I've ordered for a return of a product bought from Meesho. The initial date of return was scheduled on 1st November 2022 by a rider from Shadowfax. The courier service provided me a number of the rider but when I tried to contact the rider, everytime it said the number you're trying to contact is busy but in the tracking section of Shadowfax, they mentioned the customer was not contactable. I complained it to the customer care of Shadowfax, they said by 2nd November my product would be collected from me. They assigned me the same rider who never contacted me. I want the issue to be resolved as early as possible.

    Delivery boy didn’t deliver the order yet however the order is showing as delivered. When called him, he said he will bring it next day. And the next day never came. Now he is not even answering the phone calls. Please look into this. This is the third time I am facing this issue.

      I ordered a product on meesho online shopping platform but that parcel received me completely changed then I'm return my parcel but Shadowfax courier partner are says give me some money otherwise I'm not done your pickup when i complained her senior then he talk me like abusive. So i wanna complain on this type of behaviour.

                            I lost many orders due to non-pickup of orders. The pickup guy sents fake messages that he tried but failed. He never did!
                            SF[protected]FPL and many more yet to pick or canceled due to non pickup.
                            Finally i got the pickup guy number, I called him. He said “sir, pack karne ke baad aapko hume call karna pdta hai fir he hum aate hai🤡”
                            Is is my duty to call him after generating lables?
                            Do i have his numbers?
                            Other company courier company comes for pickup everyday, only having issues with your pickups.
                            Teach rules to your staff.
                            I will never use shadowfax again, just here to tell how bad your company employees are!

                                  SF10002352KR - my awb number. They are such a fraud company that they sent my order back to me when it never even reached the customer's destination, no delivery attempts were made, not even one. The order got canceled mid-destination with no prior knowledge to me or the customer. They gave no reason with that return. I was expecting for the order to get delivered today instead I get a notification saying RTO has been initiated without any reason. And on top of that, I had to pay the return freight charge. Such pathetic service, called customer care, all numbers are out of service. It is basically impossible to reach them. Deliver my order or compensate me for that order and full freight charges.

                                    I have ordered 2 items from flipkart whose expected delivery were on 8th Oct now one of the order the delivery boy called me on 7th to receive my order during the time i was not in home due to some emergency I told to deliver it on next daybut he behaved rudely and told my order will be cancelled as he can't deliver on 8th and at night I received the message that order has been cancelled. Now come to the 2nd order i received a message on 8th oct at 4 pm that my order is out for delivery and then at night 12:35 am(9th oct) I received a message that my order can't be delivered as I was unavailable although I did not receive any call from the delivery agent of shadowfx on 8th Oct. And when I raise a complaint to the courier service and got notification that someone will call me within 24 hrs but till now nobody contacted me. This the worst courier service I have ever experienced with bunch of lies fooling the customer. I don't know what are they fdoing with my orders. I want my orders to be delivered by tomorrow.

                                      I ordered a wall mirror from Meesho which I received on October *st and on the same day I requested for a return as the product was broken
                                      Shadowfax who is delivery partner of Meesho was assigned for order pick up but shadowfax delivery boy is not coming for order pick up and on the contrary threatens on phone that he will not come, do what you want to do
                                      How many times I have raised complaint in Meesho customer care but shadowfax people are not deterring from their wrong behavior.
