Product not received as original which is mentioned on site picture .

Why i was received copied product not original .

This is very worst facilities or meesho app .

All products are copied everything is fake .
I ' m claiming to Meesho given me claim 10 lacs my costly time investing .

I'm very busy man and i was very disturbing to this accident .

This guy has picked up my product and I haven't received and messages or call before or after picking up my product

I ordered a product on 24 th September it's estimate delivery date was 30 th September today is 3rd oct I didn't get my product

I have initiated return from meesho, and it was scheduled on 28th but as of now no executive has came from shadowfax

I have sent several mail to shadowfax regarding my pickup

Also customer service is not responding my calls

If my pickup not happens by today evening i will escalate this matter to higher level

Some days back I had ordered from meesho and I didn't get my order but it's showing will be delivered on 1 st October and the payment was prepaid..plz help me to sort out this asap

How it's possible to update the delivery status without pin and secret code, then what's the purpose of pin and secret code??

Akash Roy, your courier agent picked up an item for returning the same to AJIO but it is not yet delivered.

Some days back I had ordered from meesho and I didn't get my order but it's showing it has been delivered and the payment was prepaid..plz help me to sort out this asap.

When I am writing this email not satisfying of your services

Please be informed that, I have placed return order this product #R[protected]MY however the delivery come to pickup he was not coming to my place and he was argument with me and even he not pick up my product.

Still that return product in my hand only, could you please help me to get this product return.

Note: please improve your services and train your delivery boys to speck with nice language with costumers

Product has been picked up by the delivery guy on 26th sep but yet i didn't receive any confirmation on app it is showing out for pickup and other day i.e. again a delivery called and asked for the that has already been taken on 26 th sep i told him about this that product had already been picked up and then he asked for otp and cancelled the product. The product was of lenskart and they said that the product was not received by us. Please tell me what should i do know. Why don't you provide any acknowledgment slip or any thing else. It was totally a fraud

Worst unproffessional service from shadowfax, i have placed my order for return through AJIO. But everyday not a single pickup agent tries to contact me and everyday they postpone the schedule for pickup which they have mentioned earlier.
Shadowfax is worst, they really don't care about someone's money

I never complain but this time I was forced to lodge a complain. The package has arrived in mu City 4 days ago and still I haven't gotten my package. There is no proper contact number given so the CUSTOMERs can get any updates, all the numbers are either switched off, or invalid. Absolutely ## services you're providing. Im regretting even buying the products.

And for ### sake provide us a contact number that actually ## works! Jesus!

Snapdeal took the payment and didn't even deliver my order, just sent the delivered message after taking the money and didn't send my order

My package was picked up on 19 sep 2021, but still hasn't been delivered. Tracking shows it's still not delivered and hasn't moved since 19 sep.

I have complained against to delivery boy, he's name saravanan selvaraj (contact no. [protected]) he asked otp, we asked for what? He told once give your otp we could delivery to your address because it's prepaid order. Ok this first time also new delivery partner, so we gave... But he called again if you want your order come and take I tell u where. We are asked, you u should delivery to our address, he is telling nit possible i[censored] want come otherwise I ll called. Again got otp he said this otp for tomorrow will delivery... Ok I given, after got a message your order was cancelled. Then I cal to him not pickup.
Beware from sadowfax delivery... Be careful all cheater are working... Worst👎👎👎👎👎

The worst delivery service ever. Delivery agent is irresponsible enough to return the ordered product without my consent. Delivery boy didnt contacted me and even didn't knock the door. I doubt whether he came or not. Anyway current status is shown as product delivery has got cancelled. What the hell is this??!!!

I have order one kurti in Meesho, I didn't received the product it was not delivered to me but in the status it is showing as Delivered...I haven't received any OTP nor any call from the courier services...I need my product to be delivered to me...This is my Order ID SF[protected]FPL...

The agent had his mask loosely hanging around his neck. on being requested to wear it properly, he said that it was just there because the police would fine for non-compliance. I refused to open the door till he wore his mask, to which he raised the mask to cover his mouth.
On repeated pleas to wear his mask properly for me to open the door to receive my package, he challenged me to raise this up with the company and complain against him. in his words, "Try and complain. Nothing will happen to me. You wont be able to do anything." He rang my bell five times but throughout didn't bother to cover his nose with the mask, despite several requests. Finally took a picture of him with the mask off and he again threatened me to raise a ticket with the company and also threatened to leave without the package.
It's a serious concern on my end as the person who initially received the package was a senior citizen and he refused to take his health into consideration/see how he was putting others' lives in danger.

Also goes to show the extent to which the delivery agents have been trained in following covid protocols. Didn't ask him anything outside of what is considered mandatory and harmful to my health as well as those around me.
