I, k. Raghu, bought sony led tv – model no.: klv-32ex330 on 28.10.2012 from e-zone, jayanagar, bangalore (Karnataka) vide invoice no.:[protected].

This was my 2nd sony tv and the earlier one was 14” small tv which is still running superb. Moreover, i am sony buff and all my other electronic gadgets are from sony like; starts from pen drive, sony experia mobile, sony mini hi fi audio system, digital camera to handycam etc.

But, i am heavily disappointed with the recent technical failure occurred in my new led tv (Mentioned above) which is not even completed 05 years. The tv was getting off and on automatically and this continued for few days in the last month.

I, have contacted sony service help line number and registered complain on the issue. On 07.07.2017 a technician from your sony authorized service centre by the name: abhivrudhi tech had visited, inspected the tv and gave a report saying part no.: a188976a p-mod (Ssls320nn01) has to be replaced and in the general terminology, he named the display panel has gone and has to be replaced which is estimated at rs. 11, 000/-.

I, was really shocked to see this and i was unable to digest how come a world leader in av produces tv with a substandard components which can lost in just four to five years. This is unbearable and unjustifiable. Why should one prefer a company like sony for their electronic gadgets when products are available at 33% lesser than sony in the market?

Now, my sincere request is to consider this issue under (Abnormal wear & tear), get it rectified at foc (Free of cost) on high priority and oblige. I will be great full ever to sony if this is done and i will continue as a loyal customer for sony.

Hope, my request will be considered and do the needful immediately. I, am looking forward for your earliest and favourable reply.

    Sir i had submitted my sony xperia handset model no f5122 in the service center for replacement. I just have used my mobile for a week and i notice that my phone has issue. Service center told me that my phone they had taken for replacement and it will come soon in 2-3 days. Then they said they need 15 days. They daily fool me that i will going to recive my phone in 2-3 days. But nothing happens.

      I recently bought a new phone sony xperia xa 1 so the problem is now that when i tried to call someone sometime its goes to the black screen and sometimes the call icon didn't work and i am unable to call and the next problem is that my music system voice fluctuate on going on going on the music whenever i tried calling there's also network problem the product is very unsatisfactory and i am very disgrace with the product and the services you provided i need urgent attention towards my problem.

        Hi,
        I purchased this sony led tv (48w562d) on 19th may 2016. The tv started giving problems from 10th july 2017. I. E, there is no picture coming on tv, only blue screen appears when i switch on tv. I registered a complaint through sony customer care on 15th july 2017 (Request id:[protected]. The technician visited my home on 20th july 2017 and informed that the mother board has become malfunctioned due to hdmi input problem and needs to be replaced with the cost of rs 7950/- (Charged rs 354/- as visiting charges). As this is a full hd tv, what else we need to use for input source apart from hdmi, moreover i have a home audio system from sony itself. Also we have proper earthing and surge protector installed.
        Being a regular customer of sony for more than 20 years. I did not expect this kind of poor quality product form sony. I do not understand how the mother board gets damaged just after one year. As this is a faulty product from sony and i have paid whopping rs 70000/- for it. It can not force customer to bear the mother board charges. So i request you to resolve the problem free of cost.

            I have raised the complain over my sony trinitron tv.. Support person complain about eletricity point and took rs 200 for consulting. I hired the electrician and found no issue with electric point. Again i called back the service person and customer care both are saying we wont support product as its old tv. And they are suggesting we have to hire local person.
            My question is
            1) what is the point of buying branded product if there is no support.
            2) how come a customer can be fooled saying we wont support our product. What kind of ethics you guys have to support customer.

              I am having sony experia z3 compact mobile. Last month there was some problem with my mobile. Mobile stars switched off again and again ao i approached to sony centre yashwant plaza, indore. I submiited it on 17 june. After few days sony centre returned my mobile by saying that mobile is repaired by them. But when i left from centre, mobile had same problm as i was earlier. Mobile was not repaired by them. They just make us fool nd wasted my time. I am working and can not go again and again in sony centre but still i went there again as my mobile was not repaired. I agian went there on 28 june nd told them about mobile problem. They told us to check my mobile battery with a charge of rs 200 near about. After checked my mobile they told us that mobile battery was not ok and will be repaired with a charge of rs 1800. I agrred nd pay 75% money that is 1400 by net banking on 30 june. After payment i asked for repairing time when will mobile got repaied. They told us to give them 3-4 days. I agreed. I continusly following them for last 15 days but sony centre is unable to help me. Centre excecutive continusly saying that server is not working due to gst appicable. How bad it is. I am tottaly irritated with sony centre. You people are so slow that you cant update ur software on time. I am a service man and without mobile i am facing too much trouble. Its all of you. So shamefull for you. How could this can happen. I am a loyal customer of sony from begining but now sony disapponted me.

