I have bought microwave Samsung M1630N has got its front panel not working. The touch pad needs to be replaced tells the Costumer care personnel.
its been around 6 months that the part has not been received. Complete mismanagement. It is so inspite of daily reminders over phone.
what should be done??
Frustrated with the company i have already done a lot of negative advertising about its products and pledged not to buy another Samsung Product.

kindly tell how can i get my equipment fixed.

    I bought this samsung equipment in 2006. After just about 2 years of service, it was observed that the lower compartment had stopped functioning however the upper compartment was freezing properly.
    Lodged a complaint with "Snehanjali", the store at Mira Road, Thane from where i bought this equipment.
    Three days later, the gentlemen from Samsung, Mira Road came to attend and suggested that the gas to be recharged. I gave my consent and the gas was recharged, however despite recharging the gas the problem persisted. Now the technician recommends to change the timer and the bimetal and it will take then three working days to procure the spares. Having a joint family with small children it is very difficult to run the domestic household stuff for three days without proper functioning of the refreigerator.
    Mira Road being such a big residential locality, if spares cannot be supplied intime, furthermore i do not think the gas needed to be recharged if the bimetal & timer were diagosed defective.
    Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.
    As if it is giving Samsung a bad name in the market.

        I have purchased a Samsung D840 mobile (IMEI NO.=[protected]) on 29/01/08 from TOHFA shop situated at Shastri Bazar, Evergreen Chowk, Raipur, Chhattisgarh. From the very beginning this instrument has been giving lot of problems. Every time it has given to shop owner. 1) In March the sound was not proper and 2) then sometime in may-June, 08 the mobile had become a little loose at the point it slides. Consequently the phone connection would get disconnected while connecting, at the slightest movement, the shop owner repaired this problem. 3) then in sept/oct, 08 the screen display was completely invisible and consequently the call no's, dialed no's, received no's, phone book etc. could not be seen but the phone connection got through and conversation took place.
        The mobile instrument was handed over to the shopkeeper who reportedly told me that there was some part in the screen display which needed replacement and the mobile was given back after more than a month in Oct, 08.
        Once again in Nov-08 the phone could not take charge and whereas the display and connections were all working, when shown to the shopkeeper on 12.11.08, he told that the charging pin had been pressed down and the problem would be rectified in a day or two.
        Since then I am get to receive back my phone, the shopkeeper says that it has gone back to the company for repair because the screen display has been broken and the part will have to be bought from outside Raipur.
        I failed to understand as to how some part the screen display was broken when the display was full and proper at the time was handed over to the shopkeeper.
        I am facing a lot of problem with this instrument, Kindly look into the matter and do the needful immediately, the instrument is well within guarantee period also.

                I have bought a Samsung CRT TV on 26.11.2007 with model number CS29Z50MVTLXTL and serial number 08843PAPA00316R from the dealer Shah Electronics, Chandanagar, Hyderabad.

                The product had a switching on problem for which we contacted the Samsung Authorised Service Center - "Prem Electronics" at Kukatpally, Hyderabad. They took the television set on 31.10.08 and returned on 8.11.2008

                After we checked it for a while, the picture tube has diffused and gone completely blank. I am sure that they have tampered with the product and might not have installed a genuine new picture tube (as claimed by them). Also, the earlier problem of "switching on" was not rectified and moreover the 'easy view' option was not working (this particular set comes with that option).

                The service center owner claims that they have installed a new picture tube (without informing us about it). When I have asked for an explanation the service center owner was so arrogant that he said "you go and complain wherever you like to" and refused me to show the proof that they installed a new picture tube. With such characters in the Samsung team, I am sure that the reputation of the company is in jeopardy and you are set to lose valuable customers. I am really depressed with such an attitude of the service center personnel.

                Ultimately what I want from you is to take stern action on the said service center owner Sridhar and the technician Rajnikar Reddy and show us the proof that the picture tube installed is indeed a brand new one and also a confirmation that the set's circuit has not been tampered with.

                I am actually satisfied with the original product itself, but after the repair has been done by Prem electronics, I seriously doubt if genuine Samsung parts were installed in it, reason being the screen went blank after a couple of hours. If you could help me in confirming if the replaced parts are original, I would keep the set with me. Otherwise, I would like to return the set and request you to refund me the entire money.

