I got a call Ms Priya from Shine and i discussed with her for refund and she shared a link for Rs 10 form fees thenafter i will received my amount but payment is not done in that link. Please clear this and clear my refund on priority

    Premium packages for job search / assistance

    Shine.com is running a scam where they are hiding the charges for the services and once you pay for the service they will keep asking for more money. I have become the victim of this scam and the details of the payments made by me are below.
    Initial Call;
    1st Payment: 3657/-
    Application Booster Package  
    Second Call: After making the first payment they called me and told me that after analyzing the profile...

    I had requested for Employment and Educational verification in 2022 which is yet to be completed as per current status in website. I would like my money to be refunded back with interest. My Order ID is Order ID: CP405692 dated 11-Apr-2022. As per current status, snapshot enclosed, the order is still in progress.

      We got a call from shine.com they asked us to pay 3657 for the registration. We enquired about that nd they said they will provide job to us.in the evening we got a call from Rajesh rana they asked questions from my father nd then asked us to pay 5192. Then asked us to pay 7539 for another.now we got a doubt but we were in need for the job so we paid the amount now we got doubt so searched about this...we found many scams about this
      We were in need for this now they scamed us around 11k from us
      We want our money back it's been around 5-6 days they haven't reached out about anything I request shine.com to pay attention towards this nd provide our money back

        I am writing to address a matter arising from our recent conversation with Shine.
        Upon careful review of the transaction details, it has come to my attention that Shine has imposed an additional charge of Rs 4000 for processing the refund, as communicated to me. I am seeking clarification on this matter.
        I have been informed that the additional charge is attributed to the return of 18% GST of the original amount, totaling Rs 4000. In an effort to expedite the process, I suggested deducting this amount from the total and return the remaining amount to me. However, I was informed that their terms and conditions requires me to make the Rs 4000 payment first, after which the complete refund will be processed.
        I am reaching out to gain a clearer understanding of the terms and conditions associated with this refund process. I believe transparency in this matter is essential for both parties involved.
        I am not aware of any such policies which take the GST amount from the customer first and then will return the whole amount. Your prompt attention to this matter is highly valued, and I am hopeful that we can resolve this issue amicably.

          bahut kuch bola mere se or pehle 3657 karvaye .
          uske baad bola agr aapko kal immediately chahiye to 7000 karne hoge.

          per mere pass nahe the phir bhi mene 6192/ kar diye.
          ye sabhi payment mene 25-11-23 ko kiya hai.
          aaj tak shine.com ki taraf se koi call na koi msg aaya job ke liye.
          na hi koi caal pick kar rahe hai.
          me bss yahe chahta ho aise company per sakht sesakht karbaye ki jaye.

          i only received a call from shine .com that was not retrued GST.
          why they will not retune to my full amount .
          i paid as you said but you did not do your duty.
          after getting money you left to pick call and revert mail,
          please pay full amount otherwise i will move ahead.

          i am Sandeep Singh want to again complain of the shine.com.
          yesterday ( 03/03/24) got call from shine, com and said if you pay GST i will refund entire amount. Executive also explained send again all last paid slips that i cam calculate whole amount.
          today ( 04/0324) again called and GST amount 1774/ of Amount rs.9845.

          i paid but after paid the gst he demanded more money to pay.
          i told please return my amount he cut my phone and not pick the phone.
          i paid shine, com around 12000/
          please settle the account.

            I have already paid 23000 with taxes and they are demanding me extra money for services. give me fake promises for job for that they are demanded extra money. i dont want their services'. i just want refund of my money.

              I am writing to bring to your attention a serious matter of fraud and harassment perpetrated by the company Shine.com. I am a victim of their deceitful practices, and I seek your assistance in addressing this issue promptly.

              I recently engaged with Shine.com for job-seeking services and have been subjected to blatant financial exploitation. The company, in a series of deceitful transactions, coerced me into making multiple payments under false pretenses. The sequence of events is as follows:

              Initially, I was asked to pay a registration fee of Rs. 3657 for their services.
              Subsequently, I received demands for additional payments of Rs. 7284, Rs. 12742, and Rs. 17696, each time under the threat that my subscription would be invalid if I did not comply.
              Despite my explicit inquiries and objections, I was assured that no further charges would be imposed after the payment of Rs. 12742. However, the company continued its extortion tactics.

              Upon raising my concerns with a senior representative, I was informed that my subscription would be initiated, and services provided until I secure a job. Only at that point, I would be required to pay the outstanding amount of Rs. 17696.

              To exacerbate matters, the company sent me a resume containing content plagiarized from ChatGPT, further highlighting their unscrupulous practices.