                The tv went out of order nearly one and half year of purchase i. E. Out of the warranty period of 1 year. Service centre has given me the estimate of rs. 10300.00 but could take my orders on[protected] due to gst issue. Means, we have not been able to watch tv for more than a month. As per the service centre information, wait period may further go up by a week or two.
                Have been an ardent fan of sony for 20 years. But, now feeling down with the response we get from this esteemed brand.
                No ownership. Motherboard issue crops up within 2 years of purchase. Full charge of nearly 10000 is to be borne. Have to wait endlessly for getting the set right. Don't find any justification for such a poor response from a reputed brand like sony.

                  Dear sir, i had purchaced this led 3 yrs back just after 13 months of purchase the display had an isuue i had to change the whole display, 20 days after that the mother board had an issue i was made to change that too soon after that the remote sensor stip had an issue i was asked to change that too. Now again the tv has a problem and i have been asked to repair the dispaly again.
                  I dont understand what sought of product you have sold to me.

                    1) purchased the above sony tv on 28 november 2012.
                    2) first complaint:- display issue, double image and flickering problem happened on[protected], and the sony service centre replaced the led panel and charged rs.13605.00on[protected].
                    3) second compliant:- yellow led indicator every 5sec glowing continually, tv not working (Switch off mode only) i and complained this issue to sony customer care. On 5th july2017 reg id40511024 after word 10th july17 service engineer visit cheeked tv and taken power supply pcb, is after two days i says that, for checking tv required is suggested based on is word i hand over to sony service centre tc 3/121-10 & 11, opposite to m. G. College, chempakassery nagar, kesavadasapuram, thiruvananthapuram, kerala 695004, after two days (18/7/17) the repairer cost approximately rs12811.00 like they told i bargain they offer rs4000 discount.
                    4) likewise every 1to2 year spending this much money for tv how can we pay,
                    5) sony is international brand we are choosing this is one of the good brand life also give moorhen other brand.
                    6) when i observation inside panel using samsung company branded.
                    7) i make a decision please take my tv back give me at list 50% amount back.in that amount i can buy any other brand tv.

                      I have purchased a sony 32w512d in mar / apr 2017 at hyderabad.

                      There is no picture coming on the tv since 16 june 17. I had located the warranty card and called customer care and complained on 20 june 17 with complaint id: 40142069 dated 20 jun 2017.

                      Same day the task was assigned to "pranak electronics, kukatpally, hyderabad within 20 minutes.

                      It was attended on 21st by mr varendar of the company and he checked and informed that mother board is defective and needs replacement. On 24 / 25th the replacement item was brought and fitted, but no change. Still no picture, saying panel is defective and took back the replacement mother board.

                      On 27th when i contacted mr varendar, he informed that there is a delay because of gst. I did not understand what gst has got to do with warranty replacement - free of cost. This went on till 7th july when i was told order has been placed & item will come in 2 days’ time. Since then every alternate day till 12 was the same story. [it is one sided call from me. No call from company side about delay in item receipt]. Then, i am informed item will come in the evening and will be replaced by tomorrow. Tomorrow is everyday story till yesterday.

                      Today, on enquiry mr varendar said item has come. It was defective piece and sent back for replacement. When i insisted to speak to manager at 9.45am, he said manager yet to arrive. He will inform manager and i will get a call back from manager before 10.30am.

                      As no call came, i went to pranak electronics, kukatpally, hyderabad at 12.30 hours and met the manager. He was totally surprised to know that panel did not come till date and how come i was bluffed by mr varendar that a defective piece has come and returned for replacement. Having such a person like mr varendar, bluffing the customer, in a company like sony, is not understood.

                      Further, sony by itself has no followup mechanism to check why jobcard is open for almost a month and without rectification and there is no escalation mechanism within the company. This is equally applicable to manager of pranak electronics, kukatpally, hyderabad, who is not taking feedback from his staff twice a week on pending jobcards and what action need for follow up.

                      For this one month delay in service, for defect rectification, will sony extend the guarantee by a month?? Please intimate. Any defect should be closed in 48hrs, latest by 72 hrs. This prolonged non availability for a month definitely needs warranty extension.

                      If the item cannot be rectified in another 48 hrs, please replace the item[tv] immediately.

                      Manager, after i spoke to him, he personally got into the activity to get the panel [spoke in front of me], and assured item being despatched and will be rectified in 48hrs.

                      Awaiting a detailed mail from sony on action taken for the following:
                      1. Rectify the fault in 48hrs, else replace the item.
                      2. Action taken on mr varenda, for bluffing that panel has come which was defective and sent back for replacement
                      3. Extend the warranty by one more month.
                      4. Feedback mechanism that is followed in service complaints by sony, specially warranty defects. [since it eats into the warranty time]
                      5. Auto escalation process in sony.

