I write this mail with immense anguish & disappointment to state that my TV (Sony Bravia W80D Series) in less than a week of being installed has a major display problem. I have purchased two TV sets & one Home Theatre system from Vijay Sales, Andheri West, Mumbai around two months ago however the installation has happened only a week ago. I really wonder how can a globally branded organisation like Sony fail so miserably in quality control check because of which a customer who has paid almost INR 1, 50, 000 for Sony products has to face such a bitter & worst experience. I have contacted the Manager of Vijay Sales store & he has offered me service in terms of repair which is definitely not acceptable to me & under no circumstances will I let it happen. I am being extremely clear in my communication that if this device isn't replaced in 48 hours, I shall escalate the matter just not to the media but also make an appeal in the Consumer Court. Kindly do not treat this matter lightly as it might damage Sony's brand image to an altogether different level & I will in no manner be responsible for any consequences thereafter.

    Sir, we purchased sony bravia led model kdl-48w700c on april 2016, it works one year one month after that it's not working. So we complaint to sony online. He told panel problem. After few days after we contact to sony bravia toll free number. They told panel cost is around 25000/-, they told warranty is over so it cost that much. Please give consesion sir tv works only 1 year. So please give us panel in free of cost please understand my problem

    We had purchased Sony 43 inch Android 3D TV on may1st 2016.
    We had taken extended warranty from Bajaj Finance too.
    We started getting lines and 40% of the TV screen got blanked out.
    Bajaj guys say the panel is broken and can't pay for it.
    They're not saying anything further.
    Can anyone inform what's the price we would need to pay for it.

      I have purchased this sony tv 46 inch at delhi from reliance digital pinnacle mall sec 10 dwarka delhi on 10 oct 2013. Within 44 months the tv screen has gone faulty within the picture jumping vertically at periodic intervals. A complaint was lodged with sony customer care vide complaint no 39992066 dated 13 jun 2017 at bangalore where i am presently posted. The mechanic informed that the panel had gone faulty and it would cost me rs 33000 to get it repaired. I fail to understand the quality control standards that sony follows because the panel of such a costly tv has lasted only for 44 months. It is requested the panel be replaced free of cost by sony india as a product costing rs 90000 is expected to have a technical life beyond 44 months specially coming from a brand like sony who has expected to be global leaders in television.

      I also faced similar issue. I purchased 46EX650 in Aug 13 from Reliance digital. Now Sony is asking 25000 Rs for same. Seems either the lot had issue or Reliance Digital delivered us defective TVs.

        21.10.2016 I had purchase of Sony 32" LED TV, KLV-32R412DINS 4114917, with branded Sony against invoice no. 2924/1617/08172, copy attached from Khosla Lalbazar branch, last 5 days it was not working the TV due to main board is damaged as per your technical person's feed back and they told it will be replace the board. but I want to replace the TV as it is only 9 months and TV is not working.

        Sir,
        I purchased a sony xperia xa ultra dual (Graphite black) on 24.05.2017.in my phone having heating and charging problem, i made a complaint to sony service centre (Agartala, tripura west) on 05.06.2017 and handed over my phone along with invoice copy to the service centre for replacement. But the authority of sony service centre has not accepted my request in turn they booked a call for repair (St no aijpr2208qst001). On 13.06.2017 they tried to hand over my set after repairing. But it is found that more than 1 gb ram is exhausted due o repairing and only less than 1.5 gb ram is now available in the set. I refused to accept my mobile set for non-availability of its original features.
        So it may kindly be requested to provide me a mobile set with its original features or refund the whole money immediately.
        An early action is highly solicited

          I got touch problem at upper screen
          I took cell in april last week within a month t showed up, i had my exams could not go at that time only, i went on june 1 and am even facing the same issue it's been 19 days still no response, and the customer care says the cell is with headquarters and they say to wait on arguing they said senior executive will speak within 8 hours.. Same they are saying since 5 days

            I have brought the mobile sony xa1 for 19999 on 9 th may 2017... I have problem in the mobile that, automatic sound increased in incoming voice call, and automatically went the in silent mode, onces it switch off the problem is perement. I had complain to customer care on 20th may 2017 about the problem they updated the software... And the complain is repeat on 27th may onces again i went to customer care and give they said they want to given to the head quaters now then their no respons about the mobiles

              We had purchased a sony bravia lcd tv from the nearby harsha showroom in the year 2013. It's been nearly 4 years since and the tv was working just fine, but since the past few days the tv is not working properly. I called the nearby sony service centre twice and waited for more than 5 hours today but no one came because of which i had to miss my important meeting today. I request that the company might take immediate action against this inconvenience or else i myself might have to take some action against this as my father is a lawyer, i hope that such inconvenience might not happen in the future, thank you

                I have a sony mdr-xb550ap stereo headphone with mic.
                Curently i am having a complaint about this mentioned headphone mentioned below
                - left side low bass responce.

