This is in regards to my order no[protected]...one purse out of 6 items has been cancelled from your end ... and I did not receive complete refund of this product.
I ordered this product for Rs.1375/-. After repeated calls at your call centre I got a birfurcation of the products which does not satisfy my query.
2 products out of that were at 55% but price charged does not satisfy the criteria.
I need my compelete refund.. because as per bifurcation received it seems you have charged excess amount from me .
Need complete satisfactory clarification else I will have to take this to consumer forum.

    Hi recently bought ferragamo elegenza from shoppers stop at world trade park jaipur rajasthan.

    I previously bought signoria from same store. It was perfect. For 5500 for 100 ml.. Super satisfied with product.
    This time i bought
    Elegenza which is 7500 for 100 ml
    Edp
    Doesnt stay at all. Its an edp and does not stay on my skin or clothes. I am a perfume lover. And ferragamo fan. I am highly dissapointed. So much money wasted.
    What shall i do. Please replace my bottle.

      I have dropped several complaints to shoppers stop.. Firstly the ivr never works and inspite of so many complains the company is not ready to respond and provide the refund... Its been almost a month now.
      Complaint no. Registered with shoppers stop. Cas[protected]z2z0q3 ;. Cas[protected]z9v7r6;. Cas[protected]q8w9x8.. None of the complaints has been resolved yet.. And no refund is received.. Never shop on shoppers stop.. They are looters.

      The product needs to be returned but I am not able to sign in to the site neither the forgot password is working. I even entered a complaint on the site. Got no response. I need to return the product please help.

        I have returned the product on shoppers stop.com.. And it's been 15 days i have not received the refund.. Have been calling plenty of times to customer care.. Also have put mails.. But there is no response... This is a worst ever online experience i had.. Please refund my money..

          Above are my product details. I have ordered on july 29th but it couldn't yet shipped. Also given complaint on aug 5th but still there is no luck.
          There is no change in shipment status yet. This was horrible situation which i'm facing with you guys. First do respect to customer and satisfy their needs.

          Please advise when this is going to be shipped. I need a clear explanation why product was taking this much huge time to ship?

            The most pathetic customer service i hav ever seen..i ordered a american tourister unisex backpack with order #[protected]. On 29jul2019...at the time of online order 04 quantity were remaining. After i booked the same 03 quantity was remaining. Online app showed 3 days to shipping n 5 to 7 days for delivery...no follow up or updates recvd from s.s. hence i made regular enqueries on 02 aug and 04 aug. ...on 02 aug i was i formed it is under procurement stage n will be couried shortly...0n 04 aug i was told that the stock is available in the koramangla s.s. outlet in bengaluru karnataka and will be shipped max in a day...today morning my order was cancelled after 9 days...for the pymt made half of the pymt was thru credit card and other half was thru e.voucher gift card. Without my knowledge the cre crd amount is already refunded on the card but no update provided for the evoucher...again on receiving the cancellation sms i called the customer care enquiring why was it cancelled n i was informed that it is out of stock..hence cancelled...the executive and then the floor supervisor both on no answer when i questioned then that at the tine of order when 04 quantity was available how is it out of stock after 8 days..and do u need 8 days to confirm what stocks u hav... moreover yesterday ur executive confirmed it is been dispatched from bangalore koramangala...how n why was my order cancelled...why was my order n pymt accepted on the 29th when u guys were not sure of stocks n how did it show 04 quantity available on 29th at the time of booking...i asked the supervisor for a griveance redressal or senior management rmail id or contact and to my shock i was informed that they dont hav either...finally i had to clearly tell then that this is deficiency in service n i m goin to file a case in the consumer court with a compensation claim of 2 lacs...unless the same order is fullfilled from ur end...i hav been promised a follow up.. amd will surely escalate to consumer court in the nxt 48 hrs if no prompt delivery or follow up is done by the seniors..i hav all the call recordings n screenshots for records...

              I purchased a legging model # worth 1799/-. I bought it from only store in shoppers stop r city mall, ghatkopar. I just worn it thrice and it became loose from the hip and the knee part. Now i cant wear it anymore it looks really shabby. I require another product now!! I really did not like the product, not only it does not fit, but also i see some bubbles on the fabric. Never expected such product from shoppers stop.

                I had ordered a dress from the shoppers stop app on sunday i. E 28/07/2019.
                I had used my hdfc credit card for the payment. I had received the confirmation message from the bank about the payment being successful. But on checking the app, i saw that my order was not placed. I have tried a number of times to connect them through customer care and have sent a mail to them too. But i haven't had a response from their side.
                I will attach the screenshot of the payment of rs 1449.

