I have purchased Samsung Window AC on 14.04.2009 .For the installation they have taken more than two weeks after my several followups.Within two days Iam facing heavy noise in the AC, Daily iam Contacting the Samsung Service Centre regarding my problem, but the final result is Zero.So far I made more than 30 complaints but until now no response.

Very Very worst Samsung Service Centre when comparing with other centres.

My Samsung Service Centre Name & Address: REFIMAC, Plot No.309, Nehru Nagar, Kottivakkam, Chennai-600 096.
sir i have a airtel connection ([protected]) in which a service of (58888timesindia) is activated.the service name is mreviewpack that is a text based service of timesindia. according to this subscription at every saturday of week i found a downlink through sms on my mobile and diduct it 10 rupees at every saturday by doing renew this pack.
i am very tired by this service and i want unsubscribe this but 58888 does not give me any knowledge to unsubscribe it in this network any one only can subscribe but can not unsubscribe.
i want stoped the 58888 service from mobile because it is a robber who earned benifit by subscribed the service without any knowledge only by giving a sms.

    Hi All,

    I have a serious concern related to Service and support of Samsung products. This is a formal complaint against Service center, Helpdesk and local authority who take care all the complaints.

    I am using a Samsung double door fridge. Its having some issue, Lower section is not getting cooled. Related to that I have called on your help line number 30308282 and made a complaint in your helpdesk on 29th April 09. The BP number is "[protected]" The executive have understand the problem and also taken my new address and updated it in their record and said that Engineer will visit on 30th April 09 and he will give call to me on my mobile as they have my number before coming to my place. But till Afternoon Nobody had contacted to me. since my mobile was working fine. Even Nobody visited to my place.

    Then again I made a call in Samsung helpdesk at 2.30PM on 30th April 09, Where I have given my BP number based on this the executive told me that call has already been assign to Faridabad service center and Engineer will visit Today only to rectify my fridge problem. I have given my alternate number also in case they are not able to connect me they can call on alternate number. Based on his confirmation I disconnected the call and again started waiting for Engineer to visit my place.

    Again nobody turned up. In between I have faced lots of personal problem, I am having a small kid, due fridge problem my baby didn't get food, Her milk and other meal got spoiled, She was hungry for entire day. When my Father gone to market to bring Milk for her He suffered with heat stroke as he is the diabetic patient. Due to all this me and my family got disturbed badly. I spent lots of money to get him treated. Now he is recovering from it. But my daughter didn't get food.

    This happened just because of poor service from your helpdesk, service department. Me and my family got harassed by Samsung service and support department.

    When I again called at 7:35PM in Samsung helpline, it was almost 23 min. call, the executive "Devrath" told me that Engineer will visit today only and working timing is morning 9AM to 8 PM, I fail to understand when I am giving call at 7:35PM and the call took total 23 min. how can the engineer will come to my place when the working hour will end at 8PM. When I asked to connect me with head of the call center, that executive pass my call to his supervisor Named Siddharth (As I remember this name) again no positive response from his side, When I asked to provide me center head detail and service department head detail so that I can escalate my complaint to them, He refuse to provide. After requesting so many time he given me Faridabad and Gurgaon branch Head name and number Mr. Manav Dham his number is [protected]. I didn't give him call yesterday as it was too late and as per ethic I should not call him after office hour so I called him Today morning (1st May 09) and briefed him about my problem. He took my complaint number and assured me that he will investigate it that why my call was not got attended yesterday when it was confirmed thrice by helpline.

    Its almost One and half hour after speaking to him still no response, I haven't got any call from Samsung service department, even nobody have came to my place to see the problem.

    Its a totally Disaster. If this is the service which we suppose to get from Samsung then there is no point to take Samsung product.

    Me and my family got harassed by samsung service and support team. and I am going to launch a complaint in Consumer court against this issue and I'll escalate it to all higher level.

    Me and My family have faced lots of mantle disturbance due to this and I have spent lots of money just because of the not getting my fridge problem rectified on time.

    Who will bear all this. I want strong action to be taken against person, department who had done all this. and I also want compensation for all which me my family have faced, Specially my baby who even can't express her problem.

    Refrigerator 310 Ltrs — Service Support

    My Complaint No. [protected] registered on 12 May 2008 has not yet been attnded. Everytime I call it is told that it would be done by evening the same day. That evening has not yet come.

    Whenever I call the call centre I am told that the manager is not there and when I finally was able to speak to the manager (Suraj) he also committed numner of times but nobody visited my place till now.

    I feel all these guys are bunch of jokers who keeps playing with you and your emotions.