                Below is my second complaint:

                Dear Sir/Madam

                This is my second complaint on the dealer Prem Electronics at Kukatpally, Hyderabad - after the service center personnel attended the TV for the third time and repaired, the picture tube went blank again in an hour and now we seriously doubt if the personnel are competent enough to repair something, they do not even understand what the problem is !! After this incident, we have decided to return the set and request you for a complete refund of the amount.

                The TV set has been taken to the headoffice last week (13th November 2008) and the technicians have performed the repair of the TV set and say that the set is fine and there is no problem as such. Even after the repair has been done, we do not have any confidence on the service center owners claim about the new picture tube set, I either need the proof that the part installed was a new one or I wish to return the set and request for a complete refund. An employee from Samsung (T. Mahender Reddy) taking the side of the Prem Electronics has bluntly refused to show the proof. He also promised to give an extended warranty of another three months (from the date of expiry of the original warranty) and also stated that he would replace the set in case any problems with the set repaired crop up again within those 3 months period of extended warranty. But, as a consumer I have the right of information on the TV set purchased by us. He (Mahender Reddy. T) is plainly denying to show us the proof that the installed picture tube was indeed a new one and a genuine Samsung part ordered from Samsung India. After this experience, I would never want to buy any product from Samsung!!

                I had purchased a refrigerator on 05/12/08 from Sales Corner BARODA, after installation one of your technician from Samsung service on 7/12/08 visited our place to check whether there is any problem or not, we brought him to notice a abnormal noise of Compressor, for which he conformed that someone from Samsung service would come and rectify, I have noted the complain on job sheet also, but no action was taken till 09/12/08 evening, so I called Samsung C.C and registered a complain, the no. is [protected] and was told that someone from Baroda service would contact us on 10/12/08 by afternoon but no one contacted, so I called up to know the status of my complain and same time I enquired with Mr. Bhattacharya Ahmadabad office, and he told me that Baroda people had contact us and solved the problem, why i am calling him again since our issue is solved

                I feel sorry to inform that same thing happened in month of September 08, when I had sent my TV for repairing, Mr. Bhattacharya was told by your staff that they already had given us the quotation, where we were not informed at all, Mr. Bhattacharya looked personally into the matter and had short out it, and conformed no one called from Samsung side

                I got fed up from the way your Samsung service team deals with people; mine is a new refrigerator and has treble noise of compressor, which is not acceptable, due to negligence and delay from your personal, I have to throw foodstuff in garbage of rs 1000, will u reimburse me this amount .

                As per reply of my mail on 6th Feb. I was informed that immediate action will be taken and my problem will be shorted out by your local technicians but till date nothing is done now I am forced to take legal action against Samsung India ltd because it is more than 2 months old issue. Will u please inform be by mail your postal address and fax number so that my attorney can dispatch you legal documents (R.P.A.D NOTICE) hope to get this issue cleared by you before I go for legal actions

                I have two spilt AC`s Model :- AS18FK & AS18FJ both are in my office for last month both are not working having the problem with there compressors .Before 20 days one AC got change there compressor but still that AC is not working properly and the second AC are still on same conditions not working .                 I purchased a Samsung E 1410 phone on the 5th of febrauary 2009. IMEI no [protected]. I had a problem with the charging point in the mobile. The battery was not charging. Hence i went to an authorised service center in Chennai, Annanagar East (HI TECH SOLUTIONS) on 3.7.2009 to get the problem sorted out. They took my phone and asked whether it was within the warranty period. I said Yes. They said they would fix the problem in 5 days and they asked me to collect the phone in 5 days. I went on the 10 th of July they said that the problem was nt fixed and it would take another 2 days. In the mean while i got a call from the same serice center on the 16th stating that the problem was fixed and they asked to collect my phone.

                Since i was busy i went on the saturday that is on the 18th of July. They gave the phone. I asked them to check and give it to me. They said battery is fully dry and i have to charge another 8 hours to switch on the phone. I came home and analysed that the same problem was persisting. I again went to the service center there they made me to wait for 3 hours and then they said that the charging point track was damaged. I need to pay for that and collect it after a weeks time.

                Now the problem is
                1) I was'nt told about that i have to pay for that since it was within the guarantee period

                2) How could a service center deliver a phone to a customer without solving the issue with the same problem ?

