I bought this cell & there was issue with the cell it use to switch off & restart again every 5 mins. I went to the service center after lots of complaining my cell was replaced & i had to ask for the stand by phone. Then after 3/4 days they replaced the cell & i got the new cell. But the again the same story & then email was not working they the cell back stating it has to be send to company's head office to update the software of the email. It again came back after 3/4 days the story doesn't end there again every day email use to stop working & i use to get the error couldn't sign in again i visited the center & now its the limit my keypad buttons are not working again cell is taken back & send to comany & i after paying for new cell have to use the old stand by cell that too after so much request i get the stand by cell. I just want my money back. This is the third grade phone sony company has ever produce.

Dear Team,

You have notified them but they are responding? Now what to do ? Were to go and file complain? I have even written to there ceo but no one is responding.I thing no one is responsible enough to update me. Incapable and non professional behaviour by them.
Till now Sony company hasn't taken any action on my case. How irresponsible their behaviour is.

    I bought a sony bravia hd tv model – klv-48w562d on 20th aug 2016 from croma showroom situated at crown interiors mall, faridabad.

    All of sudden its started hanging on 10th june 2017 and screen was washed out completely on 11th june 2017. I called sony customer support and lodged a complaint, engineer arrived 2nd day and said that screen is completely faulty.
    He came with screen today and replaced it, within 30 mins after he went same problem started and tv screen was hanged and display was off. My wife called him again, he came back within few minutes and put the previous screen again, problem is not yet resolved. It is really disgusting that he went without solving the problem.

    My question to sony india is below -
    1) is it the quality they are selling in india that tv gets into a major fault within 10 months of purchase.
    2) what is the guarantee that after it is repaired somehow will not get faulty.
    3) right now its under warranty and being repaired free of cost, what if such substandard product gets faulty after warranty period.
    4) what kind of r&d and maintenance team does sony (I) has that they are not able to fix the problem in last 4 days.

    This complete tv should be replaced immediately with new one as it has gone into a major fault within 10 months, its a substandard product of sony and company is cheating consumers, a middle class person who invests huge amount to buy and sony (I) ensures that they are able to earn good money through services too in future.

      I brought this phone because it having 23mp rear camera but camera quality is very poor they not captured details sharply
      I think camera lens having problem
      It works like 13 mp camera so please let me know when you solve my problem
      And also touch screen is not working right side corner for the top...

        I have purchased a sony xa1 mobile on[protected]. The touch started giving problems on the very next day.

        I was unable to type few letters on the left side, i took the phone to the dealer poorvika mobiles to which they informed, i will have to go to service centre to get the phone serviced.

        I was off town on a business trip and was able to go to the service centre only on 12-may-2017.in the mean while the problem got expanded and most of the left side screen became unresponsive.

        I handed the phone at service centre on 12-may-2017 and was informed my phone would get ready only after 10 days due to spare unavailability.

        In the due course i have not received even a single update or follow up. I walked in to the service after 10 days centre to get a lame answer “persons who have handed the phone before you are still waiting so you should also wait and i would take 15 more working days”.

        This is really frustrating to get a new phone, give it to the service centre and wait for an unknown time to get the phone serviced and returned back.

        I called the tool free and complained about the issue, to which the agent on line informed he would expedite the process.

        I demanded that my phone should be repaired in next 5 days or i would either need a replacement. If both the cases or not possible then refund my amount to which he agreed.

        But it is more than a month now am yet to receive any updates.

        My phone is not repaired also i did not received any updates so far.

        The service centre guy also informed there are more than 25 phones lying on service centre with the same issue. So overall its a manufacturing defect i believe

          In continuation of my earlier complaints, again i would like to express my woes suffered by me in the hands of sony india company. I had given my ps3 for exchange to ps4 on dated 24/5/17 vide my cheque of amount 11000/-, whose clearance message has been received by me. But despite several visits and calls to both the service centre at shastri nagar and customer care center, no action has been taken on their part. I request to all concerned to look into the matter to bring some relief to me. If no swift action is taken and i do not receive my ps4 with in 3 days then i would be compelled to take some serious action.

            Dear consumer care,
            This is in reference to our massive issues going with sony.

            We are using sony 32” led screen 3-4 no’s on daily basis, as wireless display and we connect to our laptops through wifi direct and easily do the screen mirroring without any issues. Our all led’s are of sony make and we only buy sony brand as we have a good trust in the brand.

            Recently, we have purchased one more sony led from croma retail store (Branch: rohini – sector 9, new delhi) model no.: 43x8300d, 109 cm, for my conference room so that we can use this screen as wireless screen and can connect with our laptop as wireless display. We can easily connect this new led without laptop but the major issue is, the lagging time is so high that we are unable to use this led screen.in the same regard, already we have done so many complaints. Already, sony engineers have visited us and found some software errors in the tv. We can easily connect our all laptops with the other tv’s available in our offices and there no lagging time in all tv’s but the issue is only in the tv that we have recently purchased. We have not been able to use this led since day 1, we purchased the tv. We have always been assured for a solution but still nothing happened. We humbly request you to kindly solve our issue. Kindly replace the tv with any demo tv available in your any showrooms else you may rectify the same tv. Please take the decision. We have already now lost the trust in sony brand after sales service.in the case of sony instead of checking the issue for further improvement in the product, your team is not even seeking the solution in the defective component. As a customer, what improvement we should expect from sony??

