Hi,

I hope from my above furnished personal details you can take my case history and the escalations made. I face two major issues from your authorized service center.
First thing is misbehavior of service executive with my mother in the home at the time of service of washing machine, due to that she is mentally disturbed.After escalations made there is no proper solution is given. Still the case is in open status no proper follow up is done everytime i have to call your customer care for the update . Is this the way you treat your customers? Why you have immediately not terminated the customer service center license immediately is your profit business more important than your customers safety.
Second thing is from the same service center the washing machine stand and cover is sold . Do you authorize that ? If yes, without bill you charge 1750 for washing machine cover and stand. Does any of your company manual recomends for a washing machine stand? after these kind of problems why you haven't terminated the license of the concerned service center. Or your agreement and terms accept that . If yes please confirm it. If no proper action is taken ans defamation is done, I am sorry to tell this you are forcing me to knock the doors of law to get my rights. As you are aware of every Indian has the right to live with dignity in the society your company has spoiled the dignity and prestige of my mother in this society. It is a criminal offence to shout and misbehave with a women . Please tell me a proper reason why i should not take a criminal action against this. I seriously need to talk to the higher official from your side as soon as possible no executive teams solutions are satisfactory and it is only supportive to the service center if no proper response is given for this email Iam sorry. I think this is the highest place to escalate my problem internally without court proceedings. Please do give a call back to my email is [protected]@gmail.com. Waiting for your reply .

    I have give my phone to authorised dealer of yours for service in pattom samsung service center. And they have given me such a bad service to wards the phone complaint and towards the customer. They have acted rudely and badly with attitude towards the customer treating the customer in a very bad manner. Pls do take neccesary action agint the staff named anu g and there head guy who acted rudely against the customer. Hope u will take necessary deeds to there irresposible attitude and bevaiour attitude towards the customer

      I bought new Samsung j7 mobile at police canteen in thoothukudi on 25.4.17.It was not open.After remove the battery and reinsert the battery, it is working.If I switch of the mobile and restart it does not open.I gave the mobile to the thoothkudi Samsung care on 27.4.17.They promised me to give a new mobile the next day but there's no response from Samsung care.They said they will call me and will say the status.But there is no responses.If I call the Samsung care they don't attend my calls.so, very unsatisfied with buying yours products

        I bought Samsung C9 Pro Mobile Phone on April 26th 2017, Within a week I have broken its display by Mistakenly, then I gave the Mobile phone in an Authorised Samsung Mobile Service Center in Coimbatore for Service. Till yesterday there is no responce from them, But Now they tell us that there is no Screen Replacement for Samsung C9 Pro, so wait for a week otherwise get your mobile phone from us and do something. So please help Me for solving this problem.

          I have given my samsng a7.2017 model for replacement of screen. Its being since one month and yet the part has not been replaced. This incident took place in rajahmndry service centre. Those people never respond to you. Always being arrogant. Cheats you by saying nonsense. Takes your money and never listens to your problem. When i call them by phone they nnevere replied me. They say that they will call back and that wil never happen.

            I have purchased this band on 30th january, 2017 and after 1 month o[censored]sage this band showing highly inaccurate floor and steps counts. After this i had submitted this at the service centre (Hcl services, noida).
            It being already 5 job sheet i have received from the same service centre but watch has not been repaired till today[protected]. I have also mailed several times to mr. Santosh upaddhyay and mr. Azaruddin (Senior executive, customer experience) but they don't reply at all. Not even the service centre is giving my product back.
            I have also attached job sheet and band pics. Showing inaccurate floor and steps count.

              I have purchase my handset j7 prime[protected] after seven - eight day i face network and heating issue. After that i visit near asc samsung shine telecom sri ganganagar (Rajasthan)
              Contact sandeep meet in front desk and after some time say no any issue in your handset. Not make job sheet i come back at my home. Same problem face after some time i visit again but not resolve my issue.. Today same problem face i again visit your asc front officer not make my job job sheet talk on phone say to each other (U-attand customer i am taking on phone u-attand i am taking on phone) after my request to submit my hand set and proper check. I am i don't want repair my product but any information your asc side i call evening time say pcb problem we change pcb in 4-5 days.

