I bought sony xperia m4 aqua dual on 1-1-2016. It has camera issue since starting. I reported to service center to repair the handset they took my phone for almost 20 days but could do that. Later on i had to report to the service center again again i submitted the set they replaced almost 7 parts. After that when i took the set back i was facing problem with mic and the phone eventually shuts down.. This is the fourth time i reported. I spent over 1000 rupees for tempered glass as they use to remove the tempered glass. I did call many times to customer care.. I wrote many mails to them.. But they are not giving me replacement.. They are saying they will reservice the set and will extend the warranty for 3 months.. But i need replacement they lied to me previously telling that they will replace my handset with new one but without accessories...

I have a complain regarding your products, sony is one of the best brand and whole of my family likes it but i have a major issue regarding the repairing process of your company its really very bad.i am using sony xperia m4 aqua dual since 1-1-2016 but the camera and flash was not working properly, i was busy in my last semester of engineering so i was unable to complain.after my exams i submitted my phone on 6-7-2016 at boring road patna bihar branch.later on i recieved my phone on 24/7/2016 but again its stopped working again there is some hardware issue in the camera.now i have been shifted to bangalore for studies so i have to submit the phone to vigneshwar services bangalore on 9th-nov-2016.when i recieved the phone again it has a new problem that is mike and speaker are not working and one more thing is that the phone use to switch off automatically althpough u people cahnged the 7 parts of my phone..i really cant understand what your technicians are doing..they are just fooling the customers.since i bought the phone i faced a lots of isuues...i submitted my phone to your service centers almost 4 times...and i went to your service center almost 15 times...tell me this the only thing left in my life...i am a IES aspirant i hardly find time to report to service center...this is not the matter between a customer and a retailer but its point of our country...tell me i am a student how could i manage to spend over 1000 ruppes going to service centers and as they removed the temper glass i had spent over 1000 in that ...i bought the phone for 19000...i could not afford that much...kindly replace my phone...because i already trusted your service but you people damaged my phone to an extreme extent...my phone was in a good condition but u people just use to fool customers...one more thing when u people could not provide any standby set then why u promise that u will provide standby set during servicing...i just need replacement i wasted over 6 months but u cant do that...u already replaced 7 parts...please find all the attachments below.
i accelerated the case for replacement...they told me to wait for 2 days i waited for 3 days almost...they only consumed my time...even i got a call from customer executive his name was suraj...he told me u people are giving me new hand set...he also told me they will not provide the accessories but it will take 6-7days...i told him i could not wait so long...later on when i called customer care again they said other thing that they will only give reserviced set with 90 days extended warranty...say its 4th time i reported with my phone to the service center u people already replaced 7 parts now it again need some parts to be replaced...i just need replacement...its enough now...since u people cant even do watever u say...please help me at the earliest

    I am not satisfied with your sony mobile that i purchased, because i faced the problem right the second day of purchase when i asked the shop owner he told me once the product is billed and out of shop they are not liable and the customer should approach only the service center

    I walked several times to your sony service center they just updated the software and returned to me

    I have never used that phone even to make a single call you can check with your so called service experts, and before two weeks when i taught to use the mobile and inserted sim if i tried to call someone the mobile gets hanged and restarts if i get a call there was no volume, when i checked with the service center they said speaker has some problem and it will be send to factory and rectified

    1. HOW CAN A MOBILE GET PROBLEM WITH ITS SPEAKER WHICH WAS NOT USED SINCE THE DAY IT WAS PURCHASED
    2. TODAY WHEN I WENT TO SERVICE CENTER THEY TOLD BOARD HAS BEEN REPLACED, WHO GAVE PERMISSION TO REPLACE THE BOARD OF MY MOBILE WITHOUT MY CONSENT
    3. AGAIN WHEN I INSERTED THE SIM IT HAD THE SAME PROBLEM NOTHING RECTIFIED

    Why do you sell a product which is of very low quality with out even using, the speakers has gone and board has been replaced.

    THE DEALER HAS SOLD ME A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT AND ITS NOT BEEN SERVICED PROPERLY BY THE SERVICE CENTER, WHEN I ASKED FOR EXPLANATION FROM SERVICE ENGINEER SENTHIL HE TOLD ME THAT HE HAS SEND A MAIL TO HEAD OFFICE IN CHENNAI AND I SHOULD WAIT FOR WEEKS UNTIL THE MAIL HAS BEEN REPLIED, I ASKED FOR ESCALATION EMAIL/CONTACT NUMBERS HE DENIED TO HELP.

    WHOM DO YOU GUYS TRYING TO FOOL, WHY DO YOU CHEAT THE HARD EARNED MONEY OF PEOPLE, IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO REPLACE NO ISSUES YOU CAN HAVE THE MOBILE WITH YOU, I WILL MOVE LEGALLY THROUGH CONSUMER COURT AND SOCIAL MEDIA'S AND KEEP TRYING TILL I RECEIVE JUSTIFICATION FOR THE MONEY I LOST AND THE MENTAL PRESSURE THAT I AM FACING FOR PAST 6 MONTHS

    LET ME SEE IF ANY SINGLE SOUL IS AVAILABLE IN SONY COMPANY WHO IS READY TO SOLVE THE CUSTOMER ISSUE...WHICH HAS BEEN DRAGGED BY YOUR TEAM FOR PAST 6 MONTHS...

