Dear sir,
i bought sony m4 aquamobile on 24 feb 2016. sony m4 aqua features was water proof, 2400 mAH battery, sound is good, purchase time phone cost 20, 000 Rs. i submit sony m4 aqua phone on 13 feb 2017 ambe electronics service center noida sector 18.regarding battery issue . but company provide me xperia xa in place of sony m4 aqua.
but that feature sony m4 aqua have not seen in xperia xa . like water proof, 2400mAH battery, sound quality is very poor, phone cost is not match. and again battery issue.
so i dont want to take xperia xa in place of m4 aqua.
i request company repaired my old phone sony m4 aqua.

    This is regarding the Sony Led Tv's, I suggest anyone opting for it should do a thorough research before putting in their hard earned enormous amounts on them.
    I had a blind faith in Sony Tv's because there was never any problems with the picture tube huge televisions they manufactured, but there is a major manufacturing fault with their LED's. They develop dark lines in the display over a period of 2 months to 18 months after you start using them. As much as you'll love the display till the problem doesn't occur and others will envy your purchase but mind you that will be for a very short period.
    And let me inform you that the cost of getting it repaired is almost half of the cost of the Tv you'll buy. So I bought an LED worth 85k rupees and the cost of display repair was 30k.
    This comes with a warranty of only 2 years and maybe it starts as soon as you start using it but if it gets denser after the warranty period and then you notice it then you'll have to shell out that amount. And Sony doesn't entertain your complaint even if it gets delayed by 1 month.
    They should actually first rectify this manufacturing fault of theirs and then start charging for it, but they arrogantly deny any such problems.
    I have seen this problem with all theSony LEDs that my relatives / friends have bought but now I never let anyone buy Sony products particularly LEDs.

      I have recently bought DVD home theater DAV TZ145, but it is fail to deliver proper surround sound from my 2-channel input as well as from my USB.

      Product is not delivering me what is claimed by Sony. Further more sony claims 1 years of service warranty but after trying for more than one month, sony fails to serve for its defective product.

      All the problems in the product is communicate via mail as well as to m/s balaji services akota; Vadodara. Phone no [protected]

      i will have to challenge sony for false and misleading Ads, product-liability false marketing strategy as well as warranty services.

      kindly look into the matter and resolve it as soon as possible

        I had reached to Sony Service center at Noida sector 18 to repair my phone h/w. They took my phone and said that they will call me back in two days to update me with cost and issue.

        I received the callback that it would require Rs 8000/- to fix my phone and I will have to come to their center to pay half money to get proceed the repair.

        I stay 20 KM away from their shop. Now I have to first run to them to pay half money and again run to them to pay second half and receive the phone.

        This is so painful that first I am facing problem due to the pathetic SONY phone and further I have to run behind the service center many time to get my phone.

        SONY is so pathetic. I would never buy a Sony phone ever in my life.

          I gave my Sony Xperia m5 phone to the service centre at Panjim Goa because it used to frequently shut down. They told me they would call me once it is repaired as they don't have a service centre here in Goa and they would have to send it to Mumbai. I gave it for repair on the 6th of February and it's already a month now and no sign of my handset yet. My complaint number is W[protected]. Please look into the matter.

          I also brought Sony Xperia M5 before 1 years now I am suffering with battery issue and mobile body crutches so I want to change facial the issue but in my state Tripura they have service centre Sony service centre they told the mobile is not repairable and they can't change official and this mobile day is not repayable in that case they give us exchange offer with paying money 13 to 14000 rupees that is so chief because only for this issues it is too much to expenses and they never explained before selling the product that mobile is not repairable that means they are totally bluffing with customers

            Hi,

            I have bought a sony bravia 42" inch led tv in 2014 @ 65000/-.
            Within 3 year it started showing the distortion in led panel without any accidental damage.

            When i raised an complain in sony service station then they gave me estimation of 22400/- to replace the entire panel.

            This is 33% of the actual cost and i can not bare it.
            This reflects the ridiculously bad quality of sony products due to its manufacturing defects.

            And i think this should get fixed for free.

            So that we can take the appropriate action against sony.

              Actually I purchased Sony Blue ray home theater in the month of December and service man installed it.But at the time of installation he said there is a problem in aux cable even we also purchased that one. And we called to service provider thrice but he doesn't listen and just replied will come tommorow and not yet came. We are facing problem as volume is not ok and even when smart TV is not in on mode and not connected to audio mode and also in mute mode buffer works. We called to this number{service provider- location malout -Ph no [protected] }.
              kindly revert on [protected]-[protected] for this complaint as three months passed and we didnt get any service regarding this query.

                Display showing horizontal lines on half of the screen. Registered a complaint..Sony inspector did inspection once and did not do anything. Lodged complaint again...inspector made another two visits. Still no replies or support after that. Service center is not responding from more than one year through emails or phone calls. I tried to personally meet the center manager he assured he will sort out the issue in one week but still no response after that and I am waiting since one year. I did not expect this from such a highly reputed company.

