Prepaid Order placed on 01.12.2021 and shipped on the same day expected to be delivered on 10.12.2021 and was reached Hyderabad on 06.12.2021, but fact is it is updated as delivered on 09.12.2021 without even contacting us for delivered and no has has came to delivered the product. It is been same on shadowfax and also on meesho who are playing with public money.
Shadowfax is even not bother about their reputation who is taking courier assignments and not delivering at desired expectations and is not even feeling shame to keep open complaints

    Hi this is pravallika I ordered an item from priya de Facebook page and then I got a problem with size of my dress.again I replaced it on 10th november .still I didnt get any dress .everytime iam tracking order to check the status.qithout contacting me n without any calls from delivery executive he was rescheduled it 2 times as of now I didnt get my product as early as possible I want my dress or my money back

      I was called by your delivery man today evening at 7:40pm. He asked me to come down and pickup the delivery. I was working and couldn't go down. He rescheduled the delivery and returned. Kindly get the parcel home delivered.

          I have received few orders from Meesho and the delivery is through Shadowfax. But since last 5 days no person has turned up for picking up the parcel. I tried complaining they are telling your address is incomplete and your phone number is unreachable. They instead are calling for rating. That call can connect but the executive cannot call who is gonna come for pickup.

            I had ordered from decathlon earlier and due to size issue I want to return it and my pickup is initiated through shadowfax courier 8th of December 2021 is pickup date but I was not present on pickup address at that day so I had rescheduled pickup to 9th of December but on 9th of December no one contacted me or came to my adress for pickup...I tried to contact them but couldn't plzz help me out I want to return my order as soon as possible

              Shadow fax delivery partner id not picking up the call we tried so much time and he used to switch of the phone again i contact him next day mroning after hearing my sound he cut down the call .. why shadowfax delivery partners is so irresponsible . after resquesting 4 times to snapdeal they allow to pickup the product now shadowfax is being irresponsible . delivery parnter Dixon [protected]

                This very sad that even after continuous follow up ur customers care service not even try to contact to customer whether ur issue is resolved or not still delivery boy not deliver the product. He purposely not deliver product today. [protected] I get the call from this number he said I am not getting ur address and talk arrogantly I immediately raise this issue to hopscotch and shadowbox customer care center, Immediately I get call from hopscotch but till this time I will not get a single call from ur customer care service center. Very very pathetic and unprofessional job is done by your company. I will never used this company service for sure and I m forwarding this complaint mail to hopscotch not to use shadowbox courier service.

                      A prepaid order from Meesho (order #[protected]) was shipped through shadowfax (tracking ID: SF[protected]FPL) and it was falsely updated as delivered on 24th November whereas I was not even contacted to attempt delivery. If he updated it as cancelled order then also I could get at least a refund. I am contacting Meesho again and again as well as writing complaint message and mail to shadowfax. Now I am helpless; neither I got the product nor the money. Please help asap!🙏🏻😭

                      Got a mail from customercomplaints.in saying that the message was forwarded to shadowfax and then the nearest shadowfax center did the rest and it is solved finally. Thank you customercomplaints.in, it got solved within less than 24 hrs than I reached you!

                          Mujhe bola gaya tha ki jab mai shadowfax join karunga toh mera 500 deduction hoga earning me se jab mera first order complete hoga uske baad jab 50 orders complete hone pe 500 deducted hoga lekin mera 500 extra deducted kiya hai ye company ne first order onboarding deduction 2 baar hua h ye deduction or ye company fraud hai issue solve hoga bolke 2 week wait kara diya par abhi tak solve nhi kiya issue

                                    Hi Sir,

                                    I a Nagaraj from MOORTHY cell point, Tiruvannamalai, my Paytm EDC machine surrender to company and sent via shadowfax, on 1 st June 2021. But ti time the parcel bot delivered to paytm, pls check the status.,

                                    paytm company said we didn't received your device, once again check with courier office.,

                                    local shadowbox person told, we sent the parcel to paytm. Tiruvannamalai shadowfax persons not response my complaints.

                                    Almost 5 months gone,

                                    Where my Parcel ????
