Shine.com Refund of my all transactions

Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is Amarjeet Dahiya, I registered on shine.com today. I received a call from shine.com representative on 28nd march 2023. Where in he explained me about paid service of shine.com with nominal price of Rs. 3657/- where in he said they will assign a dedicated "Relationship manager" for me and he will closely work with me to help me to get new job within few days with this nominal fees only and I don't have to...

Hi, today i am paid rupees 3657 by reference id in20230328_780729_151542 to shine dot.Com for premium services but after 2 hours he suggested me more service module packages charges approx 7000 but i dont agree to pay more amount he says the premium services is not works better for your profile and i ask about i dont want your services i cant trust to shine.Com and want my refund. He says why i am refund you deny for services.

My strongly review to all persons who read this message please dont rely on shine.Com and dont waste your money.

Please help me to refund my money paid today

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    My name is Chaudhury Debidatta Nayak, I registered on shine.com few days back. I received a call from shine.com representative on 22nd march 2023. Where in he explained me about paid service of shine.com with nominal price of Rs. 3657/- where in he said they will assign a dedicated "Relationship manager" for me and he will closely work with me to help me to get new job within few days with this nominal fees only and I don't have to make any further payment.
    So I paid this Rs. 3657/- and then he said they will assign a relationship manger he will call me to get more information about my job requirment and will help me to find job accordingly as per my preference soon.
    After few hour Mr. Kuldeep called me from mobile number- +91 [protected] and initially he asked me about my jod preference and post 15 to 20 minutes of discussion. He told me in order to avail good job, I would have to get 2 services (2nd and 3rd payment mentioned below) of Rs. 6478/- & Rs. 9674/- and I would get service from excellent shine.com for lifetime. So with hesitance, I paid next 2 payments as he said this is last payment and they will ask for no further payment but post this he again said I would have to avail another service (4th payment mentioned below) by paying Rs. 15759/& he said this is last payment this service is must to get good job, if I dont avail this then other 3 bought services would have no meaning and will get "forfeit".So, reluctantly and in compulsion I made 4th payment as well, but post that again they asked me to avail another service for Rs.24424/-(5th payment) to which I said I cant pay but same thing he repeated that wont get any benefit, so I paid the 5th payment.
    Then after that again he told 6th and 7th payment one by one(payment mentioned below) Rs. 34926/- and Rs. 43069. I hesitate to pay but he forcing me to pay through credit card by EMI and all. I was busy at that moment in my office work so I paid 6th and 7th payment option. When I got free from my office I calculated that total amount is Rs. 137987/- I paid to shine.com, that's a huge amount for me. That time I recognized that if I will not get my fund back I will be in a big financial crises. So I mailed them that day night to cancel all the services and refund my money back, but I didn't get any response from them. I called them also they directly denying to refund of money. All services which are I paid mentioned below.
    First payment (paid) Rs. 3657/-
    Application booster package
    Second payment (paid) Rs. 6478/-
    Job profile verification plus package
    Third payment (paid) Rs. 9674/-
    Education verification plus package 2
    Fourth payment (paid) Rs. 15759/-
    Visual resume for senior professionals
    Fifth payment (paid) Rs. 24424
    Profession summary, career management essentials and featured profile
    Sixth payment (paid) Rs. 34926/-
    Jobs on the move 180days job & interview guidance, LinkedIn profile summary
    Seventh payment (paid) Rs. 43069
    Job & interview assistance, master in leadership and strategy management training course.
    I would really be thankful to you, if you could help me to get my full amount refund of Rs. 137987/- from shine.com at the earliest. Please let me know, if you need any other details or information from my side.

      I have purchased the 1st Service on 22nd march 2023 amount of Rs.3657 informed by agent that one of the representative will assist you to activate the service.

      After that I have got a call saying that the service activation will take an 40-45 min. And also available on call with Laptop saying that all the information regarding your career will be taking and then they will assist for the services....

        I informed you Fraud call from your company on 9th March, 2023 I received a call from shine.com name Ajit Verma (Shine.com Employee) mobile location show me chhattisgarh Contact No.: [protected]. he told me you selected recruited in shine pay Rs. 10/- then generated the reference code for your the recruited easily. i was say not the interest any charge for job but he told me only paid the Rs.10/- & He send me whatsapp No.[protected] message & give the link those shine.com. : httd/.www.shinerecuriter.com, I have to do as per instruction of Mr. Ajit Verma. But the transaction not done by ne tbanking, he call me again again by whatsapp call & request me because transaction of Rs. 10/- is fillagur again then he told please try last time then i was paid by credit card no.[protected]kotak Mahindra bank) then once again failed. After he called three times, the transaction filled, message from kotak bank (CCard) deducted rs. 10250/- afterword message against deduct as same Rs.10187.50/- pleseas its my humble request to refund my money rs. 20437.90/- total deduct from my credit card.

