I'm very frustrated bcaz of my cell phone first time submitted in[protected] second time submitted in[protected] and third time submitted in[protected] and third pic my cell phone is[protected] and same time same problem in my cell phone.
Ringer problem is not resolved by sony company address -
Hira electronic shop no 19, ground floor, waterfront phase 1, d wing vijapur road, civil line, solapur, maharashtra 413004.
Iwant to say that my cell phone is replaced please already 3submitted this device.
Today i have registered complaints customers care dear customer, your service id [protected] is valid for 7 days. Please take data back up before submitting your handset and carry purchase invoice.

    I bought my phone sony xperia m4 aqua on 9/12/2015 srinagar Kashmir . On 7/12/2016 i went to service centre regarding the phone ringer issue.They did the software repair and returned my phone. On 8/12/2016 i again went there for the same complaint, they said they will replace the set and provided me the job sheet.
    On 20/12/2016, they called me and asked me that my set has been replaced and i can come to receive my handset.
    I went there and received the set, they assured me that if you face any other problem you can come because it still has 90 days warranty.
    It worked well for 12 hours and then i again faced the same problem.
    I had to leave on 21/12/2016 for bhopal.
    I showed it to the service care on 26/12/2016, they said it is out of warranty. They charged me 115 RS for software repair, but it still has same issues plus it is autorestarting now.
    Kindly look into the matter.
    They have not replaced the set, they have only changed the motherboard because of which the imei no. Has changed, they have cheated actually

    What i am supposed to do now??

    I purchased a new LED TV and created a service request#37069831. It was assigned to instant solutions gurgaon.

    The service provided is nether contacting me nor answering my call.

    Very Poor service from SONY.

      30 days delay in replacement of new led tv klv-43w752D. Display of my ex 41 was spoilt. as display for the old model has been stopped, Sony service center of davangere karnataka has taken dd of 21205 rs for replacement n there has been very much delay with inconvenience.
      I here by request to kindly look into the matter seriously. No customer and service provider rapport is maintained in this centre

        I have sony Bravia KDL32NX650, bought in year 2012. It became faulty in Sept 2016. I informed to nearest service center Gaya( Bihar). Technician came to home and found the Panel faulty. After discussion Replacement offer given by the same service center. Based on his committment i waited for more than two month. After that on demand i submitted Demand Draft of RS 15965( Dft no.500691 of ICICI bank/ Dated- 19/11/16) in favour of SONY INDIA PVT. LTD at Gaya service center. I got assurance from Mr. Subodh that i will get my New TV within 15 days.Now approx 40 days completed and i did not receive any call regarding same. Whenever i call to Gaya/Patna service center always gets new date only. This company has harassed much.

          My TV's (Sl. No.S[protected]m - KLV-32R402A) pen drive port is not working for nearly 2 months.

          Yesterday one mechanic from your Mumbai Service Centre came and checked the port. He said that the entire mother board set has to be changed which is costing nearly Rs.6, 000/-. But the Service Centre and the service person refused to give any report in this regard. I said that unless the report is given, I will not give the service charge of Rs.200/-.

          The TV was purchased on 21.02.14. It is less than 3 years old. How the pen drive port will be out of order within such shorter duration. The other features of the TV are in order.

          Please send one qualified engineer to my house and get the port checked. It appears to be a manufacturing defect. It so, please change the TV itself immediately.

            Please note that I have submitted by Sony Vaio SVE15136CNB in sony service centre, Club Electronics E-25, South Extention Part II, Main Market Delhi (110049). They checked my laptop and provide me estimate sheet. I approve of changing motherboard and refuse to change body parts. They agreed to change motherboard only.
            After 4-5days they call me back and told me that we have changed your motherboard but the problem remain same and we have to change its other parts also. I told him that when I have submitted my laptop it was in good working condition but the problem was that its graphics card was not working properly. I want to talk with technical staff but that day he refuses me to connect with him. Next day I tried to contact him then he said motherboard will only be changed along with the body of the laptop.
            I requested them to change motherboard only but they refuse to do so.
            Due to this matter, I am in deep mental shock and not able to work properly.

              Dear All,

              My father purchased Sony TV product - Bravia ( Model # KLV -24R422A ) Serial No # 4326652
              Extended warranty card #[protected] valid upto 22/ 2 / 2017 ) with RS 1500 / payment .