    I am completely pissed off by the service levels of Whirlpool. I never imagined that it is so pathetic. I would advise the compnay to spend money on proper service support rather than showing ads on TV. Proper service support will atract more customer than showing ads on TV.

    Somebody please explain this to top management.

      i had purchased a SAMSUNG I450 (MOBILE) from gurgaon and its battery is not working well, so i went to samsung service centre which is in gurgaon sec-14 for replacing that battery it is under guarantee period but they are not replacing it, they just ask me to come next week from last 2 months. please help me out i had puchased it 5 months ago and i m facing too much problem without my handset because all the contacts are there in it are very important for my business but the service centre dont gives me any response please solve my problem.

      How to identified the original samsung battery and How to identified the samsung battery Mhz ?

      i had purchased a SAMSUNG M200 (MOBILE) from Jamshedpur and its Mobile and battery is heat at the time of charging. Mobile and battery it is under guarantee period. This problem is normal or abnormal ?

      I had purchased a SAMSUNG Beat270 (MOBILE) from Muzaffarnagar and its earpiece is not working well, so i went to samsung service centre which is in Noida to remove that problem it is under guarantee period but they do nothing, they just ask me to come next week from last 2 weeaks.so then i went to samsung service centre which is in Muzaffarnagar and i don't know what he did but now my phone is switched off from that period & he just said that to show it to any NCR service centre.. please help me out i had puchased it 1 months ago and i m facing too much problem without my handset because all the contacts are there in it are very important for my business but the service centre dont gives me any response please solve my problem.

        Dear Sir,

        Sub: Refrigerator – Non availability of service from your Hyderabad centre against complaints lodged since February 2009 – Reg.

        Ref: B.P. No. [protected] dt 21-Feb-2009.

        I have purchased and using a Samsung Refrigerator Model RT26(Silver) since 1-Sep-2004. I lodged a complaint with your customer care centre on Ph No. [protected] on 21-Feb-2009 for replacement of broken handle and repairing of noise problem against B.P. No. [protected].

        In response to my complaint, your service engineer has promptly responded and inspected the Refrigerator and taken the details regarding the handle assuring us to replace it in a day or two and expressed his inability to address the noise problem. When I called him on 23-Feb-2009 on Phone No.[protected] as he did not turn up in two days time, he informed me that since the original Samsung handle is not available he can find some suitable handle in the local market of some colour and replace it, for which I did not agree and took the matter again to customer care centre on 24-Feb-2009. Based on this, another service engineer visited our house again and taken the particulars of the handle and assured us that he will indent the handle and replace in a fortnight.

        I am now pained to inform you that this did not happen so far. Whenever I contact him on his mobile Nos. [protected], [protected] and[protected], I am getting a standard reply that they have not yet received.

        When I contacted your customer care centre twice on 23-Mar-2009 and 28-Mar-2009 and brought this matter to their notice, the service engineer comes in contact only to repeat the same story.

        In view of above, I now bring to your notice and urge you to take necessary steps and replace the handle at the earliest.

        Sir,
        I m agree with u regarding poor service quality of Samsung Team & product... Only 2 weeks back i purchased an AC and one Refrigerator from one the dealer in Delhi. When it reached home i saw dent in the upper door of the refrigerator. same day two guys came for installing the AC, but installed without any support of wooden beads or like that... when turned on the AC it was not working... they told AC is faulty and to be replaced. After lodging the complaint one service engineer came after 3 days and told AC is ok, but have problem with installation. He didnt give any report for that... Again i contacted the dealer to rectify the installation. he came after few more days .. finally he said installation is ok, problem is with AC and should be replaced. When i contacted the dealer for that he gave the contact number of area service incharge ... when i spoke to him he said they can only repair the AC in their service centre... when i objected saying it is brand new AC and went to the dealer again and again for few days, and used tough words, he sent only the inner unit of AC only, without any packing or like that and took back the earlier unit with them... though that unit started working i dont even know whether it was a brad new AC or a new one... dont know who ll give that certificate, to whom to contact... SAMSUNG website dont even reflect the address of service centres.. dont reflect any email id of senior management to address these type of issues... I feel they dont bother even 1 % of the customer satisfaction... they dont know where they r, and where they r going... whoever suffered these type of problems, nobody knows where and whom to complain ...Samsung dont deserve to be a international brand... local brands r better than Samsung, bcoz before purchasing u might think u might get cheated... SAMSUNG is cheating every consumer...everyday... whoever is planning to purchase SAMSUNG product, BEWARE !!!

