I have not yet received the product ordered by the Misho app. I realized that you are its courier service and I am going to complain about it. You have also charged me money online

      I am a resident of himachal pradesh- una. In the recent days i had many parcels coming, also many for return and exchange. I have been doing this stuff from myntra and nykka fashion. Nykka fashion couriers are delivered by ‘Shadowfax’ in my area. My one parcel of myntra which was to be returned and picked by another courier service reports not to find the parcel in my security guard room. And few days back nykka parcel for return were picked by shadowfax. And it seems there might have been some mistake by the courier boy that he along with nykka fashion parcel had picked my missing myntra parcel also. I am Attaching the images of order details including awb no. Of nykka fashion products whose return was picked by Shadowfax.

            Delivery partner

            Shadowfax is a total fraud company. They do not treat their delivery partners well. I raised several complaints about underpayment on their app but no response. The team leader assigned does not pickup calls. I also didn't got any delivery kit they just told to deliver without kit by our own things....

              SF[protected]FPL this is the tracking I'd.Previously I ordered one top ..for three times it went out for delivery.Delivery boy called me and said he will deliver it in the evening ..he did this for 3 days and then returned the product and gave feedback that the customer is not available.I ordered one more dress and now also he is doing the same.(From srikakulam, Andhra Pradesh)

                  I had ordered a product and when the product arrived for delivery I was not available, so I informed the delivery person to give the product to security and I paid the amount through the link he sent.. but he has not delivered the product to the security.

                  I have the proof for paying. If required I will send that also.. please take this issue into consideration and refund my amount

                        I am handling Kayamkulam franchise of shadowfax upto April 1.I handover my hub inventory and all item to shadowfax on April 1 .They don't give back my deposite yet after three month time.they don't even reply for my email.My one lakh deposite is still with them.Don't take franchise.They are cheaters.

                              This third rate person has refused pick up first time. Second time picked up and came back and threw parcel back without informing me . Should be complaining to police about such behaviour . He misbehaved and threw return dress back to me first time . HORRRIBLE. Indecent company and no phone number to contact!!!

                                      A parcel was delivered at my home in my absence. The courier guy charged 774/- from my brother. My brother paid amount through GPAY. I have call the person who delivery and taken amount from brother. He is not telling who asked him to deliver the parcel to my address. I had never ordered the product. Looks like, It's a scam. There's no customer care no of yours where I can contact. Order no SF[protected]FPL
