[Resolved] Samsung India — Samsung split ac | |||
This is regarding samsung complaint id [protected]. My split ac was not cooling off and hence i registered a complain with samsung. 1. They told me the condenser of the ac has leakage and hence needs to be replaced. I agreed and paid 9500/- for that. But after changing the condenser also ac is not cooling. The original issue still exists. I informed them about it and now they are telling me to change the compressor. The compressor costs around 8500/-. I want a full refund as this is a case of cheating. If changing condenser was not the root cause then why they advised me to change it. I feel the technicians are incompetent and rude. And they just cheated me. Requesting samsung for full refund. More than a year Samsung dint replace my screen even after been under warranty was not replaced reason was mother bord is not working fine .
I my self changed screen for 7000 and science 1 year mobile working fine Samsung atleast under warranty chance whatever is under warranty without any condition.
