It is pertinent to mention here that all the transactions were made by the you after going through the terms and conditions and after giving an acceptance prior to activation of services or as per the terms and conditions duly accepted by you.
We might want to repeat that have you purchased the services with your own assent and we have additionally shared all invoices alongside the dashboard interface at the time of initiating the services.

Please note, I have not purchased or not availed none of your service. I have paid the amount based on compulsion and misguidance/misrepresentation from your representative...
Also I don't want your service due to your fraudulent activities.
Hence I have to get back the refund of the amount, which was looted from me.

It was purely a trapping and cheating from shine.com, and I experienced that, your team members are aligned to trap/misrepresent the needy peoples.. You may please verify the call records, where they have not informed me about the fee details..
I have not availed any of your services and I don't want to associate with you...
Please do the necessary action to refund the amount..
