I wrote several mail rearing replacement of product. They replayed and told the product delivered is genuine ans passed several test. After this replay mail, i didn't get mail regarding the action

    My name is shweta aggarwal I complain about my washing machine whose complain no is [protected] . It is top load washing machine model no WA82BWKEC . Ur service center named Kaiser electronics picked up my machine on 4.08.10 since then when I call them they give me no satisfactory response. On 9th of Aug when I call them they said that right now we don't have any transportation so we will send ur machine tommorow . On 10 when I again call them they said that we r working on ur machine and some testing is going on ur machine . On the same day at around 3 o clock their employee named shiv Kumar called me Nd said that ur machine can not be repaired .it has some issue that can not be resolved . I want to ask Samsung is this ur service . My machine has not such big issue that it can not be repaired. Kaiser electronic made my machine dead. I want Samsung to answer my mail. I had all call recordings i[censored] want to hear.

      I hv purchased samsung galaxy j2 on 15/4/16. After 1 month mobile's display was damaged. I submitted to akshar communication at ankleshwar on 24/6/16. They told me that the parts are not available so submit the documents for replacement/ refund purpose. I submitted the documents on 14/7/16, then they told me that it will take another 15 days time. I recd a msg on 6/8/16 showing my mobile repair work has been completed and collect them from service center. Then service center told me that till the parts are not available so you will get new mobile. No action has been taken till date.

      Pls do the need full at the earliest.

        I have purchased SAMSUNG J7 ON 9-5-16. AND in that i got a fault and mobile battery was not charging and we visit to samsung service centre(Yagnik road service centre, opp kalyan jewellers, rajkot)on 3-7-16. Still not received any confirmation or phone from company. We visit more than 15 times in 40 days but nor reveived any reply.requesting you to solve the problem asap.

        I buyed the samsung galaxy j7 three month ago from the first day i am unable to get most of the calls on my number its always showing unavailable or not reacheable and from now its start hanging
        I bought Samsung Galaxy S6 from Amazon, right from day one the phone is not receiving signal. It says Emergency Calls only on most times. I have been unsuccessful in solving this issue.

          i'm already aware you many times also followed up but still complains as is it ??


          as per service center mobile repaired but i need the replacement or money refund because all spares in mobile is changed like (Both Camera's, Mother board) am not satisfied with this model.

            Dear Team,

            I Prathamesh Gurav had bought a mobile phone Samsung Galaxy J 7 on 22 October 2015, whereas all of sudden the phone screen has been stopped working.
            I would like to highlight the point that there was no physical damage has been happened to the handset and neither it has got in contact of water.

            I have been trying to get the issues resolved for which have contacted nearest service center of Samsung in our vicinity

            The address of service center is "Master care services Ajanta Squire 2nd floor bhaji market Borivali west Mumbai 400092", representative in mentioned service center has told me that it cannot be rectified as there has been a gap got created between screen and display, reasons of fault which was explained to me best of my knowledge those incidents had never happened during the usage of the said handset.

            Request your extended support for the repair of the said handset as it is in warranty period and as per your policy there has been no physical damage has been happened from my end.

                I have been submitted my samsung j7 phone due to deffect in display under warranty period for replacement on 16/7/2016 at cgx samsung service centre, kunj plaza, vadodara.
                My mobile's job sheet bill no is [protected].
                Purchase date-29/11/2015 .
                Date of submitting mobile to service centre- 16/7/2016,
                final approval for replacement date- 21/7/2016.
                they have been told that i will receive my new replaced device within 15 working days. But still therevis no feedback nor a proper answer given by "cgx samsung service centre, vadodara and customer care." They are giving totally irresponsible answer.

                  Dear Team Samsung,
                  I take no pride in writing this, but people just ought to know that Samsung is probably the worst brand, ever!
                  This goes out to as many consumers, the world over, through SMS, Facebook, Linkedin, Yahoo Messenger, Google and through other personal platforms.
                  There has seldom been a case of such gross neglect and inconsideration towards a ‘PAYING Customer’.
                  It is apparent that, Samsung’s post sales completely suck and we, consumers, are left to contemplating why we even considered Samsung as a global brand with global, international and far-reaching processes.
                  What I have experienced, after purchasing a high-end ‘Samsung’ Galaxy J7 (Rs. 15000 approx), has been excruciating and far from the standards expected out of companies and Brands that, have grown owing to consumers buying into promises galore.
                  Allow me the pleasure to elaborate, why I believe, Samsung is a terrible Brand and company ~
                  Background:
                  since the time I have purchases this Phone, I have been continuously visiting to the Service center.
                  The recent apathy:
                  The recent case has certainly brought me to my senses and has clearly demonstrated Samsung’s intent.
                  They’re simply out to MAKE MONEY and literally intent to CHEAT customers.
                  1st Visit within 1 month (11th Jan’16) – Hang issue. I went to the service center, they just updated the software.

