I am a resident of Ranchi. I had bought a samsung E740 mobile phone in july, 08. Some software problems arose in the month of november, 08. I had taken it to a service centre in Ranchi. The employees told me to be back in 15 days. The phone was sent to Calcutta for repairing job.After coming back, I was informed that some internal parts of the phone were missing. When I had given my phone, there was no problem with the hardware as informed by the engineer sitting in the Service centre in Ranchi. Now again they have sent my mobile to Calcutta for inspection. It has been two months now since i handed my mobile phone to the Service Centre.

I think I would never ever tell anyone to go for Samsung products in future, as the company's employees are not reliable.

I want my mobile phone back in working condition. It is a request to the higher authorities of the Samsung company to do something in this regard, as being a student I can not afford to buy mobile phones so frequently.

    offer for free digital tv service from airtel if you buy samsung lcd tv is hoax.
    inspite of chasing airtel for 10 days no instalation has been done by airtel so people beware dont buy samsung lcd tv with airtel offer, you will feel cheated

    On 26th of Jan. 09 I bought one airtel digital sat. box from GAYLORD EMPORIUM, 2, Paltan Bazaar, Dehradun, Uttarkhand PIN 248001, by paying Rs.2000/-. The owner of the shop told me that i will get five months subscription free of cost.Later when i arrived at my home i read in activation kit that (INVALID IF SOLD SEPARATELY.TO BE SOLD FREE WITH SAMSUNG LCD AND PLASMA TVS ONLY). The owner Mr. Baljinder Singh has cheated me.
    we have a 32 samsung great picture but we tried to turn it on the other day with the remote would not come on tried to turn on by hand could not do that either so disappointed great picture to bad we can not turn on to watch the tv we paid so muchMONEY FOR vrey up set so we went back to VIZEO

      We bought a plasma from Samsung in August 2007, model no. PS50Q7HM/XTL. In September 2008, the plasma started giving display problems. But in October 2008, the screen went completealy blank. A complaint was registered with Samsung Customer Care on 20/10/2008, BP no. [protected]. The technician came & checked the plasma only to say that 3 parts were to be changed. On constant follow up, we were always told that the parts have been ordered, but never came. Then Mr. Negi (Technician) came & took the display board for 4 days, only to come back to say that the whole board will be changed for an expense of Rs 55000/. It was shocking for us to believe that a few days back only the parts were ordered and now suddenly the whole thing had to be changed. We don't know what Mr.Negi really did when he took the display board with him.
      Just one month after the warranty expired, the plasma went black.
      For just one month's difference, we have been asked to spend such a huge amount..
      Please intervene into the same and get the repair done at minimal cost.

        I HAVE A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH SAMSUNG MOBILE SERVICE CENTER, 503 chettikulam, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari dist, TamilNadu, India.
        I submit my samsung mobile model SGH-X210, SL.No RW5Q114006V IMEI/RSN [protected], WORK ORDER NO WA[protected] to the above said service center for solving the HANGING PROBLEM. They took the mobile on 14/11/08 and told me to come after 10 days because it must be repaired at chennai. I went next week and they told me that my mobile had come without solving the problem and hence it was sent back again to chennai.I went to them on 24/12/08 and they told me that my mobile was repaired and it will reach at nagercoil next day.They also told me that they will inform me as soon as it reach nagercoil from chennai.But there was no information from them till today 3/01/09. Two months passed away since they recieve my mobile.Today 03/01/09 they are saying that my mobile was sent to bangalore for repair work.
        This was a BAD EXPERIENCE for me from a company like SAMSUNG.

          I have purchased a Samsung Printer SCX-4521F on dt.[protected]. I have some problem facing in my printer in sep months, the problem is when I sending a fax, fax is gone but in sending report the dialing no. of other side is not present or wrong number but the fax gone to write no.

          After visit of compny engineer he replace the fax card after replacing a fax card new problem generate. The problem is fax no. apperiang but no pitch sound or voice sound appeared when i am dialing the no. The company said your telephone line on pulse mode so we can't repairing or replace the product but in my printer both the mode are present, if your telephone in pulse mode then pulse mode acutate & your telephone in tone mode your printer actuate in tone mode.

          But sir company not taking any further action on date 10th dec. 2008 and my wornty time ending on 23 jan 2009.

          samsung/4521F — date & time setting

          hi!! i'm having 4521F printer. since last 12-15 days whenever i switch on my printer it always asks for date & time setting. it never goes forward wihout inserting in time & date every time.thnx..

