I ordered -- Lifeline Sit up bench 5501 A for Ab Exercise worth Rs 2635 on date 9 june 2014 at approx. 11:30 and paid the amount by my debit card (ATM MAESTRO). After the transaction was complete money was deducted from my account but the order was not placed and no order information is available on Snapdeal. I ordered a Philips HP8304 Hair Straightener Purple worth Rs. 949 on 17th october 2015 at around 6 pm. I paid through net banking. Money has been deducted from my SBI account but the order has not been placed. I got mails and message from snapdeal that my order is incomplete and if any amount has been deducted from my account it will be refunded with in 24 hours, but its not refunded yet.