            Now they have started sending us pre written emails and denying for neither replacement nor repair of the product.

              Dear sir/madam,

              I bought sony xperia m5 dual phone our only mobile store.in my phone having front camera and heat problem, so went to sony service center on 15/05/2017, i submitting the invoice copy. Those told me this phone is out of warranty, you want to do pay the amount. But i bought www.onlymobiles.com 10 month back only (I have invoice copy also), how it is out of warranty in my phone.

              The sony service center employees are told me “this phone was used to three to six month, after that only you bought this phone”

              If directly communicate with the onlymobiles via email, those are asking very day time for me, like 48 hours to 72 hours like that, but still day those are not gave permanent solution for me. One month wasted for onlymobiles still they are asking time only.

              Those are going to provide the sony xperia xa mobile and tanking my sony xperia m5 dual mobile after only. I asked to him “my mobile have good hardware and very good technologies, in my mobile specification are,

              Processor : 2 ghz + mediatek helio x10 mt6795 64-bit, octa core
              Ram : 3gb
              Internal storage: 16gb
              Rear camera : 21.5-megapixel
              Flash : yes
              Front camera : 13-megapixel
              Resolution : 1080x1920 pixels
              Other features : standby time lte: upto 607 hrs, waterproof and dust tight (Ip65 and ip68), nfc, mobile payment, playmemories, playstation. But in that sony xperia xa mobile compare to my sony xperia m5 dual it’s very bad hardware and technologies also.

              Herewith i had attached for sony service center job card copy and mobile invoice copy. I need better a solution for this.

              Still my Sony Xperia M5 dual mobile warranty problem not solved. Nearly one and half month waste for me, I feed very badly and my mind depression for my mobile warranty problem. 15/06/2017 onward I won’t receive any call or message from Sony or OnlyMobile store. Please solve my problem as well as soon. Because already one and half month over.

                I arunendrra ganguly have submitted demand draft of rs 690/- at your dombivali branch for the replacement of damaged tv model no klv-32r482b in5 serial no 3343620 but till date i have not the replacement of the tv. Whenever i call they give excuse that replacemnet of tv will be given next week but next week never comes and they directly say go and talk to the company if you want

                I need a resolution and defined tat by when i will receive the replacement of my tv

                  I have purchased sony bravia model 43w77e, from sony center-nancy electronics thane on friday 12th of june 2017 & assured to install it by saturday. But near about 72 hours are gone & still the service for installation & demo is not provided by them. They are continuously tell me that the people from mangalmurti service center thane are not available.

                  I have bought this Z5 phone in Dec 2016 at USA. It was purchased through Amazon. The Today it stopped automatically and thereafter the phone is in off mode. I can not switch on the mobile . The service center at Bhubaneswar, Odisha didn't keep it for repair or software .

                        I have purchased the sony ht-rt3 home theatre on 4th june 2017 and booked appointment for installation on 10th june 2017. After so many follow-up calls to sony service centre i did not receive any person who comes for installation. Service centre executive only gave words of sure installation on same day, but two day has been passed and yet not received any support. I took leave from office and waited two days for this but it's embarrassed me and results into my two days wastage and financial loss as well. This is an official complaint and will going to file consumer complaint against the horrible service of sony limited.

                          Sir, i have purchased sony xperia xa1 on 12th may 2017, it has started its malfunction from 19th onwards i. E, touch problem. Due to my personnel work personal work i was not to attend the nearest service centre till 23rd. On 23rd i have submitted my mobile for replacement, but the concerned people have not accepted my request in turn they have a booked a call (W[protected] for repair. They are suggesting that the replacement can be done from their competent authority by raising a request from toll free number[protected], i have made several calls requesting them for replacement of my mobile, they are assuring that they will get in touch with service centre people and confirm me about the replacement within 48 hours / 24 hours (2nd time) / 4 hours (3rd time), but none has called me and confirmed about the status of my request. Again as a plea from my side called toll free number and reiterate entire story and asking them for a favorable decision to me, but the same was in vain.
                          So, i request your goodselves to take up my issue for a favourable decision in my side. Thank you

                          Please note as per the information from service centre, my mobile is now in 2nd repairer with new call id - w[protected] created (Don't know why) on 6th june 2017 on their own without my concern.

                            Hi, we purchased sony led w800c tv on sep 2015. But our tv screen is showing blur lines. When we went to sony center they say display panel issue and asked about where you bought. We said caravans store. Then they said if we you bought from sony center you will be having 2years display warranty. But in clipart also providing 2 years panel warranty. We have bought the tv for more than 60k. So please replace the panel and give. I have attached the screenshot of 2years panel warranty as mentioned in flipkart site. My contact number [protected].