          I am an advocate practicing at Bangalore. I have purchased a Samsung Printer SCX 4521 F. The said printer became out of order and if a print command is given entire printed page becomes dark black.

          Immediately in the month of May 20th itself I have lodged a complaint with your customer care executive, however there was no progress at all.

          Thereafter I have contacted your customer care service centre several times. On[protected] I have lodged the serious complaint. My telephone bill clearly reflects the details of the contact with your customer care.

          I have been reminding you from my telephone calls however always I receive bluffing saying that it will be done immediately. In the third week of May a service engineer visited and he checked the printer however it did not work, thereafter he had come on next day however though he has changes its mother board it did not work. He left saying that one more part has to be changed. Thereafter there was no news from you.

          Thereafter I have been reminding you almost everyday requesting you to repair or replace the printer however there is no positive response from you.

          I am a practicing advocate every day I need to take printouts urgently and to submit to the Hon'ble Court. My works are emergency in nature and I am depending only on one Printer. The negligence and deficiency of service has caused me to suffer irreparable loss and injury. I am really annoyed by your conduct and I had to waste lot of time and energy persuing about the complaint. This treatment was not expected from Samsung Company. I have suffered huge loss.

          I request you to replace the Printer immediately or else I have to initiate suitable action against you before the consumer court.

          I'm having a SAMSUNG Printer(SCX-4521F) model. and my PC is Nova net(BSNL).So my ques is how can i connect my printer with my PC. manually i connected but soft line it will not supported. Asking supporting software.so please sent how can connect it.
          Very regretted to say the M/s Sumsung Co. fully cheating with me for by back or replace of MFP color printer CLX 2160 till date or not repaired the same.
          My printer has some problem due to this problem so many work are pending and nobody come to repair it. I have SAMSUNG PRINTER (scx-4521F). Now what do i do?             Dear Madam / Sir,

            We purchased a Samsung 26" LCD TV, Model No. - LA 26A450 which had the following offer :

            FREE Airtel Digital TV
            Buy a SAMSUNG LCD or Plasma TV: get free Airtel Digital TV connection with free installation and 5 month subscription** worth Rs. 2995/-

            1.The TV was delivered & installed by Samsung - No issues with that
            2.We also got a Airtel black voucher from the dealer after which we contacted Airtel to come & activate the digital TV connection.
            3. Airtel people came to our house & after detailed investigation informed us that because they were not getting any signal at our house the connection was not feasable. They had no solutions / alternatives to give us. Airtel has raised their hands & told us to contact Samsung for a refund of Rs 2995-
            4. On contacting Samsung customer care, they also brushed their hands off our problem & told us to speak to Airtel.
            5.We have been taken for a complete ride by this offer.
            6. Are we to suffer because Airtel does not have a signal at all places.
            7. I demand a refund from Samsung as it was their offer. Samsung should keep to its reputation & honour the offer made.

            It is really correct. they are cheating. samething had happened to me. my case is worser than yours. I bought same 26" LCD with airtel offer from Sathya agencies in Chennai on 31st Dec.2008.till todate i haven't got my activation kit from the retailer. he keep on telling that they got supply from samsung with out the activation kit. they r waiting for it to come. they have been communicating with samsung regarding this. but almost 20 days has been passed. i donot know what to do. and i heard airtel service very worst on earth. their customer service is very poor as i have seen plenty of compliants against them.i m planning to ask my refund of Rs. 2995.
            Airtel Digital TV offer with Samsung is a complete farce. I bought a Samsung LCD in Bangalore and got the Airtel Digital TV installed. The offer says 5 months free. But in 15 days it stops working. The Airtel customer care people are completely dumb. They are of no help at all. Its been 5 days I have been waiting for them to resume services. The wait is still on. Airtel Digital TV is pathetic, don't believe this offer. Also they have no contact number in Bangalore to get this problem resolved. You are better without it. Do not take this offer and instead get a discount from the dealer.

            I have buy 1 month ago a Wash machine & dry machine kombo WF-B105NC. They sad it is A energie group but it is'nt. I have use in Germany drying maschines and it was very good, but this not. I sad all thing to service in İzmir they come very quickly the send the reklamation form to istanbul but they say anything since 3 weeks. I sad ı will buy only a A energie group maschine from samsung, but now ı will change my idia because they are very bad in this service to solve any problems. I will write it in internet, because everybody must know this service from Samsung
            Absolutely correct. I had purchased a Samsung 22'' LCD TV form Jhansi under the Samsung-Airtel offer scheme where I am supposed to get a free Digital TV receiver with 5 months North Mega pack + Neo sports pack .


