I have purchased samsung j7 few month ago but last month the device display
Issue happened.
Omkar electronics - service center.

Respected sir,
I am the customer of samsung india.
Let me tell you the details - the harassment that i have faced from last month.
Last month dated : - 2nd july 2016 - my phone samsung j7 display screen started flickering.
I visited to service center on dated :- 9th july 2016, address - omkar electronics
Samsung authorised service center, vashi, navi mumbai - 400703, india.
So they first taken my phone and tried to open the display and they handled so badly that my new screen protector worth rupees - 400, they have broken the screen protector, when i asked them why you have broken the screen protector they have told its normal and they will not refund my amount. And they told me that they cant avail to resolve my display issue as because they dont have that 'parts'. They need time to repair and they told me to talk with customer care as because they are not able to give me a backup phone, i spoke to customer care the customer care representative told me they will provide backup phone within 10 days and they told me that they will call me - even after 10 days nobody called me for my backup phone. On 11th they told me to submit on there service center - documents - cancelled check, bank statement etc. I have submitted on 12th. On 16th they got the approval for the phone replacement (New phone). And they have clearly mention that they will provide with 10 to 15 days, till today i have not received my new phone or full amount nothing. Yesterday on 8th august i called to samsung customer care and the representative told me that within 15 to 20 days they will provide the solution, i told them why your information and the service center info are not similar and i asked to transfer the call to her senior, now she is telling that she is not able to transfer as no senior is available there, i have again requested and then she transferred to neepa madam - she started telling the same thing and she asked me to take on call with service center team - service team told that they dont have phone to provide to the customer. So when i asked what is your sla (Service level agreement) time to resolve a customer issue. So neepa madam is telling they do not have any such time, they dont have any sla or somthing like that. So i told her to create an escalation ticket - [protected]. And she told that within 24 to 48 hour senior technical team will call me, unfortunately till now nobody called me, today 9th august i again called to customer care and request for the update and again she told that within 2-3 hour they will call, nobody called me. Now request you please refund my full amount back or give me new phone.