        Samsung Refrigerator — Refrigerator not working since 23 days

        This is Devangshi Doshi, I had forwarded a complain to samsung company for my refrigerator not working since sat 24th sept. I called their call centre on 25th Sept and they sent me a service person on the same day and he said the compressor of my refrigerator is not working and gave me a bp no [protected]. The engineer said he shall get back to me in a day or two regarding when he could come n install the part.

        Again after not hearing from them in 5-6 days time I kept calling on the call centre on [protected], since 30th Sept I would talk to some call centre guy and they said they wud get a call me back.

        Finally on friday I spoke to some seniour guy after telling them I am going to call the press and consumer court he connected me to some person name Imtiaaz whose the head of National Aircon and said he will get back to me by sat 1st oct for sure as the part is not available and they waiting for the company to send the order.

        Finally some technician came on 10th oct n installed d part and charged me 1800 for filling d gas and gave me reciept no.914 bt he also said he needs to change the PC board coz now that's nt working.

        Today 23days have passed my house doesn't have a workin fridge, my vegetables, milk, dahi, fruits everything is gettin spoilt.
        I can't stock ice cream, ice, cold drinks etc, to top it all I have a function in my house on thurs 20th Oct and I can't serve anything cold to them.

        They say the courier is not dispatched and problem is from the head offfice and they are not giving me surety of which day my fridge will see the day light??? Wat kind of service u guys give, the company is planning to shut down that they dnt have spare parts????

        I fail to understand how can the compressor of a frigde fail to work in 4years, this means the company is using poor quality of parts??? That it stops functioning in matter of couple of years and this is not the first time I have a problem with my fridge it gave me the same problem 2years back thankfully the part was fixed in less no of days.

        I think ill start spreading a word to everyone outside the shops not to purchase samsung fridge as the company doesn't have a good service and spare parts fail to function. Especially when the product doesn't come with a cheap price tag of 44,000.

          the fridge is total piece of crap.
          it never cooled efficiently. the ice creams in fridge were always soft in summers. and this summer only 3d for this fridge it has totally lost its cooling. especially the huge freezer . ice creams are molten and no ice is being formed. though it is working, i can hear blow of air and coolness inside, but not enough to do its prescribed function thats is cooling things inside or freezing.
          this companies charge 350rs to come home for complaint. and then will defintely bill me up for huge sum.
          i wish i had bought a better company firdge.
          and what the hell is there 'silver nano' technology. making a fools out o[censored]s. fancy names for stupid technologies of theres.

              I had purchased a mobile set whose model no. is B-130-T on 12th of December 2008. But after a short period of purchase it stopped charging. I went to the shhopkeeper from where i had purchased it and told him about the problem. he advised me to go to the service centre situated at race course, Dehradun and i do the same. The engineer at the service centre told me that its IC or something else is burnt. my mobile is under the guarantee period so i said him to repair it as it was a poor machinery or manufacturing fault as i kept my mobile with a great care. But the man refused and return it to me.Before it my daughter had purchased samsung J600 which also gave the same problem. should purchasing of the samsung mobiles be avoided. please direct the service centre to solve my problem

                Hi,

                I have Samsung SGH-E250 Mobile. This mobile is under warranty. My mobile is dead from last 2 Months. I give my mobile at MDR SERVICES INDIA PVT.LTD Laxmi Nagar Samsung authorized service center. The people are SLEEPING BEAUTY. They never pickup phone for giving update and also not repaired my mobile till now. Samsung is a Big Brand but first time I see this type of service from Samsung.
                Once I visit MDR Service Center for know my mobile status but their worker are very rude. They never answer me when I will got my mobile. Now I am realizing after buying this mobile I lost my RS 5000.

                Hope you will help me.

[protected].I bought a refigrator proudly because it was a Samsung product.Model no.RT35ZBSS on 23 March 2009.from JJ Enterprises Secunderabad.I was told that it is all checked and good running set and need not check it.I stay at a location 60km from the dealer.So the set was transported at a cost of Rs 1000/- borne by me.To my horror the set didnot function at my home.So I gave many calls to the service helpline spoke to the call attendents Dipti, Manish and Lokesh.from my no [protected] and [protected] but they couldnot connect me to their supervisor even on my request.They assured me I will be attended only on 26 Mar 2009 by the service centre Prem Electronics at Kukatpally Hyderabad.So I waited with my non operative SAMSUNG Product till 26 Mar 2009.Then to my dismay on 26Mar2009 I get a call from the service centre that I would not be attented before 27Mar2009 and so my whole day gets spoiled because of this.Thus I am very sure that any insane person doesnot expect a new product from a reknowned company to fail and then such a sorry state of service.I intend to return the product immediately.Also to put my complain in the consumer forum for harrasment.