            On receiving the activation voucher on 3rd Feb, I tried to ring the Toll free number provided but could not connect as th number does not seem to exist. I used the alternate number provided[protected]. I talked to the executive Ms Kalpana and gave her the Details and was assured that the installation engineer would arrive within 8-10 days. However, till date (17 Feb) nobody has bothered to contact me or shown any signs of installing the same. I had called the call centre again on 12th Feb and 16th Feb and had to go through the same drill and give all details again. Today after 25 days and 2 hrs of STD calls I have been told by the 4th customer service executive that since airtel digital TV has no presence in North India and my PIN code does not exist in your computers they are sorry but they cannot install the STB. However on the previous three occasions nobody told me anything of the sort. I also do not recall any mention of the same in their advertisements/website tha tAirtel Digital TV Service is only available in metros.

            The offer has now expired as the activation voucher was only valid till 20 Feb 2009 and for no fault of mine as I booked the installation 18 days before the deadline. It is sad that a company exploiting Airtel's brand name and image is resorting to such subterfuge to con customers. If they were unable to install the STBs all over India, why enter into such a deal with Samsung at all.
            ONE MORE...

            I had purchased a Samsung 26' LCD TV in Kota under the “Samsung-Airtel offer scheme” where I am supposed to get a free Digital TV receiver with 5 months North Mega pack + Neo sports pack .

            I called for activation after receiving voucher on 14rd Feb, and talked to the executive "Abdul Subhani" and gave him my details. At that time, he was unable to give me service (airtel TV account) because their service was not available in my area (Kota 324005), but I was assured that I will get a call from Airtel and get the installation within 21 days. However, till today nobody contacted me from Airtel.

            But when I saw their dealership today in town and I contacted them, they said "we do not have any information in our system and we can not do anything, offer date (20th Feb) is gone; goodbye". Well to me that is a fraud committed by Airtel.

            I ask to these companies (Airtel), why do theywaste our time in promotions like these where they do not want to actually deliver on it.

              i hav lodged complain for my faulty refrigerator 3 months ago, engineer came said compressor n condessor is having a problem n took the refrigerator to the workshop they took 2 months to repair even after receiving it . refigerator wasnt working again within 4 days . they again took the refrigerator and till date they havnt returned it . service providers told that it will be charged 1200 bugs but made a bill of 2600 and they they came down to 1500 bugs . the employees have horibble language to speak, no manners, no professionalism, absurd and rediculous. it was my 57000 bugs of investment in the refrigerator n it was a total loss. this is for sure me nt purchasing any more products of samsung. i wish this company closes as soon as possible . horrible experience

                Hi I am vishwas shanbhag and had bought a samsung 120 Gb Harddisk(P/N : 0650JQSY202857 and S/N : S00QJ10X288959) on[protected] from lamington road at one of the dealer outlet. when my harddisk crashed i went to Express Digital Systems situated at Navyog Niwas, Shop No 6, gd fl, 167, lamington road, opp minerva cinema, grant road (e), mumbai - 400 007 on[protected] and spoke to one of the executives Ms. Namita who was very rude and they did not have a record of the hard disk.

                Is this how Samsung provide service to their customers? in that case everybody should stop buying any samsung product.

                I am extremely upset with so called SAMSUNGS CUSTOMER SUPPORT.

                Will be moving to consumer court for the same.

                  Despite being an avid samsung fan for their innovation & style.. i hate D840 to core.. it made fix it atleast 4times in this year. The fun part is its the same problem again and again... and all those brains inside have no clue how to fix the sliding cable properly.. they fix to be fixed again.. they apparently told me they have no replacement policy and I beleived it.. Customer service in India sucks big time.. Not gonna buy anymore samsung just because I've go to the same service centre in B'lore. they're Dumb heads.

                  I am going to mentioning the problem which i am facing from since puchase date.

                  The problem is on under :-

                  1) Display Problem ( Whenever i slide up and downing on that period the set goes hang.

                  2) Suddenly Switched off.

                  3) Whenever i close my slide the sound comes from sliding.

                  4) Colour changes in display

                  These all the problems are irritating me.

                  I totally irritated by samsung Company,

                  I have submitted my mobile several time in you service center in kanpur, still not getting any response.

                  But i am not satisfied from your samsung company.

                  I got one year warranty from hot spots, one year is going to be completed . after completion of warranty, so who will responsible for that.

                  As you all know very well if my warranty would be complete, so on that condition i will have to pay charges.when ever i will get any problem on my mobile.

