regarding money refund

I m rahul dhiman i registered my self in shine jobs on dated 01/07/2014. first i got a call from urside to pay 1600 for registration. i did that after that then my call transfered to some senior he said that my profile transfered to TATA for job but i have to pay rs 5618 that amount i paid after that he said ur resume for not up to mark for this u have to pay 4715 rs . I told him that this one is the last amount he said yes, then i said ok...

    Hi Team, It has been an absolute horror working with your guys till now in creating my profile.At every step of the way, , I was promised that this was the last payment, and at every step, I have been asked to pay more and more. I have spent about 25K INR till now. The last straw was when I was asked to pay another 10K to create a "Professional Summary" for my profile. The team did not accept my offer to write my own professional summary and insisted that i pay and only then they will proceed with my account,
    I want my money back and I hereby want to disassociate with shine altogether. I am going to write a suitable review and warn others from staying away as well. Kindly return the money I have paid you till now. This is a humble request. I can provide the invoices, I hav not used your services at all. This is a horrible experience that will continue to haunt me for years to come,

      I have taken Application Booster Package, Resume Booster, and Application Highlighter for rs.3327.71/- on Jan 24, 2025. Also again I was asked to take up a new service on Education Verification Plus Package for rs.4799.06/- on Jan 25, 2025.

      After taking the above 2 packages again they told me to take a few more packages which was costing me around 15k again. It's a scam from the Shine team.

      Your services are not up to the mark I feel everyone is fake and only wants money.

          I have paid INR 3657 and registered for Job related services on 7th Nov 2024 at 10.28am. I was told that I will get connected with a relationship manager at 2.30 pm on the same day and start get job assistance. I received a call from the manager and post 10 minutes of discussion he started sending me invoices and asked for paying education verification (INR 4673) and job profile verification amount (INR 9556). This was a complete surprise for me. After paying the money and doing registration they have started asking these kinds of hidden payments, which is completely unfair, and you feel like cheated. Please refund the following amount paid through UPI.
          1) INR 3657
          2) INR 4673

            I've paid INR 73, 000 till now for job assistance to shine.com, but they kept on sending me the invoice in the name of working on the profile.
            When I asked about the refund, they said there was no refund policy.
            Some Virender spoke to me as a relationship manager - [protected].
            I have the invoices of the payments made also but I'm sure this is fraud...I applied through the shine.com website.
            I would request you to help me in getting my money refunded.

              I got a call from shine.com on friday 13 sep/24. From agent and she asked to pay only 3675rs for full services and she told me that she will arrange call back from relation ship manager in 15 mins, but i got a call on monday 16/sep/24. From agent mr. Virender and she explained me the process and without my permission me generated 2 invoices to start the services around 20k. I believed and paid the same but later he is askinging me to pay another 18k to start the services and generated the invoice. When asked about why another 18k he said that if you want the services from shine.com then pay if not no services will start. Then i asked to connect his manager first he denied and later transferred the call to his team member mr. Singh and he is so rude on the call and said if you pay 18k then only services will start. If not no services will start when asked for refund he said there is no refund as you are not taking services from shine.com.

              Shine team kindly refund the amount asap as you are not able to provide the services.
              Your team is so rude with the customers like they behaveling like they are king.
              I got call from shivani even she is also behaving in the same way as rm did.

              As you are unable to provide the services then kindly refund the amount. Dont cheat the people.

                Thay call me and tell that you had applied for a job and we will provide you referral . then Thay ask me job role i want after that Thay take few mantis and told me that my resume has matched with the reliance jio so to prosed for word you have to pay a registration fees of 1500rs and then . I played the payment and send the scrin short of that payment . after that Thay told me that i will have two interview one in phone call and another is in on the spot .after Thay call me for interview in the next day Thay call me for interview i had given the interview . and then Thay called me again and tell me that you had completed the interview successfully now you have to verify your documents for that you have to pay 3500 the verify from the government [keep a note what ever Thay are telling Thay also spending email i have all proffer stored ] and when Thay ask again for money i have the suspicious. i search the Internet .

                  My name Lokesh singh, i registered on shine.com few weeks back. I received a call from Shine.com Shasank representative on "2th September 2024", wherein he explained me about Paid services of shine.com with Nominal price of Rs.3657/-,
                  Initially i showed no interest but then he started flattering about the services offered by them, wherein he said they will assign a dedicated "Relationship Manager" for me and he will closely work with me to help me to get new Job within few months with this nominal fees only and i don't have to make any further payment.
                  So, i paid this Rs.3675/- and then he said they will assign a Relationship Manager and he will call me to get more information about my Job requirement and will help me to find job accordingly as per my preference soon.
                  They have connected with "Mohit"
                  (Relationship
                  Manager) called me from Mobile number "[protected]" on "2th September 2024" at 2:00 pm IST and initially he asked me about my Job preference and post 20 minutes discussion,
                  He told me in order to avail good Job, i would have to get 2 services(2nd & 3rd payment mentioned below) of Rs.9556 and 4673 = 14229- and i would get service from excellent shine.com for lifetime. So, with hesitance,
                  I paid next 2 payments as he said this is last payment and they will ask for no further payment but post this he again said i would have to avail another service (4th payment mentioned below) by paying Rs.15556/- then i told this so wrong/fraud and i ask him to connect to his manager
                  I spoke to his manager, he said this service is must to get good job, if i don't avail this then other other 3 bought services would have no meaning and will get "forfeit". So, reluctantly and in compulsion,
                  i made 4th payment as well but post that again they asked me to avail another service for Rs.22565/-(Fifth Payment mentioned below) I have made the payment as well. After that i have connected with the direct employee of shine. Com I asked him about these but he said these are fraud.
                  So, I called them and requested him to connect to his manager again and then i requested his manager this is clear fraud/cheating and i need full refund to which they denied and said there is not refund system in shine.
                  Below are payment i made to shine.com :- Total amount i paid is Rs.55379/-

