    I had submitted a service request at Samsung customer care for faulty speakers of my Sound bar HW-J450 which i have purchased on Nov. 2015.
    its almost past 2 month of registration of complaints, still i do not have update regarding the same.
    the worst service and experience i m facing with samsung, i spoke to samsung supervisor even area manager but they all are failed to give me the update regarding my problem.
    Seriously i will not recommend anybody to buy samsung products. Poor customer services...

      This is prequel to another complaint that i have submitted regarding croma. We had tried calling samsung directly to fix a small problem with our washing machine. It was more than a week before someone came to fix it. We needed a new drainage pipe. The old pipe had aged and we were willing to pay for the new one. The other problem was the softener wouldnt flow into the machine. The service person did something to the machine and said he would return to replace a part. He left and machine was worse that it was before this man tried to fix it. Water continues to gush in even when the machine is off. Samsung responded saying if we have an extended warranty with croma (Which we do) we need to call croma directly and route the complaint through them. They was no explanation provided for the mess up the service person had done.

      Then it was croma's turn to let us down. This has been explained in a separate complaint.

        Hi,
        I had submitted a service request at samsung service center of pune (Nal stop) for my broken display of samsung a7 model on 18th april 2016.
        Till today display is still not available at the service center and when i asked for the fixed timeline for the repair, the service center people are not aware when the display would be available.
        Please consider this as high priority since its been a month and still there is no help from the service center people.

          Dear samsung team
          This is to you inform you that i have lodged complain on 15.04.16 for refrigerator cooling issue bearing complain no - [protected] also paid service charges as per samsung policy, engineer/service staff came within 5 minutes he said ok for product, after consistent insisting to check the refrigerator thoroughly he denied to check & we paid service charges of inr 315 approx but after 20 days same issue happened & again lodged complain no-[protected] dtd-08.05.16 after so many follow ups still yet to come & saying bogus things like rain for which unable to come after we follow ups the samsung staff.
          The worst customer service experience by samsung brand & service center, my products are getting damaged due to negligence by samsung service.
          Never ever buy samsung product again & never say to buy samsun g product for near & dear ones due to worst experince with samsung.
          My refrigator is in service & samsung treating customers very harshly.

            Dear sir i requested for AC service regarding ac not cooling properly, on 9 april my complaint no [protected] it got serviced but nothing has been done apart from washing its still not cooling then again i complained on 21 april my complaint no [protected] the person came who was very rude not checked it and said there is nothing no gas leak nothing but still my AC not cooling...samsung is such a leading brand if you people could not satisfy your costumer then stop selling your product because its of no use when you can not provide after sale service...

              Complain : samsung ac is not cooling. Ref no : [protected] resolution : technician darwin ([protected]) came next day. I was not at my house. My parents were there and they have least knowledge about ac. Darwin told there is gas leakage issue and it will cost rs 3600/- to repair. He took rs 570/- as advance and told tomorrow another technician will come for the fix and will take rest of he amount rs 3030/- after fixing the ac. My concern : why there is a gas leakage issue when the ac is not that old?? The ac on the other room is working fine. So this should be considered as the manufacturing defect and service should be provided under warranty.

                  I had purchased samsung galaxy j5 mobile phone (Serial no. [protected]) through flipkart, against order no. Od[protected] on 29.08.2015.

                  The mobile phone has been giving frequent problems right from the beginning and has already been repaired twice by maa communication, kotla, the authorised service centre of samsung.

                  In spite of frequent repairs and my repeated visits to your service centres, the mobile has again developed the same problem, i. E., black marks in its camera again a third time. I have, therefore, requested samsung executives to immediately collect the phone back from my residential address and total refund plus a good compensation for undue harassment be given to me, without any further delay, as i have been unable to utilise the same for the purpose i had bought this brand new phone.

                        The samsung 16800 mah power bank ref no= [protected] i received in 8th may 2016 was faulty and not the product i ordered for. The power bank does not give charging and it is used So i want u to exchange it and provide it with a correct power bank or else i will sue u to the court. Making adds and selling faulty product is not good. Try resolving it as soon as possible

                          Hi,
                          What a great company samsung is, how its is totally dedicated to provide best customer services to their user. Let me tell a story...