                  I need an answer ??? Are you getting fun to give trouble to your customer or what else ?

                    Hi this is Ankit Singhal and I am a post graduate student in computer science from Delhi University. I purchased a samsung 20x DVD Writer on 23-May-2008 and for two months it just worked fine, but after that it showed some problems so i got it repaired from
                    SAMSUNG AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTER

                    they got it repaired in 7 days. for a month or so it worked fine and after that it again showed the same problems and i again submitted it to the same service center on 10th Dec-2008. they told me that it would be repaired within 15 days but now after 35 days also they are not showing any response and ask me to confirm them from time to time that if my writer has been repaired!
                    I urgently need it since my exams are starting and there is lot of work to be done through that DVD Writer!
                    I there by request you to please take so positive steps regarding my situation so that I could be a more satisfied customer.

                      Sir, before four months my mobile model sgh d-780 sent for repair through your service center MDR dist center new delhi at the time of repair EMIE NO. becomes Zero and now am facing the problem i am using one SIM only whenever i approched for the problem the reply this set will be sent to service center it will take two or three days and we can not provide you the service mobile you tell me should i stop my business or should purchase the new set please advise me

                        I had purchased a Samsung Microwave Oven (Model No. CE118KF) on 08/11/2001. A couple of weeks ago the microwave started arcing inside the chamber. I called Samsung Customer Care for several days but could not get through. Finally, after a lot of efforts, I found the contact number of the Bangalore Area Service Manager Mr.Madhavan and called him. The same day a technician came and inspected the oven and informed me that he would send a vehicle the next morning to pick up the oven and take it to the service centre as the ceramic coating of the inner chamber had got eroded in some places. Nothing happened for the next two days and then I was called by the service centre Team Leader who informed me that the estimated expenditure would be Rs.1, 500/- and if I agreed then he would arrange a pick-up of the oven the next day. For the next 10 days no one came from Samsung or called. Finally, after I called Mr.Madhavan again, the Team Leader called and informed me that they do not have the spare parts with them and neither could they offer an exchange price on a new oven as my product was more than 5 years old. I was given only one option- to buy a new oven at full price.
                        I find it quite unfair and ridiculous that I have to spend money to buy a brand new oven because Samsung is unable to replace a part. Is this the way Samsung pushes us to boost their sales?

                        I am also having a same problem.
                        Though 2 years back after a lot of follow up and escalation of the matter to samsung authorities, my microwave was replaced at a depreciated value.
                        But this time the servie engineer at Jamshedpur states the same thing, that part is not avialable and i should buy a new one.
                        But when asked in writing of the same he is not agreeing to it. I am waiting for his written communication after which i will file a case in the consumer court.
                        Samsung has reaaly bad after sales service, if you need to replace a machine worth 16000/- just for a spare part not made available by the company.

                        Samsung service centres try to convince you to buy a new product by telling that they will order for parts, parts are not available, waiting for parts etc but in most cases they never order the parts.

                        So in such cases directly to samsung support, file a complaint (mention model, Serial number, service centre details etc) and you will find that the same service centre that ignored you will be running behind you to solve the issue.

                            I purchased samsung washing machine, washing machine stand and washing machine cover.I received, washing machine and cover but I did not receive the washing machine stand. Its been more than two weeks now. I have been calling the reliance digital customer service number but the response is neither proper nor they are taking any action. I have also registered a complaint at there service desk.

                            Please help me
                            in cases like these, i prefer NOT to make the entire payment in advance.

                              I have bought (28/07/2008) Samsung SCX-6122FN MODEL multifunction printer from City Computers, Kumbakonam, Tamilnadu. (Sno. KRS1JC9902016LSD75Q1P0022). And I was complaint to customer care service on 22/12/2008. Complaint No. [protected]. But there is no responce to till date. Daily i remain to call customer care. They said, "please wait two hours. Service will come and solve the problem". But nobody come till date.

                                  I purchased a Samsung SGH-D880 model phone from UniverCell on[protected] vide his invoice no. P.H.AP/10427. The IMEI No. [protected] and Sl.no. RUFQ855987D. There was a problem in the hand set so i approached to the dealer who sold the product to me i.e., UniverCell he stated that the handset shall be taken to Samsung Authorised Service Centre. So I approached the service Centre at Shop No.G9, Groud Floor, Elephant House, Ameerpet 'X' Roads, Hyderabad on[protected]. The work order number is WA[protected]. As i am well known that mobile is under Guarantee and any problem arises to the handset it has to be got repaired by the Company at free of cost. But the said Authorised Service Centre people gave a Estimation of Rs.6, 435.60. I purchased the mobile for Rs. 12300/-. So i request your selves to intimate the concern to repair the said handset immediately without taking any charges from me as the total handset is under the Guarantee.