                    I purchased a Samsung Air conditioner on 22nd April from Samsung Plaza, Baid Electrolight Pvt. Ltd, 184 Block J New Alipore Kolkata-700053(telephone:[protected]. Since we are working we advised the technician to install it on Saturday. We called them on Saturday i.e. on 25th April 2009 but they gave us time to install the unit at 9 am on Sunday i.e. the 26th of April. So far we have contacted them for a dozen of times but they lied every time that they are coming soon. It is now 3:30 pm and I found their cellphone switched off. I have contacted so many concerned people of the shop but just find everything appears futile and the unit is remaining uninstalled. Being a constant user of samsung products including TV, fridge and mobiles I take the matter with high exception and surprise that how a company of high repute could show such insincerity towards customer service by appointing or depending on employees concerned who are devoid of sense of responsibilities. I have a plan to highlight this inconveniences regarding customer service on your part to other levels also.

                      I purchased this samsung split AC 1.5 ton (model no.- AS18UTAXTL) on 5 March 2009 from Vikky Electronics, Indore. My installation was done well by a man sent from the shop.
                      But i noticed a major problem of my AC making noise.The noise disturbs me a lot and doesnt let me sleep at night.I called up at the customer care many times and they sent me engineers to check my AC but the problem couldn't be sorted out. I still face the same problem, those engineers say that there is some problem with installation, but i have verified that the installation is perfectly fine.
                      Those samsung care engineers are not able to solve my problem, and they are running away from it also their service is poor, and below expectations!
                      I feel that my AC's internal plastic parts are making noise but still i don't have the surety about it.
                      I am not at all satisfied after having an AC in my room coz its noise doesn't let me sleep at night and moreover i am tired of making calls at the service center.They ask me details of my AC n blah blah every time and waste my time in it but still i am carrying on with the same problem.The one prime aim of these call centers is to maximize the call time and nothing else!

                        Now a days it is found that Samsung Company in India Selling defective goods in the market. They are providing service just near to your place, but you have to run there, again a& again to repair it. Samsung provides atleast One year of warranty with the product, but running to service it, will consume half or some times full of the warranty period. After the warranty period over, they will not do anything, but the Service Center will show their helpless attitude and ask for money for the repair they have done.

                        Recently, the same thing happened to me. I had purchased a Samsung mobile of Model No. SCH W-339 called as Samsung DUO from TRUE VALUE SHOPPE of TATA INDICOM on 4th November 2008. Just few days after the purchase it started giving problem. I ran to Service Center & they repaired it.Few days after repair, again it started problem. And this problem is still continuing. Every month I have to run to the service center frequently for repairing. To add the set is only 5 months old now. I am pressing them to change the set, but they are avoiding to do so. During my visit to Service Center, many other person I met, who were having the same or similar problems and the Company did not give replacement of their set and now some of them repairing paying service Center Charges and some of them gave up the set, buying other brand. Now, those who gave up the set, coming to Service Center only to abuse them.

                        Meeting these people, I have now made up of my mind to sue the Samsung Mobile as well as Tata Indicom True Value shoppe, in the CONSUMER FORUM (Which is meant for protecting the consumer from exploitation or service default).

                        Under these circumstance, I call upon everybody, who are having faith on that comapny to restrain themselves from purchasing any product of Samsung India, may be mobile or any other appliance. They are not faithfull at all.They are only cheaters.They came to India only to extract money from simple consumers, who are influenced by Advertisement and other means, like me. This Company, Samsung attracts customers with some good features in their mobiles, like China Mobiles, but fails to keep its promise. So, my question is to all, what is the difference between the Samsung mobile and unknown China Mobile.The Only difference is Samsung is a known and well dressed (With Court & Tie) cheater and other unknown mobile company are just unknown to us and where about of the company we don't know.

It is screen touch and dual sim-GSM and CDMA . I visited many customer care centers in Nepal but they told me they din't have software of this mobile to unlock. So kindly send its software to unlock or you yoursel[censored]nlock if possible otherwise my mobile is of no use, or if it's software is not available kindly request the nearest dealer in India Muzzafpur, Bihar to return it back.                         I bought a samsung SCH W339 mobile phone from my Gwalior Retailer of TATA Indicom which is i think is a faulty or Defective Handset... when i changed the sim of my mobile phone (SCH W339) then after switching it on it showed the message Phone Locked---"please contact Service Centre", not only this but whenever i tried to put a memory card the memory card just worked for several hours and after that memory card looses all its memory and storage and just shows total memory as 0.1 kb instead of 1 gb and after that memory card is of no use and due this fault i have wasted nearly Rs. 700 in memory card, above all this fault it all has a major fault of GPRS not working on GSM mode ... these were only the few complaints about this faulty handset...this is not a handset this is a faultset...so please kindly guide me to the process what to do for this handset and how to exchange it from the TATA INDICOM Retailer