              I am collect my handset[protected] at your authorized service center sri ganganagar.in my handset only network issue but your service center replace my pcb and display folder also. First i am asking what reason for replace my display mobile. I am attached replace part job sett and communication with your representative (Piya. [protected]@partner. Samsung.com) extend my handset warranty online three month i am agree for repair.

              Same day same problem face network issue automatic show emergency network i visit again at your asc he say we are not submit your handset. You are complaint in head office for my service center so now you can go head office and repair your mobile. Without submit handset noddy tack action.. Your asc talking employ mr. Sandeep always hyper and not talk politely with every customer.

              Now i don't want repair and replace i want refund only.. If not possible tell me i take legal action.

                My handset S6 edge getting vertical Pink line without physical damage.Earlier I have also faced this issue.At that time I have surrendered phone to samsung customer care and they have repaired it and given me after 1 month.

                But now I am getting pink line again on my display.

                Please note that its not Physical damage at all.Can you please help?

                  I have submitted my mobile model A8 at janakpuri c-5 new park service center for repair issue with job sheet nu-[protected] my mobile was under warranty, service center staff Rajiv charged me Rs 6000 against my mobile repair, I came to know about this through there customer confirmation call which Samsung made to there customer after repair, neither my mobile got repaired and nor they refunded my money, I took the issue to the Manager of service center, His staff accepted there fault but Mr sayed Ahmed also start taking favour of there staff, he asked me to produce cash receipt against my payment which was not given by service center to me, I asked him to check there CCTV camera for proof but he denied to do so, I also took the same issue to there Area manager Mr harsh walia, he also made a conference call to Mr Ahmed there he also accepted that money was charged from the customer and mobile was not repaired, Ahmed asked 5 hrs time to solve the issue on the next day both Mr harsh and Ahmed are asking for the receipt and denied to help me.i also registered a complaint on there toll free number with reference number -[protected], my problem is still pending,
                  I found that Samsung had cheated me.
                  There staff are involved in forgery issues and they are making fool of customer, charging money for free of cost service, and unnecessarily mentally tortured them to visit again and again to there service centers, requesting you to please look into the matter And help me out, it's really shameful for the Samsung that no one is interested to listen the customer and taking any action against integrity issue of there own staff.

                    My jobsheet no-[protected] dated 24/04/2107. I purchased s6 edge on 24/02/2017 and from the first day i was facing a problem that was sound from camera i wasnt using that phone in starting as i was having my exams so on 11/04/2017 i submitted my device to service center (Jobsheet no-[protected]). The service center replaced my motherboard and camera and still i was facing the same fault, i again submitted my device to service center on 24/04/2017 today its 03/05/2017 its almost 22 days no solution is given to me. And the service center requested for refund that has been rejected they are telling to change some parts if mother board is replaced which other part will be replaced?? I am filling a complaint in consumer court tomorrow for harassing and cheating customers.

                      The company gave a commitment of fulfilling delivery on 2nd of May i.e. today but failed to do so saying only limited phones have been delivered by the dealer. This is the state of their own Smart Cafes. Over and above that, their employees confirmed over the phone about delivery but it seems sold it somewhere else. Even the company messaged that all those who pre-booked the phones will get delivery by 2nd prior to regular walk-in customers. Their outlet which I visited is located in Naraina Industrial area with address C126 Naraina Industrial Area under the name Benz India pvt ltd.

                      I have even paid an advance to book the phone but they simple paid no heed. Even the owner did not responded well and went away in two minutes. they were not ready to let me talk to their company head or dealer where they are procuring the phones from and simply were irresponsible in their behaviour.

