I had purchased a Sony Xperia Z3 mobile phone in the month of April 2016, the mobile fell down from my hand in Jan and got damaged, eventhough the handset is in guarantee period, the service centre has asked me to pay the full amount for the repairs.

Am not sure why is this, as per the norms there is still 3 months warranty period left and should get the without any any cost

Let me know if anything can be done about it or should i take it to other channels for justice

    Hi,
    I've given the laptop for service for 2 times on the same issues. they have told winges problem and rectified and gave it back. And next time they told its screw problem and rectified. Finally now the plastic mold has lost the ability of holding the screw and it was mutilated. now the screw is not fitting/standing in the mold. So when i took to service center they told its a broken and warranty is not applicable.

    But if they would have replaced/repaired the Mold on first time now this problem would not have come. so can someone help me for resolving this..!!

      A Sony 40" LED TV was purchased from M/s. National Electronics, Aberdeen Bazar, Port Blair vide Bill No. 3149 dated 30.03.2016 with a cost of Rs.47, 900/-. Now the said TV is not working and the display has gone off. The TV is under warranty and therefore it is expected that the said TV should be replaced immediately by your company.
      necessary instruction may please be issued to the supplier M/s. National Electronics, Aberdeen Bazar, Port Blair for replacement of the same with a new TV.

      My home theater remote is damaged and i am not able to operate it . My remote number- RM-ANU088
      Today I wait 8pm view the serial hanuman but in the time between 8pm to 8.20 pm the bajirao is broadcast.

        I had purchased Sony Ho0me Theatre IV 300 serial no[protected]N on 25 April 2016 from Jai Engineering & Electronics Moradabad.

        I am totally disappointed by the response as in first four months I had done complaints at least 7 to 8 times regarding hanging problem and dip in voice thus maximum time when I use it voice itself gets up and down.

I am totally disappointed by the response as in first four months I had done complaints at least 7 to 8 times regarding hanging problem and dip in voice thus maximum time when I use it voice itself gets up and down. But issue is that neither of your engineers could satisfy me as sometimes it hangs and sometime it doesn't hang in front of engineers and they say it is ok but continuously I am suffering and I had told them there is some defect in product otherwise a newly purchased device shouldn't perform as it is . I also requested them to take it to their service centre and keep it there for a day and check but they never say yes because they cannot sit here in my house for such a long period. Whenever I filled job sheet I had clearly mentioned that satisfaction level is zero as it appears as if I had purchased a street side music system instead of SONY a brand name . I don't think anyone is reading job sheets and is interested in problem faced by the customer .Kindly check my last job sheet . I also sent video when my system got hanged to the engineer but no response is seen. I request you to solve this issue eitherI had to go to consumer court as I don't have so much time to run behind you as due to my busy schedule I am unable to stay at my home for long time but whenever I get time to play it I get frustrated and finally I close it .I had wasted all my money as well as now I am killing my time .         My KLV -32R482B sony led TV is getting off and on of its own during switching on the room light. Today TV's volume went off during normal running. Please arrange to attend immediately, as the warranty valid up to May'2017.

          same is under outage since yesterday and hence I lodged a complaint at
          around 1.00 pm in the afternoon.but till date nobody has called on me to

            I submitted my handset in Chandigarh at ultimate service center on 13th December 2016 and they told me to fix it in next 3 days. But when ever I try to call them they says, we need 2 days more. I don't know why they always commit wrong and bought too much expensive handset but service is worst, it's better to buy cheap Chinese product. My work order number is W[protected] . I will knock consumer court door and take full refund of my handset.

              I have purchsed the sony Home Audio system MHC-V6D from vijay sales lajpat nagar on dated-10/12/2016. I face a problem in music system has no sound, no display in music system so i have complain a yesterday sony toll free number today technician to be visit to my home and check the system and as per his reply pcb problem he says only demo mode is working. Technician reply is send a music system in workshop then pcb to be repair. I am not want to repair the product. I want to replace the product i have purchsed a music syatem in only 40 days back. I want to replace the product only.

                Dear Team,
                With ref to the subject, I have speaking to your TOLL FREE NO and your local service center at several times and no action was initiated so far. We are totally frustrated on your service and lost our hope too. No customer will wait for more than a month to repair the TV that too purchased at the rate of RS. 58000/-. In fact I have never come across from any product other than SONY with WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE like this. Please respond IMMEDIATELY. Else the necessary legal case filed with consumer court with all the evidence in hand. Pl note that the TV was purchased during May 16 only.

