I ordered a dress from meesho.It says that it'll be delivered in 4 may. Today is 1 may. I'm out of town for my exam.Delivery boy called me.I couldn't pick up the phone because I was in exam hall.Later I called him back.He started showing me mood.I kept my calm.I told him to cancel the order because I was not in my town.He told me not to order again and cursed me.I would not order from meesho again and tell everyone to do so.You guys don't know how to do business.Quit it.My family has business, even if the customer is angry we don't disrespect them.Today you lost many customers. Delivery boy's phone number -[protected]
Please tell him to behave himself or I will make a complaint in the police for harassment.

    Delivery partner is intentionally delaying the product delivery. Even though the product is out for delivery, he won't deliver it. While calling he is saying that he can't deliver your product.Very rude and arrogant delivery partner Sreekumar N.([protected])

      Morning I received the sms from shadowfex that the parcel is out for delivery. Afternoon i received the message that it is delivered. It got updated in the app aswell (ajio) . However no parcel was delivered.

        Hi,

        I had placed return request for 6 articles of Decathlon. The Shadow fax rider picked up all the 6 articles on 15th April, but refund was received for 4 items only. 2 items which are the highest priced in the whole order (INR 1499 and and INR 1999) were not received by Decathlon.
        On 18th April, I received msg from Shadowfax that they could not reach me for pick up. Then again on 19th and 21st April, I again got SMS from Shadowfax that a pick up with AWB R28699766DCN is due. The same rider came to pick up and asked for those 2 articles, I reminded him that he had picked those up already and he said he will mention that I am not cooperating for the return pick up, and went away. It has been almost a week and no refund received. Decathlon is saying the pick is not yet successful, while the articles were already picked up on 15th April.

        Decathlon Order ID for which refund not received is 15322605.
        Other AWBs which were picked up by the same Shadowfax rider were : R[protected]DCN and R[protected]DCN

        Please help me get my Refund of INR 3498/-.

          "Fraud company with fraud employees"
          Tracking id is R[protected]AJI, R[protected]AJI, R[protected]AJI. My all three orders were picked successfully on 12th April.And shadowfax employee stole my all three packets in transit. No customer support

            My product Tracking Id is R[protected]FPL Luke boys t shirt picked up by agent on Monday 24/04/23 and he said msg for picked up and refund will be came after i reached at my office and register but till date he has not contacted me and on next day other person from shadowfax came and ask for same pick up and i told him yesterday your agent came and picked up but till date he has not registered now status showing in meesho i cancelled my pick up and i lost my refund and also my product i thought fraud done by shadowfax, kindly help

                          I did not receive my package which I ordered on Faith & Patience. However, it shows that the package is delivered by shadowfax[ tracking id: X84265412] . Kindly resolve this by delivering the package asap or please facilitate in applying for refund for this order was pre-paid.

                            Hi,

                            I had placed Ajio order: FN[protected] which couldn’t be delivered due to some unforeseen logistical constraints.

                            Payment was made to Shadowfax tracking number SF[protected]AJI of Rs 708 via Google Pay.

                            Now order is also not Fulfilled nor the amount is refunded. Multiple attempts were made to contact via call center and no response.

                            Pls help with Refund

                              After looking at my 26AS Form, I Could see that various bookings are done against my Pan Number. but that amount was not credited to my bank account.

                              I also tried to reach via email, telephone, Social media to shadowfax team, but no response from shadowfax team.

                              I have also attached snip shot of it.

                                I placed a return pickup with shadowfax.Pickup boy came and took the parcel but before returning it to ajio he replaced the product by a old used shirt and then ajio declared it non-ajio product and again returned it to me.I'm gonna file police complaint against your company.

                                  Flipkart order delayed

                                  I ordered something on flipkart on 1st April for which the promised delivery date was 3rd April. But on 3rd April the delivery date got updated to 8th April. However after that thr product reached the destination delivery hub on 4th April. Since then, there has been no update and they are not even trying to deliver the product.
                                  When I try reaching them, they have this IVR that says their agents will reach out in next 24 hours. But...

                                      I have placed the order through Meesho and they have assigned the product to shadowfax for the delivery. My order has reached the nearest location but it's not delivered yet. It should be delivered by 26th March and now it's 28th March and I still don't have any update about the order. Also I'm trying connect them on the customer support no. But that no. is also unreachable.