                        I want to remind you that I have bought SAMSUNG TATA Mobile Model SCH W339 from M/s Mehta Commercial Centre 23 Nehru Market Opp. Govt Boys Sr Secccccc. School Gurgaon vide invoice no A000001E5092D3 on dated 2/09/2010.
                        Its Internet, Tata Zone and Mobile TV are not functing. I contact to customber care at phone no. [protected] and he advised me to contact Service Centre and give me address near odian cinema where this service centre not started to work and He again give me address of Sector 31 Gurgaon and i went there it was also found locked and a employees give me address where it has been shifted and at service centre they have told me that they had no software to open internet and tata Zone at last on 23/9/2010 i went to Pahar Ganj Service Centre they keep it more than 8 hours but all is invain the problem remained unsolve I once again connect to customber care and he advised me to easy recharge of Rs 17 I also do it but it still remain unsolved and customber care is not listgening to my talk they have probabaly made technical system to not listen at my phone. I contninue trying to contact customber care but moi fayada nahi .                           I have purchased a Samsung brand new mobile phone SGH-i450 Ultra Music in the month of July 2008. The mobile suddenly after 6 months the phone has problem with Calls Incoming and Outgoing both side, every time I have to switch off and switch on for any calls.

                          I walked to Samsung Services Plaza, No 9, 27th main, 1st stage, BTM layout, Bangalore Service center and they updated the Mobile Phone Software and give back to me, but the problem was not rectified properly, so next day again I walk to them and then they suggested the phone motherboard need to changed and that will take minimum of 15 days time, on 21st March I called and they have mentioned that phone is ready, but when I checked the phone I found that the phone having the same problem nothing was resolved also when I tried to open the camera that also not open and gave me error message “General Syntax Error”.

                          Again on 22nd I walked to then and ask what they have done with the phone? The Service Center Manager Mr. Vinay Kumar told me on that day “sir, its commercial problem, please provide your Phone Purchase Bill we will replace it within 10 days and for verification you’ll received call from our Mumbai office.” I have submitted all required documents.

                          After 10 days when I called them they said the Area Sales Manager Mr. Praveen Kumar, please contact him on his Mobile +[protected] and he will update you the status of your phone, from that time to till now I tried to reach Mr. Praveen kumar and found he switch off his phone.

                          How strange one Area Sales Manager SWITCH OFF his phone? Every day I tried to reach him but till now his phone is switch off, meanwhile, everyday I called Mr. Vinay kumar and the response I get from him is “I don’t have any update on this”

                          Is this not strange? He is also designated as Manager and don’t have update. From now days he also stop talking my phone calls. It’s approximately 2 months and sees what I am suffering. I am really frustrated with the Service and the response from the Service center.

                          Please be advise what should I do to rectify this?

                          i had purchased a handest, model no.sgh i 450 from sona mobiles, kalyani nagar on 26 june 2008, as a gift from my parents...on 17 august 08 my mobile was switched off automatically.for the resolution of the problem i visited the shop, but was told to visit "sharp telecom"(service center) located at mangalwar peth.my order no. is 10001.the people at the service center assured me that within 20 days my handset will be in a working condition.after 20 days when i visited the service center ther was no proper treatment, no improved results, just the same condition and the same answer.i m simply pissed calling these people and receiving the same answer.i would like to really mention the names of the employees and the owner of the service center, mr.ramzan, mr.moza(the owner) and also the female receptionist who did not tell me her name.it was limits when i spoke to mr.moza, who very well promised me to definitely give me a confirmation, but did not...dis has seriously disturbed me mentally and has given me a very bad expeirence...till date 17 sept 2008..i have not received my handset...kindly look into this matter.because at this level i think the problem has to be solved...
                          i will always recommend any of my friends to please not to trust on this company, atleast from this incident...

                          Dear Sir,
                          I have purchased Samsung SGH-i450 BEAT series on[protected] from authorized dealer at Bharuch (Krishna Mobile, Gujarat).
                          I am suffering one big problem of recharge socket. I cont recharge battery through charging socket and can not use hands free& data cable also.
                          I had shown the instrument at Samsung service care at Baroda but that respective person told me that socket is detached from circuit. he suggested to replace whole circuit and he charging me Rs.7500/- for this. But my mobile is in the warranty period.