                  It is for your kind notice that I purchased the sony expera XA hand set on 07.01.17. but this device had a problem. it was frequently stooping working with message system UI has stopped. I called the shopkeeper(Mobile House, Sector-18, Noida U.P.) regrading the problem. The shopkeeper asked me to go to the sony service center for a deo letter. I went to sony sevice centre (Ambey electronic, Wave Mall, Noida) on 11.07.17. they give me deo letter for new phone and I collect the new phone from same shop. next day the new phone had the same problem . I again went to Sony service center on 14.01.17, but executive deny to issue the deo letter. He said to me that we issue only on deo letter. If new phone will have the problem within 7 days it will be only repaired. no new phone will be given at nay cost, whether your phone's motherboard is not working. My question to company is that if you issue a person new phone which may be defective even in that case you will not issue new phone whatever the new phone problem has. it means you will issue a customer a defective phone. In this way if any new phone have the problem you will give the customer a defective phone. I purchased the new phone from shop for the cost of 15990 not on free of cost, and company give me a defective phone. I want my money back. I have 6000rs loss due to this process and I wasted my three days. If I did not get my money back. I will move to consumer court. leave a reply soon

                    Sir,
                    I Bijit Kumar Kesh, Nutanhat, Mongalkote, Burdwan 713147, have purchased a Sony Bravia 32" LED TV model 32R-412B from S.S Mobile & Electronics on 02/01/2015 .
                    last December 2016 A black line is spotted on the TV display . After few days suddenly the display was whitened totally, only sound is produced from it not a single piece of picture is seen from any corner of it.
                    I call the Toll free Number, a service -man came and enquired and told me that perhaps it could be changed by the company but today he knew me that company rejected it and I have to repair it from my own cost.
                    so I there fore request you to give necessary steps to change my display from company.

                      I have purchased a Sony Xperia XA dual on dated 26 Sept 2016 in which I found that the notification comes done automatically. For this I visited Sai Electronic Faridabad (Service center of Sony) on dated 5 Dec 2016 there they told me that it was a problem of software so they reload the software. But after reloading the problem was not resolved. Then they ask me to submit the phone. After 2 days the call me and told that the handset was got bend.
                      While handover the handset to your service team the handset was in OK condition & it was inspected by your service executive may times.The hand set was got bend by Service center executive.my Job Card Number is W[protected]
                      I have the job card also in which they have mentioned that the handset is physically ok
                      After this i visted service center but there is no responsible person to talk
                      It was come to my notice that they have close this job card number & reopen a new job card which was not received by me
                      it about a month ago so Please look into the matter & replace the set urgently

                        I have given my Handset model D2302 on dt 26.11.16 in dead Mode, After Checking the mobile Service center demanded for Rs 7077 for resolve all issues, after 10 days he has given my mob without Check, When I have again complain for Sound Issue they have received my mob and again demanding approx 6000, When I refused they told me come after 2 Days. But Till 11 Jan 17 Not receive my Mobile. Daily he told come after 2 Days. This is fraud charge by Service Center.

                          I have lodged a complain around 70 days ago. Service request id is 36708128.
                          But still facing the same problem. Sony service engineer has changed the Board first after that he has suggested to change the panel 30 days ago but no panel is replaced. I think you guys are waiting for the expiry period of warranty.
                          Experienced Ridiculous service never expected from Sony.

                          Look into the matter as soon as possible.

                            I gave my Sony Xperia C4 dual because my phone wasn't starting. they told me that there's a battery issue and asked me to change it, i consented for that. when i got my set back the both of my sims network wasnt working. i gave it again they repaired it . after a week my front camera wasnt working. i again gave it to repair. now my microphone is not working.
                            i am fed up of going to the service centre again and again. i dont know why is it happening, my daily life is affected with this problem. they are saying it will take 10 days to repair it.

                              Computer technology has not advanced much since the last decade and so the product does not and should not go vintage. led and oled technology which nowadays tvs have is almost the branch of lcd and does not have a total different technology, so the lcd tv model mentioned in the subject has to be repaired in someway by replacement of some parts but i am told that the motherboard which is the problem in my tv cannot be replaced as it is not available. here i would like to just know if the same model tv is available in the market and not the parts so how could a brand like SONY could say such a thing and why the tv is not sold with the warning of "use and throw" or like "not repairable" and if SONY cannot give us the quality why should we go for it or is it like the SONY is interested in sales and not repair cause its been almost a month for the tv i have given to repair and i was told i will get it within working seven days then after five days i was told it will take another 5-7 days as the part is not available in their region and has to be called from the other region and then again after 4-5 days i was told that they are not able get the part so i will have to wait for some more time and this way almost a month passed and now they call and ask me for the purchase invoice and warranty card which i have given them so they could workout something that they could do and since i was told i will be called for the same as i was following up but i haven't received any call.
                              hence i want someone really responsible to look into the matter and bring an end to me despair as TV has become part of our life which we are being parted with for so long.

