    I bought an headset just 15days back and currently its not working oneside. When i checked with showroom(Kamarajar salai-Madurai), the person is not a professional manner and simply telling that you pulled the wired so its not working. Then i asked thats fine, get the same response from iball then i will agree. Without any technical knowledge how those persons are answering directly to the customer very rood. Whether did he came and saw when i pulled? The wire looks same way from i bought. And the person is telling that sangeetha is the decision maker to take the warranty request or not. Is that true? Sangeetha is manufacturing those products then? I need proper justification from sangeetha higher level. Its just 300rs but thats not an matter. the person who responding is very very worst. Instead of buying it from sangeetha probably next time i will plan to buy it in rodeside. If i get the same answer from iball i feel okay. how sangeetha people is deciding that? Why they are not raising the request atleast? The true fact is they don't have the replacing headset in their showroom now. Also i said i dont want any exchange, take the headset and get the response only from iball. but they ignored.       I walked into ur Devasandra krpuram office. Ur representative are pathetic. They look at my clothes and start addressing me telling u shud be a bangalorean to buy a phone.

      Im a Bangalorean and I don't show this attitude. Next time this happens I will take a serious action legally.

      Please understand customer service is imp. Next time iwill send a legal notice and file a lawsuit against ur company. Respect human beings...I will never ever respect sangeetha sangeetha sangeetha sangeetha sangeetha sangeetha

          I have ordered a mobile with order I'd SAN[protected]. And after one Month the product not delivered, but in tracking show the item delivered, then I complain they say technical issue, afterthat they didn't deliver .so I want refund and I call customer service, first they pick call then I tell the problem .then they don't respond my call and email.
          Kindly take necessary action behind this reason and please refund my amount.

            I ordered a mobile worth ₹10, 999 on 15-sep-2020 from sangeethamobiles.com.By the next day I recieved a message from Sangeetha mobiles that(your order has been cancelled due to lack of stock) though it was their mistake they don't take any responsibility to refund money.i contacted many times but they do false promises and this is 14th day from cancellation.i never saw such an irresponsible customer executives.customer exugutive (Namratha) did a false promises to me two times about refund.

                I placed orders for 2 mobiles(worth Rs. 11, 000) in sangeethamobiles.com on July 23rd, 2020. The order wasn't dispatched until 24th august, 2020. Since there was a huge delay, there were multiple follow ups with the customer care of Sangeetha mobiles and all they said was, we are processing the cancellation, This is repeating for more than 2 weeks. Vijay(Senior Executive) from the customer care team has been giving false promises and not giving a proper resolution to this issue. This is causing frustration for customers like me.

                  cannot claim screen protection plan

                  We bought a phone from sangeetha mobiles on may 19 2020 along with a screen protection plan. On may 18 2020 the phone screen was damaged and came under the purview of this plan. However on approaching the store as to how to claim this protection and the next steps to be taken we were met with a blank face.

                  We have tried contacting sangeetha through various mean such as mail, phone, etc but to no avail. We have sent them repeatedly...

                  I had placed an order with your company, id no SAN60644***72664.
                  I have informed your employee to provide me link for payment of the rest of the amount when he said to me that my product is ready for delivery. The fellow did not send me any link nor did he called me. I had try to contact several times to your support no.[protected] but there is no response for calls nor to the sent emails.
                  4 days later on 20.8.20, on live chat session, the cust care representative said that the product will be available on 25th. If the order was not ready then why was additional money demanded?
                  It seems you are really great cheaters who keep customers money on the pretext of booking amount and make undeduction after not providing services. The worst ever kind of business model you operate, sorry to say this, but it's a fact.
                  I would really never suggest your company to any prospective buyers.
                  All experienced customer may kindly alert to all your known s about the issue with Sangeetha mobile Pvt ltd.

                    I had a terrible customer experience with store manager silambaran in sangeetha mobiles tnagar branch and i would want to write a detail complaint over this experience so that other customers are aware of it.

