i have ordered sony tv on 29th feb 2016 and cancelled. today date is apr1st, still i did not get my money back. i called to customer care more than 30 times . every time they will tell i will get my money back as soon as possible. but still i did not get . i am fed up with this snapdeal. it is not small amount also to leave it. please help me on this.

Snapdeal order id [protected], order placed on 4th march, i have applied a coupon code that promised me to get cashback of rs 50, upto march 18th. now today is 1st april but no response from snapdeal after calling them number of times, i have wasted my more than 100 Rs., just for calling them, for rs 50, always i fight with their executive but no positive response from them, poor service.. no customer satisfaction...please help me out with my cashback and the time and money spent on calling the stupid people's.

I ordered for for a tennis racket (
Wilson Enforcer 100 Full CVR Tennis Racket Sr).

I accordingly paid with my debit card Rs 3999.

Snapdeal.com cancelled my order without any reason and then promised to refund my money.

But even after 17 days, Snapdeal.com has not refunded the money.

When i received the item (Order id: [protected] (1 item)) and installed it, the blades were not fitting properly and the screw provided with the fan was not attaching as shown. I launched a return/replacement query the very next day. The site showed that the replacement request is under process (Ticket id:[protected]. After 10-12 days i received a mail saying that this does not come under the replacement policy.

I order a jvc stereo from snapdeal firtly they shipped it to my city and then they canceled the order on reaching my city and returned it and they said your order is cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances and they told me to order again then i again order stereo from other seller the seller has given the product to ecom express but the product is at ecom express guwhati hub for last 3 days and snapdeal is not replying to my complaints and my order id is [protected].
WORST SERVICE BY SNAPDEAL

I ordered one hako laptop adapter charger from snapdeal. But they delivered one used product. The packet was broken and laptop charger also old. I am attaching some photos regarding this complaint. This type of service they are giving. Worst company i have seen ever. Even charger was used so many times. Some scratches also there on the charger. They are not concerned about their customers. Snapdeal is the worst company.

Bhi diay but mare pass ko engineer ka phone nahi aya but [protected], [protected] call ai the surve call customer care kahte hai app ke request dall de gai hai but till date koi envineer visit nahi hui muja bahut parsane hot rahi hai sanp deal customer care se bat karete karte mare mobile sare paisa khatam ho gaya sir maine barei muskil se emi pare ye phone liya hai mera sapna poora nahi huwa ye phone thik nahi hai… mera insurance bhi nahi hai ya garm ho kare kahi phat gaya to mai kaya bahut jan mall ka nukasan ho sakta hai… app se nivadan hai mer prolem ka samadhan karaya jai..

I had ordered a micromax 50c3600 fhd / 50c5220fhd tv from snapdeal on 10-mar-16 (Order id: [protected]). I received the product on 14-mar-16. The product was damaged, so had raised a refund request from snapdeal on same day (Ticket id:[protected]. I have shared the images also with snapdeal. I have been following up with snapdeal for past 20 days, by mailing/calling atleast twice daily. They say that they will send a lmv engineer for site visit and arrange for reverse pickup. However nothing has happened so far. Please resolve the issue

My name is Jahangir alam my register mob number is [protected]... Yesterday 30/03/2016 i selected 2 pair of shoes for order and snapdeal offerd me 10 % discount. But when i tried to make payment then the discount has removed automaticaly... Then i call to customer care and they lold me this is for technical problem.. And some body will call me to resolve the prob. ... From that time i made call 6th time and spent near about 100 rupees ( to get 10 % of 1366 rupees = rs 136) and thye repeatedly said that somebody will call u... Wait and try again.. .. Within 30 minit it will b solved... But today after 12 pm when i called to customer care they informed me that 10% discout has been removed from the deal today after 12 pm.. .. This is very pathetic.

I returned a product on 8th jan and snapdeal has not refunded my money uptill.i ordered a butterflies combo bag worth rupees 2145 and the quality was not good so i returned on 8th jan and uptill i have not got the refund and many times i called them but they didnt replied me and even i wasted 500 rs of calling to them.Very much disappointed by the service of snapdeal .i request everybody not shop anything from snapdeal.

I have placed an order for 2 books on snapdeal on 22nd March and itb showed expected delivery data as 24-27 March, and its not delivered, and the status always shows ready for dispatch ..now the height is that its showing the est. delivery date of past date and still the status is ready for dispatch .
Its a waste for time to shop with you .. my first exp was also not good but i though to give a second try and again same .

I bought a hitachi aircon from the website dated 10th march through my hdfc credit card . soon after placing the order i realized that it has already been bought by my father on the same day and i cancelled the order the order by placing a call to snapdeal on 10th itself and till date i have not got any refund .
i have called them since that day for more than 20 times and everytime i call i get false commitment that it will be credited within 24-48 working hours .
no one calls back and no one reverts on things .

i have wasted more than 300 inr on just calling them as sometimes they have made me wait more than 21 minutes .

i have wasted so much of my energy and time on the calls and follow up that i have mentally gone crazy .
also the amount have been debited from my account and i have already the paid the as well.

kindly provide me with best possible solution and compensation as i have only this option left as i cant chase anyone anymore .

i would the also urge the regulatory body to be extra vigilant about the ecommerce companies as this is really sad for a consumer like me to get justice .


i have spend more than 500 inr in total including the taxes on my credit card, a lot of energy and want the justice from the regulatory body to ensure snapdeal compensates the same .

I ordered Moto E2 4G but I just received stone in it. I contacted customer care they told that You will receive the refund within 48hrs but its been 1 month still I din received the payment. Once I called the customer care they are saying that your case has been closed. Please refund my amount as soon as possible or else I will make this case into another level. I just called customer care nearly 10 times but still I din received any proper response.

I Have Ordered the product : Dr. Morepen Blood Pressure Monitor(bp09) on dt 04/03/2016. And Received the product on dt 09/03/2016. But due to some problem or anything it is not working porperly and the reading which show is not correct.
So I filed the return request on dt 14/03/2016 and the pick up boy came on 15/03/2016. But the pickup boy did not take it and excuse that the snap deal packing is not with it.
But i have the product with its box and bill but he denied.
since that time i regularly follw up the costomer care of Snap deal and communicate with senior executives also,
They always gave me two days time for picking it up but till now it is not picked up by Snap deal.

Please help me for my Refund of Rs 1281/-

This complaint is regarding Genius Headset purchased from Snapdeal..All things were going great no doubt about service and all before..As usual i was listening songs n one of the speaker got stop working..
I think the same should not happen with the service of electronic product as only 64 days ago i purchased.
Please let me know if we can proceed with this.

Hi,

I purchased a rucksack for Rs 2000 which was delivered on 15th Mar.
I used it for carrying clothes for a 4 day trip. The bag got torn from near a shoulder strap. In just 2 days of handling and 2 days in hotel, no actual trek. Now there is no way to complain on snapdeal other than their standard faq and few more options which to this issue are irrelevant.

Can someone please look at this one and have the bag replaced, am totally disappointed with the quality and more so with the difficult way snapdeal has for complaint receipt.
