We received a shipment on November 14, around 10:30 AM.
Tried to pay the bill through GooglePay where the transaction showed a delayed processing, while the amount was debited from my bank account. As the transaction didn't reach the delivery agent, I paid it by cash, later when I checked the same transaction, it shows the transaction was successful.
Please refund the debited amount.
I would give more details about the transaction to the official mail ID of ShadowFax, but I can't seem to find it anywhere.
