I recieved a text in the morning that your order is going to be dilevered today and it is out for delivery at COD and I haven't ordered anything
Luckily I was not duped by these guys and sent away the courier back without paying anything

Please beware of these scams

    I receive fail attempt pickup calls but nobody calls for pickup.

          Receiving calls daily from Shadowfax for a COD order which I didn't even order. It's agreeable that they only deliver what is been sent by the seller. But a same order which I declined already saying it wasn't mine ?? They should send it back to the sender or do anything with the product, but not disturb me daily for something which isn't mine . Moreover, they do not have a phone number, neither are they replying back to my emails. So frustrated of seeing them calling in my busy schedules.

            I had scheduled a return pickup of three items of order ID #FL[protected]. The delivery agent picked up three items and marked the items returned for two items only. As a result I got refund for two items and the third one is pending.

                    Hi team,

                    I have not received my package. The shipment delivery date is 26 july and no its 30th july. Still m waiting for my package. I have contacted shadowfax mulitple time but not received any information. Why the people is not able to deliver my shipment. What is the issue with this???this is pathetic service i got shadowfax. give me my order otherwise process my refund

                      My order is delayed from 5days. For the order I have postponed all my works and waiting for the order. But these people are least interested in delivering the order. Not receiving the call and messages. And it's showing cancelled.

                              First I ordered a kurti dress material but they gave me pink color dress material where as I want orange color dress material. In whatsapp the group name AAPKI DUKAN gave me dress material for ₹500 the order delivery man came from shadowfax and gave me the pink color dress material, so I returned the pink color dress material and told the whatsapp man to return it and give the orange one but the delivery boy came and took the pink color dress material and I wait for 2 weeks but the orange dress material not came.. And my ₹500 are still pending & they did not refunded me.

                                      Shadowfax is a delivery partner for Ajio.
                                      We have raised return pick up for several times. The deliver person does not come to us place but calls up and ask for OPT stating he will pick up the product in 5 mins but he does not pick up. He updates the ticket as closed without picking the product.
                                      Today he called but I could not answer however immediately I called in 2 mins. He answers rudely and says why you didn’t pick now I cannot come.
                                      Refused to come and pick the product. I have the recording of the call.
                                      Can someone take action on thr irresponsible people. I

                                        FRAUD COMPANY - Anonymous Senders for pan-India Scam

                                        Address: Mumbai

                                        This courier company is running a pan-India scam of fake orders.

                                        1. First you will receive an SMS saying your order from will be delivered today. There will be a link to track the shipment.

                                        2. This link will not work and you can't track it on www.shadowfax.in website with any AWB number or anything given in the SMS.

                                        3. Within one hour you will get a phone call asking for directions to your home...
