I have received call from Shine.com claiming to upgrade my profile to get better job oppurtunities.
I have made the below payments to them.
1)Application Booster Package Rs. 3292.00/-
2)Education Verification Plus Package Rs.5192.00/-
3)Job Profile Verification Plus Package Rs. 8376.00/-
4)Career Assessment Test with Expert Counselling Rs.14932.00/-
5)Professional Summary Rs.20177.00/-
6)Jobs on the Move: 180 Days Rs.24779.00/-

Total amount paid Rs.76748/-

Now they are asking additional Rs.25958/-

When I questioned them and asked them to refund the amount they said no and also said that I have no other option but to listen to them and make further payments.

Request you to please help me get the refund of the whole amount paid.

I have spoken to Mr.Umesh, Mr.Abhimanyu and Mr.Abhishek.

Also, I request you to take strict action against such people threatening the poor job seekers and looting them

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    As per the Company and the service Shine provides, I've been using Shine.com for several years for applying the jobs. the executive called to obtain the service and get the job super fast at your location, but after the payment, the executive was not contacted I tried to contact his mail was removed or the mail was bounced as he was not related to the company. and after that communicated with the company and mailed the grievance officer. but still, there is no communication from the company.

    I Request a refund of the amount of Rs.25747/-
    mail communication and invoices are attached.

      Today I paid the amount to shine.com on false commitment from one of your executives named Puspendra team he told me to pay 3292/- which I paid and he told me this was the last payment later one of your executives Mr Shivapratap called and asked for 5192/- and I paid that also. After that, he asked me to pay 9556/-.

            On 24 Oct 2023, I entered into an agreement with Shine Services for their "Applicant Highlighter" service from a contact number - [protected]. I made an initial payment of Rs. 2005/- based on representations made by their sales executive, who assured me that this service would include the assignment of a Relationship Manager to guide me through the job search process, help me build my profile, and secure interviews with top multinational companies. I was explicitly told that I could expect to receive 3 to 5 interview calls per week.

            However, my experience with Shine Services has been far from what was promised. Upon making the payment, a subsequent communication with another representative on 25 Oct 2023 revealed that Shine Services does not guarantee any interviews and that the outcome depends entirely on the quality of my profile. This was a significant departure from the assurances made during the initial sales pitch.

            Furthermore, a Relationship Manager named Shiva (contact no: [protected]) assigned to me later on 26 Oct 2023 demanded an additional payment of Rs. 2358/- to mark my profile as "verified." When I questioned the necessity of this payment, I was informed that without it, my profile would not be shared with recruiters, effectively rendering the services I had already paid for useless and that initial charges was only to get personal Relationship Manager. I was also informed that without this additional payment, there would be "zero chance" of securing interviews.

            I believe that Shine Services engaged in misrepresentation, unfair business practices, and pressure tactics to extract additional payments from me, all while failing to deliver on the promises made during the initial agreement. As a result, I have incurred significant financial losses without receiving the services I was led to expect.

              Seriously these guys are sick there should be a limit to their crime...shine.com has acquired the policy to fool people and make money that is how they are working ...after my first complaint I hv received a call from their senior Mr. Sujan Singh to settle this matter either give me a month time or I should refund ur amount but in refunding thr is ur loss as u hv to pay for gst amount and then we will make u refund...then I requested them ok sir plz make me refund but cut the gst amount from the refunded amount and then pay me left over amount...he clearly said no I can't do that u hv to pay 2950 rupees to us and then only we can initiate ur request refund form which they hv forwarded me. Whole day ma'am u have the time till 2 pm then 4 pm then 6pm after 6 pm I received message from their accounts department someone named abhinav malhotra ma'am u hv time till midnight again next day morning ma'am u hv time till 12 pm after that I hv paid 20000 then after 12 pm received we can wait till 6 pm u hv to pay remaining amount also even when m having problem with my account I hv paid from paytm remaing 9520 rupees then after also didn't receive ny money. I hv attached some screenshots with this complaint all r not getting uploaded so some of them for ur reference. Now after 10 pm in night abhinav malhotra messaged me first the ur pan card is not attached with the account so I can't play...when I told him no my pancard is attached then oh due to joint account I can't transfer the money ..then again see the pattern how they make money by fooling people everything...now he is telling me I hv 2.17 lakh demand draft ready with me I can transfer ur money but u hv to pay 53k rupees to me first then I'll transfer ur money.again they r asking for money after taking my more than approx 164000 before ànd this time 29520 rupees in the name of gst and again asking for 53k...who want to refund money just cut the gst amount from refunded amount and refund the left over amount...even i hv provided Mr. Abhinav malhotra different account details i[censored] r facing some issue then plz m forwarding different account details u can transfer me in that account but no they don'twant to refund and want to make more money..so neither refunded 164000 nor 29520 rupees..and now when I got angry started saying these people cheaters then both were said I'll refund ur 29520 rupees money to u but give me in writing that u will Don't bother us again for refund. See how these make fool of people ...before paying only my brother told me these r fake people but sujan Singh continuously messaging me and calling me ma'am u will be in loss it is for your benefit pay the money and refunded money will transfer in just 40 minutes...mark my words our company is such a huge company and only higher position guys hv the authority to refund money. So these r thr patterns which they follow to take more more money but don't refund nything before it was umesh Kumar and shiv Singh now it is sujan Singh and abhinav malhotra...this is how shine.com is making money...these guys should be behind bars for making financial and mental harassment to clients. And shine.com should be sued by government.

