[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — Money deducted, but order not placed

I am Shivkant Reddypulkute, I have purchased gionee M2 8gb mobile on Dt.10.10.2014 time 11.35 AM using email-Address: [protected]@rediffmail.com & mobile no.[protected] using SBI Net Banking the Amount Rs.9938 has been deducted from my SBI Account No.[protected] but still not received any confirmation from snapdeal.

Please CONFIRM THE ORDER OR REFUND THE AMOUNT WHICHEVER IS POSSIBLE

I ordered -- Justclik Brown Formal Wallet worth Rs 699.00
on date 03.12.14 at approx. 12.30 and paid the amount by my debit
card (ATM HDFC). After the transaction was complete money was
deducted from my account but the order was not placed and no order
information is available on Snapdeal. Please CONFIRM THE ORDER OR REFUND
THE AMOUNT WHICHEVER IS POSSIBLE

Money has been deducted from my SBI account but the order has not been placed. I got mails and message from snapdeal that my order is incomplete and if any amount has been deducted from my account it will be refunded with in 24 hours, but its not refunded yet. Please place my order or refund the money.
