I submitted my ps4 500gb model to a sony service centre in Aligarh in November. From that day I have not gotten my ps4 back (17th february). The service is the worst I've ever experienced. The service centre people appear to know nothing at all. I have already 9897 rupees for exchange. They said that 500gb was not available so I had to pay much more for the 1tb one. The worst thing is that a delivery was made around 4-5 weeks ago, but the idiots ordered a 500gb PS4!!! So they are also liars and are so hungry for money. I've calling them ever since and now they aren't even picking up. I'm very disappointed with SONY. Will never buy anything from SONY again!

    I purchased Sony Vaio in 2014 and went to service center around 10 to 15 times for trackpad issue, still persisting.
    During repairs they mishanded my laptop and a crack appeared which now damaged my palmrest.

    Now, they deny that we handled you in right condition and also denied to change my LED which is not working.
    I have totally lost trust on this company.
    Please help me, I feel cheated.

    my friend gifted one sony mobile, mobile charger slot not closing properly, i shown my mobile in sony service center, they told this mobile buy in abroad i cannot repair, but i have ready to pay, they are not responding vellore costumer service center, kindly solve my problem,

      After paying over 18000 you get a phone, which over heats, the charger went bad twice in a year. I have lost hope of even getting it replaced. It over heats, I never played a single game on my phone, all i use it is for calls, messages watsapp at times Imo and youtube. It would get over heat like hell. You call Sony its like sir try this manual steps, trust me they are of no use. Battery, you can take 3 hours for complete charging and next 7 hours for the batter to reach below 10% that's all. Twice the phone over heated and shut off. Once it came back up after i left it as it is and plugged in to the power about 12 hours later. Second time it has happened again... Worst Buy.. Guys do trust never ever buy this phone. 18040 is what I paid for it and I am tired in less than a year

        Dear Sir

        I had given my 'Sony Multimedia Speaker MHC-V6D' for repair to Croma Store at Garden's Galleria (Great India Place) NOIDA, U.P. on 16-Jan-2017. First they assure that it will be fixed within a week and after that they informed that I will get a replacement in place of my previous product due to some reason (maybe the issue is not repairable).

        It is being more than 4 weeks and they are still keep on postponing this and not giving the exact date when I will get this product back.

        Please get this resolve as soon as possible. It would be helpful if Sony Team will take some action against this so that we will continue as a loyal customer for such great brand in the future as well.

        Note: I have attached the Purchase Bill & the Warranty card along with this email, also the chat with Sony Customer Care as well.

          Hi,
          I am using sony experia M5 dual sim mobile been a year using the same, am facing this problem of mobile shutting shutting down even when battery is above 80 percent and further to add to the problem it wont start even after pressing the power button to start the phone, to have the phone started need to connect to a charger without which the phone will not start. Have already given my phone to service centre thrice, they have changed the battery yet facing the same issue.
          Please arrange a solution to my problem.

            Sony Bravia LCD 32 inch Panel is dead within 2 years!!! VERY VERY DISSAPOINTED.

            I bought a sony bravia SONY BRAVIA KLV-32R482B 80 CM on April 2015 bur recently the When I Switch on the TV red led blink 6 times and then became Green. The Matter was reported to Service Center Vide Service Request ID[protected]
            The service person came and after physical inspection ( Without opening hardware) told to replace panel card @ 11000 Rs . Almost 35 % cost of TV.

            This is big big let down for SONY INDA customers. I had huge respect for Sony and very LOYAL to Sony Products and expecially LCD TVs. I had bought SONY BRAVIA LCD on the assumption that SONY is a brand known for its HIGH QUALITY and DURABILITY but sadly and unfortunately I am quite SHOCKED at the number of people who have experienced the same issues with the LCD panel. This shows that SONY INDIA quality has hit ROCK BOTTOM!!! I think this is applicable only for SONY INDIA Products coz I believe they simple are selling junk & defective TV Panels here in INDIA and being let off!!
            Some serious action needs to be inititated against SONY INDIA regarding this LCD panel issue as its frequently reported by many customers. SONY INDIA needs to be taken to task and be held accountable. It cannot say that the warranty is only for 12 months and escape after that. This is totally letting down your LOYAL CUSTOMERS.
            VERY SOON this issue would be spread among the public by word of mouth and on Social Media, and I am sure their Sales of BRAVIA LCD's would get affected if they dont take any action or provide replacement of the Panel at a reasonable Cost...
            I HOPE THE SONY INDIA member on this forum does more than just responding to this post saying ...please contact the toll free number. TAKE SOME ACTION and at the very least reduce the replacement cost of the panel .

