I am very disappointed with my sony m4 mobile and service centre also, please help your brand value and me.
I had purchased newly launched mobile sony m4 on 27/06/2015 (Imei no - [protected]) from super communications alwar rajasthan (Bill enclosed).
After few times my new mobile sony m4 started to create problem, i want to authorized service centre - alwar - rajasthan. It took my whole day but problem solved.
Last week, one morning my new mobile sony m4 was not charging, i want to again your authorized service centre - alwar - rajasthan for resolve this problem, representative informed me that it will take more than 1 month!!!, yes you read right more than one month. I was shocked a asked what may the problem she added that seems jeck problem. I again asked why so much time to repair or change jack, she shared that we are only collection centre, will send set to jaipur and our authorized service centre - jaipur (Rajasthan) will do the all software related work. I thought it will take one week more so i decided to go to authorized service centre - jaipur (Rajasthan). Desk receptionist said that your phone will be sent to delhi service centre and will take more than 15 days.
Now i was totally in dark, it was not possible for me to leave my mobile for more than one month to service centre. Than my friend suggested to go to local phone mechanic.
He took rs. 400/- rupees and changed the jeck, my phone started to working after three days same problem arise and i again went he resolved the problem.
Since 05th april morning, again same problem started; therefore, i again went to your authorized service centre - raja park jaipur (Rajasthan), i booked my mobile and your service engineer roughly estimated rs. 700/- and added that actual estimate will be informed 6th april morning, i waited but no reply received from your authorized service centre - raja park jaipur (Rajasthan), in evening i called service centre, they shared me although there is connector problem (Which is not available) therefore, service centre will changed motherboard and charged rs. 8000 /- (Rupees eight thousand rupees). My question is why should i pay rs. 8000/ if my mobile can be fine in rs. 700/- (Rupees seven hundred). It is my humble request to intervene in this matter as because its not only my problem its matter of sony the brand also. Kindly resolve my problem. I shall be highly obliged.