                          As my mobile is in warranty period this service should be free of cost. My mobile cost is Rs.11499/- and it is charging about half of its cost.
                          So please do the needful and take action with in 7 day other wise i will take this complaint to the consumer forum. This thing will put bad impression on me about Samsung mobiles.

                          Samsung i450 — Service and Replacement

                          Respected sir,
                          when i had earlier submitted my phone with a minor problem, i was left without a phone for nearly 5 months. now after i received a replacement of my phone, that too after lodging and complaining several times, my phone's front slider buttons stopped working all of a sudden. when i approached the customer care, they said that the phone was liquid damaged, and repaired before being given to me. again i am left without a phone for nearly 3 months, reaching the customer care every 2nd day, only too add to my worries.

                            I Purchased mobile phone on 4th January 2009. After that I was given the mobile phone to samsung service center thrice for the same problem. Up to this problem is not rectified by the company. I suffered very much due to this problem. Kindly take the necessary steps to solve my problem. hereunder i given details about my mobile phone.

                            I bought this phone in March 09 and I am not satisfied, battery is a huge problem, even though Samsung claims that battery talk time is 4 hours however once battery is fully charged and I speak for 1 hour, it drops to low battery, I have not dropped this phone, it is genuine battery problem and it is not user friendly.                             I purchsed SCH-F309 Samsung Reliance Mobile From Reliance Web World Vijayanagar Bangalore on[protected]. I found voice is breaking while conversation. I gave to Samsung Service center Rajajinagar.They returned back handpeice in a day saying software was upgraded and problem is solved. But there was no improvement in performance and again given back to them for servicing before five days, till today no responce from them. Once you visit Samsung service center at West of Chord road Bangalore, it is like Busy Bus stop. It will take hours together to attain you. Horrible experience with Samsung and Reliance People.
                            I also bought this device in Delhi, Next day i bought it it stopped working. I was clicking a photo graph and its screen FREEZED while saving the clicked image. I waited for around 20 mins and then removed/restored battery. What happened after that, it faild to start even. Now whenever I try to switch on phone, it hangs on SAMSUNG logo does not go beyond it even if you wait for an hour.

                            I took it to service center, they cleanly denied to replace the set but started reapairing it. They spend an hour and when Failed to repair, they send leave the set with us we will reinstall the software it problem will be solve.

                            I don't believ so, newly purchased device behaved like this, it may not work any more. I'll take this matter to comsumer cell after observing it for a week.
                            After purchasing the SCHF309 handset in July 2009 is giving half a day battery back up and very frequently broken voices while making conversation. Really it should not be with such costly handset and that too manufactured from very prestigeous company like samsung

                            Bluetooth is available and working. you pair the handset. select the paired handset. then click the menus inside. that is how the w299 also works.
                            I got my F309 handset six months back, my speakers are not working as i showed to the samsung service providers in RT.Nagar about the problem, in my CDMA set, every day they are keep on postponing tommorrow, we shall do it and so, if service providers can't do their job, why they give false assurance, that they rectify the problem with the handset

                            I have purchased F309 in the month of October.In the morning charging full battery after 4-5 hrs. it drops to low battery.So I am unable to listen to music or play FM Radio as the battery backup is low.Even if one song is played the battery indicator becomes less.

                            In the trusted devices list ur phone would be visible Now click options and select send files. The phone will connect and after u specify the file name (from memory card) the file is transferred. :)

                            I have purchased the samsung CDMA SCH F 309 from Reliance Web World, Malleswaram. But the bluetooth is not connecting to any other mobile handsets from day one.
                            I also bought this mobile on 20 November-09. I am agree with all these complaints... now god help me.
                            I also bought samsung mobile handset model SCH F309 on 20th July 2009 from Bareilly. While using the phone the voice-breaking, hangs on problem, screen freezing, extremeley poor battery back up, too small letter font size etc are teasing aspects of this set. I do not understand why the samsung does not think back to improve the quality of its product and resolve the grievances of many valued customers who do react here and there and finally adverse the market of samsung mobile handset. Releasing new handsets on a large scale should not be moto of the company, rather satsfy its users in a more friendly way.

                                  I have purchased Samsung Split Air Conditioner model number AS18NCAXTL (1.5 tonnes) from Hari Om Electronics, Ashok Vihar, Delhi on January 28, 2009.

