Hello,

It is subject to not refunding money as per the promised by the sales team.

I enrolled with ML PG program and at the time of joining i was not sure about joining this program, at that time Simplilearn sales team told me that you can stop this PG program anytime and after a couple of months when i have created a request for cancellation, they told me that its not in our policy. Please its false promise given by sales team.

As its not an our issue, please kindly help us with the same.

    I have enrolled for the subjected certification from Simplilearn. They have clearly mentioned that if I have two attempts of the exam and if after both the attempts I cannot clear the exam they will refund my entire money.
    I could not clear the first attempt for 1 mark. The passing mark was 26 and I got 25. After that I have communicated with my training coordinator for the refund or retake exam process. She confirmed that refund is not possible at this point of time, I should go for second attempt.
    So I have requested for exam voucher. Initially they have shared invalid exam voucher with me after multiple follow ups. After that I have started following up them with this issue and suddenly they are saying I am neither eligible for second attempt nor for refund. If that is the scenario then they have worked for my second voucher last 7 days. Also the teams and conditions they have mentioned now have not been committed to me when I am in continuous touch with them regarding this.
    This type of weird behaviour is not acceptable from of brand like Simplilearn. I really need the solution urgently. If they are unable to arrange second attempt for me then my entire money should be refunded.

      i would like to inform you that i am withdrawing my name from the course of "Data Scientist" due to i am facing some difficulties which are created from your end.
      the following reasons are created from your side.
      1. There is no any support from institutes and faculty end.
      2. I had join this course May-2022 since and till I have complete only one course. because of the institute didn't have any syllabus system.
      3. faculty's are teaching us in only one language (English) what they saying and guided in we cannot understand. no any other local language are available with your institute

      that's way I am withdrawing my name with this course.

      So please closed my account and requesting to you please balance amount should be return to us or loan provided company.
      I will not to pay any amount from Next Month.

        Amazon voucher not given back it's been 3 months, as committed by simplilearn executive (Sahana who left the organisation). When I enrolled on 29 March into CSM course for 20000 but I was negotiating in 19000 so she promised that If I pay 20000, Amazon voucher of 1000 rupees will be given back to me within a month so my course fee will be 19000 only.
        (Please be advised there was nothing like reference)

          Money back guarantee is what they said!

          I had my V4 Foundation exam and to my surprise I was able to answer only 20-30% of the questions & rest of the questions were pretty twisted and wasn't able to crack them as I never came across those contents in the ones provided by Simplilearn.
          It was really disappointing as they assured that whatever they included in the course will definitely be the ones that will be asked for the exam.
          Not only were the questions not answerable but also the PDFs that they sent me or the help or support forum options provided in their website cannot be opened.
          This is a lesson to me not to trust fraudsters like this blindly as they are only money minded and do not update their contents.
          I hope some sort of justice here else I will have to handle this matter more seriously by escalating it further on other platforms.

            Highly been spammed with Purdue University, projections vs reality is horrible

            130+ communications 60+ tickets
            several calls all are agreeing to issues verbally
            but no refund supported!

            Zero learning/ no completions

            request for consumer complaints to prevent from further people been fooled/ spammed by Simplilearn

            The course swap was because of Simplilearn issues which has been explained in detail over several calls, mails etc

              This is the second time it's happening. Promising a batch and not allocating to the promised one!

              1st time: Promised by Mr.Kishan that I will be allocated to a batch on May 28th and 29th (12 to 7 batch). But put me in a batch for 9 am, without enquiring about my availability. Even before he booked me in the batch, I told him I have PTM in my son's school and I will be available only by 12 pm.

              After multiple calls, chats and out of frustration I asked for a refund. Which took more time.

              2nd time: Now on 10th of June, I asked if not a refund, atleast can you allocate me to a 11&12 weekend batch. Mr.Joe intervened. But again, nothing happened.

              In Detail:
              I have been contacted by Mr.Joe.He told me on June 10th that will allocate me to a batch for this weekend (June 11 & 12 - 10 am batch). He also told me that I will receive the link before 9am on June 11. But I did not receive any.

              On June 11th, Mr. Kishan called me asking whether I wanted to join the 8:30 am batch. He called by 8:50 am. I said the class would have already started and I don't want to miss the introduction session. He said he will enquire about the 10 am batch and get back to me.

              It's 11:15 am, I am writing this mail, no calls, no response to my calls. Its second time repeating.

              Called Mr.Joe and Kishan - no response

              You promised for a batch and did not allocate to that.

              I have been waiting for a refund for the last 15+ days. Really frustrating, Simplilearn you have my money already and not providing the service that has been promised.

              Now, I am tired of asking for a refund or a batch, I am taking it to post reviews on the social media.

                I have joined Cloud Architect Solution in March 2022 after few classes it has been stopped after several follow-ups with my coordinator, he has passed the time period of refund duration after that he is not picking my calls neither replying my chat.
                I want to refund my money as no response against the course and time is passing also.

                  I am denied an Exam Voucher after completion of the ITIL$ MPT training.

                  The account manager called me to say that the Voucher can't be provided as it got expired, I requested him to provide the same on the email for the query I sent.
                  He said he can't do it and hung the phone abruptly.
                  Please note that this exam is not available post June 30th.

                    Hi Team,

                    I am Sameer from Mumbai have chosen for data science course on 4th June 2022 & on day I have initiated the reference because of the course which i had selected was not suitable as per my current working industry.

