I enrolled in a cloud architect course in Simplilearn in November 2021., but after that, I got a job abroad, then moved abroad, and also inform the same to Simplilearn team they did not respond, then I was a little busy with my immigration process, so I didn't get the time to further follow up. now am abroad here salary issue and lots of money problems that happen and due to that, I have not got the money to pay the emi that affects my cibil score. I was already discussed with the same propelled team, they told me they need course cancelation mail from Simplilearn .without that mail they can’t do much more, so I have raised several tickets to stop the course and emi with my reason. But I received an irresponsible response from the Simplilearn team, still, I have not started the course and have not downloaded any materials. because I didn't get time to join the class on this current country’s work schedule and work environment it’s different from India, I can’t continue the course. So please stop this course, refund my money and cancel my loan.
