As I mentioned I ordered one jeans oct 28th last 5 days back the delivery boy connected with me he said he delivery nov 5th but now that status ita showing like product is returned to seller how can this possible with out delivery intimate how they return my product this is big mistake from your end please check

I am getting the dilivery person call at morning when I will be at collage now wn I call back evening it will not connect dilivery person it says to enter mobile number and pin code if I enter it sayd wrong input and I need my dilivery at evening times above 4 30

Your courier guy has pickup the material on 28.10.2021 ( Sports shorts) which I have order from BrickbyBrick company. Now almost 02 weeks has been passed but no refund amount has been issued to me. Brick team telling me that they haven't yet received the material from you. As per their statement your team not responding to their calls. Shadowfax ask online payment before delivery my problem then I was payed online by Paytm to shadowfax 376 rupe but then delivery boy come he was also collect 380rupe total I have pay 376+380=756 rupe but product received only 376 rupe please return my money

The delivery person asked for the OTP on phone even before getting me the product. When I denied he has straight away cancelled my prepaid order. Now like a jobless person I have to reach out to the customer care to followup on my package.

I have returned two products from the hopscotch through shadowfax. on 25th Oct 2021 the delivery boy has picked the 2 items from me (Id[protected] and[protected] around 12pm later he cancelled the pickup and did not give my products back. I didn't get any update from the hopscotch. He called me through the number [protected] then he asked me for the OTP also for two times. first time I got OTP 8692 then I got 1114. After receiving the product he cancelled my pickup . Just do inquiry with the courier boy. Atleast I need my products back. Shadowfax having worst courier boys. I'm getting irritation of online shopping.

I didn't receive my product I had ordered from mesho...
I have raised complain but it zeros down to shadowfax delivery...
I want to know Where is my product? Why no phone call was made on that day? Without my telling the delivery code how can the delivery boy deliver? No one can enter inside IIT BOMBAY CAMPUS without permission... There is no permission taken by Shadowfax at our main gate in IIT BOMBAY according to the security...
It is not Just a matter of some rupees but matter of honesty at your part which u have failed... I will raise a complain about this with the heads of company in larger manner i[censored] don't call me and resolver my issue.
