I am sachin bhola, resident of a-13/2a, rana pratap bagh. I am writing this mail to highlight the serious issue i am facing in the touch screen of samsung s10.

I recently purchased samsung s10 from banwari lal & company for inr 66900/- vide invoice no. 3846 dated 26th march, 2019. Along with this, for extra protection of the phone, i had also purchased samsung s10 clear view cover for inr 3000/- vide invoice no. 3914 dated 31st march, 2019.

That since its purchase, i am facing issues with its performance which has restricted me of availing full benefits out of it. That i received an utter shock in the morning of sunday i. E. 26th may, 2019 when i noticed a “white broad light” appeared magically at the bottom of the screen. However the phone was kept without any such light at the night of saturday i. E. 25th may, 2019 but the magical light appeared automatically on sunday.

Having purchased an expensive mobile phone, i immediately visited the samsung service station i. E. Maa vaishnavi eservices pvt ltd. Having its office at 101, first floor, 11 central market, jeet building, deep cinema, ashok vihar, phase-1, opposite pnb, delhi-110052. The customer care executive mr. Govind without checking the phone straight away came to a conclusion and informed me that the said light is coming because of damage in the screen as the phone might have fallen on the floor. I explained him the entire thing, told him that my phone was never fallen on the floor, showed him the samsung s10 clear view cover and particularly showed him that there is no mark/scratch either on the screen, body of the phone or on the cover. (Photos of phone attached for reference). It came to me as a surprise when a screen of phone is showing these kinds of vibrant colours without any damage on the exterior body and clear view cover which clearly goes on to proof that there was some manufacturing defect in the phone itself that is why it was also not performing up to the expectation from the date of its purchase and encountered this thing in the screen within a span of two months from its purchase.

I immediately disputed the same and told the customer care executive that a person of prudence will never trust on your version i. E. The white broad light is because of damage in the screen. That the sudden and magical appearance of white broad light is because of inherent manufacturing defect in the phone and the samsung/samsung service centre cannot in any manner shift the burden of same on to the customer. That mr. Govind told me that the said issue will not be covered under warranty and the same will be done on chargeable basis and suggested me an estimate of inr 18500/- for replacing the screen. The same was also objected by me as the same has not occurred due to my acts/omissions but because of inherent manufacturing defect. I also dispute the remark of service engineer wherein he mentioned that the unit is “out of warranty” whereas it is only 2 months, today, from its purchase.

After discussing the same at length, mr. Govind requested me to give some time so that necessary approvals for replacing the same be taken from their corporate office/head of service department at samsung and accordingly prepared service request vide no. [protected] dated 26.05.2019 time 12:33:20.

Through this mail, i humbly request you to take kind attention on this issue and resolve, either by replacing the entire phone set or by refunding the entire money, within a period of one week from today, failing which i shall be forced to take appropriate legal actions available to me under law.

No response from samsung India despite e-mail reminder. only received one acknowledgement call wherein customer care executive promised to resolve the issue by today 11:00 A.M. but nothing really happened on the ground. WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT

    Yesterday my samsung on 7 pro mobile battery got blast around 11 pm, and start burning like a cracker. Thank god my 4 years old kid saw the fire and he start shouting, i ran there, within 5 to 7 sec my bed catch fire and start burning. I throw the battery down with the help of pillow and stop fire with the pillow and water. Fortunately the mobile was not in our hand otherwise any big accident could happened,
    Usually we heard about the #samsungmobile battery blast but yesterday it happened with me. Why it always with samsung mobile battery, its a big brand, on believing on brand we purchased samsung mobile, don't they should take some special attention to their battery! Its matter of someone's life #samsungmobile can't take it easy.
    I want my compensation for my damages and mental shock.

    I have submitted my mobile, battery, invoice to samsung service centre Ramphal chowk on Saturday. Today I got the call from service center ramphal chowk, that I have to submit a Photo id and sign a document, so that they can provide me a new mobile phone.
    Here I am very clear that I want componsation for the loss of my property (my bed, mattress, mobile phone) which is caused by the explosion. And more importantly componsation for risk of life of my family, mental trouma what we go through from that day, n the believe what we did on your company so that i brought your mobile. Hope you understand my concern.i will wait for your right decision.

    Is this the way you do settelment with customer who's life was on risk due to your mobile blast. By giving a10000 rs mobile you want to sing me a settlement pepar, who'll give me the componsation of damages of my furniture n the risk of life n trouma?i keep faith in your decision but i was wrong... Now i need callback from your site n want full componsation. U cant play with costomers life and cant runway with a silly settlement paper.

