I have been trying to reach the customer support and there has been no responce not there has been any callback, my order has reached my delivery location as on 13th october 2021, and till date there has been no delivery attempt that ahs been made its almost 7 days that the prodcut has reached and its not delivered. Ther ehas been no update on the tracking also as to what is the exact issue.
This is the worst delivery service provider i have seen till now, who is least bother for providing any kind of service

    Actually, my pick up address is brodipet, 2nd line, but
    Delivery agent went to the wrong address of amaravathi road instead of my address and placed in the status QC failed due to mismatch of product handover by customer even with out visiting the pickup location

      I have booked a parcel by shiprocket through shadofax on 4 th oct but after 9 th oct there are no update and status is in transit.And every day expected delivery date is changing to future date.I have called multiple times to shiprocket & shadofax but not getting any resoution.very very poor service.I do not know the parcel whether exist or not.Even I am trying to call them they are not giving any solution and no update on delivery.Please do the needful and make it delivered ASAP.

                I initiated a return request on 4th september and the return has not been made yet, I have called them around 100s of times and there is still no response. Today I received a message that the pick up will be done today and I myself called the delivery agent and he said that it will be done the next day and after some time I received a message that the customer was not reachable. These are heights of bad service, please help with the pick up

                    I had referred my friend to join Shadowfax as a delivery partner.

                    I have to get Rs. 1000 after completing his 50 orders within a 30 days.

                          I have ordered for wild craft rain coat in Flipkart and it's shipped through ekart logistics now the product is in shadowFaxchandapurODH_BLR hub. It was supposed to be delivered on 12th of October and it was out for delivery on the same day but the delivery executive updated undelivered attempt and again today he have updated undelivered attempt customer rejected.                             Hii, iam shakti I ordered some thing from meesho today on 13th October I received a call from your delivery boy I don't remember his name and he said that he has a delivery of my and come on main road I reached there within a 5 min but delivery boy was not there I waited there for half an hour but he not come I try to call him but he not picking up my call after that his phone was busy I wait there and come back home so I want to ask you this kind of service you provide to your costumer I want full explanation why he not come and I want your senior manager email I'd and his number.

I didn't received my product and it was paid order.