                    Since, i am regular customer of sangeetha mobiles, i received an sms stating that i have been credited with rs.1947 as independence day offer and i was advised to show the sms at store to redeem it. I called customer care no. To know more details about it. They informed that 447 rs. Would be instantly discounted when you buy mobile and remaining 1500rs would be added in my wallet and i could use it in future purchases.
                    I reached sangeetha mobiles at 3:30 pm today (8/15/2020) and i wanted to buy redmi 8. Store staff informed that they had no stock available and they had to get it from their warehouse. I waited for 30 mins for the stock arrival.
                    Staffs informed me that price was 10, 500rs. And i informed them that mobile is available at 9, 999rs in mi store online. Staffs agreed to give me the mobile at price rs.9, 999 on the condition of removing sangeetha's special 6 months warranty. I was ok with it and decided to buy at mrp 9, 999. And, then i showed the sms about independence offer of rs 1947 and checked if they would discount 447rs as per the offer.
                    Store manager informed me that if they remove sangeetha's warranty (Rs.500) and they cannot reduce rs.447 further more. I was not sure about this scam. I was checking with him that i would be purchasing the mobile at same mrp. And ideally the offer should be applicable. Store manager 'silamabaran' was reluctant to provide proper clarification and he kept insisting me to complaint to customer care. He showed me the customer care no. [protected] which was stickered on the store entrance. I tried the no. And it was a false one and not in working condition.
                    I left the store for purchasing other items in tnagar and decided to come back later.
                    Around 5:30pm, i reached the same sangeetha mobile store to get the mobile at agreed price rs.9999 and there was another person seated in the cashier place. I asked for the same mobile and staffs gave me the mobile piece. I provided my personal info as per the procedure and i was close to make the payment. Again, store manager 'silambarasan' rushed inside and stopped the payment. He informed me that another person gave rs.1000 in advance to buy this piece. Ridiculous? Inventory was not properly managed in this place, there was no receipt for rs.1000 made by other person. I was furious not only because of that manipulated sms scam offer but i was waited for nearly 30 mins to get the mobile model and store manager was reluctant to sell the mobile.

                    I was checking for escalation matrix to raise it as complaint but the customer no. Was not reachable. Store manager was keep telling me to call customer care and complaint but customer care team was not attending the calls. If any higher authorities in sangeetha mobile is reading this complaint, i request to contact me to know the full story. Sangeetha mobiles will lose their loyal customers just because this kind of customer service provided in tnagar branch.

                      I have asked for order cancellation for order no. San[protected] because product was not available with them. After multiple mails and calls, a person named lokesh gowda had called informed me about non-availabilty of product and when asked about refund, he informed me that it will be refunded within 7 days on 10/7/2020. As i haven't get any update, i have again called multiple times to their customer support. They only say that they will look and arrange a call back. On 1/8/2020, 13/8/2020, a person named satish from main office picked up and said the same. I haven't asked others names but talked to many people in between. Now they stopped replying to my mails and stopped picking up my calls also. I have requested on 1/7/2020 for cancellation and refund my money but even to this date i didn't get. Seems like sangeetha mobiles are big cheaters. They show product on app and take money. After order confirmation they won't deliver product and says product not available nor do they refund money. It all seems like fraud way to loot people money. Worst part is their support team

                        I want raise a complaint against my online purchase of Samsung Galaxy M30s mobile done on 23/07/2010 (Order ID:SAN[protected].
                        I have requested to cancel my order on 27/07/2020 based on the confirmation given by your customer care team that the product was no longer available in the stock and can't be delivered.
                        Till now I have not received the product or any confirmation mail for the cancellation.

                          I have placed an order(order no SAN[protected] on 27/6/2020. Initially money was paid but order didn't get confirmed. After mailing them with payment proofs it got confirmed. As per the order product should be delivered within 5-7 days. As I didn't get any update, I mailed them and also called them. I have been requesting for cancellation since 1/7/2020. After few days I got a call from them that product is not available and they will process the refund. Till now I didn't get any refund. Whenever I call or send mail, I only get one response that is" it's with concerned dept and is in processing". I don't understand how long does it take to process. Every customer care person picking the call tells that they will call back with updated status but I never got any update. I really regret placing an order with Sangeetha mobiles and would request others not to get fooled by these people.

                            Hi.
                            Let me tell you, i have lots of complaints about you.
                            1. I have ordered the mobile online, as you promised it's supposed to be delivered in two days. That did not happen.
                            2. The customer care/service is very poor, worst. They give same update every day, it means, they are not playing any role here. Disgusting.
                            3. There is no update on my order and there is not an link/option provided for cancelling the order.
                            4. When you do not have plan, capacity, and even particular mobile is out of stock, why did you accept the order online?

                              I ordered samsung m30s on july 22 amount is debited from my card which is 15800 but in track my order it is showing payment is pending. I don't know whether my product is ordered or not. This is not fair, i want response as soon as possible

                                  Payment issue

                                  I recently ordered redmi note 9 pro max on 13 july 2020 at 15:09:55 pm. But even after my complete payment for my online delivery, i didn't receive any msg/email/order status from your end. Need a proper explanation from your side. I almost paid 17, 999 which got deduced from my bank balance but had no effect in the website and it still shows the order is pending. This is not what a reputed mobile services should do. I need you to resolve...
