Its been 8 days i had given complaint for my android led tv is not working despite that sony engineer also visited and he said 1 part need to change and still we are following up for that time and we are getting response at customer care that part will come from singapore its not available in india and also their local repair office said we cant help it and no answer wen can be solved.. Its highly disappointment that people buy sony products...

I purchased a sony ear phone (Model:mdr-ex15ap) for rs-890/- in the month of feb 2017. While purchasing the ear phone the customer service rep from (Croma store kalyan nagar) pushed for this ear phone compared to others stating this is made of better quality, had 1 year warranty, got good reviews etc etc. Little did i know that it will not last even a month. Low priced ear phones are made of better quality than this sony model:mdr-ex15ap....

Dear sir/madam,
We have purchase 42 inch led for 70 thousand in nov 2014 in gujarat and some how in a year period on screen line has start coming and we complain to dealer and they contact nearest sony service station and they found panel spoil and the change the panel and again same issue came after change the panel in year and they are refusing to change the panel....

I had registered complaints 10 days back that my tv was not workings due to rebooting they have collected product from my home and return after repairing. The same problem is happening after few days once again.
We have purchased this product with 32500 and product had problems two times within 8 months. We need replacement.

Which has panel problem and i given my tv to service center on 13th of may 2017, they had took time of 3 weeks an told me this will replacement of new tv with same features, because this product panel is out of order, so we will replace new sony bravia. Before this they only fund problem and committed me it will replace, because panel is warranty of two years. And till the day i could not get any...

I have got a new Sony Bravia TV W56D and facing issues with frequent turn off TV every 1:30 hours. I have complained to the customer care([protected]) and I was being told that the chipset has to be replaced. But there's no other action done since 30+days. First complaint was registered on April 23rd. Later on i did n number of calls and no luck. Please look into this and do not further waste consumer time.

Suddenly there has been faults regarding the display of the tv. A black shadow appears along the one - third part of the screen causing a huge inconvenience. I have a complaint against sony service center "chaitanya electronic chinchwad pune."

One of my tvs klv-32r4 82 after 2 years o[censored]se suddenly started rebooting and flashing 6red lights. When i requested for a visit at sony helpline, chaitanya electronic sent an engineer (Charged 230rs only for visiting).

P. S. Electronics, sony authorized service center, c/o143, thakre bhavan, zenda square, abhyankar nagar, nagpur-440014 (M. H) this is authorized sony service station. Last 2 month they not change the lcd screen. They just play with customers and misbehaved on under warranty, last 2 years replace 2 times screen with 60 days. This is just a useless service station.

Since 24th may 2017 my led is not starting so i called sony customer care service they sent one person to resolve our problem they came two days after we complained & charged 200 rupees and said that motherboard of led is not working to bring your led to our service center and it will cost around 7000 rupeesbr...

My sony bravia lcd tv is only five years old
Few days ago some lines are coming in display this is panel issue panel's price is 12000+
Sony is reputed brand and its lcd panel is not working 5 years
I bought this tv at 30000 and its failed completely.

I had been facing a problem with the tv since 8th may already have registered a complaint for the same complaint id — 39353633, but there is no response of any one on the same since last 20 days, i have called sony many time they just assure that the complaint will be resolved in 2-3 days, whenever i call the service center they just hangup the call and other numbers are not working