                3) How could a service center give me two answers that is initially they told a need not pay anything for that and then they say track is damaged?


                I have given the phone again to them they said they ll take another 5 days to solve this issue.People in there are completely irresponsible and hopeless service. Please take necessary steps reg this.

                samsung care — excuses for repairing samsung phone

                sir,
                i have purchased a samsung e250i handset from a shop. within one month it got some problem in display. so i went to samsung care and told them about the problem. since when i have given my phone to repair they are making excuses everyday. whenever i go there they make excuses. one month is about to complete but still they have not repaired it. while this process is of 10-15 days only. and without phone i cannot do anything and i have not enough money to buy another one. plz help me.

                I had bought the samsung 2033sw monitor for my desktop in july 09.It has a panel problem and it keeps flickering,like going grey and black.I had placed for a replacement one month ago.I was promised the panel replacement by 28th of august but no help was provided.I have been trying to call them on their local service centres but no one picks up.i keep calling on their toll free number and the help is good to none and they say that i havent even called and they dont know what the problem is even after i give them the registration number(i.e [protected])Its been quite some while and im seriously upset and fed of this company and its services.Need help regarding this issue....

                Samsung — Complaint Regarding Service Center

                I had purchase Samsung J700 in Feb 2009& after 8 months phone keys & phone Bluetooth was not working. I go to the service center of Samsung mayur vihar location but they are now charging 1600 Rs from my side because they are Discarding the warranty due to water inside the cellphone.
                Even Service center engineer confess that " I know that this mobile never drop into the water & it may be sweat". I am 100% sure that my mobile is in good conditin & they want money illeaglly from my side. Internally it is fit & fine but the questoin is that if anybody using mobile how can he/she save his mobile from the sweat. I am very much DISSAPPONTED FROM SAMSUNG MOBILE.
                In future i will NEVER PURCHASE SAMSUNG PRODUCTS.

                Samsung Split AC's — Service center refusing to service

                This is to inform you that SAMSUNG India claims to give service on products while we buy them and the service centers refuse to service the AC or provide AMC.

                We are a consulting company and have 4 split AC units in our office. These were bought and installed by Ice Cool one of your distributors.We have been regularly having trouble with the service providers (Ice Cool) as they do not attend to the complaint within 48 hrs and it is difficult as an office cannot be run without AC. Hence we decided to look for a new service provider in Andheri (West) forseeing that being based in Andheri would help the service provider to attend to our complaint immediately. We contacted Sai Enterprises for the AMC Mr Chetan who happens to be the manager there mentioned that they will not service our Acs as the position in which the machines are kept is not right. My question to him was Ice Cool is a dealer from who we have purchased the units and they have fixed & serviced it for last 2 yrs suddenly y the position change?????

                How can a service provider refuse to provide service?
                Why is the company registered on the customer care list if it fails to provide solutions?

                Infact the company employee had the cheek to tell me go back to Ice Cool.... As a Consumer i have the right to choose a service provider.

                Need Help its been a week going from one vendor to another but no solution.

When I ask from that person only Compressor is not working or any another part is damage or not.That person told me that Only your Split AC Compressor is not working.It is in warranty period it will be changed.                 My SAMSUNG Mobile Handset which I bought on 19th Aug 2010, showed multiple defects
                just after 2 months o[censored]se. The Touch Screen was not working, Speaker not working.

                I gave it for repair in Samsung Service Center at BHUBANESWAR address mentioned below but it has been more than 15 days now and still they say that the Speaker is not in stock. I am not sure how many days it takes to get the stock. Its really frustrating by now to call up Service Center frequently and get the same response every time. I am facing hell lot of problem due to the inconvenience.

                Being a lady its not that easy to run every time to the Service Center and check the status.

                Please help or let me know whom to reach to get this done.

                    This is to inform you that we purchased one Microwave Oven (28 Ltr – convection) on 02/08/2005 from M/s. Great Eastern Appliance Pvt Ltd of 20 Old Court House Street, Kolkata 700 001 vide Challan No. 1564 dated 02/08/2005 and Cash Memo Receipt No. 4474 dated 02/08/2008, bearing Model No. 103FL – 5/XTL 01657DBY200588FF as written on customer details cum warranty card. We have purchase the oven influenced by many recommendation of our well wishers. No doubt, the oven is very excellent in running condition but is very painful at break-down position which we are facing now.