                        I had purchased a sony z5 premium after six months i have broken my mobile led after that i had talked to official customer care number and suggest authorised dealer in kanpur named jhansi sales and service gave gave mobile for mentioned problem my cost basis after six month dealer says there is no replacement of this and this is now useless and no repairing is for that

                          I had given a complaint on 26th june regarding complaint not getting attended by m/s vigneshwar associates, bengaluru for my new sony tv, bought in dec16. There was a horizontal line coming on the screen. Now further kindly know the status. A new screen was brought and the old sreen was replaced with the new one. But the tv is not functioning now. The engineer mr. Manjunath, who replaced the screen was called and he examined the tv and said the tv is to be shifted to his service centre which he will do soon. This is yet to done. This is the condition of a sony product and the service centre. And top of all this there is no response to my earlier complaint of 26th june 2017. My service request id is40274377. I would request people who read this complaint to avoid sony products since not only they supply substandard material, but also have very poor after sales service. On top of that they do not respond to complaints also. Now atleast i expect the tv gets repaired, failing which i may have to take alternate steps.

                            I am pranav taksali from jaipur, rajasthan. I have bought"32" sony led full hd (Sony 32w672e-32"led) from your dealer great eastern tonk road jaipur store on 30/06/2017. Invoice no jptr/sa/1718/06331. I have seen you advertisement on 30/06/2017 at dainik bhaskar jaipur addition. There was offer up to 50 % discount. So we went there and we bought it. I have not received it and then i contact to your store now they telling to me that by mistake we have sold you this model, we can only give you lowest model, but i have talked with your sales executive on 30/06/2017 and he told me about this model and this is full hd & other features after that we have decided to bought.

                            Now what they are offering lowest model of sony in 29000 rs.& this model i can buy easily 28000 from sony store in jaipur what i have checked before buying from you why should i be in line & spend long time to buy this tv (Lowest model) in 29000 rs in discounted price this is not done. I am feeling like i got cheated your jaipur store employee if you want we can only give this lowest model otherwise do what do you want is it right? So pls kindly check with store & suggest what will be done.

                            So pls reply us as soon as possible.

                              This is to bring to your kind notice that i mr. Mohan nabar residing at malad (W), mumbai had bought above mentioned model of sony television in october 2013. The said model functioned properly till 31st october 2016 since which an series of ordeal related to an recurring problem with regards to the above model started, for which i would like to launch a complaint with your good self. I request you to take the issue seriously failing which i will be left with no other option but to approach the consumer court, as a same problem has been recurring in the model and it has been repeated at least 10 to 12 times when the said model has stooped functioning and your authorized service station representative has been taking the set and so called repaired it, at least 10 to 12 occasions, but to no effect as after some period the problem recurs.in fact i have spent around rs. 7000/- till date on repairing of the same.in fact now the problem has recurred within 8 days of the last repair and after taking the set again your service center representative is demanding another 7000/- as the expense of repairing the said set which was repaired for this very fault exactly 8 days back by the same service center. The said television set has been with the service center for a more period than at my residence for the last one and half years. The name of the said service center is m/s. Krish electronics situated at 90/676, ajinkya chs, mhb colony, dindoshi nagar, malad east, mumbai 400097.
                              I am having an entire file of the bills submitted by the above service center along with the series of emails which we have exchanged with regards to the above problem.
                              It is very unfortunate that a company of the stature of sony india is meting out such treatment to its valued customers, and as a result, if i don't get a concrete solution from your end which now has to be a replacement of the model, i will be forced to approach the consumer court.
                              An immediate feedback and solution will be appreciated.

                                I,
                                On 23/03/17 purchased sony bravia 40" led.
                                On 03/07/17 lodged complaint about tv.
                                On 04/07/17 technician visited and told us some board is faulty need to be replace.
                                On 12/07/17 technician visited and told us now panel is faulty.
                                On 15/07/17 we check with sony customer care and come to know that it will take 10 to 15 days more (After 26/07/17)& they will update us.

                                Fault is mine

                                    I have bought a xperia xa1 phone from amazon. It had display issues. Post which i gave it for replacement. It has been around 2 months and they have not replaced the mobile. I have paid 20000 for the mobile. I don't think they will replace it. They are just dodging.

They took my phone and they say they will replace within a week. It has been two months from my purchase and no sign of them replacing. I need my money back. Please help.

Whats the reasons to pay charges my mobile is in warranty then after i pay charges i will not accept that... I have put mobile at 27th june 2017 but till date no response or not any answer they told u compulsory pay for that but i am not agree. Mobile have internal problem so... This is not my fault. They will not answering correctly and also service, too.