              I have already taken the initiative to lodge a formal complaint with the police, and I am reaching out to your esteemed organization seeking immediate action against Shine.com. Additionally, I request your support in ensuring the refund of all payments made to the fraudulent company.

                I was searching for job and one day i got a call from shine.com saying that they can help me get the job faster, so first they asked me about the all the details like education background, professional experiences and my salary expectations and industry where i am looking for change.

                After all the talk for 30 min they said if i take their premium package i will be able to get the job faster since they share my profile with their internal department and share with 1000 consultants who can help me with the job, so they first its just the amount 3292/- and they will start working on my profile and i will got call from the relationship manager who will help me with everything since he will have the similar industry knowledge as i have so i paid after that another day i got call from the relationship manager called Mr. Vikram and he called me and talked about various stuff on how shine can help me with get job very fast and then sort of took my interview where he asked what is my experience and tell me something about yourself and what’s your salary expectation? Why you are leaving your current company? And everything.

                After 40 min he said he will be able to get me a job in 7 days and he will call every day to discuss the progress on my profile and he will job links every week and also he will share my resume with internal recruiters, after that he said i just need to make one which for resume and education verification and everything which was amount 5192/- so i said it was not mentioned by your callcenter team yesterday they said i just have to 3k which i paid yesterday so he said no this for your profile boost your resume is not ATC approved and everything so i paid him after saying that I won’t pay anything else now so he said there will one more payment Ma’am and that will be it so i said why?

                He started saying things like this for your profile highlight where is recruiters search for candidates your profile will comes first and everything so after 15 min of him convincing saying all the things which can convince me for a job so i said i will pay but on emi and then i paid again the amount 9945/- after that he said i need to make more payment since i will be able to get 24 lakhs annum salary basis on my skills and experience so i can invest this much for my future and you will get good job and company too and again he said its just a last payment so i paid again the amount 16423/- .

                After that they started saying that i need to show some courses on my resume and everything and he started saying lot of various reasons why i need to and this will help me to get a job which a two week and i will be very happy that i invested all this since i was desperate for job i got convinced and i started paying with my credit card and then he asked again for last payment which was 24555/-

                After that when i said i need to make one payment i thought this is not okay this is a lot i cannot take this much debt from my credit card and i said ‘No’ I can’t so his manager who was also on call said that it will good for job search and all and then i said no I don’t have money anymore so he said so all your amount which you paid will not be refunded since you didn’t buy the whole package and everything and then said trust me Ma’am its just good for your profession growth and everything and I don’t know what i was thinking i made them the payment again of 30332/- and then they said again i need to payment which was 30096/- which was supposed to be last but then he started talking about my future job and i will be able to get 2lakh in a month easily and everything and then how this will help me to get a job in a week and till this time they never mentioned that this is non-refundable amounts so i thought if they don’t help me get a job in a week i will get the refund after complaining but i was wrong then the manager said the last amount is 27316/- and i didn’t know what to do because they said i dont pay i wont be able to benefit the package and the payments i made means nothing if i don’t pay this one so i paid and its be more than 20 days after i paid them more 1 lakh 50 thousand they are sharing the job links which is from LinkedIn and they are sharing where i have already applied with my own search and effort.

                I did write an mail to them asking for refund but there is no response only one person called munish is trying to coordinate with me and saying that i will get the links but job is not guaranteed and even the interview is not guaranteed and i said that this was not mentioned to me when i paid.

                The amount i paid is
                3292+5192+9945+16423+24555+30332+30096+27136 = 1, 46, 971/-

                I am requesting you to please help me to get this refund from @shine.com since i don’t have money to pay all this debt.

                And many of their services i have not even used yet. Please do help

                    I want to highlighted a misleading process to initiate Paid job services and once initial amount paid they came up with another payment demand whole case mentioned below.
                    On November 16th, I initially purchased a service for Rs. 3292. Subsequently, the Shine team assigned a coordinator who recommended an additional service costing Rs. 3536. Unfortunately, I couldn't proceed at that moment due to a lack of funds. Despite expressing my financial constraints, the Shine team did not provide any updates thereafter. Today, 4th Dec, when I decided to avail the previously recommended service and made a payment of Rs. 3536, Shine.com representative informed me that an additional service, priced at Rs. 4673, was required to proceed further. without availing these services you will not get any interview call. since i already invested Rs. 6828 there was not option left for me to suggested services. I paid Rs. 4673 well but they were still want me to buy another service to proceed further which is additional Rs. 7000.

