Refund cancelation

I had joined the PG program for digital marketing, the contents / course where not as projected ! requested for a course swap master program! there was a gap amount involved in the course swap ( master program was lesser than the PG) my genuine request was to support the gap refund. Till now no support
100+ communications 50+ tickets raised
discuss in several calls concerns are agreeing to it but not supporting on the refunds...

Not resolving issue and not giving refund

I have been asking for a valid voucher for the prince 2 foundation exam for which i have enrolled however, simplilearn people just asking me everytime to wait for 24 hrs or 48hrs and even than they are not coming back. instead i have been following it up. i have taken off from my work and thought of preparing for the exam and get the certification done however because of the poor service and professionalism i am not been utilise the time...

Regarding Refund

CASE ID[protected]:First of all you are saying that Simplilearn is good at resolving customer complaints but i must say they are pathetic and they will torture you to the extent that you will loose your calm. They don't even have the guts to reply in a yes or no.
I was really ready for any kind of reply at first but after seeing there cx service i am really disappointed and i will not consider going forward with them no matter what....

Cancellation of course refund and stop emi

Hi I'm Ratnesh i had enrolled for the business analyst course but the experience was very bad I couldn't join or attend any of my live classes even after continuous requests for guidance and help to Mr. Sagar Gowda(Bangalore head office) who was the person to enrol me for the course did not answer any of my calls but after calling from different number he answered and assured me that he will cancel my course stop the EMI and refund my money...

Loan not closed for cancelled course

I have enrolled for Data science masters (order id CSTM_DKW4QBCYLN6) course but due to some personal issues I cancelled the course in same day. Refund is also approved from Simplilearn. But the loan disbursed by Liquiloans is still showing active.

Cloud Architect with 2 exam voucher

I called Punita from Simplilearn to enroll myself for AWS Certified Solutions Architect program but she somehow convince me to join "Cloud Architect with 2 Exam Voucher" program and said Simplilearn assures money back guarantee, I can try and cancel if I did not like it.

Cancellation of course and EMI
