Dear Sir,
First of all I would like to congratulate you for producing many fine quality household products since long. SONY is the Brand with unique and perfect features in its every product since so many years. I am also a regular user of SONY product . considering above I always pick SONY out of other Brands whenever there is scope of doing so. It is only because of your product quality and prompt & honest service provision.
My this inclination towards SONY Brand compelled me to go for it when I purchased one Mobile. Starting from your 10, 000/- range in the beginning, gradually I went for the mobile of 28, 000.00 range of SONY Brand very recently.
Everything was going along smoothly upto my imagination as o[censored]sing previous products. But after six month of purchasing the SMART PHONE SONY (XPERIA XA ULTRA / DS F3216) IMEI NO. [protected] Mobile, all of a sudden its touch screen became non-functional. Till then I was not worried at all because of having very good experience of your better service standards.
But to my extreme dismay, when I went to your service centre with the complaint, they prepared the service note of my mobile indicating it as Out Warranty Category, where as my Mobile is still within guarantee period. When I enquired about this they started giving me few silly replies.
However, the touch screen of my mobile is not working within the guarantee period, hence it is replaceable as per your SONY Brand norms.
Secondly, slight nickel has detached of the set and your service station says that it is a breakage. However it can be checked visually.
So, Sir, I am just waiting for your earnest reply in this regard and I will see whether you follow your replacement norms or not. In any case I want my mobile set in working condition whether by replacement or by repairing . But one thing is very clear that by replacing my mobile, what I claim as per your norms, you will preserve and protect the faith of your very old valued customer or you will detached me as a customer from your SONY Brand.

    Dear Sir,

    Kindly note that I have not purchased LED from Shri Shakti E Zone Pvt.Ltd. Shakti Electronics, Opp. Nehrunagar, Ambawadi, Ahmedabd. but still based on my earlier document M/s Bjaj Fin Serve Emplyee Mr. Kuntal Makwana with Mrs. Bijal (Ninketa) employee of Shri Shakti E zone & Mr. Kuldip Roy have made fraud with my forge signature and forge loan documents -and accounted an amount of Rs.49500/- in my account for above product.

    I have not purchased above LED & loan is made in my account. This is very clear fraud as both above Bajaj Fin serve and Shri shakti E zone are not able to proove delivery of product to me as they are telling it has hand delivered, which I have never taken . Following questions in support of fraud are unanswered.

    1. No hand delivery proof Told to show me CC TV footage. Not shown by Shakti E zone and told it has deleted
    2. No installation address of LED
    3. I have asked to show me cancelled cheque. Not shown and told it has distroyed.
    4. Sr. No. LED on hand written bill of LED is fake.
    5. No computered bill available.
    6. Loan document-promissary note no revenue stamp as per Indian stamp Act is there fake documets
    7. signature is not matching

    Thus, there are number of question are unanswered which shows it is fraud.

    I would like you to take serious action against Bajaj Fin Serve employees as above and Shakti E zone employees as above and also ask to cancelled the dealership of Shakti E zone.

          Dear sir
          I am very disappointed with my sony m4 mobile and service centre also, please help your brand value and me.
          I had purchased newly launched mobile sony m4 on 27/06/2015 (Imei no - [protected]) from super communications alwar rajasthan (Bill enclosed).
          After few times my new mobile sony m4 started to create problem, i want to authorized service centre - alwar - rajasthan. It took my whole day but problem solved.
          Last week, one morning my new mobile sony m4 was not charging, i want to again your authorized service centre - alwar - rajasthan for resolve this problem, representative informed me that it will take more than 1 month!!!, yes you read right more than one month. I was shocked a asked what may the problem she added that seems jeck problem. I again asked why so much time to repair or change jack, she shared that we are only collection centre, will send set to jaipur and our authorized service centre - jaipur (Rajasthan) will do the all software related work. I thought it will take one week more so i decided to go to authorized service centre - jaipur (Rajasthan). Desk receptionist said that your phone will be sent to delhi service centre and will take more than 15 days.
          Now i was totally in dark, it was not possible for me to leave my mobile for more than one month to service centre. Than my friend suggested to go to local phone mechanic.
          He took rs. 400/- rupees and changed the jeck, my phone started to working after three days same problem arise and i again went he resolved the problem.
          Since 05th april morning, again same problem started; therefore, i again went to your authorized service centre - raja park jaipur (Rajasthan), i booked my mobile and your service engineer roughly estimated rs. 700/- and added that actual estimate will be informed 6th april morning, i waited but no reply received from your authorized service centre - raja park jaipur (Rajasthan), in evening i called service centre, they shared me although there is connector problem (Which is not available) therefore, service centre will changed motherboard and charged rs. 8000 /- (Rupees eight thousand rupees). My question is why should i pay rs. 8000/ if my mobile can be fine in rs. 700/- (Rupees seven hundred). It is my humble request to intervene in this matter as because its not only my problem its matter of sony the brand also. Kindly resolve my problem. I shall be highly obliged.

              Dear Sir,

              Please find attached bill for my newly bought Sony TIPO ST121i2 purchase from your one of authorized distributor i.e, M/s Himalya Photo Store, Sector-22 Chandigarh. After purchase when I came back to my home I found that a line is appearing on the left side of my mobile screen. I was very fed up to watch this because I am carrying around three another phone from this same Sony brand (Sony Xperia Z1 & Xperia L etc) in my home but no body has cheated me like this.

              Then I rushed to Sony care office situated at Sector-47, Chandigarh they have checked my mobile and they told me that they could not give me warranty for this mobile because higher authority of sony is not provide such permission to them.