                I have visited sony service station at thiruvalla sony authorised service center

                But i am very disappointed by the technicians that they have not identified any complaint and they all are trying to deny the warranty due to less technical experience about the sony products or no experience at all.

                  This phone Sony XA1 is very pathetic, very bad. I bought this brand new phone on 8th May 2017 and after 10 days it's touch got problems, it stopped working and there appeared a burning yellowish patch in the display. Moreover Sony's Service is very very poor. Zero customer service, I then went to service center, employees there were rude, denied for product replacement, said that display will be changed and it will take at least 7 days, even they do not provide any standby phone. When I called the service centre to know my phone status, their reply was that they don't have mobile phone parts, so it will take extra 2-3 days. I'm now stuck in very bad situation, what should I do...
                  Please help me genuinely, don't just reply for sake of replying.

                    I am facing after investing lots of money for using led SONY EX-330, LED, in a very short term use, without of TV we are unable to enjoy entartenment from telivision for my kid and my parents, will you pls provide recovery of this as Sony is brand name in India.

                      i have recieved a call from sony india from the above no [protected] he is using slang languages and he is telling me watever u feel lik u can do u can complain to police no 1 can can do anything t me please take action against this man he is notorious.
                      Just one year completed. Half display on screen black out.. Such a sub standard quality product from Sony.. Unable express frustration... Please ensure this kind of product should be out of market.

                        I bought this cell & there was issue with the cell it use to switch off & restart again every 5 mins. I went to the service center after lots of complaining my cell was replaced & i had to ask for the stand by phone. Then after 3/4 days they replaced the cell & i got the new cell. But the again the same story & then email was not working they the cell back stating it has to be send to company's head office to update the software of the email. It again came back after 3/4 days the story doesn't end there again every day email use to stop working & i use to get the error couldn't sign in again i visited the center & now its the limit my keypad buttons are not working again cell is taken back & send to comany & i after paying for new cell have to use the old stand by cell that too after so much request i get the stand by cell. I just want my money back. This is the third grade phone sony company has ever produce.

                        You have notified them but they are responding? Now what to do ? Were to go and file complain? I have even written to there ceo but no one is responding.I thing no one is responsible enough to update me. Incapable and non professional behaviour by them.
                        Till now Sony company hasn't taken any action on my case. How irresponsible their behaviour is.

                          I bought a sony bravia hd tv model – klv-48w562d on 20th aug 2016 from croma showroom situated at crown interiors mall, faridabad.

                          All of sudden its started hanging on 10th june 2017 and screen was washed out completely on 11th june 2017. I called sony customer support and lodged a complaint, engineer arrived 2nd day and said that screen is completely faulty.
                          He came with screen today and replaced it, within 30 mins after he went same problem started and tv screen was hanged and display was off. My wife called him again, he came back within few minutes and put the previous screen again, problem is not yet resolved. It is really disgusting that he went without solving the problem.

                          My question to sony india is below -
                          1) is it the quality they are selling in india that tv gets into a major fault within 10 months of purchase.
                          2) what is the guarantee that after it is repaired somehow will not get faulty.
                          3) right now its under warranty and being repaired free of cost, what if such substandard product gets faulty after warranty period.
                          4) what kind of r&d and maintenance team does sony (I) has that they are not able to fix the problem in last 4 days.

                          This complete tv should be replaced immediately with new one as it has gone into a major fault within 10 months, its a substandard product of sony and company is cheating consumers, a middle class person who invests huge amount to buy and sony (I) ensures that they are able to earn good money through services too in future.

                              I have purchased a sony xa1 mobile on[protected]. The touch started giving problems on the very next day.

                              I was unable to type few letters on the left side, i took the phone to the dealer poorvika mobiles to which they informed, i will have to go to service centre to get the phone serviced.

