        I have ordered one dress from meesho, and. Delivery came on 27th, but due to some work i was unable to pick that call, after that it was kept on hold, till now it is not resolved

            I am no more wait...third quality services found...some parcel 58 days crossed still not received...

            In this 4 parcel...1 parcel i have not received this parcel...and status shown on delivered... shadofax company doing fraud.. now..i will take legal actions..i will be complaint on consumer dispute for legal actions

              Due to pandemic situations the courier persons said that they are not picking the order as of now.. but today may29th I received a message that the order pickup got cancelled and worst thing is I am not able to initiate return again

                I order large French fries from McDonald's. They accepted my order and placed it via Shadowfax. But i didn't receive my order; and on the tracking it is showing "your order has been cancelled".
                Neither they've delivered nor they have given me the refund.
                Please help!

                  My dad ordered a Samsung f12 from Flipkart and gave its partnership to shadow fax for 5 days it is giving excuses I hope someone will listen to this and make an effort

                    Payout issue

                    I worked in shadow fax delivery executive, They credited my payout to my bank account, But due to credit limit exceeding issue transaction failed, The amount was reversed to shadow fax, I cleared my bank issue, Now shadow fax is not clearing my issue though I contacted their chat team, it's been four months I didn't get my payout till now....

                    The status shows RTS in progress which ws last updated on 15/05/2021 and no further update after that. Its been more number of days, but still Shadowfax are very slow in delivering the product.

                    And I am being charged for late dispatch amounting Rs. 120/- . Who will pay that amount?

                      As my product size was not fit that's why I returned the product but on 20 may i got message where written We regret to inform that your order Tommy Hilfiger.. from Myntra has failed quality check but no delivery have visited then how my qc failed😠if my problem will not resolve i will do FIR on your company

                              Hello sir/mam, my parcel not pickup since .Last 3 days no one's coming for the pickup, if i am calling to the shadowfax rider for pickup, he said me that i have not got the pickup request call the shadowfax main office, and when i am calling to main office he told me that i send request, this way all company not give me proper answer due to that my all order breached . Plz i request you please do not penalized for any order .I also attach the proof of not pickup manifest and coureir.

                                I put an order for return on 9tb May 2021.After lots of delay the parcel is picked up on 19th May, 2021 by shadow fax.But I didn't get message of pick up and doesn't display on tracking website that product picked up instead of that displays as on hold.
                                Please look into this matter.Update status and message us.And I want my refund as fast as possible.

                                  Sir mene kal 2 parcels return kiye. Jisme ek parcel ka refund process sham tak ho gya.. dusre wale ka refund process hone ke jagah mujhe meesho app me show kr rha hai ki return initiate hi nai hua..
                                  Isme apke courier boy ka hi galti hai..apke courier boys imandar nahi hai. Plz iska ache se pta lagaye or mera refund processed karwaye plz.
                                  Baiman ladko ko kam nahi de.
                                  Isse apka mera sabka nuksan ho sakta hai

                                    I put an order for return on meesho on 9th May 2021.Return approved and assigned to shadow fax courier service.Pickup agent not made call to customer neither went to pick up.and while tracking it is showing that customer initiated delay and customer is not contactable.This is entirely false and wrong.10days passed but not pick up has done.Please as soon as possible, pick up the product.I made mail to you but not responded with proper reply.

                                      I put my order for return on 9th May, 2021 on meesho app.The return and refund approved but till today i.e.18th May, 2021, pickup not done.Pick up agent of shadowfax courier service not called to my customer nor tried for pickup.And while I am tracking the process, he remarking as customer initiated delay or customer not contactable.I made email to shadow fax courier agency as well but not responded properly.This is mispractice and fraud by pick up agent.Please as soon as possible pickup the product.
