I bought a cloth from meesho then dirty cloth is deliver.then i raise a return request which assign for pickup by shadowfx courier siliguri.then pickup rider come and reject to pickup and say your cloth is dirty, i require neat and clean cloth as shown in comapany advertising image.then i again request to pickup but he always reject.after this ahain raise return requeat with another pin code then returnpickup assign to ecom express .ecom executive come successfully pickup for return.
so shadowfx siliguri staff and their associate is useless, so plz close your office or terminate siliguri staff imidietly due to another customer also harassed by shadowfx rider.

      We have one return item to Allen Solly and one of the guy whose number is [protected] called me at 2 pm and he said within 2 minutes I will be at your home for pick pick-up my order and waiting more than 2 hours he didn't show. When I called so many times he closed the line. What type of guys you are keeping while they does not know how to talk with customers.

          Delivery boy is not good in behaviour. Refused to pick up my product. He did QC fail when I already gave a reason to meesho. And my request is also approved. Again I requested. Next day he doesn't come. And did same thing. Before that he was also picked my product. Not good in behaviour. Refused to come my home.

            I have order 6 pouches costing Rs999, but I got some different product which hardly costs Rs60 in market. This is crucial and unbelievable. I want to return my order and please get me my money back.

                What the hell u r dng I ordered product in 12 of August excepted date was on 21 but wht the happed u can see in attached files today ur deliver person called pankaj ( I dnt knw he tld his original) from [protected] and he asked me to send the otp number that he has sent to me but I denied I asked him to give me the product first but rudely said if I dnt send the otp he will cancel the request i asked him to wait then I'll called meesho customer care but they informed not to disclose the otp so again i tried to call your Shadowfax delivery boy he was disconnecting my calls so I went to check the delivery track he cancelled my order what kind of customer service u r giving I want that product

                    My return id- RT44805725 for product Carlton London- Chunky heels with ankle strap from Ajio was scheduled for today but due to some constraint I ain't able to make return because I was not present at the address.
                    But the delivery person with contact no.[protected] and personal contact no.- [protected] try to contact me, I provide him with the actual reason for not able to make return than he assure me and insist me to provide OTP I received with fake assurance that he will re-attempt pick-up by tomorrow. But he played a fowl game, than I received a message that the "quality checked failed" for the product.
                    This is not the right behaviour you show to your customers.

                        Actually my courrieer has been scheduled for pickup on 13 August 2021, it's not been picked up on that day and I was trying to reschedule the date.. no one from the shadowfax is reachable and even contacting the customer care to reschedule..every time they are saying their customer care executive will reach me for the support and it's not at all happening..this is very irritating and very bad service.

                              My return pick up was scheduled on 28 Aug 2021. Delivery boy called and asked for OTP, saying he need to check how many articles are to be picked up. I shared the OTP with him. after that he said I am coming but didnot turned up. Moreover I received the message from ajio that I have requested to reschedule pick up as it was not ready with me.                                   My peter england t-shirt was supposed to be picked up. (Order No.- R[protected]TDN). It kept on getting rescheduled and no-one called fot pick up. Now I'm shown that it is cancelled after 3 successful atempts. But, they have never called. I issued complaint with help center. It shows that they'll call in 1 hour but, the call never came. No idea what kind of service is this.

                                    I am supplier on Meesho, and a parcel from customer was coming to me via shadowfax, parcel was taken from customer on 3rd August, at 9 pm on 19th August I got a call from delivery boy and said today will not be able to deliver the packet since it is late night, then he updated the tracking status to Delivered.
                                    Today is 27th August and till now I have not received my parcel, delivery boy has not cheated with me.

                                    I want my all costing of that parcel, If I don't get any reply in 2 days then I will file case against shadowfox in court.

                                      FOR URGENT HELP: Delivery Boy repeatedly not delivering the package with tracking id SF[protected]FPL and wrongly posting the delivery status as cancelled !! This has happened twice on Aug 24 and again on Aug 26 despite reporting the matter of Aug 24. No action has been taken against the Delivery boy and this encourages the Delivery boys to boldly harass customers. Absence of in-person contacts also promotes such harassment. Delivery boy has the number[protected] PIN 8960

                                      Please can you check immediately, take actions, and help to deliver the package safely and with quality.
