I placed orders for 2 mobiles(worth Rs. 11, 000) in sangeethamobiles.com on July 23rd, 2020. The order wasn't dispatched until 24th august, 2020. Since there was a huge delay, there were multiple follow ups with the customer care of Sangeetha mobiles and all they said was, we are processing the cancellation, This is repeating for more than 2 weeks. Vijay(Senior Executive) from the customer care team has been giving false promises and not giving a proper resolution to this issue. This is causing frustration for customers like me.