                          I, mr shubhendra singh rawat has purchased a mobile samsung galaxy - s5 " model no.- g900h via serial number rz1f520d7zb ([protected]) " from your authorized dealer " m/s jumbo electronics co. Pvt ltd., s-20, 2nd floor, pheonnix mall, lda colony, kanpur road, lucknow on 26/04/2014.

                          My phone was damaged so under the full warranty period, i have deposited my phone to your authorized service center " prince communication, ground floor, shop no. B-3, super, lucknow on 29/09/2014 vides bill number [protected] due to display broken.
                          This is worthwhile to mention here that after proper and technical examination or inspection your authorized servicee sentre has accepted the above mobile handset. It is further stated that after about a week a concern person/ staff approached me and returned the said handset but on account of charging problem i havenot receive the same and returned that with an immediate effect.

                          It is also pertinent to mention here that on 03/10/2014 the conern authority of your aurthorized service center has intimated me that i has to pay rs 8, 000/- (Rs eight thousand only) as the water has entered into the said mobile handset although the company claimed that the above said model is "water and dust damage resist".

                          After and illegal, erratic, ambiguous and ulterior reason, on 14/10/2014, i moved a leagal notice, to claimed my above mention mobile handset in accordance to the t & c.In reply you have send a letter/ reply whereby you offered, to pay 50% of the total estimated value. It is further stated that relying upon your statement i have handed over the stand-by handset to your concern authority/person, but till date your authorized center has not returned the above said handset to me or neither approached me for the same.
                          That it further stated that the concern staff of your authorized service center badly misbehaved with me and demanded the entire amount i. E rs 8, 000/- (Rs eight thousand only) without any speaking reason. Its is important to mention here that on account of yours as well as illegal inaction of your auhtorized service center i am not liable to pay a single penny.

                          Now, i would like to ask you,

                          Whether we have taken a wrong decision in choosing a company who make false commitment to their customer?
                          What kind of customer service you are taking about in your advert?

                          Just now I received a call from [protected], he was stating that he is calling from Samsung and he is going to pay Rs 49, 800/- as claim. He was insisting me to provide customer id of my bank account. When I asked him to mail everything on my mail Id then he refuses to do so.

                              I register a complaint on 6th May 2016 & they told engineer will visit before 8pm on 7th may & price is 343rs. On 7th May morning engineer call & asked rs 400 & then we told customer care told for rs 343, then he was fighting & refused to come. then again we lock complaint on Samsung customer & (Sanjana from customer care ) told they will send again our request to service center. Now finally same service engineer call again at 4pm & fighting for money. Now again we call customer care might Anand this time & again he told he will forward complaint to service center & also provided service center contact number. Now we call service center they told ok we will take 343 rs & 200 rs for transportation.

                              Now again we call customer care this time Krishna is there & he told no transportation charges to be provided as it is include in 343rs. Now after to much discussion, i tae service center also on conference. Any both of them fighiting & saying to each other about 200rs. As per customer care no 200 rs to be given as per condition decided by suamsung customer care & service center.

                              After too much discussion customer care agreed to pat 200rs more... unable to understand ...what is this???

                                There ia a scratch on power bank & usb hub. Usb of power bank is of another company that is mi & there is a rust on usb cable also. Power bank & hub are defective. Usb hub is of 4 port but in my deal it is of 6 port.
                                No warranty card and bill in my box.
                                Please take action as soon as possible

                                  I had put a complaint for repair of my refrigerator model no: rt23hvmsi/xil vide call no:[protected] and a person claimed service charge and restarted the refrigerator. Next day it went out of order and another complaint was made vide call no: [protected]. The person now changed some parts and i again paid for the charges of the part but next day, it went out of order. Again complain lodged, call no: [protected] and again some parts changed, next day again it went out of order.