              TV is completely down and my parents are completely SAD with Sony service . We have open service request as follow :

              Nov 29th Service Request #[protected] Ticket Closed

              Dec 11th service request #[protected] ticket open

              Dec23rd service request #[protected] ticket open

              Sony product quality and sale service has been completely degraded compare to any other product Like Panasonic, Samsung or Indian product .

              If any Sony product leadership or india or Japanese executive is reading this note then please help ASAP to resolve this issue.

              My father has purchased this product based on product quality, reliability & after sale service of Japanese product . He is completely unhappy with this .

              Looking for faster resolution or replacement of product under warranty .

Again and again the same problem persist and authorised service has attended. Now again he is asking to replace Dispaly unit. We suspect this product has some issue start from purchase and we request you to support us to service.

                  I bought a Sony Xperia xa ultra dual phone on 19th Aug 2016 from RL ELECTROICS SONY CENTER, 90/4, outer ring road, martahalli, opp multiplex theatre, banglore-37 which is having the IMEI [protected] Invoice No is SLM-000682.Just after 2months I started facing issue on handset not switching on (Nov 2). So I gave for service on VIGNESHWAR SERVICES, No:659, Groung floor, 17th D Main, Opp.Kormangala club, 6th block, banglore-650095.Job no is B1W[protected]. I got the handset back after the service on 25th Nov 2016. But again today(21 Dec 2016) again I started facing the issue with display. Display is blurred, flickering and showing reddish images.Again i gave for complaint Job No is W[protected].I gave 28K for handset and Iam facing issues frequently. This is really bad. I really fed up with the service provided by Sony. I think some kind of manufacturing issue with my handset, so I request for a replacement with new piece of handset. If not Sony is not giving any values to their valuable customers. I spend 28k for your product and facing this kind of issues continously, that feels not good.i request you for a replacement with new piece. Hope I will get a good reply from your end ASAP.

                      This is very disturbing at watching

                        I have purchased above said Home Theater from Vijay Sales on 11-Dec-2016. Your Service Engineer install the device on 13-Dec-2016. However, all files were not getting played properly. For example few files video could be seen, but audio could not be heard and visa-versa. Further, I am unable to have output of TV / CABLE to said device.

                        Your Service Engineer said he will report this problem. However, I did not receive any communication from Sony. Therefore, I reported the issue to Vijay Sales. I received a call from your Delhi Technical personnel and when I shared the issue, he said this is due to device not supporting high resolution files. He also mentioned that this device does not support HDMI ARC. He also added this being basic model, it does not support all the version.

                        I feel I am being not given the correct information during demonstration at the showroom. Further, I do not wish to have a device which does not satisfy my needs.

                        In light of above. may I humbly request you to please advice the amicable solution to me.

                            I am purchasing sony M5 (MODEL E5663) on dated March 2016 within few days mobile starts problems( automatically switch off ) that problem related with motherboard i have gone to sony service center in Amravati they told me mobile has software problem we resolved it. After a week once again handset start same problem then i try to change sim card on that period my phone was physically damaged and problem is one sim card fail to show network but other support with this complaint on Sep 2016 and its under warranty period, i have gone to sony service center at Amravati (job no. W[protected] and they told me that this phone is not in under warranty only repairable but after few dayes some one call from sony service center and tell me due to unavailable parts of this hand set we try to replacement of handset, for this replacement i want to pay10000/- EXTRA cash payment on sony service center irrespective of attending my complaint.
                            how this can be possible for a company who is selling a mobile phone worth rupees approx 27000/- and its unrepairable

                              I have purchased a lcd tv klv-32ex330 in5 @ 32, 900/- from m/s. Snehanjali retail pvt. Ltd, ulhasnagar-3, dist:- thane (Mh), dated 27/1/2013. It has been found from last year, this tv’s image and color should be suddenly low and bright. Not regular. Your dealer persons said, may be power problem, tower problem etc. Etc.
                              Last 25th november, red color suddenly disappears from the screen and picture showing 2nos………. Like shadow.
                              Dated:- 9/12/16, again talk with dealer persons and with customer care (Comp. Number:[protected]. But i am sorry to said that, after commitment your engineer or persons not visit to solve it.
                              Dt:- 16/12/16, in the presents of dealer, again we have contact with customer care (Comp. Number:[protected]. Lastly, yesterday, attained a person (He have not any identity card, that he deputed by the sony or his authorized service center) and he casually show that problem and without touch, installation, suggestion (Actually his target was to collect the visiting charges rs.200/-), he return back to pavilion. That person has not completely solved my complain and i am still waiting for a better response from your end.
                              Now, please let us know, to whom we expect a good service and when!!

