I have purchase the sony xperia m4 mobile from balangir of odisha state on[protected] but its loud speaker & audio not functioning wef[protected] so i handed over to balangir service center from[protected] vide job no. W[protected]. They committed me to hand over me on or before[protected] but sorry to say that the service center neither opening nor responding the phone. The mobile phone no provided to me by the service center in charge comes switched up since[protected].
So i request you to kindly take immediate steps for solution the problem.

    I was very proud of Sony Products that why we are to becomes its owner of may Sony products, such as Sony audio visual products cameras and voice recorder so on. Unfortunately some bad experiences happens my recent purchase of moble Xperia E2363. I had purchased this product during the month of May 2016. After few months it was find out that some features were not functioning particularly Sim slots were not functioning properly. So I brought up this matter before the service center at Trivandrum. It was informed that since it was sealed set they makeup set to Kochi for repairs(job no.W[protected] dated 10/03/2017. Later it was informed me that manufacturing this kind of set is stopped, so, the printed circuit board is not available therefore as this within the warrent period. they are replacing Xperia XA F3116 black colour as per their choice. When I received the replaced mobile I am surprised that the cost of this mobile is only Rs.15, 900 and earlier I spend for Xperia E2363 was Rs.18, 990 including charger, data cable and head sets.The replaced mobile having not included such accessories. and silent about the remaining amount. Its a dam cheating I felt that. [protected]@gmail.com

      This is the fourth time i have given my phone for repair on 27th March' 2017, WITHIN 7 MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE and yet to hear from Sonnet Care Indira Nagar after 7 days.

      Though we have been buying Sony phones since 2003 my experience has been pathetic this time and the phone is horrible with absolute or no response from the Sonnet Team.

      Though as per Leena from Sonnet Care the battery had a problem and it was changed during second servicing, later she denied the same when the phone switched off every now and then being unable to operate.

      I look forward to hear from the Company as the Service Centre response is a shame for the brand.

        I file this complain against the mobile phone purchased - Sony Xperia Z5 with IMEI no. [protected]. I was facing several problems from starting of purchase resulting in multiple visits to the service center and repair/replace of several parts and in the end had submitted the mobile to the service center with the promise given that the amount would be refunded by the month of march. But till now there is no proceedings in the process and neither the shop nor the service center is entertaining the issue. Kindly look into the issue and please refund my amount. I had been paying the EMI's of the phone for all these months without even able to touch the phone.

          Given my Sony mobile for service to Benchmark Infotech Ganganagar Bangalore. No proper response from the centre. Very casual approach. Submiited complaint on battery and speaker. They called me saying mobile device service done. But when I went there on 31st March they said only battery done and speaker not done. They took charge for battery. They informed it will be ready on 1st April and I will get a call. However no one called. I called the centre and thru said they will call back in 5 minutes and thereafter no response.

              I have recently brought a XPERIA XA ULTRA mobile, its hardly one month old, .Phone suddenly stopped function properly, its microphone has been stopped responding .Sony center is not responding me properly .ITs a fake company . With in a month i am feeling that my money has been lost by buying this fake product.What is the use of buying such branded products, i am totally dissatisfied. I will not suggest any one to buy sony products, also i am doing complaint on every social site, also putting a complaint after every half hour on social site .So that customer can now how Sony is playing with thre money, I want proper resolution for it .

                I gave my device (XPERIA Z1) to authorised sony service centre (Innovation Computers) NAGPUR on 8th march for power key, volume key, repair... Sony service centre receptionist said you will have have to submit your device for new battery, micro usb port cover repair, power volume key PCB.The actual problem was power volume key PCB, But the receptionist said you will have to repair the battery as it failed the calibration, and also micro usb port.I approved the estimate costing 3, 426 Rs. on 9th march.But sony still not repairing my device It's been 20 days receptionist is saying that the battery is yet to come from sony warehouse from Chennai.

                  The same common problem of sony LED TVs..my to also got. I have purchased my to on 1-1-2013 and its 4 years its life over. Colour got faded and screen gets blur. Technician visited after complaint says..something Ly panel problem without even touching to..so this is a common problem In sony..he suggested to replace panel..which may cost around 10k. Sony is **** don't go for sony LED ..rather than u can opt for samsung or LG better service, durable and more warranty period. They don't offer amc also as they know after 2 years panel complaint will occur. This is bit hard and huge amount for a normal middle class family.

                    I purchase a led sony bravia tv, after 6 month a little crack like development seen in right lower corner but that time screen was working properly after some time it start flecring but over warranty one year expired.
                    But service centra giving me estimated cost 10300 for desplay replacement if desplay available in company othervise he will given new set in payment of 75% of mrp.
                    I have already raised this issue to sony tv through mail but not getting any solution.
                    Kindly guide us for repair of our led tv.

