Myself Roopa s i am a meesho reseller one of your delivery boy took the money from the customer and did not initiate the delivery .as the Product was not good customer gave the product back but the delivery person did not give the money back pls look into it

Rampuram, Shyam nagar delivery man, who delivers order for meesho to my house. He is really rude and untolerable. I don't know he has problem in waiting even for 2 minutes. Starts saying anything. Please change him.

We at motilal jewellers got a return shipment yesterday, which was refused to deliver without a stamp, on the phone he showed a msg that stated it was a merchant shipment take stamp or signiture, for which we were ready to sign but the delivery person was adamant that we need stamp or else we will not issue the package. the paper on which he asked stamp was an untitled paper where only our details were printed no letterhead or any details of shadowfax, stamp is used on official papers and not on plain papers, the person even refused to give phone number of the local office. I need my shipment delivered and need and official apology from shadowfax.

I have ordered mask set from meesho which needs to be delivered in rajendranagar UP but delivered in dishad garden. The product is not delivered, please look into this matter

With reference to the above subject I have not received my products DAMENSCH innerwear 4 qty and status with order id SF[protected]GRS showing it has been delivered

My hopscotch parcel, delivered through shadowfax, was supposed to be delivered to me on 3rd n 4th june, but till todays date,
I m very upset with this service o[censored]rs

I gave an order in body cupid on 31 may and it is showing delivered on 4th June in shadowfax but not delivered to me
So many complaints raised but no response
I am filing complaints in consumer forums today

I want to bring to your attention that your courier service is so pathetic that I can't express, it's the worst courier service I have received in my entire life, I was about to receive one of the product from flipkart unfortunately it was not done after 10 days asp well, when I cancelled the order they are not returning the item to seller as well, I need to get the refund right or you people stole the item as mentioned by and review given by many people that shadowfax steal people's delivery items as well, I guess you people stole the same, I will make sure I will post this on social media and I have a lot of followers. Pathetic service on the top of that customer service is pathetic, management is worse, you might be worst. The ceo itself is a cheater

I have already raised a complaint on the AJIO side. Kindly take it on high priority and give me my product back.

Our 3 orders are pending for Delivery from March 2021 and regularly we are trying to contact with shadowfax but not getting proper response yet. It's been 3 months but they are not delivering these return to our seller address.

Sir/mam, my order for AWB NUMBER : SF[protected]FPL has not been delivered yet to me since 4 days . So, i request you to deliver my product TODAY as soon as possible as it is urgent.

Shadowfax courier cancelled many of my orders without any reason. Even they don't call to the customer, but says delivery partner was unable to deliver . Please receive my complaint and take a step.

My tracking id is SF98489049KR. Ordered date 24.05.2021. But still it is not delivery. very very slow process. No more tracking update for a long days. Need to deliver the product immediately.

27 को pickup भी करलिया गया लेकिन अभी तक मेरा refund नही मिला है

This is to bring to your notice that I ordered through MEESSHO for Rupees 447/- on COD basis. while making a payment to the delivery agent through Google pay. Due to some issue the payment was made twice through Google pay and atlast cash payment was made as agent was in hurry. After after some time in the both the Google pay transaction amount was deducted from my account
This came to my notice after two days.When I tried calling the deliver agent.At first the person received the call and made hassle statement that it will get credited in 15 days and disconnected the call. When tried later he never received the calls.
I sent a message to the help desk, but just received a message stating "Greetings from Shadowfax! We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. Our team is looking into it right away and will get in touch with you shortly. Thanks for your patience."
Till now not even a call or message has been received from the help desk.
Request you resolve the issue ASAP.

I have ordered from Meesho, a kurta set on 25th may 21.. and product has been lined through Shadowfax for shipment but i haven't received any product till today i.e. 7th June 21.
The original delivery date was 31st may only but then it changed to 4th June and again to 6th June.
But i didn't get my order even on 6 June.
I have never seen this kind of worse delivery company ever...

The amazing fact is, my order is in their warehouse of Jaipur from 10 days.. which is max 4kms away from my home, where they have to deliver the order..!

They literally checked all my patience levels.. Their customer support is of no use, as no one answers calls there..
Please help me to get my order or refund it immediately.
