job portal not deleting my account permanently

I am being troubled by people calling me for paid job services and its useless for me to have this account.

Shine.com does not have the authority to keep my account forever forcefully.

Same has been the case with me.I enquired the account holder from the bank and when i called the account holder she refused to be affiliated to shine.com or Indigo airlines and afterwards she didn't pick up any call.She was probably a near friend of one of the employee at shine.com whose indulged in these scams.Just think why would somebody ask to credit cash in their own account, why not in company's(shine.com) account.Even an insane can...