                  2nd Visit (7th Mar’16) – I started facing Echo Problem during Outcall/Incall and battery issue. Service Center did not do anything just Updated the software and acknowledged that Battery is not available.
                  3rd Visit (19th Jun’16) – I started facing Echo Problem during Outcall and battery issue. Service Center did not do anything just Updated the software and acknowledged that Battery is not available.
                  4th Visit (31st July’16) – I went to the service Center for Battery and Software upgradation but unfortunately they were again empty hand. Still Battery is not available and they did not have 6.0 Marshmallow for upgradation.
                  Please note – 3rd Visit Data is not available with the Service Center. They simply denied that I (Customer) did not visit at Service Center. This is really surprising and shocking that Samsung even not tracking customer visit in service center. Service Center is just showing their excellence in front of the company but they never show complete picture. When I asked Service center executive to provide my entire history than as expected they started sending me here and there then asked me for wait for approx 1:30 Hours to just provide my Visit jobsheet details. This is a kind of demonstration of Best Customer services.
                  · I wanted to speak to the floor manager but they simply denied that Manager is not available however he was inside the Room.
                  · I wanted my entire jobsheet details but there was no onc who could take an ownership and provide me details.
                  · Rude Behavior by Service Center Executive. They actual donot know how to speak to the customer.
                  · I got a 6.0 Marshmellow update but Samsung Authorised Service center does not have to update it.
                  There is a patience level in all consumers that should ideally not be tested by the companies. As you know we have many choices and an item as trivial as a mobile are available a dime a dozen. If the company thinks that we are a bunch of fools who would digest these kind of excuses then I think it is mistaken.
                  I can’t afford to stick on with such a customer unfriendly company any longer. This would definitely be the end of all links with the company for me and for my family and friends whose choices I can influence.
                  I would also go legal for the same as it is actually serious harassment for customers.

                  To summarize:
                  1. Samsung rates, according to me, as one of the WORST Brands in the world, given the way they have treated, and continue to treat me.

                  I am not looking for further pain. I Want my Money Back.

                    My Samsung a8 which was working suddenly become blank on 23 rd july morning7.30am after recievinga call.I had purchased the phone on 19th Oct 2015 for 31000.The service centre refused me warranty saying that damage to touch by pressing has occured.But as far as I remember there was no such incidence where the phone was pressed against any thing.hoping for due cooperation from your side in replacement of the toucan covering it in warranty period as my phone is inwarranty

                      I GURPREET SINGH, Mobile no. [protected] went to samsung care centre in ludhiana located in model town extension near gurudwara baba deep singh (141002), punjab.
                      I wanted to repair my mobile samsung s6 edge.. there was charging problem.. they did not repaired but replaced original part with old version part. first they didn't give me bill. after they made a job sheet.. then again they refused for bill. they taken 2700 inr. my phone is still not charging as first..
                      MY PROBLEM IS NOT YET SOLVED.

                        I have purchased one Samsung Washing machine on 02/08/2016 from Capital Electronics VIP Kolkata 700054 Invoice Number CFLV/226/16. The product Cost is 30K.
                        1. Debasis Lodh (Cell No [protected]) Samsung Engineer came to my house on 04/08 to install the machine and he found a huge water leakage problem (probably from tank) and recommended to replace the machine by Samsung/Capital Electronics. He was 100% confident that the machine should be replaced.
                        2. 4th August Evening Samsung Service Head (Dealer relation) Mr Beethin (Cell No [protected]) called me and he told another service engineer to Visit my house on 5th August (very next day) to generate some reports about the fault for replacement of my machine.
                        3. 5th August Samsung Service Engineer Mr Gautam (Cell No [protected]) visited again my house and he also found same water leakage problem from Tank and he taken all the video and in my front he prepared a report that " customer wants the machine to be replaced". He was a very polite person and 100% confirmed the machine to be replaced by samsung
                        4. 6th August Morning I got a call from Replacement cell technical team and they again visited my house . Mr Pradip Singh (Cell No [protected]) and Raja Banerjee visited my house and after 2 hours of checking and flooding my floor with water they confirmed this is a water leakage problem from some inside Pump. They left and I continued to clean floor for next 5-6 hours and water coming out every 1 hour from the machine. This replacement cell guys told me that they cannot take any decision regarding replacement and they will provide report about this water leakage problem and will talk about replacement.