                Service done on october 2016 and replaced touch and software but same problem has been repeated .already we have given repeated complaint to service center.

                now warranty time also has been completed and now they asked to pay amount. why you have not been solved that problem at that time of warranty period no:mal/15/45664 and date :[protected]

                  Sir,
                  I have purchased this sony LED Model No.KDL-46EX720 in the year 2011. Later on due to the Sony Goodwill and Brand Image i had also purchased Sony Music System and Sony Digital Camera from GARG ELECTRONICS G.T.Road, Ghaziabad. But unfortuinatly i had started got problems in the LED TV. In the year 2013 it initially Repaired and amount approx 10, 000/- was spend. After that in the year 2016 it again created problem and got repaired and approx 3, 000/- amount had incurred on repair. Now again the LED is creating problems and out of order. Voice is coming but picture is not coming. The LED is lying at the Authorised Service Centre from last One Month. Now they are saying that there is Problem in the penal Board and sony company had stopped to manufacture. There is nothing can be done with the existing model. Sir i am totally dis-satisfied with the product and the Brand Value of Company. It has given a big shock to me since the LED got three times out of order.

                    1. My Sony Bravia TV (purchased 3 years ago) developed problem of distorted picture and when I registered my complaint on[protected], Sony India's Nagpur service centre technician visited my place on 1st Oct, 2016. He informed us that the Control Panel of TV needs replacement and gave an estimate of Rs.22, 000/- for carrying out this work.
                    2. Subsequently, after about a week, they telephonically informed me about revised estimate of approx.. Rs.18000/- for the same work (Note - Subsequent response from your Service centre dated[protected] &[protected] indicate this amount as Rs.18, 741/-). Considering very high estimate, questionable quality of the Control panel in Sony Bravia TV at my place and also the new Control Panel to be supplied by Sony India, we kept this work under HOLD. Meanwhile, we are using our old TV.
                    3. In spite of number of reminders through emails as well as by registered letter sent to your New Delhi office, Sony India doesn’t appear to have taken serious note of my complaint. This is a very frustrating experience of after-sales service (particularly by renowned Company like Sony Corporation).
                    4. The problem faced by us doesn’t appear to be a solitary / rare case. Number of such complaints registered by so many customers is an indication of some serious Quality Control issue for Sony Bravia TV. There are huge number of such complaints about Sony TV control panel problem.

                    5. I had expected that after my complaint, Sony India will take serious note of the problem highlighted by me and try to resolve this major quality issue on priority basis. However, they have for very long period ignored my complaint and subsequently responded only after too many reminders. But even in those two responses dated 2-Dec-2016 & 30-Dec-2016, they have just repeated their old proposal of replacing Control Panel at cost to the consumer (~Rs.19000/-) instead of resolving this issue as a long term solution in the interest of Sony TV customers and the Company.

                    Considering this disgusting experience of Sony India’s after sales service, I was compelled to bring this issue to Sony Corporation's office in Japan but even they haven't responded yet (almost 4 weeks now).
                    .
                    Its clear from my complaint (& huge number of similar complaints), that quality of Sony TV (which was a very popular brand known for its unmatched quality) and their after sales service have deteriorated a lot nowadays. Their Service Centers don't respond to complaints and we have keep sending reminder after reminder. Moreover, when I raised the issue of quality control (i.e. very poor quality control panels in Sony Bravia TV - judging by numerous customer complaints of similar type), they didn't respond to that issue and just kept sending "stereotype responses".

                    Thus, Sony Corporation seems to have found novel way of making more profits by first supplying Sony TV having sub-standard quality components and then charging big sums for replacement of such parts.

                    I hereby request you to kindly take up this complaint with Sony Corporation office for early resolution of the problems being faced by customers like me. Needless to say that if Sony Corporation doesn't take note of such complaints and take corrective action, then this "bad news" will soon spread like wildfire and it would certainly affect them very badly in future.

                    If necessary, I can forward all reference correspondence / photos of distorted pictures on our Sony TV by email (Note - I tried attaching here but there is some error).

                      I have purchase this tv on 10 march 2011, but now the tv is not giving clear picture, contacted to nearest service centre, at pandri raipur c.G, service engineer visited and told me after checking that mother board have to be replaced by new one and it will take some time with cost approximated to rs.10000/- have to be incurred. After one month they toldt me that mother board is not available, now they gave an exchange offer by discount of 25% of mrp of new one and ask to select the new tv model in the nearest show room, accordingly i have submitted the new model number to the service centre, but after that no response from their side.
                      It is therefore requested to please do the needful action immediately so that i can get the tv as early as possible.

