I order a product from meesho it was cod payment and delivery partner asked me for otp I received cancellation otp from shadofax and the delivery partner insisted to give it saying its the right code I gave him the code now my order status is showing cancelled and i am unable to return it I recived wrong size product I want my refund and I am worried what fraud they did why they gave cancellation code please resolve and respond asap

      Pls dont send delivery person with number eight zero one five eight eight one nine zero nine.. I don't know his name .. I'm from Chennai, he talks very bad and cheap words with my mother . She felt very bad on receiving delivery. He wanted my mom to come down all the way from 2nd floor to receive the delivery.. she came and took the delivery and he has not return the change also and moreover he was shouting at my mom, as if her mistake for not giving correct amount.. pls take action against this person .. number is EIGHT ZERO ONE FIVE EIGHT EIGHT ONE NINE ZERO NINE

        I strongly request don't send products from SHADOWFAX COURIER SERVICE. Bec Dinesh Kumar from Chennai is a very rude, fraud delivery person, who uses very bad words with ladies. Doens't respect women, and cheats money too.. He is a rowdy he disrespects women's uses harsh words to my mom..his number [protected].. shadowfax hired Goons in their company

          I request don't send DINESH kumar from Chennai to any delivery as he behaves very badly, only bec of him i don't like ur courier service..his number starts from EIGHT ZERO ONE FIVE EIGHT EIGHT ONE NINE ZERO NINE.. PLS I BEG U DON'T SEND THIS PERSON FOR DELIVERY AS HE INSULTS INFRONT OF ALL

            I am ordered one products on 24 Feb, but today received, from delivery boy, I am paid the amount, and seen the product, this is wrong and already used products, I am say to deliver boy pick the return, but he is not accept, only collection my money rs 750

            Need refund and pick the product for return below I have attached order details, many times I called customer care no response

              I placed order on Flipkart. Since I didn't like it so I placed a return for that order.
              Now return was picked up by shadowfax AWB R[protected]WEB on 19th Feb 11am.
              After 5 mins of order picked up, I received a message that quality check didn't pass .
              Since that person picked up the return item already why I received that message. That is a fraud. He has kept the item with him. Everytime I track the order status it shows order not picked up.
              Please help me in getting the refund.

              I reached out to the delivery boy. He said that due to some technical issues order status was showing not picked withQC failed. Now je updated the status and I have received my refund. Closing it

                I've deliver a product through meesho and the courier partner was shadowfax and the product wasn't delivered in place of return they changed my product. The product I've received is totally different from given.. This is the third time when shadowfax replace my product in return. Plz have a look it affects on small start-up like us and they are doing totally fraud and this is unacceptable.

                  Shadowfax rider had picked up the tatcliq product on 16th Feb. However the the quality check failed for the product. I have tried contacting them using the customer care number and there is no response from them either. If they return the product I would raise a return request again.

                    This is Imtiyaz ahmad hereby requesting you to deliver my parcel from AJIO as soon as possible as I asked delivery person to cancel my order and in return he asked me for otp to cancel. But my order is showing to be delivered. But I have not received it yet.                       I asked delivery partner to cancel my order of AJIO with order id FN[protected]* as I was not available at my destination. In return he asked me for Otp to cancel my order and within 2 minutes i received a message that ur order has been delivered although I was unavailable..I make several calls to delivery partner as well as shadow fax team regarding my order but all my efforts goes into vain..The order was supposed to be delivered at Gandhinagar Tiptur Karnataka *572201* ..I request u to help me out otherwise I m gonna raise a police complaint as well by tomorrow.

                          On 16 feb 2023, I have requested for two returns on meesho. After some time I received a sms from Shadowfax that my pickup is arrange and this is the otp, after sometime I received a call from shadowfax Courrier partner that mam I'm coming for pickup.
                          He came and said mam you have 2 product return I said yes 2. Than I hand over the product to him and gave him the otp.
                          Tracking id- R[protected]FPL
                          Shadofax Delivery boy no. [protected]

                          Than I received a sms your pickup is cancelled by the Courrier partner.
                          Then I call meesho customer care for help. But they totally denied and said we can't do anything in this as we don't have any contact with the courier partner. I have call recordings of meesho executive totally denying for help.
                          I call the delivery partner several times but he didn't picked my call. Then he send me an sms and talked to me in sms. I said I will complain against you then He said that he will return my product till evening but he didn't came. When I call him back he blocked my no. I call him from another no. But he blocked that no. Too. I can't even contact shadowfax as there is no direct way to contact them. I call the delivery boy from several no. But when he received after listening about the return and my address he is blocking all the. No. And it's been 21 Feb he didn't return my product. It's really a headache now as I'm not getting any help.

                                  My return product was supposed to be picked up on 12 of February. I received a message that my product is scheduled for pick with the pickup executives number. When I tried reaching out to the pickup executive they told me its a wrong number and he does not work there.                                     Not picking up the product

                                    Product was of Rs 1552/- and i placed order on meesho and i got delivery of completely different product and initiated for a return from customer support help and it's been 3days with 3times pickup attempt .. The shadowfax pickup partner not picking product is ready for pick up and the person is not picking up the product from shadowfax side and he is misguiding me so much and i believed his words and shared...

                                    I have to return a product which I ordered via vanheusen but everytime it was showing pickup failed but no one contacted me. Lastly I myself went to office and given the product.Later it showed QC failed at doorstep.they were saying price tag wasn't there and I am sure that I didn't miss anything before return.I want my money back

                                      There are 4 products which needs to be picked up by shadowfax ordered through meesho but haven't been picked up yet. It has exceeded the given timeline but still no action from shadowfax. Pickup was cancelled on sameday is what I can see when I track the AWB number in website.