                    The fact is that - the delicious dish maker microwave oven suddenly got out of order since May, 2008 and thereafter we have lodged complain over telephone No. [protected] on 18/06/2008.

                    The problem of the oven is that a flame is seen on the inner-side of the back-wall align to centre-bottom just like a burning coil of electric heater when it is switched on. As per your Technician it is called “erosion of wall-plate”.

                    Now, the most interesting fact is that after lodging the complain on that date immediately within a day one technician came, inspected the problem and assured us that it would overcome within a week against a minimum cost. The technician also took a photograph of the problem (flame/erosion) and xerox copy of purchase documents.

                    Within a 7 to 10 days when we are expecting for some good result, we find nothing but a complete silence at your end. Waiting after a reasonable time we again reminded you over telephone quoting the complain number. Now also immediately within a day another technician came and did the same task as before and here again the technician assured us of repairing within a few days. Thereafter no response.

                    Such type of event took place at about 5 to 6 time but the oven is still out of order.

                    We are waiting and waiting and strongly believe that our dependable, affectionate microwave oven will run again and serve us delicious dishes by your kind blessing.

                    Naturally, some queries arises in our mind that how long we have to waite ? is there any buy-back or exchange scheme offered by you, if so, how do we know that? Who will be responsible and how do we avoid any police-case if any case of burn accident happened by the damaged oven ?

                    We now earnestly pray to you again please look into the matter for early repairing of the oven purchased by our hard-earned money.

                    Samsung is very good at this, avoidance is the best policy, earlier on the samsung site there were mail id's of top persons in the company but now with just a single mail id, nothing seems to work.
                    I have Samsung Microwave Convection Oven purchased long back (In 2004 or 05 ). Since last year the oven is not working. I had given the oven at Samsung authorised service centre for repairing, where they diagnosed the problem, saying the electronic card is not working. And now the said card is not available with them nor it is being manufactured, so the oven cannot be repaired. I asked them as to what should i do with such non-working microwave..? to which they had no reply.. It is a scrap now lying in my kitchen..useless..

                      I strongly feel dont buy any samsung mobile. I purchased samsung E690 with warranty within one year the half of the display was shivering. I went to samsung mobile service center in long stuggle(since only few service center). The people were ruthless and doesnt respond properly waited for hours and called for inspection. they cooly said no spare parts ask me to come after 30 days. i enquired whether the parts have come on the said date. they didnt bothered to look me around. by the time my valid warranty is over. thank god it doesnt use me in anyway since they are bothered to take or service the product. Really pathatic my mobile is sleeping well at home. waste of money to samsung mobile. I prefer pls visit for some samsung service center acros the country if you wish to buy samsung mobile. im sure u'll change ur mind. From Chennai.

                        I had lodged a complaint with the customer care on 19/11/08 vide BP No. [protected], and again gave them a reminder on 21/11/08, but till date I did not receive a call nor any service man visited my place. But I was surprised to receive an SMS from samsung Customer care saying THAT MY CALL HAS BEEN CANCELLED AS REPAIR COST HAS NOT BEEN APPROVED BY ME.Till date noone visited or did I get a call, and the worse part is from Saturday all the customer executives are busy.

                        I have purchased a semi automatic machine from Samsung plaza sadar bazar, Agra on feb-08 & this is in warranty/guaranty period.
                        Now it's dryer is not working since last month after lock my complaint on samsung service center (toll free no.[protected] complaint BP No. [protected] dated 13/06/2009 an engineer visited after 5 days
                        & after inspection he told to replaced the dryer in 3 or 4 days.

                          Please refer to the complaint No. [protected] lodged with the call centre. No action taken on the complaint till date. Very much surprising the Model WA80TAL under product serial No. WO615ZCP600818 purchased in on 21.08.2007 has started Rusting on the Body, inspite of cleaning the machine dry through out the day.

                          If not attended the complaint and give a perfect solution for the rusting by replacing the body, i will be forced to make written complaint to National Consumer Forum for damages caused.

                            I had got my complaint registered with your customer care on 8th October 2008 vide complaint Number [protected] for my Projection TV SP54T8HFX/XTL.