                              I was off town on a business trip and was able to go to the service centre only on 12-may-2017.in the mean while the problem got expanded and most of the left side screen became unresponsive.

                              I handed the phone at service centre on 12-may-2017 and was informed my phone would get ready only after 10 days due to spare unavailability.

                              In the due course i have not received even a single update or follow up. I walked in to the service after 10 days centre to get a lame answer “persons who have handed the phone before you are still waiting so you should also wait and i would take 15 more working days”.

                              This is really frustrating to get a new phone, give it to the service centre and wait for an unknown time to get the phone serviced and returned back.

                              I called the tool free and complained about the issue, to which the agent on line informed he would expedite the process.

                              I demanded that my phone should be repaired in next 5 days or i would either need a replacement. If both the cases or not possible then refund my amount to which he agreed.

                              But it is more than a month now am yet to receive any updates.

                              My phone is not repaired also i did not received any updates so far.

                              The service centre guy also informed there are more than 25 phones lying on service centre with the same issue. So overall its a manufacturing defect i believe

                                In continuation of my earlier complaints, again i would like to express my woes suffered by me in the hands of sony india company. I had given my ps3 for exchange to ps4 on dated 24/5/17 vide my cheque of amount 11000/-, whose clearance message has been received by me. But despite several visits and calls to both the service centre at shastri nagar and customer care center, no action has been taken on their part. I request to all concerned to look into the matter to bring some relief to me. If no swift action is taken and i do not receive my ps4 with in 3 days then i would be compelled to take some serious action.

                                  This is in reference to our massive issues going with sony.

                                  We are using sony 32” led screen 3-4 no’s on daily basis, as wireless display and we connect to our laptops through wifi direct and easily do the screen mirroring without any issues. Our all led’s are of sony make and we only buy sony brand as we have a good trust in the brand.

                                  Recently, we have purchased one more sony led from croma retail store (Branch: rohini – sector 9, new delhi) model no.: 43x8300d, 109 cm, for my conference room so that we can use this screen as wireless screen and can connect with our laptop as wireless display. We can easily connect this new led without laptop but the major issue is, the lagging time is so high that we are unable to use this led screen.in the same regard, already we have done so many complaints. Already, sony engineers have visited us and found some software errors in the tv. We can easily connect our all laptops with the other tv’s available in our offices and there no lagging time in all tv’s but the issue is only in the tv that we have recently purchased. We have not been able to use this led since day 1, we purchased the tv. We have always been assured for a solution but still nothing happened. We humbly request you to kindly solve our issue. Kindly replace the tv with any demo tv available in your any showrooms else you may rectify the same tv. Please take the decision. We have already now lost the trust in sony brand after sales service.in the case of sony instead of checking the issue for further improvement in the product, your team is not even seeking the solution in the defective component. As a customer, what improvement we should expect from sony??

                                  Now they have started sending us pre written emails and denying for neither replacement nor repair of the product.

                                    Dear sir/madam,

                                    I bought sony xperia m5 dual phone our only mobile store.in my phone having front camera and heat problem, so went to sony service center on 15/05/2017, i submitting the invoice copy. Those told me this phone is out of warranty, you want to do pay the amount. But i bought www.onlymobiles.com 10 month back only (I have invoice copy also), how it is out of warranty in my phone.

                                    The sony service center employees are told me “this phone was used to three to six month, after that only you bought this phone”

                                    If directly communicate with the onlymobiles via email, those are asking very day time for me, like 48 hours to 72 hours like that, but still day those are not gave permanent solution for me. One month wasted for onlymobiles still they are asking time only.

                                    Those are going to provide the sony xperia xa mobile and tanking my sony xperia m5 dual mobile after only. I asked to him “my mobile have good hardware and very good technologies, in my mobile specification are,

                                    Still my Sony Xperia M5 dual mobile warranty problem not solved. Nearly one and half month waste for me, I feed very badly and my mind depression for my mobile warranty problem. 15/06/2017 onward I won’t receive any call or message from Sony or OnlyMobile store. Please solve my problem as well as soon. Because already one and half month over.

                                      I arunendrra ganguly have submitted demand draft of rs 690/- at your dombivali branch for the replacement of damaged tv model no klv-32r482b in5 serial no 3343620 but till date i have not the replacement of the tv. Whenever i call they give excuse that replacemnet of tv will be given next week but next week never comes and they directly say go and talk to the company if you want