        Requesting shine .com why not take the seriously action google website . I lost my Rs.20437.90/- who responsible this fraud. If have Know your company name someone website used the fraud. Poor people how bear this non sense fraud. Name : Ajit Verma your employee using the your company logo, number, website but your company don't know. I have evidence he generated the company name reference code, name, logo, etc but the shine.com not responsible . Its my humble request please investigation & take seriously action. please refund my rs.20437.90 i m poor can't effort the this amount.

                I have opted for shine.com services as I thought it's a genuine platform for job search.I have avail their services but later on after seeing that they are not a genuine source because they provide you improper information and on every step they say that it's the last payment which you have to make.I want my refund to be initiated immediately.I am adding all the transaction details which I made because of improper information and fraudulent activities.

                I have been told that without these services my resume can't be taken further and have been told that this will be the last payment asked for which the person have misguided me and told me to pay for the services.And I was not aware of that later after on customer support I have been told that you have no rights to cancel the services and Forcefully it's been initiated.This is an act of half information been provided and Forcefully the services has been initiated.

                Its my request that all the services should be stopped immediately and I am getting numerous calls which should be stopped.

                Rather to that I have clearly mentioned all the incident happened to me on mail clearly you all have provided incomplete information and have taken the payment forcefully.

                      I am searching job opportunities, meanwhile I got a call from shine, Mr. Mohit has explained that they have many opportunities which are meets my requirements, so if I pay the 3186/- i will get different services and many job opportunities.

                      I was never experienced paid services, so I was hesitating. I asked for time to think, but they are not ok to give time. Somehow he convinced to 2-3 days. Then I thought, only in 3186/- if I get better job offer it’s fine. So on 21st I paid the amount via their email link. (Attached message 1) Once payment done, he told me that he is appointed RM, who will call me and explained process. Immediately RM called, and asked for my resume, profile, experience, and background. Then he told I have to do education and employment verification to process further. I have to pay little amount for that. When I asked amount and total amount for Complete process, he didn’t told me the amount and asked me to check mail during call, and pay the amount in mail. When I checked email during call, it was of 5192/-. So I paid that during call only, and given transaction I’d to him. Then he asked for another transaction I’d, so I told what is it for, so he told me it was for employment verification, previous transaction was for only education verification. So I argued, and asked again for total charges of all service. But he didn’t told that. After some arguments and discussion I paid that also. Which is of 9556/-. And given transaction I’d. Then he moves on resume, and informed me that my resume is outdated, I have to update resume after I update resume, I will get the notification on WhatsApp also about job openings. So again I asked for amount, which again he didn’t told and asked to check mail, in mail, it was 15987/- so I told I don’t have money. So he asked me to use credit card. I denied for it, so he told that I have to complete the process to get benefits. After almost 20-30 minutes of arguments and discussion I paid 15987/- which was debited 16383/- so when I asked for difference, so he told it was settling charges by payment gateway. And I given transaction I’d. Then again he asked for another transaction I’d, so I asked that what it is about. So he asked to check mail, in which it was 24779/-. I asked this is not being transparent process. I am constantly asking for total charges, and you are not informing that. And asking me to pay one by one with diff amounts. I didn’t want to pay anymore. So he told me that if I will not pay, process will not complete, and I will not get any benefits. I asked to refund then, so he refused that we don’t have refund policy. I have attached all mails, of transactions. When I asked to complain, they started talking that it will not create any problems to them. I have to follow their instructions. So finally I decided to do complaint. “They misguided, hiding total package, and amount, and when I asked to stop. They threaten about not getting any benefits.

                        I am searching job opportunities, meanwhile I got a call from shine, Mr. Mohit has explained that they have many opportunities which are meets my requirements, so if I pay the 3186/- i will get different services and many job opportunities.

