I have ordered for wild craft rain coat in Flipkart and it's shipped through ekart logistics now the product is in shadowFaxchandapurODH_BLR hub. It was supposed to be delivered on 12th of October and it was out for delivery on the same day but the delivery executive updated undelivered attempt and again today he have updated undelivered attempt customer rejected. I didn't get single call or msg from the courier end is this the way ur organisation is working pls look into the problem and deliver the product asap for Reference tracking ID FMPC[protected]

    Hii, iam shakti I ordered some thing from meesho today on 13th October I received a call from your delivery boy I don't remember his name and he said that he has a delivery of my and come on main road I reached there within a 5 min but delivery boy was not there I waited there for half an hour but he not come I try to call him but he not picking up my call after that his phone was busy I wait there and come back home so I want to ask you this kind of service you provide to your costumer I want full explanation why he not come and I want your senior manager email I'd and his number.

            Respected Sir/Ma'am,
            My Name is Samreen, I Ordered Jivika Petite Women Women Kurta Sets (Blue Kaftan) From Meesho On 28th September 2021 and Sender Sent It. But Due Size Issue I Put It On The Exchange On Lower Size. Pickup was done on[protected], It Should Be Delivered By Tommorow.
            I Waited Whole Day For My Delivery. But Nor The Delivery Executive Called Nor Msged Me. Last Time I Checked on 23:30 p.m On[protected], the delivery was yet to be made. And On 10th Oct 2021, At 02:00 A.m It Showed That My "Product Have Been Delivered". I didn't received my product and it was paid order.
            I don't know where the heck my product gone, I tried to shadowfax customer care but failed to get any help. If This Continues I Am Afraid I Have To Sue You For This, Because It Was Your Responsibility To Take Care That Our Product Should Be Delivered To It's Rightful Owner.And My Issue Has Not Been Resolved Yet.

                  They haven't updated the status of delivery. Its been almost a week, still Order #[protected] is out for delivery. They delivered the product last week on 03rd October, 2021, I was not able return the product as the status is still the same.

                      Order #[protected]

                      product got picked up but not updated on the messho app. It is been 3 days. Didn't get the refund. Meesho also not taking things seriously. Yesterday I called the customer service to update the status, but that messho representative didn't save it. Altogether worst experience.

                      Please solve the issue.

                              Ordered a product and we were waiting for the delivery.yesterday 5th Oct Azaruddin from Shadowfa came for delivery since we were out of home we could not receive but informed to get the delivery at 11am on 06th i.e. today.when delivery was not made at 11am today, called the same no. But this time different guy picked up the call and the way he spoke for the delivery was very arrogant and NOT customer friendly and moreover he disconnected the call while talking.Did not expect this kind of very poor delivery response from Shadowfax.

                                This is to inform you that this man Gaurav Kumar claims to be HR of shadowfax. His number is [protected]
                                He called me today and explained that they required delivery boy. And told all process.
                                Then I asked about his office. He said there is 8 office in delhi. He said he is calling from head office. He said they will charge you 600 for delivery bag n joining fee. And he said he will not charge from me. Then I understood something is fissy. Then I asked what is the process to join he said
                                He required pan card adhar card driving license. And you need to download app from playstore. Then 3-4 formality you will be joined. Then I said i ll go office send me address i ll pay 600 there. He said send me hi on whatsapp. Then I asked about office Address then he said 8 office hai. Mne kaha sbke address bhejo.
                                Usne computer ka screenshot bheja. Fir main usko bola show me your face on video call and send me ID card. He said he is not permitted. So here confirmed fake fraud. 420.

                                Maine uski video call kia usne bina pick kiye kaat dia 3-4 bar aisa hi kiya. Fir usne muje block kar dia.
                                Maine dusre number se usko message kia. Screenshot dekho attached kiya h

                                I posted a similar complaint against sanjay patil aka shaik allahbaks but no action taken so far. He is cheating and doing online fraud. Link de ra hu us complaint ka bhi.

                                    100%Fraud app any one can join by giving wrong documents ... Give yur frnd DL pan card and join as a partner login numb [protected] name darshan but doccument submitted as chandra shekar .. Soon i will get FIR ON THIS CASE

                                      I had a pick up order scheduled on 5 th Oct 2021 I got the message "We tried reaching you today for pickup of Nirlon Non Sti.. from Swapnaja Nilekar. You may reach us at[protected] PIN 7103 - Shadowfax" but the person going to pick up did not call the customer and sent this message and I call that person he said his bike was damaged so it will take some time to pick up that order. So I request you to help your employees as soon as possible when they have such problems. So that customers like us don't have to wait and get stressed.

                                        My Suborder no. [protected], regd. Mobile number [protected] ( other contact number-[protected]) is placed for return request on 29th September 2021. But, still not picked up by SHADOWFAX who has been scheduled for pick up the product.

                                        Do the needful at the earliest.

                                        Further, executive at Whatsapp chatt are also not very much effective to solve the issue.