      We are continuously facing the issue with this mobile, it gets disconnected in 30 secs i. E. Call drop in 30 secs, get hang, sometimes while receiving the call phone stop responding (Nightery gets disconnected nor able to lift, but the opposite party call starts and we can’t listen anything) after so much observation, we reported issue on

      1st april – we reported first issue on call and customer care executive said the problem can be due to ture caller so uninstall and observe for some time, if doesn’t work then do the factory reset, so we removed the true caller first and problem was not fixed so after couple of days we did the factory reset, then we did not faced problem for few days, again the same problem started so we called again on 18th april

      18th april – customer care asked us to visit the samsung service center, then we visited service center on 19th april and they said its software issue and updated the software, but next day again the same problem started

      21th april – morning we called customer care and they asked us to visit service center and handover the mobile and collect the job sheet and call back for further process, also mentioned that based on service center feedback we may get the replacement, so we handed over the mobile in the evening. (Job sheet number – [protected])

      21st april – evening – after handing over the mobile, to know the further process we called customer care and they mentioned that it is raised and supervisor will call back before 12:00 noon next day (# [protected])

      22nd april – we did not get any call from samsung so we called back around 12:30 pm, they said supervisor is busy and will call back in 30 mins, but we did not get call back, so we called back around 1:30 pm, so after holding of 20 mins we get a chance to speak to supervisor. Supervisor kept us on hold and called service center and then told us that we will get call from service center by evening, but we did not get any call till now, and also he mentioned that if this is not software issue then we will check hardware and replace the faulty part of hardware. Evening we again called customer care at 8:30 pm, we are told that we will get call back from supervisor by tomorrow noon

      11th may we again raised the issue
      13th may we got a message from customer care to submit the mobile again to service center, since it was not possible for us to go on working day hence
      17th may customer care told that they will assign the head office technician as service center technician were unable to find the issue
      18th may we submitted the mobile again, we were told we will get response by monday 20th may
      20th and 21st may there was no response after calling multiple time not was available to response
      22nd may we wrote an email and called they said we will respond by evening there was no response
      23rd may and 24th no one was available on call
      23rd may we wrote email gain but no response
      24th may we added service head so we got email from service center asking fro the details, but post that no response
      25th may we called again and unfortunately we are getting response that "we will respond by evening" and now assign the service head technician form head office to find the issue, not sure what was done from 18th till today 25th

      Never seen such a worst service from a well know brand

      Moreover every time we visited service center we have noticed most of the customer having complaints in a50 mobile, even service center guys were saying the that a50 mobile has issue, we are really fedup and we are looking forward for the replacement as we cannot leave all work and keep testing the phone and run behind the service center guys

        Dear sirs,

        I am your loyal customer in india & uae for not only mobile phones but also for all my home appliances for many years. For all these years i never had any visits to your service center or raised any warranty claims, the first experience with after sales service was today and i am deeply disappointed and felt insulted.

        I purchased a samsung galaxy a20 as a gift to one of my employee on 17th may and gifted to him on 20th may on the 3rd o[censored]sing the device it stopped working (The full touch screen stopped working). I was further embarrassed when my employee asked if i had gifted him an original samsung device!!

        I was further embarrassed and disappointed after vising to your service center at cochin, and talking to your managers named binosh tp & paul xavier (The behavior of these managers are to be separately addressed) both of them had a very prejudiced attitude and it clearly sounded that their first priorities were on how to reject warranty claim.

        My claims to replace the device was rejected for the flowing reasons -

        1) the packing box (The paper box) was damaged while opening

        2) there was a hair thin scratch found at the rear side of 1 cm length (This is not able to be seen with normal eye sight)

        None of your managers or after sales team answered me why the device stopped working because of the above stated reasons and what is the technical logic in rejecting my replacement warranty because of these reasons. I am also an automobile engineer and is owing an auto repair shop in cochin and are familiar with all warranty clauses and legal t&c's related to the same.

        These two reasons provide to repudiate my claim is a very evident attempt of denying my rights as a customer.

        Finally -

        I was offered an option to repair the damages which i am not convinced for a very simple reason, (I have no doubt on the technical capabilities of your service center in repairing the damages) but i am not convinced with this option for a very simple reason - 'no repair can restore the faith of customer on a product which stopped working within 3 days of purchase'

        I am only asking my genuine rights as a customer; i trust and hope that your will pay attention to my concerns with a proper resolution offered.

