Display showing horizontal lines on half of the screen. Registered a complaint..Sony inspector did inspection once and did not do anything. Lodged complaint again...inspector made another two visits. During repairs they mishanded my laptop and a crack appeared which now damaged my palmrest.

After paying over 18000 you get a phone, which over heats, the charger went bad twice in a year. I have lost hope of even getting it replaced. I had given my 'Sony Multimedia Speaker MHC-V6D' for repair to Croma Store at Garden's Galleria (Great India Place) NOIDA, U.P. on 16-Jan-2017.