                On[protected], for Shine subscription paid Rs. 3046.76 against their confirmation.
                on same day[protected], their representative called me and asking for Rs. 7527, for further processing. I have clearly asked them for, is there any other payment need to pay like that. But he told me that this will be final like that. But after making of Rs. 7527, again they asking for Rs.12948.04 for further processing. I fed up totally and these guys are keep on asking like that and they confirmed that after this payment you will get sure good service like that. I have made that payment. Now they are asking for Rs. 33038 for final process. I am totally lost the trust on this people. These guys should inform me at initial point of stage itself about this kindl of payments. Now i am not paid this Rs. 33038. Now i totally paid Rs. 23521.80. Please refund some part amount. I don't want to continue this anymore.

                  Mr Shiva (Shine.com) explained about services except the cost and he told me about registration fees and shared payment link for
                  4547/- INR and I was paid.

                  After the payment Mr Shiva called again. He explained about document verification and he shared one more payment link for
                  5192/- INR and Iwas paid.

                  After the payment Mr Shiva called again. He explained that this is only for certificate verification, one more to be paid for Professionaldocument verification and he shared one more payment link for 9556/- INR
                  and I told him please deliver the service step by step then I can pay accordingly and asked Mr Shive, why don't you said before about all these payments.

                  Mr Shiva Argued with me that it needed to be paid all at once before starting the services and also he said this is the last payment
                  for this service.

                      I got fraud call from an unknown number was claiming that they were calling from shine and was offering me a job at amul but they ask me to pay 1000 rs as registration fee which was refundable as they said ..but now they haven't refunded me my money yet

                          I am Samay Nandeshwar my email address is samay.[protected]@gmail.com, I have applied for the paid service on job portal shine.com on which my 58, 601 INR stuck.

                          Here is the incident detials : 18th October 2023) I have received a call from shine.com executive for paid service. He said that we are offering job guarantee for your profile and we will assist you till you will get a job.I have for charges they informed that charge for this service is 3292 INR. I have accepted the offer and pay the money. Executive said that for your assistance shine will appoint a Relationship Manager who will help you further.

                          Executive arrange a call from Relationship Manager - Shiva. We both have introduce to each other. He inform me that while talking you have to access your mail, so make sure we can do that.After Shiva ask me about my experience in industry and whole story from the day when I start working to till date. I have informed him all the things. Then he said me my current ctc and prefer location I have replied to him. We told me about the ctc which i can get maximum and that we has mentioned in his record. After he told me that there is some process which need to be done to complete my profile. Till now we didn't discuss regarding any payment and paid option.

