So the settings have been done by our service center computer. Then he takes it to his service center in Faridabad. After some days I get the call from that service center for come and cheek out my TV. Next day evening I was going their and cheek. But there was a problem with TV screen alignment and color management. I says to executive that problem was not solve properly. He says to me that ok sir I will short out. Then after some day again I got the call from their. I saw their TV screen was dull and big problem with screen alignment. I say again to executive the problem is very bigger at this time. He says to me that it is our last try. So then you want to buy a LCD and use misbehaves with me. The name of executive was Ashif. He say to me that what can you do then do and many more. He uses very poor language to me.


                              So Sir I don’t know what I do now. Please help me Sir what can I do in this condition.

                              Samsung — screen adjustment

                              Iam B.S. Srinivasarao. I bought a Samsung TV 10 month back.. In this TV have a problem with its screen. So then I call to customer care of Samsung complaint No.[protected], dated 12.05.2011. But i Did'nt Rec and resposnce against this complaint.
                              I call more than 10 Times.

                                i made complaint to samsung coustmer care no [protected] for my television their engg visited and said you have to pay 1028/00rs because their some parts are not working . i accepted and made the payment in cash and he repair my t.v set. after one hour the t.v again have same problem i made a call to coustmer care again they said we will send the engg again the engg came after three days and repair the t.v again without any charges. after two to three hours of repairing t.v again shut down and i made a complain again to samsung coustmer care no.but now that service office manager says you have to pay more their might some parts will be changed. now their is no response from samsung india . they are making fool of the counsumer.

                                i have bought samsung mobile ultratouch s8300 for which mp4 is needed.
                                i have visited the samsung service centre too but to no satisfactory reply from them.i am not able to play the clips for which i am asked for mp4 player as for this i have visited customer care too many times.
                                OR you requested to tell send me the link regarding this so i can do it on my own or help me out in this matter.

                                  Dear Sir,
                                  I have purcahsed a Samsung LCD TV of 37 inches bearing Model no. SAM LCD LA 37 B 530 on 25/09/2009 and paid Rs.48500/- ( Rupees Forty eight thousand five hundred only ). As per the scheme announced during Dassera / Deepavali, the company offered DVD.

                                  On purchase the M/s. Rajkamal Electronics Pvt Ltd, Trimulgherry from whom I have bought the TV gave me a DVD. Subsequently, while reading the nespapers, I have found the DVD to be given with 37" TV is advanced version DVD, and not the one which was given to me at the time of purchase.

                                  I have been to RajKamal Electronics, Trimulgherry on many occassions, but to my utter dismay, they are making me move around them, by not giving proper reasons.
                                  They are not paying proper attention after the purcahse, as they invited the customers before purcahse.

                                  I have also called them on phone several no. of times. But they are not responding.

                                  I therefore, request you to take up the matter with the company / firm and help me in this regard.

                                    my samsung mobile set E251 is in warranty period got some problem in display screen, so i give my set on 8 september 2009 in service centre of samsung mobile(nehru place)
                                    they said to me come after 2 weeks and if phone not repaired they will refund my money
                                    after that if i asked him about my phone ya refund they said your cheque is ready but it will keep some time.
                                    sir i purchase new phone right now
                                    service centre employee does not told me clearly whether i get my refund or new phone in fact on asking they behaved to me very rudely
                                    i am very depressed sir
                                    i hope you will take action against samsung mobile

                                    Last Friday [26/02/10] I sent this mail, but till date didnt received any response from your end...
                                    FYI

                                    I took one samsung mobile on 13/02/09 from Link Telecom Pvt Ltd (New Alipur, Kolkata-53) model no.C3053 3547/[protected] Btty-LC1SA201S4B, i found some problem on the same, it becomes very hot when i charged the mobile & if i charged it in the morning, in the evening battery is showing empty without any activities like phn calls, games, songs etc, i took my phn to the nearest service center, they checked & found some problems in motherboard & asking me to leave the mobile & it will take 10days, its very pathetic, i purchased a new set & just using it 14days & found a faulty set, just pissed off with ur service, & today onwards i will never use any samsung mobile or any other home appliances or accessories & will convey my message to all my friends, ofc colleagues, my relatives & neighbors, i was habituated with nokia, & never found any issues from them in last 7 years, & now i am just pissed off within 14days, now i am suffering with ur faulty mobile set.

                                      I have bought a samsung LCD TV from Jain Agencies, Merrut Road Industrial area, Ghaziabad vide bill No.L-937 dated 14th June, 2008 an amount of Rs 24000/- MODEL NO.LA26A450CIMXL.
                                      This LCD is mounted in our bed room and watching the TV is hardely half hour a day. after 10th Month from the date of purchased i realize that suddenly the LCD panel was working malfunctioned but after hour working in normal, again after six month, 12-Oct,2009 the LCD panel was malfiunctioned and regarding this i have lodged complaint to samsung customer care no [protected]. vide complaint no.[protected].After long waiting, samsung authorised representative Mr. D.S. Dubey is visited and give estimated Rs. 19580/- for the exchange of LCD panel.
                                      Pls let us know the Market price of new LCD is Rs.21000/- and repairing cost of Rs 19580/- what can i do.
                                      I request to CC representative that you had send to other engineers wheter earlier was reported to us is correct or not but he is failed to do so. he give me two no one is[protected] to call cellcon engineering directely but phone is not working till now and other mobile no [protected] which is also swiched off.

                                      I talked to Customer care executive mr/ms vijay,manish,deepika,sumeda,neha,jasleen,pushpa,siddhartha,bhaskar,harish,sandhy... and Lastely jyoti. all of them is given me assurence that the replacement request is forwarded to seniors and may be with in three days the reply will get and inform to you.

                                      from 12th Oct 2009 to 4th Dec,2009 nearly 2 months I conclude that the customer care no is mandatorily requirement for electronices appliances seller co. other wise you canot get any solution from that customer care centre.

                                      i offered to customer care that you bought my LCD only for Rs 10000/- so that i can bought our new flat television which cost is not more than 12000/-.

                                        i have purchased samsung mobile gt b3313 from hot spot delhi on 17/11/2009. serial bill no.344. mobile details are imei no:-[protected].
                                        after few days the slider of mobile is not working smoothely while its never fall down when i showed this problem at there authorised service center in moti nagar they said it has damaged problem and it will be not considerd in warranty case.the service will b charged 440+4% vat.the whole slider going to be changed.
                                        its just has been 20 days old phone and they asking for charges.
                                        please register my complaint as soon as possible.