                    Refund policy is of 7 days with not more than 25% access to the course or eBooks Hence I have not use even 1% of the course & I have received the email from simplilearn customer care that your refund is in process.

                    Today suddenly a person Hussain Peera called me & started asking me questions on why refund etc. I told him please process the refund i cannot continue the course due to some personal reasons, he started behaving rude & abusing even started threating me on calls & sms. I replied him till some extend but now he asking to me do whatever you want I dont have fear of consumer court etc.

                    I have stop replying to him & also raise the complaint to simplilearn customer care.

                    Attaching all the possible chats / Emails for your conclusion.

                    Please get this stop & bring some statutory obligations on such firms/Institutes.

                      I am one of the victim of Simplilearn fraud. I just enquired about python course from Simplilearn and just attended the demo class. They immediately started the loan and emi on my name without even checking with me. I tried to contact them but no response. I am now struggling for my future bank process as this loan is showing in my report. Simplilearn should think about the hard earned money of people and quick action should be taken against their fraud, so that in future they will stop this scam.

                        I am not avail the class, after one days my course, i told them to cancel my course & emi, they told me that okk, i cancel the course, but they don't cancel my course, due to three times emi bounce 1770 rupees deducted from my account.please slove the problem.

                          I am Kalyan from Andhra Pradesh, I enrolled for simple learn Masters program for Data Science so one of the member from simplilearn made a call to me i myself enrolled to Masters program for datascience and i asked them on first itself if i am not able to understand can i cancel the subscription and they said like you can cancel at anytime so then i said ok to join. After few days one person from simplilearn made a called to me requested to enroll in PG in Datascience it is better and forced me and convinced me to join i said ok because they already said you can cancel at anytime, So then i proceeded with PG data science program, before joining PG program also i said to him sorry i am in dilemma i cant proceed with PG in Datascience so he again convinced me that If your not interested you can cancel at any time so then i proceeded and i applied loan for LIquiloans for PG program in datascience and for masters program also seperate 12 months Emi i am paying loan of 41000 for Masters program started on March 7th 2022 and for PG datascience i am paying ₹1, 26, 300.59 from starting 5th april 2022, So now when i ask to silplilearn customer care or some of team members to cancel my PG program no one is responding to my isuue i am calling to customer care since one month but every time they say like your issue will be resolved so please wait it has been so many i am getting the same answer, and then i made a message to the person Datta who has convinced me to joiin PG program in datscience i am attaching my screen shots of chat made with him.every month two Emis are debiting from my account even i have to survive with that money .

                          Until now i didnt download or listened any class and they have to mention that the cancellation will be available for 7days of joining non of the team members said to me like this and they told me like you can cancel at anytime, please be genuine with customers dont blame people and saying like you can cancel at anytime, at first itself you people say there is only 7days of cancellation policy, this is purely their mistake they have to pay my refund back and cancel my course

                              I enrolled for the Professional Certificate in Digital Marketing program which started on 14th May. The 1st class which was previously scheduled for 7th May was postponed to 14th and there was no notification about the orientation session which happened 1 week prior to that.

                              It was informed to me that the classes will be help every week but later on there was a schedule shared and it was not the case. To this I contacted the course coordinator and he convinced me that everything will move on smoothly.

                              Initially while enrolling also I mentioned my requirement to studying and learning everything at advanced level and then I got the suggestion for this program and it was also mentioned that there will be practical projects associated with every module.

                              Problem - When I attended Day 2 which is technically Day 1 of the course, I am completely dissatisfied with the content and it never looked like an advanced program or atleast not what I told I wanted to learn. I asked the speaker about various topics to which I got the response that it is not in the scope of the program. Also, the lecturer had no idea about the live projects so practically there was no learning which is not solving the purpose. I have paid 82300 INR and that too on a loan as I was in a bad financial condition but saw a hope while speaking to the coordinator regarding the program.

                              I don't want to continue this further and want to cancel my admission. I have not downloaded any of the study material and completed just 1 module related class.

                              I am looking for a refund as I am not in a position to take a risk of 80000+INR for a course like this which is not helping me in any way to move ahead in my career.

                              From Day 1 I didn't get anything which was promised and there was always a discrepancy and I doubt that all other promises made will also be not fulfilled. So, please consider this as a request and do the needful as I don't want to continue and will not attend any lecture thereafter.

                              The last lecture I attended was on 28th May.

                                Hi. I have enrolled data science course in simplilearn for that ihave paid amount 43000 in 12 months emis then i have registered online classes on march7 from that day i have listened classes 6 in that classes trainer not responding properly and doubts not clear so i am requesting to cancel the course and requested to refund amount but they don't refund amount

                                While giving course details simplilearn not given refund policy.why you guys not arranging live classes before 7 days after one month live classes available then how we will drop before 7 days Feb 4 i have enrolled course but online classes available after one month it means March 7 then like how we will drop and asking for refund like that your policy

                                  I enrolled in CSM course on 29 March for weekend training but still not enrolled. Around a month ago relationship manager told that I have been enrolled into the training but I didn't receive any email confirmation on same. It's been around 2 months and am being on hold for the CSM Training.
                                  Not getting any positive response.it's really ironical that before the payment this lady was in continuous touch me for the payment but after that I am the one who is following up since my money is stuck

                                      I took a course on Simplilearn but the curriculum which was suggested by the sales person is not relevant to me so I asked to cancel it since service also not good but still emi is deducting from my account please make them to cancel it
