I bought a Sony Xperia xa ultra dual phone on 19th Aug 2016 from RL ELECTROICS SONY CENTER, 90/4, outer ring road, martahalli, opp multiplex theatre, banglore-37 which is having the IMEI [protected] Invoice No is SLM-000682.Just after 2months I started facing issue on handset not switching on (Nov 2). So I gave for service on VIGNESHWAR SERVICES, No:659, Groung floor, 17th D Main, Opp.Kormangala club, 6th block, banglore-650095.Job no is B1W[protected]. I got the handset back after the service on 25th Nov 2016. But again today(21 Dec 2016) again I started facing the issue with display. Display is blurred, flickering and showing reddish images.Again i gave for complaint Job No is W[protected].I gave 28K for handset and Iam facing issues frequently. This is really bad. I really fed up with the service provided by Sony. I think some kind of manufacturing issue with my handset, so I request for a replacement with new piece of handset. If not Sony is not giving any values to their valuable customers. I spend 28k for your product and facing this kind of issues continously, that feels not good.i request you for a replacement with new piece. Hope I will get a good reply from your end ASAP.
