We at motilal jewellers got a return shipment yesterday, which was refused to deliver without a stamp, on the phone he showed a msg that stated it was a merchant shipment take stamp or signiture, for which we were ready to sign but the delivery person was adamant that we need stamp or else we will not issue the package. the paper on which he asked stamp was an untitled paper where only our details were printed no letterhead or any details of shadowfax, stamp is used on official papers and not on plain papers, the person even refused to give phone number of the local office. I need my shipment delivered and need and official apology from shadowfax.