                        I am purchasing new mobile samsang- J7 SM-J700FZDDINS on dated 23/03/2017 by the name of Mr.Suresh B. Bochare. After purchasing mobile i have an problem of small speaker of mobile and i had repair the mobile from samsang service centre at manmad. But the problem is not solved. And after that the new problem is raised the mobile is more heated and after that this mobile is switch off. I have repaired it again from service center of authorized by samsang. But the problem is not solved.
                        I called customer care 3 times on dated 22/4/17, 25/4/17, 2/5/17. The Complaint no. is [protected]. On 1st call and 2nd call they told me service engineer is taking with you but engineer not talk with me and on 3rd call engineer is not talk only they said motherboard will not changed The service centre not responding all about this, the samsang providing very bad service to me...

                          In the year 2008, I have purchased a Samsung Refrigerator on 16.10.2008 vide Vat Tax Invoice No. 5648, Model No. RT25ZVPS and in the year 2013 since it was not working in good condition and contacted the Samsung Showroom, as advised by them, the authorized service cell was contacted and the refrigerator was taken to workshop by M/s. Bright Engineers, Visakhapatnam, and after its repair on 22.08.2013 and charged Rs. 1280/-. Subsequently the same problem repeated and got it repaired by the same authorized agency in the month of July 2014, and charged Rs.760/-. Again in the month of August 2015 the same problem repeated and contacted your authorized agency M/s. Quality Engineering, Visakhapatnam, and got it repaired, charged Rs.1187/-. Now again the same problem repeated and the refrigerator not giving its performance and there by all the materials kept in the fridge are getting damaged. Consequently three years I have got it repaired through your authorized agency and there is no improvement and as such it presumed that the refrigerator can not be made good and as such it is stated that there is a manufacturing defect, which your authorized agencies also not able to rectified. In view of the above, you are requested to kindly look into the matter and do needful at the earliest. Otherwise, I do not have any option, except to approach to District Consumer Forum.

                            I have made one online complain to Samsung vide no [protected] dt 23 04 17 through toll free number[protected]. Their engineer of their service center S N Enterprise 7k M G Road Kolkata 700063 Mob no [protected]/88 has visited my place and taken advance of Rs 3500/- against an estimated cost Rs 6600/- for replacement of PCB of my TV set. On 27 04 17 another engineer came with that part for replacement and trying to replace the same is found defective. Till today my TV is not repaired. Either arrange to repair it immediately or pl arrange to return my money back.

                              I am lodging complaint for the second time as i didn't get any remedy against my previous complaint.

                              I ordered this phone on 10th march 2017 from flipkat. Within 10-15 days after arriving this phone started giving trouble recognizing the fingerprint. One error was showing _quothome key may be dirty or damp. Clean and dry the home key, then try again_quot. That time i thought may be for this reason only it couldn't recognize my fingerprint. But after that it started happening frequently 3-4 times a day and even if i am cleaning the home key it couldn't recognize my fingerprint. I went to customer care 2 times.

                              On my 1st visit i submitted the phone and on that day only they returned the phone saying _quotthere is no such problem issue not found._quot

                              After 1 week i again visited to the same customer care. After 3 days they called and advised that the issue i am reporting was not found and suggested a vague resolution to remove the screen guard and use the phone as it is protecting the finger print sensor. I hope samsung doesn't manufacture phones which don't support screen guard. I used many company's phone but i never heard these kind of suggestion for their support team to remove screen guard rather thay eventually say for protection use screen guard

                              Still i followed that fellow's advice and removed the screen guard and i am in the same situation now.

                              Now i want to say i bought this phone for rs 36900 and i hope samsung team will believe that this not a small amount. And i have full right to expect the product which costs this much is its best from every aspect. But i am fully disappointed not only with this product but also the service which samsung team is providing. Only within one month a phone which costs rs 36900 started showing this kind of behavior which is fully unacceptable from a user's point of view.
                              List of problems :
                              1) first and foremost problem fingerprint sensor is worst.
                              2) sometimes when i make a call screen doesn't turn off which sometimes activate the loudspeaker.
                              3) keypad is sluggish sometimes

                              I want this product to immediate exchange with a new one. I wont tolerate after investing this amount for a product and in return this kind of performance to be very honest.

                              I am attaching screenshots of the fingerprint problem. The massage which it is displaying.

