Hello Support,

I ordered an item from Meesho, shadowfax is delivery partner, both in shadowfax and in meesho, item shoes delivered, how ever, I have not received any item. Please do help!

      It is a PREPAID order. But in shadowfax system it is showing COD. Because of these my order is not delivered to my customer whereas customer has already paid to me.

        We received a shipment on November 14, around 10:30 AM.
        Tried to pay the bill through GooglePay where the transaction showed a delayed processing, while the amount was debited from my bank account. As the transaction didn't reach the delivery agent, I paid it by cash, later when I checked the same transaction, it shows the transaction was successful.
        Please refund the debited amount.
        I would give more details about the transaction to the official mail ID of ShadowFax, but I can't seem to find it anywhere.

            I have been waiting for my order to be delivered . I rcvd 1st msg on 8th Nov that the product will be delivered today(screenshot attached). Since on 3rd Nov I checked the status online and it was showing that the parcel is near me and since I don't have the cash handy with me on that day I paid for that order Online thru the link I was getting while tracking the order. Now my order is on hold because the delivery boy who called me today told me that they don't have my payment updated and was asking to pay again in cash.
            Since I paid thru Paytm I am attaching the screen shots here.
            Y the hell I have to wait for the order now even after I paid the amount and moreover they are asking me to re pay????

            NOW MY ORDER IS CANCELLED FROM YOUR VENDORS END. mY REFUND IS ALSO NOT PROCESSED.

            Till today I am waiting for the order to be dlvrd Or refund... Nothing is done. Rcvd one call from them... He assured that he will call me back by the evening with a solution... But it's been two days now... Still waiting.

                    Delivery boy ne mera deliverd nhi kiya mere sath fraud kiya maine meesho se samaan mngya tha maine usko exchange dala... Jo prodcut mujhe mila aur delivery boy ne use khud rakh liya app me deliverd dikha diya... Aur 1 month ho rhe h mujhe exchange daale huye... Maine alag alg num se usko 1000 call kar liye but wo response nhi kar rha h... Kya aise hi fraud karte h company wale

                          As I mentioned I ordered one jeans oct 28th last 5 days back the delivery boy connected with me he said he delivery nov 5th but now that status ita showing like product is returned to seller how can this possible with out delivery intimate how they return my product this is big mistake from your end please check

                                  I am getting the dilivery person call at morning when I will be at collage now wn I call back evening it will not connect dilivery person it says to enter mobile number and pin code if I enter it sayd wrong input and I need my dilivery at evening times above 4 30

                                    Your courier guy has pickup the material on 28.10.2021 ( Sports shorts) which I have order from BrickbyBrick company. Now almost 02 weeks has been passed but no refund amount has been issued to me. Brick team telling me that they haven't yet received the material from you.                                         Shadowfax ask online payment before delivery my problem then I was payed online by Paytm to shadowfax 376 rupe but then delivery boy come he was also collect 380rupe total I have pay 376+380=756 rupe but product received only 376 rupe please return my money