                              Sir, i had deposited dd dated 01.06.2017 for rs.44, 990/- drawn on bank of baroda, agra[protected] for purchase of led from sony center, sanjay place, agra. I was told that delivery is made only after confirmation from the bank for credit of dd in the a/c as per policy of the company. Then finally, delivery of led model no. Scl40r352e (E)- was made vide invoice 479 dt 07.06.17 morning.

                              I was ensured for the installation on 7th. I have made several calls and every time i am informed that engineer is reaching shortly for installation. But not as yet. A very bad experience from your company.

                              Pl. Arrange to install led today or refund my payment.

                                Its been 8 days i had given complaint for my android led tv is not working despite that sony engineer also visited and he said 1 part need to change and still we are following up for that time and we are getting response at customer care that part will come from singapore its not available in india and also their local repair office said we cant help it and no answer wen can be solved.. Its highly disappointment that people buy sony products by his name only and my led is 7 month old only and they have part available in india.. How disgusting this is..

                                  I purchased a sony ear phone (Model:mdr-ex15ap) for rs-890/- in the month of feb 2017. While purchasing the ear phone the customer service rep from (Croma store kalyan nagar) pushed for this ear phone compared to others stating this is made of better quality, had 1 year warranty, got good reviews etc etc. Little did i know that it will not last even a month. Low priced ear phones are made of better quality than this sony model:mdr-ex15ap. The wire came off within a month, 2nd month i could not hear from one side of the ear phone and now its just useless. Why was i cheated in the name of this so called sony brand which turned out to be useless. Waste of my money. When i went to customer service (Croma, kalyan nagar), all they had to tell me was it was my fault and even if the wire had to come off in a day they cannot do anything. Obviously they just want to cheat the customers by pushing such cheap quality products and then say you don't know how to use the ear phone. I have 2 more ear phones from philips and skull candy and they never had any issues even after using over an year. I will never buy any sony product in future.

                                    Vertical lines on upper portion
                                    Horizontal lines after about 15 minutes later
                                    Horizontal lines expand to cover the complete bottom part of the tv

                                    I bought the tv with the name of sony brand in mind and we had decided to buy sony bravia only based on our experience in the past but it seems that sony has completely lost its reliability and product quality.
                                    After about a few months the tv started switching on and off by itself and this happened occasionally which led me to believe that it occurred due to a mistaken button press on the tv remote by us, later one night when i got waken up by the sound of a song being played by the tv, then only i realized that there was something fishy with the tv and not with us but i was skeptical and to my surprise within a day or two my tv started showing vertical lines and after about 15 minutes the bottom part of the tv got completely covered by horizontal lines. As my tv is still in warranty i immediately contacted the sony customer care and they told me that an engineer will visit within 2 days but it took 3 days for the engineer to finally arrive and upon arrival he told me that the panel was internally broken by outside impact but there is no sign of external hit. I told him that as my tv was wall mounted it is not easy to hit it and the polaroid glass was completely clean without any sort of indicative mark however he was not ready to consider my argument and stuck to his own physical hit philosophy and said that the panel must have been broken by us as there is no other way that this could have happened and left after giving me an estimate of the price of the new panel, but after doing some research i found that this has occurred due to thermal heating (http://removeandreplace.com/2015/09/24/tv-screen-cracked-from-the-inside-can-th... and there are several other people who are facing this problem and have a similar experience like us and the forums are flooded with such people having tv's of various different models of the sony bravia lineup -

                                    After all of this i called the sony service centre located at a18 mohan industrial estate and they said that i could come the next day but i will have to carry the tv there myself. Upon reaching they told me that i will have to come again the next day due to an audit taking place there and hence i had wasted my day and they even refused to keep the tv and asked us to come the next day.
                                    The next day when we reached there we were presented with the exact same words and argument that we had broke the panel upon physical impact and they were completely reluctant towards what we had to say and kept repeating the same thing again and again as if reading from a script and did not even bother to listen to us! When i mentioned the thermal heating article he said that temperatures were not high enough in the country for such an event to occur!                                     I am not at all ready to accept this hypothetical physical damage philosophy as i went ahead and got a panel made for about 40, 000 inr just to prevent such an event even before the tv arrived!

                                    1st call to sony customer care after which engineer arrived dated - 19th may 2017
                                    2nd call to which no action was done and the 2nd engineer never visited[protected] may)
                                    3rd call to which no action was done and again engineer never visited[protected] may)

                                    As almost 20 days passed without any solution from you side apart from blame on us of physical damage. I am completely fed up with your brand and service provided to me i am looking forward to sony management to help on this and escalate to the right people on the top and get the issue resolve.

                                      Dear sir/madam,
                                      We have purchase 42 inch led for 70 thousand in nov 2014 in gujarat and some how in a year period on screen line has start coming and we complain to dealer and they contact nearest sony service station and they found panel spoil and the change the panel and again same issue came after change the panel in year and they are refusing to change the panel.

                                        I had registered complaints 10 days back that my tv was not workings due to rebooting they have collected product from my home and return after repairing. The same problem is happening after few days once again.