                                    Sir, i have a samsung 481 ltrs fridge purchased on june 2015 (still in warranty). On 20th of april the fridge stopped cooling so i called customer care. They asked me to perform certain actions but all went in vain. Then again on 22nd april i called customer care but again they asked me to perform manual de frost which i did and the fridge worked for around 6 hrs then again it stopped working. So again i lodged a complaint on 23rd april and received ref no [protected]. An engineer named Ripu Sudan was assigned the call but he didnt come till 23rd so another engineer came and found out fan motor was not working. So he went saying the part is not available and order will be placed and within 4 days it will be changed.
                                    Now it has been 7th may (around 14 days) and still the paet is not available in local service center. I asked the engineer as well as branch office for the part or a stand by fridge but got no response from them. So i would like you to take action against the local branch office and engineer or else i would have to go to CONSUMER FORUM.

                                      I posted this complaint two weeks ago. I got a call from samsung but was told they would get back to me with a resolution. No resolution yet. Is anything happening on this complaint? Please update me. I am clueless.

                                      Original complaint:
                                      "the paint inside my microwave oven is peeling. I have complained to samsung about this twice (Service orders #[protected] and [protected]) but no action has been taken yet. I was told that the oven would be replaced; but no action has been taken for over a month. I neither have the time nor patience to keep following up with the service engineer. Very disappointing experience with samsung. Hoping that some action is taken via this written complaint."

                                      Thanks! I was given a refund on my faulty microwave. This forum has really helped me get in touch with the Samsung escalation team. They called me as soon as I lodged this complaint. They connected me to the service center and speeded up their internal processes to help me get a refund. Thank you very much.

                                        Dear concerned team
                                        This is to put forth the trouble which we have facing after buying samsung galaxy j7 (Sm-j700f/ddins) with serial# rz8g906ayjt that was purchased on 1st oct 15.
                                        It is really saddening to state that the display of the mobile phone has surprisingly disappeared during a night time. I have used my mobile in proper condition at night and kept at the table and when i woke up in the morning more than half of its display was gone and within two hours it was a complete blackout. It was not even on charge. When i took it to samsung authorized service center b2x service solutions india pvt. Ltd. At chinar park, kolkata-700136 they first said that the display is broken due to some external pressure applied on it by us, though as said before it was just kept at the table nightlong. Since he said that it would not be considered under warranty claim and repairing charge would be 6, 000/- we still agreed to it and asked him to go ahead and repair but after an hour he came back to us and said that the mother board is also damaged and it has green patches on sd card slot jack so it would also not be claimed under warranty. Therefore now it is no good than just a metallic box within 7months of its purchase.
                                        Also to add to your knowledge, just after buying this phone the sd card slot was not working and it was not even detecting the sd card. So the very next day i took it to samsung authorized service center techno solution, g-001 estate plaza behind mangal tower, old h b road, , kanta toli, ranchi-834001. After distributor complain to samsung head office the service center agreed to repair the same under warranty but said sd card slot jack is not available with him and he will have to procure it. So after ten days we got the phone back from him after repairing though he should have replaced it then and there as it was a manufacturing defect from the company.
                                        Now my question stands that
                                        What proof shall i give to that the company would believe that i have not hampered the phone in anyway and all this happened to the phone while it was lying idle and even then if they say it is my mistake then dont you think it should have some scratch or visible damage on it which is not the case. The phone is spic n span from outside.
                                        If there is some patch on the sd card slot, it also has been repaired by one of samsung authorized service station, so how am i culprit for that. We cant even see what the service stations are doing to our phone once they take it inside their inspection room.
                                        They have handed us a phone which has come with manufacturing defect and repairing it is of no use, all this trouble arose because of that only. Now they are just making us take rounds of their customer service center and blaming us for one or another thing. First they said that the fone was not repaired in authorised station which we already proved them with documents then they say there is liquid spillage to which their own engineer agrees that it should not be just in card slot rather all over but is just limited to the sd card slot. The blame of external pressure applied is also nullified as there is no external damage without which internal damage is not possible.
                                        Simplest and easiest way is to blame the customer. If you are talking of warranty you should mean it. This behavior is not expected with a brand like samsung. I want a resolution from your end