                          Then Shiva start inform me regarding process of highlights my profile on the portal and share job on whatsapp and also told we do some verification of highest graduation and my current salary slip. After completing this conversation Shiva ask to check my mail he send me some Proforma.I have checked my emails, I have find 1 mail in he have send me a payment link of amount 5192 INR, When I saw that payment link, asked from Shiva that your executive didn't inform me anything regarding this but he said he is an executive level, so didn't regarding this I will analysis your profile and I have to share you details and other things.I have paid that amount because I have already pay 3292 INR so I thought if only this require then I can this only and my 3292 INR will not get wasted. He asked to share last 4 digits of transaction id I have shared to him, after he said you qualifications verification has been done now check 1 more proforma I have shared with you in that amount is 9556 INR, I have paid that also he didn't inform regarding this in prior discussion just to avoid wastage of my money I have more money. After that I have received one more proforma and that's amount almost double i.e. 15762 INR for which I ask him I don't want to pay anymore he said this is the last one . Now you just pay and in 10-15 days we will get the results and don't think about the money now. Just pay and I will close the process. So I have confirmed this is last payment he confirmed me and i have pay this amount also and told him the last 4 digits of transaction number. He ask me to tell me 2nd one also I have ask that already informed him but he said he have send 1 more proforma that charge me 24779 INR. I pay that amount and he force me to pay that amount and we both have discussed almost 1.5 hours over call regarding this in that he try to convince me telling me that don’t think about the money it will be an investment which he is capable of repaying back. After that in couple of seconds he have asked to pay him about 30k and he was saying that don't think about money just think about the benefits you will get after this. I ask him that I will not pay any more but still he force me to change my mind. I have ask him that provide me services I will pay you remaining amount later. He said use your credit card and pay in small installment you are investing on our career don't think so much. I have ask him to call me back after sometime or tomorrow. He said this live call you have completed this process now otherwise your process will not be able to complete. When I have ask him that you cheated on me and you just asking money so he said me a mail that this is last payment after no need to pay any amount.

                          I have ask him that I don't want this service refund my money otherwise provide me complete service in this amount, so he said you are just emotional blackmailing me. After that I have asked him just take your charge and remaining amount refund to me. He said we don't have this policy. I have ask in your mail this think so we instruct me to check the dialog box open at the payment gate which is not correct. This should be clear in the starting of the process.

                          Think which I have make me understand that trap is every link which shared by him just double the previous one.

                          I want my money refund and I don't want to avail any of the service's have also attached screenshots I still not have activated any of your services so I am entitled for a refund.

                          Shiva was forcing me to pay the money and sayin to me that I will not get a job if I don't pay the entire amount.

                          I have also attached all the emails of Performa's that he had sent. He was saying that it was an investment and that he did not know how much money that I was supposed to pay. So as seen the process's was very unclear and hoax.

                          I have also attached the transaction details.

                          You are right dear thay are simply looting and cheating to the people. They are not telling in a single time that before moving ahead we need this much amount to start the process. Once you do the payment second link you received later third and fourth.

                          @shine team What is procedure to resolve any customer query can you explain in brief..

                            I took the service from Shine.com and paid around 1.5 lakhs for the resume services and certifications. However after taking huge money there is no service which was committed to me and today 18-Oct-2023, i got a call from Shine - [protected] for cancellation of service and refund the money and cancel my services with them. I was asked to login through www.shinecomplain.co and was guided to follow the screen. Once i entered the details my card account was again debited with Rs. 20, 000 and two more transactions fortunately which got declined (Rs.44, 000 and Rs 4900) due to incorrect OTP. Real cheaters and they dont give time to think and when i raised the suspicion they disconnected the call.

                            Am not sure whether why these guys are cheating people in the name of job services and on top of this, its part of Hindustan times which is a prestigious organization.

                            Can someone help on this

                                Greetings company has not provided their services as promised
                                I have repeatedly raised my complaints and grievances through all the channels known to me.
                                Even after persistent efforts from my side, Shine team has failed to resolve the matter . The promise of refunding the entire amount has not been fulfilled till date. My efforts to reach out to the team via phone have been blocked conveniently by switching off the phone. This has left me with no options but to take up the matter publicly

                                    First refund my 12000/-Details have already been shared. Your call center team disconnecting the calls. Now you should call me and not to disconnect it until I get my money back via google payment.
                                    Pl drop your third-class process of SCANNING THE DEBIT card and installing the ANYDESK to check the payment details.

                                      Today, 14.10.2023 I have paid atotal of Rs 12000/- ( 3500 + 6500 + 2000 )
                                      when I got a call from Mr Peter ( his no #[protected] ).He has kept his no switched off because I started doubting him and asking for refund.

                                        I have paid a total of Rs. 12000/- for registration further for completing document verification etc. to the google pay no # [protected] on 14.10.2023
                                        I got the call from Mr.Peter (his mobile # [protected]) from Shine services.
                                        They assured me for confirm job offer. When I started doubting and denied going ached to make payment further and later asking for refund, Mr.Peter told me to wait until Monday 16.10.2023.
                                        I am sure they have made me fool.Pl help me to get my Money back.