          I have brought a samsung uhd 65 inch tv dated 17 /4/2018 in the order id [protected]... On 16/5/2019 my tv began to show horizontal lines followed by a crack in the upper portion... There been no physical damage to the product or any kind..On filling a complaint on service the service engineer say its internal panel problem and says an amount of 46, 633 rs... Since its been only a month and for no physical injury we cant pay that amount and the engineer says he cant exchange panel with insurance...kindly take the neccesity action regarding this problem...my customer service request no is [protected]

              I am a user of samsung since i am using mobiles ...i owe samsung galaxy s7 edge mobile and it was a pain in ### since i bought it but this time its just too much...how can u guys not ashamed o[censored]rself about not giving proper service...there is a pick line on my display which is increasing day by day and many of the edge users suffer the same problem clearly suggest that this is a compony fault...so isnt it your duty to give proper service for your mistakes ...instead you guys have no shame to ask for 15k as a payable amount to clear the problem...you should make it free ...SHAME ON YOU SHAME ON YOU...you ...

                Dear samsung,
                I had puchased a fridge on 16/12/2018 from khosla electronics bill no. 05324/1819/03390. The fridge was delivered on 19/12/2018. The name of the sales person is shatadal dey ([protected]). I had repeated complaint from february2019 that the fridge is not cooling and food inside it is getting spoilt. The service centre sends a technician he sits for 5 hours takes a reading and goes away. There is no feedback later after the check up. Meanwhile the dealer from whom i had purchased the fridge had informed after the recent complaint that my fridge has some leakage which is irrepairable and will be exchanged or refunded by the company soon. Now the sales person is ignorant and in a way denying it. I had made a complaint at consumer forum (Complaint no. 1334270) as i have lost hope and faith on samsung. If i dnt get my refund in next 3 working days then i will move my complaint to the court. Im still awaiting a redressal to close the matter as i cannot wait any longer.

                  I have repair complaint against samsung. Complaint ref. No. [protected]. The technicians visit the site but cannot detect the problem whatsoever. On 22may the technician came and suggested certain parts to be changed & the problem will be resolved but without any guarantee. I have requested the company to replace the unit as they are not able to find the solution. Now for the parts they a
                  Are demanding 50% advance payment which i refused. Samsung is no way willing to replace the unit. They are just buying time & in this peak summer i am not able to use the ac. Such an expensive unit is lying like a dead showpiece in my house. I humbly request akosha to resolve this problem at the earliest.

                    My compliant is regrading my tv got panel issue on 6 month back. I am requesting samsung team from past 1 month for free replacement. Actually i have trusted samsung product and purchased tv with 60000/-. Even though i am not capable to spend that much amount. But i feel it is one time investment and taken via bajaj emi. Now with in less than 2 year, i got panel issue. I have requested for free panel replacement. Now samsung team provide me 50% discount that means i need to spend near 11, 000 rs. It is high amount for me. Because i cannot effort that much amount now. Samsung team saying your "out of warranty", even i didn't purchased samsung tv for 1 year warranty. I dnt understand that samsung product will work only 2 year. After that we need to kept high amount. How common man will trust samsung products as a brand product.

                    My request is free panel replacement. Please help on this case. Samsung assigned one contact person (Nihal bhat)

                    Please find below email's from samsung, i am requested samsung team for free replacement many times. They answer is only 50% discount on replacement. I cannot effort for that much amount. Now i have only one solution is use this tv for few days. After that i need to throw into dustbin. Even samsung management expecting from customer same.

                    Finally my request is free panel replacement. I hope you guys support me thank you!

                    Still my issue is not resolved . I am not capable to pay that much amount . could you please help us resolve my issue my changing strips. 50% discount is useless for me. 11000 rs is not small amount. how common man can pay that much amount. please provide me less price solution.

                      Since the very first day of purchasing, fruit and vegetable kept in the refrigerator are being rotten. I complaint about this many times however after 1 or 2 visit by the samsung executive, my complaint get automatically closed without problem resolution. I am still facing the same issue and now samsung is not reverting to my complaints. I am really regretting of buying samsung refrigerator. I have been struggling and waiting for resolution however samsung stopped responding.

                        I had raised a request for washing machine repair service on 15th of May. Today is 22nd and no resolution yet. I have followed up multiple times with the customer service team, and each time they "assure" me by saying that service engineer will come on that day; however, nobody has even visited my place .