                        I was never experienced paid services, so I was hesitating. I asked for time to think, but they are not ok to give time. Somehow he convinced to 2-3 days. Then I thought, only in 3186/- if I get better job offer it’s fine. So on 21st I paid the amount via their email link. Once payment done, he told me that he is appointed RM, who will call me and explained process. Immediately RM called, and asked for my resume, profile, experience, and background. Then he told I have to do education and employment verification to process further. I have to pay little amount for that. When I asked amount and total amount for Complete process, he didn’t told me the amount and asked me to check mail during call, and pay the amount in mail. When I checked email during call, it was of 5192/-. So I paid that during call only, and given transaction I’d to him. Then he asked for another transaction I’d, so I told what is it for, so he told me it was for employment verification, previous transaction was for only education verification. So I argued, and asked again for total charges of all service. But he didn’t told that. After some arguments and discussion I paid that also. Which is of 9556/-. And given transaction I’d. Then he moves on resume, and informed me that my resume is outdated, I have to update resume after I update resume, I will get the notification on WhatsApp also about job openings. So again I asked for amount, which again he didn’t told and asked to check mail, in mail, it was 15987/- so I told I don’t have money. So he asked me to use credit card. I denied for it, so he told that I have to complete the process to get benefits. After almost 20-30 minutes of arguments and discussion I paid 15987/- which was debited 16383/- so when I asked for difference, so he told it was settling charges by payment gateway. And I given transaction I’d. Then again he asked for another transaction I’d, so I asked that what it is about. So he asked to check mail, in which it was 24779/-. I asked this is not being transparent process. I am constantly asking for total charges, and you are not informing that. And asking me to pay one by one with diff amounts. I didn’t want to pay anymore. So he told me that if I will not pay, process will not complete, and I will not get any benefits. I asked to refund then, so he refused that we don’t have refund policy. When I asked to complain, they started talking that it will not create any problems to them. I have to follow their instructions.                         It was not acceptable as all the services are forced in name of a registration process, during a call, writhin 40-50 minutes all transactions are done, and no terms and conditions are explained during call.
                        It was a purely misguided about services, and taken benefits of emotional feelings. Cheated.
                        And now I don’t want any services so asking for refund.

                            I have purchased premium service with Shine for 3, 656.82 rupees on transaction number : Payment Idpay_LRHANPBf0Z9kCu and order ID: 456269 and transaction ID: CP[protected].
                            The purchase was made today (14th March 2023). I was miss informed about the package and now Shine representative is asking for more money. I wanted to get a refund and cancel the ordered service. getting no help

                              Hello sir/Madam,
                              My Name is Krishna Kishore babu, registered on Shine.com on yesterday (28.01.2023) and received a call from Shine.com representative on 28.01.2023, where in he explained me about paid services of shine.com with nominal price of 3374/-.

                              Initially I showed no interest but then he started flattering about the services offered by them, where in he said they will assign a dedicated “Relationship Manager” for me and he will closely work with me to help me to get new job within months and don’t have to make any further payment.

                              So I paid this Rs. 3374/- and then he said they will assign a Relationship manager and he will call me to get more information about my job requirement and will help me to find job accordingly.

                              On the same day (28.01.2023) Relationship manager called me and initially asked me about my job preference and post 20 Mins discussion

                              He told me in order to avail good job, I would have to get 2 services (2nd and 3rd payment mentioned below) of 15112/- and I would get service from excellent shine.com for life time.

                              I paid next 2 payments as he said this is last payment and they will ask for no further payment post this again he said I would have to avail another service (4th Payment) by paying of 16, 713/- and made this payment as well but post that again they asked me to avail another service for 25, 393/- and made this payment as well but post that again they asked me to avail another service for 33, 374/-

                              Below are the payment I made to shine.com: Total amount I Paid is Rs. 93, 966/-

                              First payment of Rs.3, 374/- for registration
                              Second Payment of Rs.5, 320/- for Education verification
                              Third payment of Rs.9, 792/- for professional details verification
                              Fourth payment of Rs. 16, 713/- for professional resume with cover letter
                              Fifth payment of Rs. 25, 393/- for Activate WhatsApp number
                              Sixth payment of Rs. 33, 374/- for Jobs & Interview assistance

                              I would really appreciate and be thankful to you, if you could help me get full amount refund “ Rs.93, 966/- from shine.com at the earliest. Please let me know if you need any other details or information from my side.

                                I have subscribed for 999 package on 10/3/2023, which got activated on 13/03/2023 in the evening time around 6:00pm that's after doing several follow up...I didn't get single call from shine.com regarding procedure and documentation.
                                Website Is getting hanged while I am trying to search for candidates I trying to contact to customer care since morning, on first call by 10:00am the person from customer care said you will get a demo call from concern team.
                                I did not receive a call hence after one hour O called back again, the person from other side asked me name, number and email ID, he again said you will get call within 30 min.
                                I did not receive call again. Now after 40 min again I am trying to contact customer care. They are disconnecting call again n again.
                                Kindly do the needful as soon as possible or at least help me to cancel the package and get money back.

                                  Not deleting my account data

                                  I have sign up on shine.com hoping to get a job but soon I find it frustrating and spam so I tried to delete my account but there is no option to delete your account on their website.
                                  I tried sending them mail but they responded "Please note you only have the option to make your profile inactive. As per policy, we are not allowed to delete the data."
                                  Why I can not delete my own data from a 3rd party website?

                                  Hello, I am vicky chopra from Panipat. I was looking for a job change. i checked on shine.com. i made an account and i recieved call from shine team same day. they said you will get job calls if you register our service and they said to make a payment of 3292rs. i made payment and after sometimes i recieved one more call. they said to make a payment of 8295 for interview calls. i made the payment. next day they said to make payment for 12010 for resume and some other skills. i made that payment too. now they are saying to make 20000+ gst. now i denied to make payment. now they are saying you wont be able to recieve any calls for interviews.