            I have purchased sony led 32 inch KLV32R482B 28 months before. Now I am facing display problem. Sony engineer visited at home and saying that picture tube (panel) is gone.For the visiting charges, I have paid to him Rs of 236.(200+36(get)).
            On the same day, got the call from sony service center, informing that the picture tube cast will be Rs 12500.
            As I have seen in many forums, especially this model (KLV32R482B) has manufactured defective problem for picture tube.
            Since this is manufacture defective, I may not able to pay with huge amount.

            Please help me get replacement of new Sony LED.

                Dear Friends, I brought a Sony LCD TV with in few years I could see lines on my panel. I called up the service center waited for few days got it replaced. I had to pay approx 12K for panel replacement. This Panel has again gone bad within a year usage. The lines have gone so very bad it has become worst.

                I call the customer care they gave me complaint number and will be resolved within 48 hours. I followup everyone i dont get proper answer.
                Worst product, never will recommend this product to anyone..
                how can a such big brand go worst.. quality of product cannt go so worst..
                Dont ever buy Sony products.

                    On December we called sony center to make complaint (Big scratch code inside screen) about my Sony Bravia TV. after a week representative came and took photo of tv and told that parts need to be imported from some place and went.

                    After a month time on Jan 31, same representative came and picked the TV to sony center in pondicherry DAKSHA SERVICES

                    It's Feb 8 today. tv not repaired yet. I called them more than 7 times, they say we completed it, testing it, again saying going to repair today.

                    No proper response, everytime we call different persons speak, atleast 30 mins they take to respond.

                    DAKSHA SERVICES very poor service, I'm so depressed. Will go to consumer court next week.

                        I had bought a Sony TV (Model No: KDL-42W700B, Serial No: 3321783) exactly two years ago. Now it started showing dark horizontal lines across the the screen. I have raised a complaint(Complaint no:[protected] and got to know that the main panel of the TV has got complaint and need to replace.

                        Today I got a call from Sony service center and gave me an estimation of approximately 22000/- to change the panel.

                        Here I just want to know a few things. Isn't Sony a good product? I bought Sony TV on a belief that it's a good brand and will last for at-least 4 years. But now I understand that I was totally wrong. I was really shocked on hearing the estimation to repair the TV. It is really indigestible for us to spend much money for a TV.

                        I have already spent 65k on this TV. Now it's really hard for me to spend another 22k on the same to repair and that too within two years. Please don't make us regret.

                        Hopping for a acceptable solution from Sony.

                        Sony India - High Service Charges

                        We bought Sony Bravia Tv 2 years back and ladt week, Tv stopped working suddenly. Sony authorized service person came and confirmed it is power board issue. When they provided the quote for the part replacement, the breakup is 4400 + gst, 1500 + gst service charge which is not acceptable. We are already buying a part within 2years and they charge too much labor charge just to replace the part. When we ask to waive off the service charge as it doesnt take much effort to replace, they say if we want to get the tv repaired, we need to pay the full amount which is not fair on their part. Thia shows the poor quality of their product and their rudeness towards customers.
                        Ideally, we should not be paying for the part also as we paid for the brand expecting we dont see this kind of issues woth their products in 2years.
                        Please help us not to pay for what is not worth it.

                          I am totally disappointed by the response as in first four months I had done complaints at least 7 to 8 times regarding hanging problem and dip in voice thus maximum time when I use it voice itself gets up and down.

                          But issue is that neither of your engineers could satisfy me as sometimes it hangs and sometime it doesn't hang in front of engineers and they say it is ok but continuously I am suffering and I had told them there is some defect in product otherwise a newly purchased device shouldn't perform as it is .