                        Now My questions are below to Samsung India Management.

                        1 Why 3 times visit of technical team to my house is required to replace a only 30 k washing machine. The 1st technical guy Debasish was himself very confident that the machine is to be replaced. samsung dont have confident on their own technical engineers?????
                        2 I have already lost 3 days and taken leave from my office. Now I lost 3 days salary, Paying Laundry bills instead of having wasing maching in my house, generated Huge phone bills by calling various departments of samsung and Capital electronics. My total loss is already 10 K for this only 30K washing machine. Who will compensate my loss??????
                        3How many days it will take to replace my only 30 K Washing Machine??????????? Already 3 Times Technical Visit is done. Is Samsung India CEO needs to visit my house to replace 30K washing machine?????????????????

                        Please replace my washing machine ASAP .

                        Now on 8th August, 2016 Morning 12 PM I got a call from Samsung and they want to repair my faulty machine by replacing some parts. After 3 back to back technical visit and promise to replace my machine now they came to repair point. Now, after repairing a new machine if problem will again happen then who will take the responsibility. Why I will repair my new machine????
                        Samsung India started cheating its customers. Beware !!!
                        Now I am going through horrible experience.
                        Samsung is harassing me and not replacing my faulty machine.
                        8th saying August 2016...Samsung called me again at 3 PM and saying parts is not even available in Kolkata...Beware of Samsung cheating and fraud. I have purchased new machine and they want to repair . After promising so many times that they will replace my machine.

                        I am still requesting Samsung to stop cheating consumers and replace your faulty machine.
                        8th August afternoon 4:30 : Mr Brateen ([protected]) .Head of Dealer Relation, Samsung...called me and confirmed He will replace my Washing Machine through Dealer Capital Electronics. I called Capital Electronics and Mr Amit And Shyamal from Capital Electronics confirmed they placed the order for new same Model WM and I will get my new Machine within 2 days of time ( 10th August Evening). Now waiting for replacement.
                        Samsung replaced my washing machine on 9th August and the new Washing Machine is working fine till now

                          This is inform u to that today I've called your customer care from my number [protected] for know about Marshmallow updated in my Samsung J7 2015, 5 days ago I've visited Samsung service center Kolkata near South city (Dear Samsung Customer, the repair of your Samsung Product has been completed and it is ready for immediate collection from DIVINE ELECTRO SOLUTION.) Thank you.
                          Hence, I complain about service center associate he told me that 'If I will update my handset with latest version which was 6.0 your phone maybe hanged and also it was corrupted version also', so please do not updated your handset and after many time ⏰ I've tried to talk with u but lastly misbehaviour your end agent Mr. Rakesh he didn't helpout my problem after that call transfer to senior desk 📲 and call taken Mr. Sunil, his behavior issue I think also rudely behavior with me why I don't know???please 🙏 escalated this matter to concern department and this mail forward to grievance desk of higher authority and i surely told u that
                          there is no action on this as yet. Please give me the number of your national or regional head, I want to speak to him about this total disregard to customer complaint by Samsung resolve this issue as soon as possible today's call back my 📲 same number ..

                            I purchased Samsung j5 model mobile on 04/10/15.
                            Display was not working in JUNE-16.
                            Mobile handed over over to ROURKELA service center.
                            I got it repaired after 15 days ( Ist week of JULY-16).
                            Again I found display problem on 01/08/16.

                            Now ROURKELA service center is saying,
                            this model mobile spare parts are not available.
                            So another set will be provided and following documents are required.
                            1. Mobile Box with IMEI sticker.
                            2. ID proof.
                            3. Bank Pass Book xerox copy.
                            4. Accessories (Hea Phone and and charger).
                            5. Proof of purchase

                            My problem is, Mobile box is not available.
                            This also irrelevant that box is required for warranty.
                            And service center is saying, Complain can not be lodged without Mobile box.
                            Please suggest me, what will I do ?

                            ROURKELA service center Mr. Ajit is saying that Box is not required but EMIE sticker on the box should be pasted on the bill. I have purchase bill (from RELIANCE DIGITAL which is a branded retailer) where EMIE sticker is not pasted but EMIE NO is in printed form. Mr Ajit is not accepting that bill. As per RELIANCE DIGITAL their bill is online bill, so EMIE sticker is not required. I am not able to lodge complain since 5 days. I am being harassed by SAMSUNG SERVICE.

                            While submitting documents IMEI sticker issue arised. Matter settled after telephonic conversation with Manager of Samsung Service (Odisha).
                            1. Original bill.
                            2. PAN card xerox.

