      Today I got a call from Shine.com for premium services in job search. First they asked to pay me Rs.3292 (Proforma Invoice ID IN20230530_808590) as registration charge post which I informed that I will get an individual advisor who will guide me until I get shortlisted for a job.

      Once this is done, I got a call at 4PM for further registration. Representative Shiva (+91 [protected]) introduced himself as Career advisor, called and took my resume, went through it and asked for further details like experience and other personal details.

      After this intro session, he sent another payment request stating that is for "Education Verification Plus Package" and confirmed that this is the last payment I have to make to proceed with the registration process. Rs. 5192.00/- was charged (Proforma Invoice ID - IN20230530_808844)

      Again in few minutes one more, "Career Assessment Test with Expert Counselling" (Proforma Invoice ID - IN20230530_808849) - Rs. 9557.00/-

      At this time I was frustrated and started questioning him for these charged and requested what was the total amount I have to pay. He said that was the last one post that it will be the registration process. The irritating part was he was stating those as Investment and its peanuts compared to what I will get back.

      Post this the next level of payment again started, this is the point where I was burst and asked what is the total pending to activate the account, still the same old story,

      4. Senior Level Resume Writing Services - Rs. 15987.00/- (Proforma Invoice ID - IN20230530_808887)
      5. Jobs on the Move: 180 Days - Rs. 24779.00/- (Proforma Invoice ID - IN20230530_808890)

      During these last 2 payments I constantly checked whether those are last payment and he assured that those are the last set of payments post which he again said there is one last payment, that is the point where I got frustrated and cut the call.

      Total Sales:

      1. Rs.3292 (Proforma Invoice ID IN20230530_808590) as registration charge
      2. Rs. 5192.00/- was charged (Proforma Invoice ID - IN20230530_808844) as Education Verification Plus Package
      3. Rs. 9557.00/- Career Assessment Test with Expert Counselling" (Proforma Invoice ID - IN20230530_808849)
      4. Rs. 15987.00/- Senior Level Resume Writing Services - (Proforma Invoice ID - IN20230530_808887)
      5. Rs. 24779.00/- Jobs on the Move: 180 Days - (Proforma Invoice ID - IN20230530_808890)

      A person who is looking for a job changes has to pay so much? All these were not requested by me and it was informed that these are mandatory for me to get the premium service. Also he said it was for life time and when I cross checked, most of the items are just for 180 days max.

      I told the sales man clearly that I am not in urgency for job change but he kept insisting that the INVESTMENT is PEANUT.

      Kindly revert all these charges immediately and I can see all these are listed in my profile which I absolutely dint ask for. This is not the right approach to sell a product.

      I cross checked many consumer forum and all of them faced the same problem. To your notice, the entire sale happened in an hour.

      I still dont understand how this is an ethical selling? If you have a recording of the sale call, please hear through it. "Uninstall the app -> Do this investment -> next this and its the last. All of these investments are peanuts compared to what you going to get". These are not a good sign for sales. If a sales team said that the total package is Rs.1 lakh with the benefits, I would have taken time, read through it and bought if it was the need of the hour. Not like forcefully selling. Now I an requested to swap to any other services for same value?

        Look like fraud call on name of shine.com from number +[protected].
        Sign for fraud
        1. Call is not recorded.
        2. Person do not speak his name clearly.
        3. They want people to pay money ASAP.
        4. Spoke person is arrogant and lack etiquettes.
        5. Person forces you to do transaction without having all details written or email.

        This look like fraud.

        Irrespective of I am telling that I am busy, person tried to call multiple times, voice of person appears like threatening.

          22/05/2023, I get a call from the glassdoor.com, They said your cv is shortlisted by bank and IT sector, and select the IT, after they call me back, said you are selected by wipro company after that they asked document like, passport size photo etc.., I sent the document, after they ask money for registration fees, and i paid Rs 1850, after they send email to attend the aptitude test, and the next day i had a telephonic interview by the hr i selected after they asked verification fees Rs.6500 and i paid only Rs.5000 in this mid of the payment i want to know that this is scam or real to pay the balance payment

              Shine.com taken wrongly payment of Rs 3292 and Rs 6838 from me. When I make Rs 3292 payment the company executive said this is final payment for services after that Kuldeep (Mobile no [protected]) called me and speak with me half an hour and ask for Rs. 6838 payment when I did this payment he again asked for more payment i.e Rs 9675. My request you to please refund my Rs 3292 payment and Rs 6838 payment ASAP.

                I get a call from the representative of shine.Com that they will provide premium services and there will be some charge for it. I have made the payment. But after that their other employee's call comes and seeing the wrong information they charge me 2 times that this will be the last payment. But after that 3rd time again mail the payment. And when asked about refund, they refuse by telling the policy. While he had not told about any such policy earlier.