                              I buy sony vaio in feb 2015 and take extended 2 year warranty the laptop is dead slow i am not able to do any work on my laptop bcoz it is taking to lot time for starting and any process i feedup with this laptop what should I do.

                                Hey guys i have a complaint to say that when i change my account by deleting the previous account i'm getting a free multiplayer trial in ps+ again and again when i change my account or create a new account by deleting the previous one so can you guys please fix this error by making a new update in ps4 that will fix the error many people are using this hack and playing multiplayer without even paying.

                                  I purchased a Sony led tv on August 2016. In December 2016 I noticed that the panel around the screen is coming out a bit so I called Sony. After reviewing the TV the technician agreed to repair it at a service center. I insisted that since it's a manufacturing default I would like a replacement. After sitting on the complaint an entire month the company refused my request. Complaint no. 36674252

And service center repaint physical damage cannot be covered in warranty. Really we got shocked. They asked 24000₹ to repair. And service center in West Tambaram, Chennai replied that physical damage cannot be covered in warranty. Really we got shocked. They asked 24000₹ to repair. We are not able to accept that natural calamities cannot be covered in warranty. We must be trust in brand and not on warranty terms. Hope this complaint may help us. My complaint no. Is 37056678.

                                      This is regarding new Sony Bravia KD-43X8300D 4K TV[protected]/[protected] purchased on 23/10/2016)

                                      i have raised the complaint on 29 th Dec 2016 due to Ports issue.at the time of new Tv installation, the technician not checked the HDMI working status simply he left my place with in 20 mins once he mounted my TV on Stand

                                      so have connected /used my TV with LAN and Wifi to view/see the content, when i purchased(28th Dec 2016) Digital Tv HD set top Box i have to check/connect HDMI ports at the time of STB installation, so that time we came to know that None of the ports were not functioning so i raised the complaint with SONY to fix the same with above mentioned ticket num.

                                      after 2 working days SONY tech guy came and he checked and letf my place and " he told will update the status in the morning", after that i have not received any update from the service center guys even i called many times to SONY customer care -[protected] and i was told that they arranged call back from the service center guys with in 24 hrs you will get call from the respective service center authorities .unfortunately till now i have not received any call from them.

                                      many times i tried to reach the service center over phone[protected] they attempted my call and once ask the status, simply discounted my call with out sharing any update, after that again i tried to reach and i got the result same.

                                      I spent almost 82K for the TV and unfortunately SONY offered me the manufacturing defect TV which is not usable as the feature which they told.i have not received the same value TV for my money which spent to purchase the TV.

                                      today (1/5/2016) i got an update the they will Repair/ change the ports board,

                                      I am not responsible for defect in the TV. This is purely manufacturing defect which i am not responsible . Please replace my TV ASAP with out fail.

                                      why i need to continue with the defect TV?

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        Yet nobody contacted me for my concerns. Is SONY only have brand name to fraud with the customer & no body take care for After sale service.

                                        Yesterday i had handover my Handset to your service centre ( Ambe Electronics, Shop no- 40-41, 2nd floor, Wave Mall Sec-18, Noida.)

                                        The job sheet no is W[protected].

                                        I had dropped my handset four times at above mentioned service centre with the same and some new problems, they have just done the upgrade the Software but the problem never being resolved.

                                        This the below Service job sheet generated by them in my every visit:-

                                        a) W[protected] on dt. 02/12/2016
                                        b) W[protected] on dt. 02/01.2016
                                        c) W[protected] on dt. 23/01/2016
                                        d) W[protected] on dt 20/06/2016

                                        Every time is not possible to go there and hand over my Handset to you. Then wait for two or three day to get repair without provide me any Stand by.When I asking for a Stand by they denied. Than why you guys have put that post on each walls of service centre that "Asking for Stand BY". Pl remove it because it can not possible that stand by not available every time or every visit when i asked.

                                        As you all know that toady life without cell phone the we all are handicap, he suffering from so many problem only because of your failure product.

                                        This time i have dropped my handset to send my old phone to SONY and Give me a New one.I never go again to collect this handset, it's exceed the tolerance limit.

                                        Again i am requesting you to send me a new sealed packed Handset or Take it back refund my money.

                                        If this time you do not take proper action, i never purchased any SONY product in my whole life and escalate this matter to Social media and Consumer forum. My trust from this brand totally diluted and never suggest to any one to purchase SONY.

                                        Hope you get the clear pics from my side and replace it soon.

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        Now again my handset lying with your service centre for auto off issue.

                                        Now service centre asking for Rs 8000/-
                                        For repair with the reason of Mother Board got failure.

                                        It the quality of Sony, after just 03 months of expired warranty the mother board got dead.

                                        Pl revert with the solution.