                                Ive bought these phones over a period of 5 years.

                                Whenever something went wrong in the device, it became a headache for me.
                                Because to get it processed through the Sony Service Center is a pain.
                                The staff is least bothered about the service. The customer is kept waiting. Once the device is handed over, they don't update about the progress.

                                The service is very slow.
                                Most of the time, the issues are not resolved.

                                I had a number of experiences with the Service center.
                                I don't have the details except one. This is a recent trouble.

                                  I purchased one sony Xperia M5 Dual(GOLD, 16GB) mobile through Flipkart online shopping on 05.12.2016..IMEI-[protected].When I opened it to use, the Audio system was not functioned.                                     I am really disappointed with the service center. I never thought that a big company like sony would treat the customer the way i have been treated. I have purchased a led tv from croma dated 16/12/2016 and i have been promised by them that the engineer would visit my house and install the tv saturday evening dated 17/12/2016. Since afternoon after following up with the service center i was informed the engineer would come by 8:00 or before 8:00. I requested if he can come before 8 the service center lady said yes we would send him. By 7:45 when the the engineer did not turn up i called the service center again they said i can take the engineers number and call him check when he can come to my place.
                                    After calling the engineer i realised that the engineer has already rejected the job when it was assigned to him on 16/12/2016.
                                    Ultimately my tv didn't get installed on 17/12/2016.
                                    This was never expected as a customer of sony.

                                      This TV have a problem the images n color should be suddenly low n bright and TV can be close n close again n again . please solve the problem .this is in I under warranty product.the TV also sound a different noise in that type I am become shock why I bear this type of sound of TV .the TV color n suddenly disappeared the images n show no signal this is also one of the issue of the TV .try to solve this problem or replace it .

                                        I bought sony xperia m4 aqua dual on 1-1-2016. It has camera issue since starting. I reported to service center to repair the handset they took my phone for almost 20 days but could do that. Later on i had to report to the service center again again i submitted the set they replaced almost 7 parts. After that when i took the set back i was facing problem with mic and the phone eventually shuts down.. This is the fourth time i reported. I spent over 1000 rupees for tempered glass as they use to remove the tempered glass. I did call many times to customer care.. I wrote many mails to them.. But they are not giving me replacement.. They are saying they will reservice the set and will extend the warranty for 3 months.. But i need replacement they lied to me previously telling that they will replace my handset with new one but without accessories...

                                        I have a complain regarding your products, sony is one of the best brand and whole of my family likes it but i have a major issue regarding the repairing process of your company its really very bad.i am using sony xperia m4 aqua dual since 1-1-2016 but the camera and flash was not working properly, i was busy in my last semester of engineering so i was unable to complain.after my exams i submitted my phone on 6-7-2016 at boring road patna bihar branch.later on i recieved my phone on 24/7/2016 but again its stopped working again there is some hardware issue in the camera.now i have been shifted to bangalore for studies so i have to submit the phone to vigneshwar services bangalore on 9th-nov-2016.when i recieved the phone again it has a new problem that is mike and speaker are not working and one more thing is that the phone use to switch off automatically althpough u people cahnged the 7 parts of my phone..i really cant understand what your technicians are doing..they are just fooling the customers.since i bought the phone i faced a lots of isuues...i submitted my phone to your service centers almost 4 times...and i went to your service center almost 15 times...tell me this the only thing left in my life...i am a IES aspirant i hardly find time to report to service center...this is not the matter between a customer and a retailer but its point of our country...tell me i am a student how could i manage to spend over 1000 ruppes going to service centers and as they removed the temper glass i had spent over 1000 in that ...i bought the phone for 19000...i could not afford that much...kindly replace my phone...because i already trusted your service but you people damaged my phone to an extreme extent...my phone was in a good condition but u people just use to fool customers...one more thing when u people could not provide any standby set then why u promise that u will provide standby set during servicing...i just need replacement i wasted over 6 months but u cant do that...u already replaced 7 parts...please find all the attachments below.
                                        i accelerated the case for replacement...they told me to wait for 2 days i waited for 3 days almost...they only consumed my time...even i got a call from customer executive his name was suraj...he told me u people are giving me new hand set...he also told me they will not provide the accessories but it will take 6-7days...i told him i could not wait so long...later on when i called customer care again they said other thing that they will only give reserviced set with 90 days extended warranty...say its 4th time i reported with my phone to the service center u people already replaced 7 parts now it again need some parts to be replaced...i just need replacement...its enough now...since u people cant even do watever u say...please help me at the earliest