                  I paid for the UK based and India services today 13 May 2023. then they said Relationship manager will call you. same day today while having call he asked me to pay 7197. i asked him is the final amount i have to pay? as i cannot afford more than this amount. he said yes. then again, he asked me to check my mail and ask me to complete that transaction and the amount was around 12, 000. he said without this transaction cannot be completed. i said you have not told me before about this additional amount, i cannot afford this much money for searching the job. i really felt cheated. Please cancel my service which i just booked.
                  they should have told us clearly the amount breakup and services properly and not misguide. this is really bad experience. Please cancel both the services

                    The imposter robbed me of Rs 3292/- for assured job in my area. Then after a few days, the imposter said that they are not able to serve their clients and hence are returning the amount. In this process of bluff they asked to receive the amount my typing 'rcv3292inmyaccount' as note in GPay and again robbed me of Rs 3292/-.
                    Moreover, he asked to continue the process of GPay with Rs 6584/- more to get back the paid money, but I refused.
                    In all, I paid Rs 6584/- to him, and he is not returning that.

                      Really worst service from shine, i have taken a service today the executive is totally making our self to forcing for other services which is not at all relevent but he is forcing me to pay for other services and telling that you will not get jobs sir if you are not paying for it.

                      i have asked to refund my money back he said shine.com doesnt have refund policy and he is saying not going to active my services if i am not paying money further. When i checked with how much more to pay for the entire service he said nothing more than that except the verifcation and we will take of you till your carrier.

                      I have taken service for Rs 3292/- (resume booster and display) and he told to me take one more service for Rs 5192.00/- (Background verification) when i paid this he is asking me to pay for one more service which is cost 9+K really fraud service, he was in call until i pay, he didnt let me cut the call even after i said i cant pay the money.

                      he is saying with out taking one more service i can't proceed "
                      what nonsense is this, he is litterly bulling and forcing to take service, He used more harsh words. please don't buy this package, shine is really worst.
                      I m not sure whether will i get refund or not but those who are going to pay even after checking these reviews, Please dont fall for their scam.

On 22nd April, 2023 I got call from (Simran) from Gurugram stating that she is from Shine.com company, and after asking the location and job which I wanted to do she gave me number of another man (Akhilesh Kumar) who asked me to send all the details (passport size photo, I'D proof, and latest marksheet).                         I have only one thing to share with everyone in India. Pls don’t ever think of taking their services. It is a fraud company. With only one intention of making money. Their executive will make lot of false promises with no support. I have lost 3 lakh with no support. If you have money better donate it to a charity rather getting cheated by them

                              This is dr.charishma Saroj(dentist) I have received a call stating from shine and my application is been selected for medical reviewer job and asked me to pay an initial registration fee of 3500/- which will be refundable back to me after getting the job for registration which I have pay through the details given by the mail which was from shine at the next moment I have received a call from the same shine employee stating that your application is been verified and background verification is being done and it costs about 6500 for that which I have paid through the same details provided by in the mail which was again from shine. The very next day I have changed my mind because have an better opportunity and made a call to the employee to cancel my application he again stated that it is also chargeable of 2900 which I have again pay through the same details provided and he also stated that all my amount will be refunded back to me with in 3 days and not a single rupee was refunded till now all the mails are from shine address and I have all the mails and all the details regarding my payments please do take some action and help me get my amount back .

                                I got a call from shine.com for paid service where I paid 3105 for premium package. I paid the amount and got a call from RK sahu(+[protected] and he explained me asked asked to pay the amounts one by one. It came around 35k and paid it. After that he sent another link for 24k just to enable the notification to receive the job alert to my WhatsApp. Since I denied to pay he is forcing me like anything and raising his voice at the max. And also mentioned that they will not guarantee that I get the job opportunities. Please help me in getting my amount refunded. I will never use shine at any cost here after

                                Respected sir, already I have paid so many amounts. I raised this complaint to refund my money back. Will you be able to refund my money or not. If you put in DND mode how will I get calls to resolve my issue. Using the provided email and mobile number, you can find how much money is paid. Why can't you start the refund process?. This complaint is for refund request. Not for call, since I have already PAID AROUND 40K to shine.

                                  Initially I got a call from shine.com for paid service where I paid 3k. After that I received a call from shine experts and forced me to pay 35k. Again he sent an email for 24k just for enabling notification part. Since I refused to pay he is raising his voice like that I cannot grantee on job and also I will have only less visibility since I didn't opt that service. Please help me in getting my amount refunded