              They told me that this mobile has display problem and we could not change it because this mobile warranty has expired earlier but how could it possible I have purchase this mobile just 10 days ago and what is fault from customer end.

              This might be distributor end issue but I have just purchase it 10 days ago from your authorized distributor. As a special case please change my faulty display with new one and provide me one one year warranty please.

                    I was very proud of Sony Products that why we are to becomes its owner of may Sony products, such as Sony audio visual products cameras and voice recorder so on. Unfortunately some bad experiences happens my recent purchase of moble Xperia E2363. I had purchased this product during the month of May 2016. After few months it was find out that some features were not functioning particularly Sim slots were not functioning properly. So I brought up this matter before the service center at Trivandrum. It was informed that since it was sealed set they makeup set to Kochi for repairs(job no.W[protected] dated 10/03/2017. Later it was informed me that manufacturing this kind of set is stopped, so, the printed circuit board is not available therefore as this within the warrent period. they are replacing Xperia XA F3116 black colour as per their choice. When I received the replaced mobile I am surprised that the cost of this mobile is only Rs.15, 900 and earlier I spend for Xperia E2363 was Rs.18, 990 including charger, data cable and head sets.The replaced mobile having not included such accessories. and silent about the remaining amount.                       This is the fourth time i have given my phone for repair on 27th March' 2017, WITHIN 7 MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE and yet to hear from Sonnet Care Indira Nagar after 7 days.

                      Though we have been buying Sony phones since 2003 my experience has been pathetic this time and the phone is horrible with absolute or no response from the Sonnet Team.

                      Though as per Leena from Sonnet Care the battery had a problem and it was changed during second servicing, later she denied the same when the phone switched off every now and then being unable to operate.

                      I look forward to hear from the Company as the Service Centre response is a shame for the brand.

                        I file this complain against the mobile phone purchased - Sony Xperia Z5 with IMEI no. [protected]. I was facing several problems from starting of purchase resulting in multiple visits to the service center and repair/replace of several parts and in the end had submitted the mobile to the service center with the promise given that the amount would be refunded by the month of march. But till now there is no proceedings in the process and neither the shop nor the service center is entertaining the issue. Kindly look into the issue and please refund my amount. I had been paying the EMI's of the phone for all these months without even able to touch the phone.

                          Given my Sony mobile for service to Benchmark Infotech Ganganagar Bangalore. No proper response from the centre. Very casual approach. Submiited complaint on battery and speaker. They called me saying mobile device service done. But when I went there on 31st March they said only battery done and speaker not done. They took charge for battery. They informed it will be ready on 1st April and I will get a call. However no one called. I called the centre and thru said they will call back in 5 minutes and thereafter no response.

                              I have recently brought a XPERIA XA ULTRA mobile, its hardly one month old, .Phone suddenly stopped function properly, its microphone has been stopped responding .Sony center is not responding me properly .ITs a fake company . With in a month i am feeling that my money has been lost by buying this fake product.What is the use of buying such branded products, i am totally dissatisfied. I will not suggest any one to buy sony products, also i am doing complaint on every social site, also putting a complaint after every half hour on social site .So that customer can now how Sony is playing with thre money, I want proper resolution for it .

                                I gave my device (XPERIA Z1) to authorised sony service centre (Innovation Computers) NAGPUR on 8th march for power key, volume key, repair... Sony service centre receptionist said you will have have to submit your device for new battery, micro usb port cover repair, power volume key PCB.The actual problem was power volume key PCB, But the receptionist said you will have to repair the battery as it failed the calibration, and also micro usb port.I approved the estimate costing 3, 426 Rs. on 9th march.But sony still not repairing my device It's been 20 days receptionist is saying that the battery is yet to come from sony warehouse from Chennai.

                                  The same common problem of sony LED TVs..my to also got. I have purchased my to on 1-1-2013 and its 4 years its life over. Colour got faded and screen gets blur. Technician visited after complaint says..something Ly panel problem without even touching to..so this is a common problem In sony..he suggested to replace panel..which may cost around 10k. Sony is **** don't go for sony LED ..rather than u can opt for samsung or LG better service, durable and more warranty period. They don't offer amc also as they know after 2 years panel complaint will occur. This is bit hard and huge amount for a normal middle class family.

                                    I purchase a led sony bravia tv, after 6 month a little crack like development seen in right lower corner but that time screen was working properly after some time it start flecring but over warranty one year expired.
                                    But service centra giving me estimated cost 10300 for desplay replacement if desplay available in company othervise he will given new set in payment of 75% of mrp.
                                    I have already raised this issue to sony tv through mail but not getting any solution.

                                      Hello Sony Team,

                                      After attempting to fix the issue of my phone Xperia Z3 Compact, I had submitted my phone to the nearest service centre at Metal Tech Andheri West Mumbai.

                                      They have​ provided to me an estimate cost of ₹23000/- for the replacement of the motherboard which seems to be an unrealistic quote given to a problem to the problem that has been occurred on your defective piece of equipment.

                                      Sony mail team aren't responding at all

                                        I has purchased Sony led TV model 40w562d, on dated 02/06/2016. atlist three times my TV display not working. Your care person came repair the problem but still date problem as it is, today same problems face.

                                        Please hardly request to you solve the problems, otherwise​ collect your TV.

                                        I am very tired to your led TV and coustomer care officer.

                                        I hope you are understand my problems.
                                        Please need full.

                                        I has lost my money to purchase your led TV.

                                        This is my fourth complain to your led TV .