                                  The split a/c has been having a regular trouble since then. I have lodged two comlaints in three months. The complaint is about a/c not cooling at all. For the first complaint, the first time Samsung sent the engineer(s) advised the installation is not proper and gas may have leaked. The next day they sent another engineers who corrected few connections in a/c and went back. The a/c was cooling for few days and now again for past few days it's not cooling at all.

                                  We have raised a complaint again with complaint number being - [protected]. It has been 4 days since Samsung has acted very inefficiently on it. They sent the engineer on day 2 after raising the complaint. The engineer(s) came and again specified the gas has leaked and hence they'll come next day. Despite repeated reminders to them, they haven't turned back.

                                  For a product which is just couple of months old, I dont expect so many breakages. Can you please have Samsung act on it as I am very tired after following up so many times with no response. I also requested for a change to the piece itself but delaer says do whatever I will not get it changed. The response has been pretty ugly and un-called for.

                                  This is Regarding Samsung Split Air-Conditioner which i purchased from the NEXT show room chandanagar, Hyderabad.

                                  I have 3 Split Air Conditioners at Home. two of them are LG and one Blue Star. Recently by unfortunate i purchased Samsung Bio-Sleep Split A/c, where i found selecting Samsung Product’s is a Big Mistake in my Decision. I am getting lot of noise in the a/c from the indoor machine.

                                  Regarding this i have given complaint (complaint number:[protected]). From the day of purchase i am informing this to the Next show room dealer and there is no response from them then i have given a complaint on 27th May 2008 and after making many calls to customer care one of the technician came and informed that the motor and baring in the indoor machine are not working properly and have to replace the motor with new one. he also said that it will take 15 days time to change the motor.

                                  I have purchased this Samsung A/C on 25th April 2009. at the time of installation only i got the noise and the persons who installed the A/c said that in Samsung a/c's this noise is common. I din’t understand how that stupid, can say like this after purchasing the Samsung a/c if we know the same thing before purchase we won't buy Samsung A/c. Already we have 3 LG a/c's at our home and i thought that in Samsung Biosleep is more effective but it is more effective in making noise and not getting me to sleep when i use A/c.

                                  I really feel Very sorry for purchasing the Samsung A/c and i decided that in future Me, My Friends and Colleague will won't buy any Samsung products.

                                  I have paid Rs.26500/- it's a very bad experience for me from the dealer and Technician, More over the Dealer and the Samsung Company cheated me by giving me a Defected Machine.

                                    I have purchase Samsung window AC AW18ZKA on 05.04.2009 from KBM electronics Laxmi Nagar, Delhi. Upto 12.04.2009, no has to came for demo of the product. I have started the AC on 13.04.2009, AC unable to cool the room. Further, I make the complaints to Customer Service Center on 14.04.2009. Service engineer visited to my home and check the AC and found that, there is leakage of gas in the AC. Then I visited to KBM Electroncs and submitted copy of Invoice as per telephonic discussion with Mr. Brijesh (Service Manager, Samsung). The copy of Invoice has been collected by Mr. Brijesh as suggested by Manager (Mr. Anil) of KBM Electronics. In the same time I talked to Mr. Brijesh, he promised me within 4 to 5 days, the AC will be replaced.
                                    But till date(even after 6 days) the AC has not been replaced. The summer is on its peak, I along with my familly unable to sleep due to high temperature. We are in so trouble and not a single % satisfied with Samsung Services for AC. The AC Required to be replace.

                                      I am a 300 ltr Samsung Fridge which i bought from M/s Rainbow Electronics, Sevoke Road, Siliguri in 2004. Around October 2008 i.e last year the handle of the fridge came off and we had promptly lodged the complain twith the service centre in siliguri. Somebody called Mr Babu visited our house and took all the details of the handle and informed us that this particular model is no more being manufactured so it will take sometime time (around 10 - 15 days). Since then despite our numerous calls to the service centre as well as the manager of the service centre Mr Parichay, we are yet to receive the handle even though they have been always telling me that the handle is coming in a few days and will be installed in the next week. Nowadays Mr Parichay fails to lift our phone on seeing our no. So i have to call from some other no so that he is unable to recognise the person calling.

                                      After all this harassment i would like to inform fellow customers to beware of these companies as they are not inclined to give us any service for their product even though they always tell us that they are customer friendly.

                                        I was so happy when i heard that samsung has introduced a CDMA GSM phone...but when I started using...it is really very dissapointing... There voice is never clear and there is a disturbance always while talking... Network problem is always dissapointing. The bars comes and goes in seconds even standing next to tower. This happens especially when the connection is made and the call drops. When there is network you make a call and the sooner it connects...the call drops.
                                        The company has withdrawn the phone and should replace the handset with other set so that the customer is not cheated...