                            This was attended by Ashok Engineer on 10th and he diagnosed the problem of STK

                            Despite my repeated follow up with Ashok on Telephone, he did not come for repairs - I finally had to call up Mr Amit on his mobile Number

                            He responded immediately and called up Mr Jitender at Faridabad. Ashok was again deputed on 22/11/2008

                            He again carried out few tests and then informs me that there is some problem with Distribution Board.

                            My Projection TV is still. "DEAD"

                            My questions to your team are

                            1 Service Efficiency - Is this agency / Back up Good
                            2 Diagnostic Capabilities - Is Ashok Capable Engineer
                            3 Time taken to Close Complaint - Still Pending
                            4 Reliability of Parts - Replaced earlier also

                            I hope my Projection TV gets attended by efficient engineers to have it rectified immediately

                            Samsung — faulty projection tv

                            Dear Sir,
                            date wise events are as under: 14th April 2006 -- I purchased a 54" projection TV of Samsung make for Rs.70, 000.

                            2. The remote switching circuit goes defective and goes on and off on its own will in March 2007.
                            3. Complaint lodged with SAMSUNG and the service people check it and says its O.K.
                            4. On 15 May the TV goes totally off and refuses to budge, I paid Rs.1850/- for the replacement of a part which only costed Rs.200.
                            5. The circuit again goes boom in a fortnight. Service people blame it on a loose connection.
                            6. The TV again goes off the air in a months time and in August 2007 it goes to the service centre for SIX LONG MONTHS to be returned on 30th Dec2007 after a hafty bill of Rs.20, 000/-(Yes it is twenty thosand) which was finally settled for Rs.10, 800/- because all the picture tubes had gone flop which should have lasted 50, 000 hrs, but went haywire in just 3000 hrs.
                            7. Now just after four months the same remote circuitry is trying to give me jolts.
                            8. Now again the SAMSUNG people have asked me to shell out Rs.2, 000/- for the job they have tried to mend for atleast six times in last one year.

                            MORAL OF THE STORY: Be prepared to pay Rs.2, 000/- p.m. if you want to own a SAMSUNG projection TV.

                            I am one of Samsung CTV 43 projection customers purchased on March 17, 2004 for Rs.98, 879/-Since we bought the TV at least once in a year the system gives problem and Samsung service person report’s its switch board failure and replaced the same.This similar problem kept occurring almost every year and enquired they said “Don’t worry sir it’s under warranty and we will take care during post warranty.After a brief stay in abroad on return switched ON the TV it didn’t function and Samsung customer service engineer analyzed the problem and informed two faults a) Switch board failure b) RAY Gun defect both has to be replaced and it will cost Rs.14, 000/- with one month warranty. Their response was that it is a failure model and even that the Samsung had stopped manufacturing the components and have to procure based on availability and warranty for the same will be 1 month. The best option Samsung service people suggested us repair it and sell at price it fetch. When checked for exchange offer with the dealers and Samsung showroom they say it’s difficult to sell and it will fetch less than Rs.10, 000 in working condition and under present state you will get only Rs.2000/-.I have already spoken to Samsung customer care call centre #:[protected]ref no:[protected] they were just prepared for basic queries and follow-up happened on the same day one of your junior service technician called with just fixed reply nothing can be done on the components warranty its just for 1 month. I would like to address this issue to Samsung high level management about image of the Samsung brand India. Based on the brand value we just bought the Projection for Rs.1 Lakh without comparison and feedback from the market. The company supposes to consider us as loyal customer who was instrument and reference for their new product in the market. The employees of Samsung themselves says its failure model and no point in repairing the same. I am still ready to spend Rs.14, 000/- and my only concern is the warranty for the system is only for one month. I wonder Samsung like companies produce components with life span for a month if not the service warranty should be much more reasonable period. I would kindly request to look into the concern and provide satisfactory solution.

                              I have handed over my set SGH E 840 to company service center at Verma agencies, No 16-9-536 Platinum Point, Opp platinum theater Mangalore 575002, Karnataka State on 30.09.2008 for repairing. My complaint was that canecll button light is not glowing.
                              Till now companyauthorised service persons could not repar /delivered the same to me.
                              every time he telles me that spare part is not available.I am unable to get my phone after 2 months also.When I contacted the samsung support they replied that there concerned person will contat me( as per thier Email dated 15 th november) but till now no body has contacted me from M/s Samsung.
                              I feel very sorroy for purchsing the SAMSUNG mobile since poor availablity of the phone. Hope the readers will have to really think before buying the samsung products.

