I had ordered a product and when the product arrived for delivery I was not available, so I informed the delivery person to give the product to security and I paid the amount through the link he sent.. but he has not delivered the product to the security.

I have the proof for paying. If required I will send that also.. please take this issue into consideration and refund my amount

      Sir I Have Changed The Pickup Date AS I Was Quite Busy that Day. The Delivery Boy Came And Not Given Package to My Mother She Insisted Still Not Given and Went Back And Cancelled My Product Return. Please Resolve It ASAP.

        I am handling Kayamkulam franchise of shadowfax upto April 1.I handover my hub inventory and all item to shadowfax on April 1 .They don't give back my deposite yet after three month time.they don't even reply for my email.My one lakh deposite is still with them.Don't take franchise.They are cheaters.

              This third rate person has refused pick up first time. Second time picked up and came back and threw parcel back without informing me . Should be complaining to police about such behaviour . He misbehaved and threw return dress back to me first time . HORRRIBLE. Indecent company and no phone number to contact!!!

                      A parcel was delivered at my home in my absence. The courier guy charged 774/- from my brother. My brother paid amount through GPAY. I have call the person who delivery and taken amount from brother. He is not telling who asked him to deliver the parcel to my address. I had never ordered the product. Looks like, It's a scam. There's no customer care no of yours where I can contact. Order no SF[protected]FPL

                        I'm doing return pick up at meesho but this rascal sunit mishra or who ever he is calls me and asks address but he does not come for pick up
                        And than he put wrong messege that quality check is denied
                        So big rascal he is
                        I know name because I called back at the number he called me and I asked why you don't come and put wrong messege ?

                        So embarrassing this rascal is
                        He called me on 22.6.21
                        Than again on 28.6.21
                        But he did not come for pick up
                        Why such rascals do job ?
                        Search who is this rascal ..my address is shiv society, nandigram

                          The company is TOTALLY FRAUD...NEVER EVER WORK FOR THEM...
                          Whether you are an Employee, Rider, or VENDOR.

                          The company never gives payments on time. Don't have any official office outside Bangalore.
                          We have pending payments of more than 2 lakh with them...and we are Delhi based...so can not go to their office frequently...and they not responding us since last 3 months.

                          If by any chance you will get connected to any of their employees, they said nothing in their hand...and they themselves start abusing about the company and top management.

                              Sir, i m a delivery partner of shadowfax my name is sonu lal and my id is 980885 .i m from kolkata .i worked near about 14 or 15 days. i completed my 59 order but still my earnings is not showing and i did not get single money ...i lost near about 1000 rupees petrol plus my hardwork ...its not good sir i belong with poor family i thought that i earn from your company but here i only lost my money...

                                  My order from Clovia (Order ID: 8774108, Booking date: June 13, 2021) was supposed to get delivered yesterday (June 25, 2021) since I got the message from Shadowfax saying "Out for delivery". Without even delivering the package, yesterday night the status was updated as "Delivered". No one from Shadowfax has contacted me till now.