                          I also requested them to take it to their service centre and keep it there for a day and check but they never say yes because they cannot sit here in my house for such a long period.
                          Whenever I filled job sheet I had clearly mentioned that satisfaction level is zero as it appears as if I had purchased a street side music system instead of SONY a brand name .
                          I don't think anyone is reading job sheets and is interested in problem faced by the customer .Kindly check my last job sheet . I also sent video when my system got hanged to the engineer but no response is seen.
                          I request you to solve this issue eitherI had to go to consumer court as I don't have so much time to run behind you as due to my busy schedule I am unable to stay at my home for long time but whenever I get time to play it I get frustrated and finally I close it .I had wasted all my money as well as now I am killing my time .
                          Sometimes it hangs at Bluetooth and doesn't return back sometimes on HOME, sometimes on AUDIO making me feel embarrassed in front of my guests spoiling function.
                          Kindly look in to this matter and try to solve it as early as possible.

                            I had purchased a Sony Xperia Z3 mobile phone in the month of April 2016, the mobile fell down from my hand in Jan and got damaged, eventhough the handset is in guarantee period, the service centre has asked me to pay the full amount for the repairs.

                            Am not sure why is this, as per the norms there is still 3 months warranty period left and should get the without any any cost

                            Let me know if anything can be done about it or should i take it to other channels for justice

                              Hi,
                              I've given the laptop for service for 2 times on the same issues. they have told winges problem and rectified and gave it back. And next time they told its screw problem and rectified. Finally now the plastic mold has lost the ability of holding the screw and it was mutilated. now the screw is not fitting/standing in the mold. So when i took to service center they told its a broken and warranty is not applicable.

                              But if they would have replaced/repaired the Mold on first time now this problem would not have come. so can someone help me for resolving this..!!

                                A Sony 40" LED TV was purchased from M/s. National Electronics, Aberdeen Bazar, Port Blair vide Bill No. 3149 dated 30.03.2016 with a cost of Rs.47, 900/-. Now the said TV is not working and the display has gone off. The TV is under warranty and therefore it is expected that the said TV should be replaced immediately by your company.
                                necessary instruction may please be issued to the supplier M/s. National Electronics, Aberdeen Bazar, Port Blair for replacement of the same with a new TV.

                                  I am totally disappointed by the response as in first four months I had done complaints at least 7 to 8 times regarding hanging problem and dip in voice thus maximum time when I use it voice itself gets up and down.

                                  But issue is that neither of your engineers could satisfy me as sometimes it hangs and sometime it doesn't hang in front of engineers and they say it is ok but continuously I am suffering and I had told them there is some defect in product otherwise a newly purchased device shouldn't perform as it is .

                                  I also requested them to take it to their service centre and keep it there for a day and check but they never say yes because they cannot sit here in my house for such a long period.
                                  Whenever I filled job sheet I had clearly mentioned that satisfaction level is zero as it appears as if I had purchased a street side music system instead of SONY a brand name .
                                  I don't think anyone is reading job sheets and is interested in problem faced by the customer .Kindly check my last job sheet . I also sent video when my system got hanged to the engineer but no response is seen.
                                  I request you to solve this issue eitherI had to go to consumer court as I don't have so much time to run behind you as due to my busy schedule I am unable to stay at my home for long time but whenever I get time to play it I get frustrated and finally I close it .I had wasted all my money as well as now I am killing my time .
                                  Sometimes it hangs at Bluetooth and doesn't return back sometimes on HOME, sometimes on AUDIO making me feel embarrassed in front of my guests spoiling function.
                                  Kindly look in to this matter and try to solve it as early as possible.

                                  My KLV -32R482B sony led TV is getting off and on of its own during switching on the room light. Today TV's volume went off during normal running. Please arrange to attend immediately, as the warranty valid up to May'2017.

                                    same is under outage since yesterday and hence I lodged a complaint at
                                    around 1.00 pm in the afternoon.but till date nobody has called on me to

                                      I submitted my handset in Chandigarh at ultimate service center on 13th December 2016 and they told me to fix it in next 3 days. But when ever I try to call them they says, we need 2 days more. I don't know why they always commit wrong and bought too much expensive handset but service is worst, it's better to buy cheap Chinese product. My work order number is W[protected] . I will knock consumer court door and take full refund of my handset.

                                        I have purchsed the sony Home Audio system MHC-V6D from vijay sales lajpat nagar on dated-10/12/2016. I face a problem in music system has no sound, no display in music system so i have complain a yesterday sony toll free number today technician to be visit to my home and check the system and as per his reply pcb problem he says only demo mode is working. Technician reply is send a music system in workshop then pcb to be repair. I am not want to repair the product. I want to replace the product i have purchsed a music syatem in only 40 days back. I want to replace the product only.
