Receiving calls daily from Shadowfax for a COD order which I didn't even order. It's agreeable that they only deliver what is been sent by the seller. But a same order which I declined already saying it wasn't mine ?? They should send it back to the sender or do anything with the product, but not disturb me daily for something which isn't mine . Moreover, they do not have a phone number, neither are they replying back to my emails. So frustrated of seeing them calling in my busy schedules.
Shadowfax customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
