I have returned two products from the hopscotch through shadowfax. on 25th Oct 2021 the delivery boy has picked the 2 items from me (Id[protected] and[protected] around 12pm later he cancelled the pickup and did not give my products back. I didn't get any update from the hopscotch. He called me through the number [protected] then he asked me for the OTP also for two times. first time I got OTP 8692 then I got 1114. After receiving the product he cancelled my pickup . Just do inquiry with the courier boy. Atleast I need my products back. Shadowfax having worst courier boys. I'm getting irritation of online shopping.

I didn't receive my product I had ordered from mesho...
I have raised complain but it zeros down to shadowfax delivery...
I want to know Where is my product? Why no phone call was made on that day? Without my telling the delivery code how can the delivery boy deliver? No one can enter inside IIT BOMBAY CAMPUS without permission... There is no permission taken by Shadowfax at our main gate in IIT BOMBAY according to the security...
It is not Just a matter of some rupees but matter of honesty at your part which u have failed... I will raise a complain about this with the heads of company in larger manner i[censored] don't call me and resolver my issue.

I have received a product from Limeroad with order number [protected].Invoice no [protected] & GSTIN no 06ABOFA6729M1ZF.The price was 770/ but the delivery boy has taken 870/ from me. I was not aware of the price before but after opening the pack I was surprised to see it.
Please look into the matter and refund my money and ask that boy why he is fooling the party.

I have placed a ordered by messo and which was delivered by your courier company . Delivery boy behavior is not good and very unprofessional . i just tell him to cancel this order at door step and he is started argument with me,
Kindly request to you don't hire this unprofessional employee .
Please look into this. I am also writing a complaint to delivery partner messo so they can also aware of this.

I just asked delivery boy to cancel this request at door step but he started arguing with me and his language was very unprofessional. I really upset this kind of behavior. Please let me know if you want complete shipment details then i share you so you can track the delivery boy and take a proper action against him.

I m order a product from meesho it's deliver by other courier compny thereafter the product quality not match so i returned it by shadowfax courier the delivery partner of meesho ...after 2 days i check the message that mention the product was mismatch so the shadowfax not pick the product then i call meesho they are saying they enquired and reply you 5/6 days ...after 6 days they demand from me a pickup slip and actually they not provide any pickup slip to there customer ...after this happen i contineously contact meesho they not help me anymore ...this type of fraud start by online platform who looted peoples money through this type of game ...please help me

Ill denied and told him sir when you give me my parcel ill give you delivery otp but without taking product how can i give you otp and he cut the call and canceled my shipment and again i request meesho to resend my order and on 27th and on29 October he call me on 9:41 pm when i picckup the call he immidiatly cut the call and cancel my shipment without even asking me i call him 4 time he cut my call and blocked my no.