                            I received a new J5 set from Samsung Service center after depositing
                            1.charger
                            2.data cable
                            3.ear phone
                            I am happy getting new set.

                            But, I have not used the set during warranty period as set was defective/deposited in service center.
                            So warranty period may please be extended.

[protected] date:[protected] time13:55:52, mentioned in my phone, (display is broken) but my mobile is running in background, i was requested that the parts are not in our service center will be getting the parts from mumbai 7 or 8 days, and has given me a guarantee that the additional parts 7 of the 8 days, and then the parts will be installed in your mobile, and we will notify you by phone 10 days, but my phone is a bill no. date[protected], and this was in spite of today have 16 days, i make a phone call, so who is responsible for the warranty of my phone,

                              So please urgent base this priority on my mail.

                                I am sorry to say that Samsung India may have good distribution network but they dont have any back service control. I had complained about non functioning of Refrigerator on their call centre number in Pune. Maharashtra. I had got the number of person called Mr. Sham having number [protected] and changed the Compressor Surprisingly this fellow had changed and replaced it to LG instead of Samsung saying that it was not available and given me receipt of Shivhari Electronics Hadapsar Pune. As usual this doesnt worked and since from March 2106 i am trying to call their call centre and this Mr. Sham but he never turns out. Dont understand how to get this complain till Samsung. Hope this works.

                                  I am utilizing note II mobile which is purchased in 2013 from your authorize shopee.The product is sturdy, excellent and last three years I did not face any problem, I have purchased SM-G7102threre after also. Since last two months I have faced problem of low battery backup hence I have approached to incharge of M/S Asmi Teleshopee on 04/06/2006, located opposite Kotharud-Bus Stand Pune.This guy has advised me to replace battery (As per his opinion life of old battery is already expired). I have purchased battery EB595675 vide your invoice No[protected] for Rs 1799.
                                  Unfortunately new battery was also not yielding sufficient backup and take long time to get recharge.So I have approached to M/S ASMI TELESHOPEE and requested to resolve the issue.He has advised me to approach your customer service centre, M/S Vedant Services at Nal Stop Karve Road Pune.On 23/07/2016 I have visited to your service centre and lodged the complaint of defective product vide Service order No [protected] & OTP No 588267.To day I have received call from your service centre & requested to collect the product(Order No [protected] –OTP No 347984).
                                  As per your trade practices they have obtained undertaking /acknowledgement and handed over the product.I am very much surprised to note that they have handed over the replaced product which was manufactured in April 2015 i.e before 1year and three months back. I have taken strong objection to accept the old product and requested to give product manufactured in 2016.But the incharge has given irresponsible reply that Samsung Company has stopped production Note II Battery and instructed to his staff to hand over defective product .Further he told that he could not resolve the issue at his end and approach to Company directly.
                                  1.I am not satisfied with the reply of your service centre as your outlets are selling the batteries all over India and I have confirmed manufacturing date March 2016 on packing of the battery.
                                  2.he has return me defective product(which was purchased from your outlet ).The product is without mentioned date of manufacturing .I got confused and doubtful about replaced product because of his misbehavior.
                                  3.Further I have observed that the original battery my Note II is bearing the date of manufacturing and also observed that the service centre has handed over the replaced battery was mentioned date 20/04/2015.Its comes under preview o[censored]nfair trade practice and hence I strongly condemned for the same.
                                  4.Your service centre has taken 8 days to observed the product and handed over old product which was manufactured before 1, 1/4 year back .In brief It is proved that battery which was purchased through you outlet is defective.
                                  I therefore request you to resolve the issue immediately.
                                  Hope your immediate co-operation in the matter.

                                    I bought Samsung Galaxy Mobile model J7 on 26/04/16.The Reference no is 358158/07/356435/7.Had contacted your Customer Service centres at Janakpuri and Kirti Nagar, new Delhi.Display of mobile needs to be changed.
                                    Mobile is Golden color. Part is not available.Mobile is with me. Had a Chat with Samsung on net and had called up Okhla Centre and spoke to Mr Anurag. No one seems to give me a solution.
                                    Want mobile to be repaired without further harassment or Refund the Amount as no certainty for part.

                                      I had bought an inverter ac on the 29th of Sept 2014.I have been spending money every now and then.First there was a problem with the instrument, the gas leaked out got it repaired again the same problem.Had to pay transportation charges .Now its hardly 3 months again the circuit problem.Everytime the technician visits have to oay him 500+ tax.I hope you will kindly look into the matter and solve my grievances.We had bought the product seeing its brand name and are paying a heavy price.I want to approach Consumer forum.Please assist.