                    My concern stems from the lack of full information provided by Shine.com during the initial calls. It has left me feeling as though I may have been subjected to a misleading situation or potential scam. I would appreciate clarification on this matter. They misleading the Candidate and once intial amount paid by them they ask another paid services. I want you to please look into this matter, I have seen reviews on internet that so many people get cheated by them

                      He clearly mentioned the abroad services interview hiring test, everything and final charges is 7999 Rs. but later after paying 7999 rs, he asked 14988 Rs. extra .

                      If he told me earlier I would have not opted, it's out of budget .

                        I am writing this compliant to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the recent experience I had with Shine.com. I believe it is important to bring this matter to your attention in the hope that it can be resolved promptly and to prevent similar issues from recurring to anyone
                        in the future. I was reached out by Shine.com on 17th October 2023 @ 1:56 pm by the number [protected] for boosting my wife's resume in the job portal. They started by first asking me to pay Rs.3567/- which I paid, then they said another person from shine team would contact me for further process then another person contacted me on the same day @3:38 pm from this number [protected] as my dedicated recruiter and he started saying please pay Rs.5192/- for education verification when I said I will have to discuss about it with my wife and give a call
                        back later He said that we have to make the payment immediately on the call itself . When I denied to pay he said they will not help me with their services because of non payment after convincing me for so long I agreed to make that payment, I made the payment of Rs.5192/- after that he started asking for another payment saying that it's for previous job verification i.e

                        the name of resume writing and presentation. I realised that I am falling for their trap and denied to pay them anymore, when I denied to pay
                        the rep changed his tone and said we will not help you because of non payment of the resume writing and presentation services. They said its part of their process and I need to adhere to it . They have also sold or circulated my phone number, email address and other personal details to 3rd party services and exploiting my privacy. Now since yesterday I have got multiple calls for agencies asking me to pay for multiple entry level jobs. I have checked my wife shine.com mobile app and they have activated unwanted services like communication course, education verification fees, background verification fee. I Request you to please help me get my money back as I am currently unemployed, even a single rupee is crucial for me in my current financial situation.

                          On Saturday, Nov 4, 2023, I paid Transaction ID[protected]/- Transaction ID[protected]/- in total and I got a promise from Shine executive that I will be getting recruitment calls from Monday 6th November 2023, but I haven't received any update from Shine side.

                          Due to the Shine executive's false communication, I paid him first 3292/- which he told me was the last payment for the job process but at noon another executive called and asked for 5192/- rupees for the further process I transferred that also but again he asked me 9900/- rupees, due to unavailability of the fund I refused and he told me you will not get a refund and no services going forward.

                          I request Shine to refund my amount or please work on my resume and proceed with the services.

                            Shine people contact me on my mobile and said to join premium services and get job opportunities, some job opportunities waiting for your profile.
                            So I accept to join premium services and I paid the amount now they again called me requested more money.
                            Today i have already paid 60690 rupees and now I don't want any service from them.
                            Today i have paid money and want to deactivate service but they didn't receive my call.

                              Shine.com is a fraud job website. They are having tie up with many fraud companies, and posting fake jobs. The candidates who are aware of these fraudsters, apply for job since they are highly in need of job. The fraud company demands a lot of money from the candidates and at the end leaving them without giving anything. Please consider this issue with almost priority.

                                Regarding my complaint ID 3484879 filed against shine.com, I encountered a distressing situation following a call from an unknown number, [protected] on November 23rd at 8:16 PM, identified as 'WhatsApp' on Truecaller.

                                During the call, an individual claiming to be the owner of shine.com used threatening language, dismissing my concerns and asserting their authority. Uncomfortable with the situation after a long day, I ended the call.

                                Subsequently, an email from [protected]@shineservicess.in arrived, mentioning the forwarding of my complaint to the CEO. However, the email also criticized my approach and rejected my request, suggesting a refund contingent upon adjusting my attitude.

                                Navigating this scenario has been disconcerting. My primary goal is to secure a refund and disengage from further interactions with unprofessional entities. I am seeking guidance on how to achieve a resolution in a calm and professional manner, focused solely on obtaining the refund without prolonging any dispute.

                                    I got a initial call from shine com on yesterday for creating a job seekers profile for Rs 3292.00.

                                    Now once I have created this profile, I got a call from a person named Vikram as relationship manager. He said that I have to discuss your CV .I will call you tommorow.

                                    Today he has called me and scammed me with neary Rs 1 lakh with various unnecessary courses. During call he gave me no option to chk internets and other reviews. He said that the offer is for today only. Later I have chcked that all of his words are wrong.

                                    I am giving the screenshots of all of the payment I have made for some unnecessary reasons. My request to Shine.com is please stop scamming people and give proper services, if you want to continue.