                                        I own a samsung w299 phone. The phone crackles often when I place or receive calls. The volume is also not very good. The sound seems muffled. Please let me know if this is a Hardware fault or a firmware issue. If you have a link to update the firmware do let me know the process and the link as well. I like the design of the phone but I feel that my decision of going with samsung turned out to be very wrong with this phone. I spent almost 15000 for a phone that is no where near what I can say at least decent in function. I use the CDMA and have had my number for almost 5 years.                                         This is one of the worst phone that i have used. following are some of the problems that i have faced so far.
                                        1) you can not put anniversary year earlier than 1981 !! Samsung service center person says "this is a modern phone hence only years after 1981 are acceptable !!" wow !
                                        2) when SMS is sent to multiple users, there is no way to know who all it has been sent to afterwards. Nor can you make out if the message has been delivered or otherwise.
                                        3) SMS can be only 160 characters long.
                                        4) Contact name can be only 16 characters long.

It is supporting only one file formate for pictures, sounds & vedio clips.Vedio can not be played in fell scren mode. phone book, pictures & vedio processing is miserably slow.No network support for GSM. This is cheating by Samsung. One can get better performace from china phone of similar features.I suggest Samsung to replace thease phones to maintan it's name in market

                                        3.Alarm software is too defective.If one selects a particular day or days it never alerts.Then what is the use of alarm function?

                                        I actually go this mobile hoping to install some dictionary and other softwares which come handy to me while travelling, the biggest shock came to me when i have seen that i cant install any files.Even the feautures they told that are present in the piece are not working like

                                        2.playing video files
                                        3. Even the 2 mp cam doesnt mean to look as 2 mp. a normal vga will get good pics than this

                                        I purchased Samsung W299 on 17th October 2009, But was totally dissatisfied with this peculiar set. There are a lots of problem in this model. Some examples are as follows:
                                        1. One cannot minimise the screen when the Music is playing.
                                        2. Mobile gets switched off automatically.
                                        3. Video files cannot be played.
                                        4. GPRS is not working.
                                        5. Opera Mini is not being supported.
                                        6. While making a call, if some incoming call is coming at the same time we cannot either receive the call or make the new call.
                                        7. Does not support all picture formats.
                                        and the list is too long.

                                        I advice the Samsung management in India to either replace the mobile or modify the software of the mobile to whomever they have sold this model if they want to survive in this competetive market.
                                        It is DUBBA phone.Samsung should take back all sold phones.

I have given it to samsung service center a number of time but the problem is still there... They told they will replace the motherboard but they are not doing it by telling that the part is not in stock.

                                        I dont know if its going to help posting here. But there seems to be no way out for me now. After going n number of times to the stupid service centres where they dont even know the model number of the phone forget abt reapairing the same.

                                        I bought SCH W 299 in June 2009 and since then its a headache till now. I am just not able to sync it with my pc. I went to service station but they are not able to fix it up... dont know aht to do with this piece of s**t.

                                        It was supposed to be a high end model but it turns out completely dud made by some dull headed people at samsung and now they are not even bothered abt the plight of the consumer. Imagine you cant use handsfree when your phone is charging... pathetic.

                                        2) You cant move files from phone memory to memory card without using computer.

                                        Purchase Samsung corby CDMA set wide Invoice No 12009/10 Dt 21st Feb 10 from Drive India Enterprises Solution Ltd. logged first complain on 22nd April for not supporting to Network and Blue tooth they rectified and return to me but the problom partly shrted out again visited the same service center which is in Ambhedkar Road there they told us that your mother board having fault so you register the complain as soon we receive the mother board we will change. After 15 days we called them they inform the mother board not yet received contact us after 10 day after that also we did nit receive the same than we contact customer care of samsung they register our complain wide reff. no [protected] after making 4 to 5 calls my set not rectified than they given the mobile no of Mr Sandeep Chowdhary Manager service he promise me that the set will be rectified soon but after one month also it is not rectified and he started ignoring my call than I contact with support [protected]@sasung.com since 23rd July I send 5 reminders every time they promise that my concern person will get in touch with you but till date no body call me if my warranty period expire than whi will be responsible. Please help me out I am fed up with this company.

                                        I had bought this phone last year in Oct 2009 and after 3 months its touch screen stopped working and according to service center there is no guarantee for touch screen. Still I continued to use it without touch screen but last week its completely dead and service center is asking Rs 5000/- to replace its dead mother board. I have contacted Samsung India but there is no support. I advise people never buy Samsung hand phones they are all cheap quality assembled products. This model is a big flop in the market.