                          I bought s10+ from samsung shop online, also i exchanged my iphone 6 as there was offer going on, when i reached the payment page, there was no offer for emi, they do support buy advertising emi and exchange offer, but when you buy using exchange offer they do not have give emi as an option. I still ordered it, and when the person came for exchange, he checked the phone, my phone was perfectly working fine. Display, touch, camera, etc everything was in perfect condition, but they still rejected the device because the screen from the bottom left was lose according to them and also they told me that i have got it open from outside (Which i never did), i wasn't at home, so it was my dad at home, he couldn't do anything about it. I took my iphone to service centre to get it check, they themselves told me that this is not an issue, as iphone before 6s, did not use to have any glue under the screen to hold it together, so it does become lose with time, but it's not something that will hamper device or its performance, even he fixed it in just 2 mins.
                          I chose samsung s10+ over oneplus 7 pro. Worst decision i guess. They just fool you in name of offers and so, they will actually reject your device anyway, also don't forget there false advertising about emi and exchange as they do not provide emi on exchange. Never gonna buy a samsung product from now on.
                          Will buy oneplus 7 pro now.. Worst experience.

                            Samsung is now started cheating their customers, as i bought samsung galaxy a70 worth rs 28, 990 and was expecting real 32mp camera but later on i came to know that its only 8mp in both front & back and they used pixel binding technology so that they can show the specifications of 32mp camera. With a price range of 30k why the company cheats their customers by not informing earliest? I need to return this product at the earliest. Shame on you samsung, this is the reason why people prefers different chinese brands instead of you now a days, atleast they are transparent or they are charging less comparatively.

                              Extremely pathetic service, i got a hugs fridge and it stopped working after 3 yrs, where as warranty is for 10 years, any ways they said they will refund money after depreciation and will pick up fridge. Since one month fridge is standing in my living room as if its samsung’s godown, and people working at samsung have no curtesy forget professionalism to even take the call.
                              Now i want to speak to concern person and have this solved immediately.
                              Otherwise i do have other plans to fix them up.

                              Pathetic service... Will make sure no one buys samsung at least in my area.

                                I have purchased an ac on 7th may delivered on 08th may and installed by 9th may. After installation few dats ac is working perfectly after 3, 4 days it is showing error code e22 like that. I approched to the service station there is problem. Eventhough i have registered complain through customare care on 18th of may they have send on complain register no [protected].
                                After receiving service request no one more message received from service center about the technician no. Technician arrived and asking question to us that who has installed what is the name of technician we said we do not know you enquire with your service station after making some calles here and there he left and promise me tmrw morning i will come with my manager and rectify from that day they are making a false statement. Yet no one has come to resolve the issue

                                  Yet not get the resolution of my ac issue still service center doing only the formality call and ask for gas refill of new ac purchase which is really sad to see with a big brand not seeing the customer issue which really genuine.

                                  Let me know on which date i will get the resolution or a response from your team members without doing the formality actually work on the issue.

                                  Purchase ac in 18march 2019. Need immediate action bcuz my family is really suffering from heat and new ac is not at all cooling since purchase.
                                  Number or time service engineer came but unable to resolve the ac cooling now they ask to refill the gas but i want the replacement as it's a defective ac which is a genuine concern.

                                    I purchased this fridge around 3.5 years ago. This is a digital inverter technology fridge with 10 years warranty on compressor.

                                    The fridge is not cooling since last 4 days. I raised a service request with samsung customer care to get this checked. A technician visited my residence and examined the unit on 17th may. He suggested that main pcb is faulty and needs a replacement. Before he goes ahead with replacement, he recommended us to switch off the fridge for atleast 24 hours. We did what he asked us to do but, that's didn't resolve the cooling issue. Even after waiting for 7 hours (In powered on condition) the fridge wasn't cooling as expected. I logged yet another service request and service technician visited once again. This time he said, even compressor isn't working and will have to be replaced along with pcb in order to make it work. He gave us an estimate of rs 15000 for parts replacement and service charges.

                                    I am largely disappointed with the way our case has been dealt with by samsung service center. Even though compressor carries a warranty of 10 years however, company isn't willing to replace it free of cost. This leads to our frustration. We thought buying a good brand with huge market share will prove to be a great experience and it will be a long lasted relationship with the company but, in the end, we are left with deprived and hugely dissatisfied with samsung service. Could we ask for a better attention from samsung service team/managers to handle this case with utmost importance?