                        I've had the worst experience with this so called irresponsible service center (Sony Center, Adyar, Opposite to Malar Hospital). The staffs especially an old guy doesn't even have manners on how to speak to customer, (I don't know his name). He was very rude on call, answering queries blatantly without checking up on status. I have given a sony xperia m4 aqua model for a minor fault (the back case was loose) servicing on 15 Feb (W[protected]. Initially they promised a 7 - 10 day return after servicing. They also promised on calling me to update the status of the complaint after 2 days and they never called, thus i called them back after 5 days, and no one picked up my call for like 50 times ( i have call log proof), . later the day i got connected to their executive and they promised a call back about the status and never been called back. My brother personally visited the store the next day and was told that it will be repaired within 15 days. On further calling to enquire the status, which will take multitude of times before attending my call, they started responding rudely on the phone especially that old guy (i have the call recorded) saying that 15 days excluding saturdays and sundays. My brother visited on 25 th Feb directly and they said they will update on 27th Feb. Its been 13 days now and now (Feb 27th) they are saying they will update the status of my phone after 17 days (March 3rd). Such a pathetic service. I don't even want the mobile to be serviced, just return my phone, good for nothing service center. Such a pathetic service center.

                        And my kindest advice is never to give anything for service here.

                          This is the user of sony products, 2 years back i bought your product sony hometheatre dav-tz 215, at Nasik. Now i am expriencing a fault that the display of push power protector is displaying. I gone through your authorised service centre, they replying me that the motherboard has got failed and the price of replacement is 10000/-. I bought that for 12, 500 for the usage of only 2 year your product showing this damage. Then why should i go through the sony products in future. This showing me the faults and the quality of your products. This is indenting me not to buy any sony producs in future

As we sent the customer pendrives to the kurnool sony authorised service centre. By world first courier docket no. Ba6555272 dt,[protected]. After 1 month i called them they told ur phone details are not with us soon we will make repair and we will send u. We r tried calling u so many time ur phone is switched off. This is the business no. 48 hours it will be in on. Ok no problem after 15 days again i called them for service they are telling we don't have ur pendrives. As they are doing fraud.

                            COMPLAINT AGAINST KURNOOL (A.P.) SERVICE CENTRE AGAINST PENDRIVES.
                            Just purchased a led from MIGLANI enterprises (sony exclusive)..and they have provided me a duplicate wireless earphones with led.
                            They told us that company is providing this under scheme but there is no such scheme by the company..
                            Miglani enterprises is fooling people by providing duplicate product as a complimentary gift.

                              I bought a new 8gb pen drive from a local shop. They told me product has 1 year warranty but on the package it is mentioned that product has 2 years warranty. It was not working on any other device accept my laptop so i went back to shop and asked for replacement. They said no. I bought it in rs. 350.
                              They behave rudely. They just destroyed the mrp rate on the package. I don't know what they did with it but it starts working. The shop name is "system solutions".
                              I want to know that are your products selling on local shops instead of registered showrooms? Why they destroying original price and selling on higher prices?
                              I will go for a case against your company "sony india" if you dont take any action against them and i want to know exact price of this product.

                                I will never ever recommend anyone to buy Sony brand cause, neither it's service is good nor its parts or either it's workers, I have mistakenly bought Sony Bravia led TV which I will never recommend even my enemies to buy that product, sometimes they say it will5000, again says 6000 now they r saying 8000 thousand why buy such products when it's parts is not easily available n service is very bad and it's so costly and they also there is no negotiaton, banau neito bhad me jau.

                                  Dear sir i have sony vaio laptop i purchase before 2 or 3 year and i always prefer sony but this time m not satisfied with your sarvices i have problem in my laptop but i didnt get any response from your service center ... i give my laptop in service center he said to to give me 1 day i will tell u estimate amount but i didn't get any response from him.. after 3 days he said 24, 000 what the heck is this if i pay 24, 000 why i repair my laptop, purchase new one ...in my laptop not big problem just hinz problem, Dvd not coming out thats it...

                                    I purchased LED tv - Sony KDL 46W700A model 3.6 years back (in 2013) for 85, 000 Rs. I usually like Sony tv for its picture and sound quality. But recently faced issue of display (screen flickering) and Sony representative told me that there is problem with display panel and I need to change it. It will cost around 35, 000 Rs.

                                    How come the display panel got issues in just 3+ years. The reason he told me either due to voltage / wetness due to cleaning of screen. But we do not have any problem with voltage / there was not any issue in cleaning of Tv as we never used even wet cloth to clean the screen.

                                    They need to find out the exact reason for this issue. I believe now the quality of Sony product is not like earlier days and they are compromising with the quality.

                                      I took my head phone in th month sep... Within few months need to replaced as one pf speaker was not working. Now after getting it replaced it is not getting paired with any other bluethooth.. Tried with different types phone... Redmi note 3 samsung mobile and 1+1... Earlier it used to connect with 1+1 after replacement... It is not getting connected... Need ur immediate response on the same.

                                        I am very constraint to express my deplorable situation regarding the faulty working of my sony led tv. The problem is that we have given our led in Sony service centre saharanpur nd now today 30 days have passed and they are not repairing our tv. I request that please do it as early as possible.                                         Sony Vaio Laptop have given to service for the same issue(not charging) thrice within 6 months.But the same issue of not charging exists for the fourth time now.Each time we have paid for the service, but the service was not good and proper.so, please do the right action and provide satisfiable service for the charges you are applying.