                                    I bought a Samsung Mobile model D880 [having the dual sim card facility] From 'HASH 10', Anna Nagar Chennai, around 2 months back. The Battery of the said Mobile hand set was either faulty or had some serious problems, right from day three. I have to charge it almost every three hours, even if I dont use it. After informing the shop where i bought it, they directed me Samsung Service center. Till date the ONLY excuse the service Center has been giving, [practically for the last one and half month], they are OUT OF STOCK of the batteries for the model D880. Its quite an embarrasment for me to keep on saying that the battery is on the Low, perenially.
                                    The Shop where I had bought it, has simply shown indifference regarding the availability and has been very casual, right from the day i have informed him.
                                    Am i going to pay the PRICE FOR HAVING TRUSTED THE SAMSUNG NAME?

                                      Complaint Details : Sir,
                                      This is a complaint regarding samsung moblie phone Model SGH D900I, which
                                      I have purchased on 07 Nov 07. Since the date of purchase this phone is a
                                      problem creater, already I have serviced the phone twice. On 30 sep 08, Ihave deposited my handset to authourised service centre named MEREENA
                                      ELECTRONICS, SREE KANDESWARAM, Fort PO, trivandrum, kerala with network
                                      problem (no network) . I was tracking up the progress of repair
                                      personnally and telephonically till date ie, 20 Oct 08. The customer care
                                      was not bothered to inform the progress of repair. Today(on 20 Oct 08) I
                                      received a call from customer care that my phone cannot be serviced
                                      because the circuit board of the phone has become unserviceable due to
                                      moisture.An additional amout Rs 3500/- is required to service the phone.As
                                      far as Iam concerned the phone didnt came into contact with any type of
                                      moisture till date.I tried to convince them, but they are not agreeing. It
                                      took 21 days to invent moisture content from my phone. They told me that
                                      they cannot undertake warranty repair for the same. So ur kind
                                      intervention is requested for resolving this issue .
                                      Consequences : Till 20 Oct 08 no one from customer care was bothered to
                                      inform the progress of repair. Personally I visited the customer care
                                      twice, but the reply was negative. From the date of purchase it has
                                      undergone repair twice. As per customer care's opinion I have to spent
                                      another Rs 3500/- to service the phone, but the phone is already covered
                                      under warranty till 07/11/08.

                                      i got a new samsung b520 mobile i used it only for 1 and a half months, after that the mobile started to restart by its own, it will be continues ly restarting. i was fed up with the mobile. now i have given it in service center they said there is problem in board.. they also said it will take 20 days to make it alright now i dont have a mobile. i am really fed up with samsung mobile.
                                      i am from coimbatore, tamil nadu.
                                      i think i wont get my mobile back in good condition.
                                      its been more than 20 days since i gave my mobile in service center

                                        I purchased Samsung digital camera D760 kenox from johannesburg two weeks ago.now suddenly while i was seeing the pictures that i have taken suddenly it said file error and went off and never came back.now the when u make it on the power comes and lights the green light but the screen never comes.what is wrong with this camera after just 14 days of purchase .and now i am in eritrea what can i can do?

                                        Samsung digital camera D760 — No response from company

                                        I purchase Samsung digital camera D760 (SL. NO. A0KDC90Q805416T) on 20th Sept.2008 from G.K.Vale, Bangalore. During October there was some problem with camera and I gave for repairing to Samsung service station at Vadodara on 3rd Nov. 2008, work order no. 1103. After 15 days they told me that flash card is not working and on 19th Nov. 2008 Samsung person started giving excuses and arguments and told me that they will replace the camera or they will refund the amount within 35 days and exactly when you will get your camera that you came to know after week i.e. around 28th Nov. 2008. I already submitted bill and warranty card copy to the personal on 20th Nov. 2008 for sake of replacement or amount refund. i.e. I gave my camera on 3rd Nov.2008 for repairing under warranty then on 19th Nov. they told me parts not available, so company will replace it, Samsung person told me that it will take 35 days for all this process i.e. I will get my camera on around 27th Dec. 2008. Whereas I want my camera to me by last week of Nov. 2008.
                                        Where can you buy the memory card for samsung d760?
                                        I have the black one but I don't know where to buy the memory card.