                    I got a call from them on 30th August, 2024 and they charged 2500 Rs. to schedule an interview with Wipro HR who was charging me with 10, 500 rs. for training process. When I denied to pay they rejected me from the post but still shine.com is not refunding my amount as they are asking me to pay 2500 Rs. more for the refund process.                       I have paid registration amount, later I got call from Shine team by saying one more payment they didn't reveal how much I have to pay later i felt I got strucked, I asked for refund what I have paid, Shine team told that they don't pay and they have manipulated with words, people come hear for jobs stillness team have taking this as advantage and forcing people to do payment

                        I got call from HT media from shine.com. They emotionally make us to take premium service of shine.com . Lot of people got scammed by this. I am also getting scammed. I don't get refund for this.

                        Total fraud conducted by shine.com employees without informing about hidden charges demand money and money if not pay harassment done by their employees. They emotionally blackmail to do the payment. I have lost 1 lack nearly. I tried to get refund from shine.com but I can't able to reach them. Kindly, help me for this.                           A representative from shine.com contacted and offered a job consultancy service for 3657 including gst. After payment next day, one RM from their firm called and mentioned, he will guide and after some discussion he offered a service worth 7197/-, after payment, again he sent an invoice of 13214, and then again 23596 and at last 36408 . That without this, we cant proceed

                          Then after some discussion, he again sent a invoice of 65000, which I denied and asked for refund on same call, which he didn't provided and keep insisting to pay
                          .

                          Please help in getting refund as I have not used any service and asking for refund on same day, same hour

                              I got a call from Shine.com whether I need help with my job searching and profile. I have opted for it and they asked me to pay for an amount of 3657/-. Once I've paid for it, a Family guy name Umesh who have been working for 15 years in the company called me and asked me to consider him as a brother and he will lead me to the success path. He explained many other things that was not mentioned in the initial mail and then again asked me to pay for another 5192/- for another set of services. This alarmed me. I searched for similar incidents and found a large volume of people who have been scammed similarly and most of them were asked to pay over 25000/- in total. I asked about this and his tone changed after this. Brother turned to Scammer. When asked for a refund, call was transferred to another guy, who casually and sarcastically said there is no such provision for Job search portals. After this Family guy Umesh brother started taunting me that my cv is outdated, which by the way was in the latest standards. He then talked too harshly and said someone from the current packages team will connect to me and explain the taken packages to me. I want a refund and if you can't do that I will go to farthest when the Law takes me.

                                  I was receiving continuous emails from Shine.com for relevant job opportunities, but upon clicking, they required me to pay a subscription fee. After making the payment, I noticed that the emails were fake. When I contacted their support, they said I needed to buy an application highlighter. I purchased this as well, but it did not work. When I called them again, they said I had to verify my experience and insisted I pay for a background verification package. I paid for this too, but later realized I was falling into Shine.com's fraud trap. When I asked them why I wasn't getting any results, they blocked my contact and emails.

                                    After convincing be to take profile booster service on[protected], I was told I will get RM call next day[protected] to explain and support in job search.

                                    On[protected], in the same call - got manipulated/brainwashed/fooled to buy background verification service (Rs.4673) saying it is mandatory and later as that is only educational and now for company verification (Rs. 9680).

                                    This is NOT over, finally told still have to buy resume writing services and professional summary services for Rs.15693.00. This is where we got into argument.
                                    Without the last, none of the services are NEEDED and USEFUL. Relationship manager is NOT upfront in total services needed and cost either by email or during phone discussion.
                                    Also, raised complaint with shine.com customer care number - but they don't raised any complaint number but just escalation and callback within 24 hours only. Not sure they will take action.
                                    In the mean time, another service team lady tried to convince me via call that theses services are needed and refund is NOT possible.
                                    I clearly told them I don't want any services with shine.com and give refund for both background verifications - 4673 + 15693. None of these services will be useful now without the 3rd service they ask me to buy. Now, they both RM and
                                    This is clear manipulation tactic and they should be upfront in total services and cost needed and NOT on part by part basis and increasing overall cost.

                                    On[protected] starting with making me buy Application Booster Package for Rs. 3292 (tricking low cost only) I was told RM will connect next day for services activation.
                                    Next day[protected] RM (rohit - [protected]) called and manipulated to buy below services telling first education verification is mandatory and then telling company verification is mandatory for the already bought service.

                                    Then finally when again the RM told I have to buy the 3rd order for Resume/Summary services (IN20240621_1012818 - Rs. 15693.00) without which none of above services are useful we went to argument and told to cancel the orders.
                                    Shine is refusing to cancel the orders and even consumer care didn't raise any complaint only callback from service team (manisha) who only tries to convince me to buy the 3rd service saying the the other 2 services on verification are useless.
                                    They tell part by part and convincing this is mandatory or low cost and eventually get their way.

                                      Hi team, I received a call from shine.com regarding application booster service of around 4 k on 24th May and mentioned that there are no further payments to me made from my end. I paid 4000 on 24 th may. I received a call on 25th may from relationship manager (Mr Pankaj Sharma) and he continued to send me invoices to pay the amount. I have paid around 13, 000 on 25th may and when I refused to make further payments he immediately said no refund is available. I do not wish to avail any service and want my money back.