                    Today a call has come from sony india from cell no:[protected] MR Maninder, asking for tv complaint and requested me to send picture of bill, TV Front view, Rear view AND PICTURE OF TV IN ON CONDITION.We sent all picture in whats app.

                      After attempting to fix the issue of my phone Xperia Z3 Compact, I had submitted my phone to the nearest service centre at Metal Tech Andheri West Mumbai.

                      They have​ provided to me an estimate cost of ₹23000/- for the replacement of the motherboard which seems to be an unrealistic quote given to a problem to the problem that has been occurred on your defective piece of equipment.

                      Service centre called to return the phone without repairs
                      When I went to collect the phone's condition was made worse
                      The camera of the phone was working at the time of submission and when I checked while collecting it was not working...

                      I disputed to get it repaired just as it was submitted
                      Have even spoked to the manager of the service centre
                      Sony mail team aren't responding at all

                          I have bought Sony HT-RT 3 from Snap deal in January . Twice i have requested for the installation in January and month of Feb but no one came from the service centers ( F1 SOLUTIONS PVT LTD ). Only once i got a call from a Guy named PANKAJ mob no- [protected] i told him to com on Monday he said OK then on Monday he refused to come. now today morning i raise a request again through customer care and the same guy PANKAJ ( F1 Solutions pvt ltd ) called me and came to my house . Reaching my house he told to show the Hard copy of bill i was at my office so i had bill in my e mail id so again he refused to the installation, wasn't i supposed to told earlier that i should keep bill copy with me . Now its been three times i am frustrated with this F1 SOLUTIONS PVT LTD COMPANY . Please help me with this issue all days i am out my mum is alone at home i can not keep my mom waiting for the installation at home . I belong to a very good corporate company so i have many colleges who trust SONY . hope a good and positive response .

                              Sir, i am k. C. Anil kumar last 13.03.20117 morning i gave my mobile z5 model no. E6883 to m/s. Madona sevice centre, vytilla, kerala. I am the first person to enter the office and i returned from 11.30 am after giving the mobile. They told me they will inform the position of mobile immediately. But they didn't inform me anything yet. I tried to contact them several time and they told me to wait for a minutes. But they don't response yet i contacted 10 times. So please inform me the position of my mobile phone and please correct the complaint immediately.

                                We are loyal sony consumers for past 20 yrs. We purchased the model klv-24p413d about a year ago. On mar 13, suddenly the video stopped working — only audio was working. Sony service personnel visited & claim that we have to pay for fixing the problem!! The warranty copy is attached. It clearly states that
                                "without purchase invoice, this warranty is valid upto mar 2017"
                                We are shocked at the response of sony personnel. We feel that this is a blemish for bravia line of tv products of sony and we expect the tv to be replaced immediately by a new good tv set.
                                Kindly look into the matter and resole the issue asap. Thanks

                                Sony Led w 67 was purchased OCT 2013 . Panel for the said Tv has already changed twice due to vertical strips of coloured lines appeared on tv. Now the same vertical strips of coloured lines are again appearing on Tv Complaint has lodged. Please intimate cost of panel.

                                  SonyLiv online services provides access to movies, episodes of earlier TV shows, etc. It has a premium service, where by paying money, we can watch shows and movies online.

                                  Yesterday (March 12, 2107), I paid Rs. 49 through PayTM to SonyLiv Premium Service for one month. The amount was paid but, when I tried to play movie, again I am asked to pay for Premium account. What happened to the money I paid last night? I am unable to find any solution to this problem. The SonyLiv site does not provide any customer care number or email id for such complaints.

                                    I have purchased sony Pendrive of 16 GB since 3 months. I was using it and in between suddenly it stopped working. It shows its properties but i am unable to delete my files from r care but they are blaming me that i must have done something and they are not giving me the proper service. So its my kind request to you that please give me proper service as soon as possible.

                                      I'm not satisfied with your electronic products, i bought sony m4 aqua last year the phone is worst compare to others in price and quality the earphones, temperature of phone, sim card slots which is delicate to break, sensor and microphone doesn't work properly, not a water proof, sometimes the phone struck and my TV also does not support some files to play movies and cannot access to internet in TV(sony Bravia NX65, 40 inches), and camera also does not work properly, these products cannot work properly for at least one year and these products are very costly with low quality. i'm unhappy with your products. I wasted (RS.500000) money buying your products.

                                        I had bought a 26 inch led tv 5 years back and now it's panel has gone obsolete.i request u to grant me a new panel for the tv or give me a brand new tv as i m not in a position to buy a new tv.I have already paid for the panel but our service center asansol said that new panel for the tv is not available and they are telling us to buy a new tv but i want my old tv to be replaced by a new tv for which i will pay just the panel price and not the new tv price.