                              I hope this time necessary steps will be taken

                              I have this phone since May, everything was going fine till the fast charging stopped working, i solved that okay, nut yesterday as i went sleeping and left my phone on the charger something went wrong, when i woke up my phone was unlocking ( the circle where there is a padlock in the middle and circle around it ) and the blue sensor is on. I honestly don't know what happened it was only charging and nothing else, it's saturday and no one is working i don't know what to do, i really need the phone !

                                I have recently purchased s7 i was on international tour tried to change my sim card and at end sim card tray came out and sim did not. Company saying hardware does not have guarantee? But there is no problem with it why did sim did not come out. Phone was not damage and if was clearly seen and agreed by customer care that it is a samsung fault than why it is not getting replaced? And why parts are not available for new series launched.

                                      We have been following up with samsung customer care and service center in bangalore since 20th april to sort out our complaint.
                                      Only support we received till date is the service engineer visited and informed us that the pcb is faulty and needs to be replaced.. The machine is still under warranty..
                                      Service engineer informed us on last friday that he may be able to order the replacement for the faulty part by last monday and sort out the issue..
                                      Since last monday we have been given excuses and unreasonable explanations as to why no action has been taken to resolve the issue.
                                      I have followed up since that day, escalated the issue to all levels (See below names) without any solution.. Everytime we are told we will escalate and get you a solution with call back.
                                      I have never had any call back and even when i call i am told that we have escalated furrher and we apologise for the inconvenience.
                                      This is the 12th day that i am reaching out to you.

                                      I reached out to cs supervisor since cs did not have answer. He promised to connect with service centre and call back on saturday between 10-11am. I waited till 3 pm n again no show. I called cs at 3 and they informed me that shahul is busy and we will arrange call back. I told them unless i have spoken to him i will not drop call. I waited for 54 minutes on call to speak to him and he had not even taken any action.
                                      We conf called service centre manager and he informed he had been provided wrong part and did not have update when he will receive right one and resolve my issue.
                                      I have then spoken to next escalation vanita/ karthik manager @chennai cs but they too did not have a clue how ro assist me as they do not have necessary authorities to connect to samsung operations team and get me answer.

                                      Being such a big company and us being such loyal customers of the brand we have been disappointed and frustrated beyond point being your customer..

                                        There is a complain registered on 4th April 2017 for Samsung LED @ Indore, MP service center. First thing it was told to me that service executive don’t visit place and I have to carry 40 inch LED to service center. I am sure that is not message given in your TV AD about Samsung service network. After lot of discussion he finally agreed to visit my place (his contact number [protected]). After his visit he informed me about issue with mother board and speaker and it will cost me 11, 500 INR. I agreed for charges and asked him to get it replaced immediately. He checked with service center and informed back to me that within 6-7 working days, parts will be available.

                                        After almost 10 days executive visited my place with second hand mother board. As he realized I am not interested in putting up second hand part, he told us that this part has come from company and its faulty. Seriously... Samsung delivers second hand / used part ? Today is 18th April and yet no solution to my problem. Daily I am calling on[protected] and explaining my issue to different executives sometimes its Ajay, Raghv and today its Maninder. After talking to tele executive I get only assurance from them that they have raised serious concern to management team of service department and within next 48 hours you will find solution to your problem.

                                        On top of all this nonsense I got to know from service executive that if part is not available than Samsung will pay you depreciating value of LED and it will resolve issue. My LED is 5 year old and I bought it for 1 Lakh. I didn’t knew that LED has life span of only 5 years and each year I have to provide 20, 000 for buying new one. After 5 years depreciating value would be what, ZERO or at best few hundreds or thousand bucks.

                                        Looking for some concrete solution and revert from some sensible person who can solve my issue.

                                        Above mail forwarded on 'hc.[protected]@samsung.com' 'customer.[protected]@samsung.com''customer.[protected]@samsung.com' and also same thing updated on samsung page under contact us and complaint to CEO office.

                                        Its almost a month and no action on my complaint.