                              Samsung E 840 was purchased by me in jan 08 & on encountring problem the same was deposited at samsung mob service centre in Noida on 20/03 08 . It was assured that th product will be repaired with in 5-6 days but till date it has not been repaired & numerous calls have been made & complaint lodged with the samsung call centre the complaint no is [protected]...can samsung please restore the consumer confidence by repairing the mob ile at the earliest.                                 My monitor (SAMSUNG LCD Monitor SYNC MASTER) is out of order for more than a month. Compaliant lodged on 17.10.2008 (Complaint No. [protected]) and representive visited on 24.10.2008. He told that out of order spare will be replaced within a week but nothing has been done. I have contacted Kolkata Centre on a daily basis from 17.11.2008 but that is also of no use.
                                You are requested to look in to the problem and make necessary arrangements for repair or replacement.

                                  I had bought a 21” new colour television of your brand on 03.10.2008 at M/S Sathya Agencies (P) Ltd showroom, porur with model no. 21S8MEEX. The television was operated and worked just for ten days only, after that it was not working and becomes fully dead position, suddenly it stopped producing any video or audio output and showing no indication of power supply and view of pictures. I logged a complaint through your toll free no.[protected] (customer care) on 22.10.2008 as cited in the above ref.2 regarding this above problem and asked them to send a service engineer for attending the technical defects and rectify it. My call has been registered with BP No. [protected]. After a long period ( i.e after ten days) a Samsung company service engineer came on 05.11.2008 and rectified the defects till then the television was kept in idle.

                                  The television was worked for the next one week only after the service of Samsung company service engineer and it attains the same condition. Once again another complaint to customer care was logged on 17.11.2008 and reported the problems occurred in the television. But no body has come to take action on that complaint.

                                  I really regret on my decision to go for your brand leaving many other good brand who offer a convincing service. Neither your product nor your services are satisfactory.

                                  I am not satisfied on your product since it does not fulfill entire good quality of product having lot of technical defects in the colour television. I really feel that I have wasted my money in buying this television. I wish to return this product. I will be grateful if you take this television back and refund the money.

                                  If you are really concerned about your customer satisfaction provide me contact number whom should I speak to and also inform me where I should return this product. An immediate attention required.

                                    I have bought the front loading Samsung washing machine 6.5 kg (Washer cum dryer) from CROMA C.B.D Branch….. B.P no [protected] PH NO [protected]… From day 1 the dryer is not working….. At the initial stage the Cust service people from CROMA & Samsung said to check the wiring of the entire house and no one attended for 2 mts after 5 complaints. After 2 mts the service executive came and said that the problem is with the machine and has a manufacturing defect. Since then no one came to repair it or replace it….since it’s a manufacturing defect…….I have launched 14 complaints till date……the cust service fooled me for 2 mts and now they say why should we replace it …II HAVE THE RECORDING OF THE CUST SERVICE EXECUTIVE ON MY CELL PHONE ON WHICH ALL THE THINGS ARE MENTIONED…. I intend to go to consumer forum AND PRODUCE THE RECORDINGS….

                                      I bought C10FL Samsung Microwave Oven bearing Serial No. 01657DAX001037D from National Electronics, Sakchi, Jamshedpur, in May'04. Since then, its Magnatron has failed 6 times. For 1st 3 times it was replaced without any charge, as it failed within 1 year, though 3rd time I had to pay for the labour charges. Rest of the times I had to pay.
                                      Last time when it failed I asked that paying Rs. 1400 in every 6 months is not possible for me at least I should be given a gaurantee of 6 months for this, if not then please take it back, as I am fed up with the machine. So I was given a gaurantee of 6 months and now it has again failed, but this time Service agency has changed and they are not entertaining with interest and delaying the repair.
                                      Please look into the matter and help me out, this is first Samsung product in my home and I hve already promised myself not to buy any other product of the Company.
                                      Based on the above experience I have asked my friends not to buy the Product from the Company, please help me so that I can chage my view.