                  I thot it would be a nice experience here but.. Your refund policy is very bad.. I must say myntra is the best.. This was first and last time i shopped from here.. Kindly refund my amount as soon as possible.. I dont thing this much delay in refunds is acceptable.. As evry other shopping site excpt u guyz offers such great and faster refunds

                    When i decided to order skechers men casual wear slippers (Price : 2069 with promocode welcome) on that time im going to pay that amount through paytm upi transaction. Unfortunately that amount has been processing. After 10 minutes later i pay again through google pay transaction, thats also shows like that. After 5 mins that two transactions made successfully. And debited from my account too (Debited amount ₹ 4138). When i checked my order section, i can’t see anything about my product. Then i contact my federal bank customer care for further clarification then they told me that amount credited to your account. Then i trying to call your customer care number, and your team told me to wait 14- 30 hrs. And they can’t give any further information. I can see lot of complaints against you on social medias. Most of the problems are related with refund money. So i can understand that i also a victim of your scam. So i want my money back as soon as possible.. And i can give exact details about my concerns. I don’t want your # excuses and waitings, only want my money. Find to attached my entire details of my complaints.

                    Why don’t you initiated my refund yet ? Its poor customer care services. I called your team yesterday they told me yesterday would initiate the amount and that refund initiation email will get u yesterday itself. But I don’t get any mail from your side. Why are you so pathetic . I never experienced this situation in shopping sites.

                      I went to shoppers stop which is there in mgf mall and chosen a kurta and palazzo which was under the promotion of buy one get one but the size which was required was not available at the store so they asked us that they will send it online to the address where it is to be sent as the person for which we were buying is from dehradun. We specifically told then that we do do not have good experience with online shopping hence would not like to go ahead with this option but they insist that everything will be fine and they will send the right product only but the wrong order was delivered (Ordered for black kurta and palazzo but got blue color. Order number #[protected] i called them and ask them for change they asked me to call customer care where they clearly denied that product colour can not be changed however size can be changed. When i called store after checking with their manager they confirmed that colour will be returned and on tuesday someone will come with black palazzo and will take blue palazzo which we agreed. But on tuesday they again called and mentioned that they can not change the colour of palazzo when we asked that if this is so then why you confirmed on that day to which they were not having any answer and they started putting blame on us that you must have checked before placing the order so you are also at fault. Which ideally person who was ordering didn't show us the details and he gave the option to do the payment only. Secondly, i was not there to do online shopping they have done it on their behalf i showed them the product which was required. Worst experience with # shoppers stop not going to go back there but i want my black colour palazzo at a place of blue which i never ordered. And want a compensation gainst the mental torture which they have done just to safe gaurd themself.

                        This happened with me twice in two different shopperstop. I chose a handbag at shipra mall ghaziabad shopperstop and it was hanging in flat 50% section.. When i asked its price around they said it's a new arrival and mistaken kept in that section. I said okay.. This happens..
                        Then next i walked into logix mall noida shopperstop there again i liked a handbag and coincidentally it was also in flat 50%section.. As there was no tag on it so i asked the person around he clearly told me it cost 3000 and is on flat 50% so 'll be 1500.. So i took it.. Then again on the billing counter i was told that this bag is a new arrival so no discount.. This time i got anxious as over there one person said something else and billing counter people something else.. I had a long conversation on this that the statements doesn't match at all.. N moreover. When there is no tag no mark on the bag how are you justifying it was new arrival.. As new arrival are treated so recklessly no tag no mark lying nowhere etc etc.. Then next day i checked shopperstop online and that same handbag was available there and on flat 50%..
                        I proceeded to order the bag then there was an option to pickup from the store so i entered the pincode and it was available only in logix noida shopperstop.. So i placed the order and made a complain on customer care.
                        I asked to speak to the manager of logix noida shopperstop.. I got a call from him n explained him the complete scenario.. N i told him about the order placed he took my order number and assured to check and will confirm the pickup time..
                        I waited for his call that day the next day but no information.. So next day in the evening i called the manager (Adarsh) and asked him about the status, then he tells me it's cancelled.. I just got furiated as i didn't have any information neither about cancellation not of refund..
                        Then the manager tells me it's not available which clearly was available on the site itself and in that same place.. He said he will call the customer care and soon i will receive a call.
                        I called the customer care from my end and they told that my order was cancelled at that very moment when the manager hung up on me to contact the customer care...
                        These are fraudsters, fake greedy brand now as now they have got famous to they do whatever they want and go away with it.. Thinking nothing will happen to them

                          [protected] called cc to speak to last officer (Manager?) who mentioned she would look into case personally and update. Told that calls cannot be transferred and manager will not be able to attend the call.

                          [protected] called cc on phone. No resolution/update received. Escalated. Cc now says there is technical issue, so please cancel order. Asked if the pending order can be picked from nearest store, cc mentioned nearest store does not have the item. A lie, because the items are available at juhu store nearby. Disappointed, disgusted and disheartened, asked cc to cancel the order and initiate return of previous item.

                          I've been a member for more than 15 years with shoppers stop and have been put through too a lot of stress following up and asking for the service which i have already made full payment. Its unethical and unfair practice to treat a customer this way and i expect that the money i have paid is returned as soon as possible.

                          I had specifically asked to cancel the complete order. I had returned the previous garment that was delivered and waited for a refund. Yet I see that the pending item has now been delivered. And today I receive an email that the amount for the returned item is 0 and to enter the bank details.

                            Bought carolina herrera 212 men nyc perfume... Which turned out to be fake!!!.. The container the on a real and genuine can of 212, the logo is a raised transparent blue plastic material that's "not printed on", the carolina herrera brand name at the bottom is embedded into the can and "not printed on", and the batch number is embedded on the side of the spray cap and "not printed on" the top of the can. All of which may be disputable. But,...

                            I am really disappointed because i was scammed by your staff in the name of membership card at ambience shoppers stop vasant kunj.

                            What happened with me at ambience shoppers stop mall vasant kunj is unacceptable.
                            The staff at cash counter told me that since my membership card is old i have to upgrade it. They assured me that it is only to upgrade the shoppers stop membership card and nothing else.
                            As i have been shopping here since decades i trusted them and provided my detail.

                            I asked her several times and she assured me it's only membership card. Never mentioned she was trying to impose credit card on me (Lier). Although these citi bank people keeps telling customer to get credit card at cash counter. But this time they lied and tricked.
                            If person is interested they we'll get it you don't have to lie or harrass people.
                            It's a waste of customers time. Also you are trying to steal customers data.

                            So i could see that they can cross any limits for there sale and don't care about customer.
                            Seems like shoppers stop is more focusing on selling credit cards than merchandise. And don't value customers time.
                            Mostly i am disappointed because they lied to me and took my data in the name of membership card.

                            We come taking our valuable time to shop not to waste time and get fooled by your agents.
                            I am done with shoppers stop forever.

                              My self amit nemani from malad west mumbai. My contact cell no: [protected] and i was in shopper stop inorbit mall malad west mumbai yesterday. I was looking for one formal shoes and i selected the same of arrow brand. I ask sales person to give me in size 10. He did not asked me and shown size 9 and i had not checked and he said this is 10. I paid for the same and when i came back to claim the shoes from arrow sales person he said this the shoes and i told this is 9 no. He said this is bigger in arrow and he gave me as i already paid. Today morning when i tried that shoes was tight to me. Sir i spend 2 hours to find one formal shoes and bcos of sales person mistake he gave me size 9 no. I request you to pls take action against him and pls give me my money back as i do not want credit note now as i cannot trust shoppers stop sales person. Invoice copy pdf attached for ready ref. Pls take action.

                                I had a very bad experience today at shoppers stop at select city walk delhi.
                                They were busy explaining their card service to customers, my baby was crying hard i was standing there for around 20 mins. Nobody gave a # for that when i said i don't want your merchandise they didn't even bothered about asking me the reason. I am a gold member of shoppers stop. I won't be shopping here any more. Such # this shoppers stop is. Such bad staff. They give a # about your emotions.

                                  I had worest experience in chetpet shopper stop, , I never come to shop in this store. Very guilty shop in store, , I'm not satisfied about service here.
                                  Manager also way of speaking with customers he don't know. How the management give the manager post to give him. I'm fully disappointed about service and shop there, . More than this pandi Bazar is good to shop.

                                    I made purchase for Rs.12, 380 yesterday (15-June-2019) at Andheri West Shopper's Stop vide Cash Memo No.6989. Among the things purchased, were two number of pack of three handkerchiefs. Both were paid for in the Cash Memo @ Rs.219 each. After billing was done (by Afzal), the items were put in Shopper's Stop Bag. At that point of time, there was another person selling CitiBank Credit Card also standing alongside the Cashier.

                                    After payment of the above amount by credit card, the cashier filled the items in a Shopper's Stop Bag. The bag was then handed over to me, I check with Afzal where all the items were put in. He confirmed.

                                    When I reached home I found one pack of three handkerchief was missing, which probably was not put in the bag.

                                    I would urge you to have a look at the CCTV to find out if there was some intentional withholding of the said item. If yes, I would request you to let me know. I am a First Citizen Shopper's Stop Member and basis the cash memo given, you will know my contacts for let me know

                                    Yes, , cashier also don't know how to behave with customers, , I'm also faced same like this problem. They didn't resolve my problem also. Cashier behavior is rudely and angry with customers.

                                      We have purchased a perfume "Antonio Banderas" costing 2150 Approx from shoppers stop Bangalore ( Gopalan Signature Mall) located on old Madras road 2 weeks back. Since past 3 days that we have been using it seems like a fake bottle with a branded tag!!

                                      I have attached the photos take a look. Being a gold member since past 15 years almost we barely deserve this!! I would want u guys to use the perfume too who would even doubt an inch of what I'm saying. It's like water being sprayed with no smell within just 5 mins.

                                      I definitely want my money back or at least an original product. It's almost unused!!.

                                      We do not expect this from shoppers stop. Now I feel lifestyle is way better.