      I deposited my Xperia XZ with broken screen to sony service centre in Technocare New Delhi which sent to sony for repairs and they charged me 5000 rupees. On receiving back i got handset in open condition and when i started countering service center they said they have got it back from sony only.

      All fed up i called their ASM in delhi who shamelessly said that display can come out during transit and there is no big deal. I will get it repaired and send u after few days. This is like i am begging these idiots after paying this most disgusting brand so Much money and get such a third class service for such a premium product.

      I wrote email to their Country head and not to much surprise, even he did not have time in over 24 hours to respond. And neither anyone else called.

      No doubt if the head of service is such serious abour customers, service will be like this only..

        I have Sony 32 inch TV model 32R412D, purchased on two months before only. The screen automatically blown in front of me on date 09/12/2016. Still i have not received any satisfactorily reply from Sony service center.

        Sir I was purchased the TV on 10/10/2016. And it is completed only two months. I am purchased it from loan, actually only one installment has been given. So how can I bare this huge amount within two months?

          I have purchased a Sony tv Model #(KLVW562D) on 9th Apr, 2016 in Sathya Agencies, Perambur. We found a issue on 3rd may, 2016. I raised a complaint (Complaint # J[protected] and they resolved the issue after 45 days..However, we have faced the same issue on 26, sept 2016 and the complaint # J62396426. Its been more than 3 month that the issue still not be rectified and im not getting proper response from the customer care office as well. They were repeatedly taking the complaint (Complaint #s J63222620 dt 21 oct, 2016, J63345316 dt 26th, Nov 2016) but none of the complaint was rectified,

          It's been more than 8 months since i purchased the TV, Hardly i have used only 1 month. I request you to replace the TV else refund the money. Is this the way Sony treating the Customers. I am really fed up with your customer support and the product. Whether you guys are selling genuine products or fake products.

            Rwceived a call from comp rep mob no 08595422792 promising a payment of half the price of TV which has problem and further offering 15% discount on new purchace.I have asked him to give details in my email.After that it is found today the phone no is not in use.Bank details asked.The call is usspicious in nature.Do help.

              I am the user of your products, how much confidence and belief on your sector now i am having the confidence in a opposite manner, b.coz i have experienced a problem in DAVTZ 215 Home theatre system, when i reffered nearest service centre they replied me that the mother board is fault you have to change it the price is 7500/-, the product i bought on 25/5/14, i analyzed the problem in service centre on 03/09/16.
              Now i am became to decission that the sony product will stand by only for 1.5 year.

                      I am a fan of Sony products. In fact, 6 of the product I use is of Sony testifying the confidence I have in Sony products backed by excellent and timely back up service. But I am now facing a situation challenging this conference.
                      Recently my Sony tv KDL32EX650 had some problem and your reportedly registered service provider for Alapuzha region M/s Bright Care diagnosed it as defect in LED PANEL. They have under their receipt no 3258 dt 26.11.16 took an advance of Rs. 4000 and I have not heard from them since.
                      I hope you would take up the matter with them for early settling of the issue so that the Trust we had in you is not allowed to be withered away.

                        I have submitted my sony experia smart phone at sony service center(M 9-10 Yashwant Plaza, Station road Indore MP) for repair on dated 22/10/2016, and they told me that it' would take 3 to 5 days to repair, but they hadn't response approx 2 week after that I have call them so many time then they agreed with phone replacement and they told me to submit the check I have submitted check but after one week they told that check cannot be accepted and submit DD again after submitted DD one week has been passed they haven't respond, when I called then they ask to wait again for a week.
                        Therefore, i shall be highly obliged if you kindly take an immediate action to this matter then i will be really thankful to you.

                          I have bought a SONY KDL-43W800D on[protected] from Sony centre, chillimbi, Managalore. At the time of purchase dealer told me the wrong information about the TV. He told me that the internal memory of the TV can be expandable. But when i talked with SONY customer care, they clearly told me that internal memory can not be extended. I want to return the TV because i have been misguided. Even still the dealer is saying that this will be solved in bext update. But sony customer care is very clear that this will not happen. No update will come and dealer is tellibg wrong information. I want to return the TV and my money back.

                            I have purchased sony xperia z5 8 months backfrom starting i have lot of issues with call attending time phone hanging, battery backup problem. After several visits to sony service centre problem not resolved. At last 24th october 2016, job number is w[protected] at
                            Madona, kollam kerala (Sony authorised service centre). At last they told me that the battery is replaced and the hanging problem is rectified. They kept my phone for aronund 20 days for repairing. That means they took more time for repairing of 12 month warranty peroid phone. But i get back the handset from service centre after repairing the complaint still persist. What can i do your customer support is very bad. I cant attend incoming calls. Please resolve my problem as soon as possible

                              Dear concern,
                              I am one of your customer my phone no [protected] who bought M5 DUAL on Nov 3, 2016 of worth 25, 990/-. I just want to take your concern regarding inconvenience i am facing form your phone and customer care services since i bought the phone till the date.
                              I bought the phone from one of your authorised shop named ELECTRO PACIFIC, which is situated at S.C.O 1024, Sector-22 B, CHANDIGARH. The contact number of the shop is[protected], [protected]. The problem i was facing in the phone was of auto shutdown and the device got started only when i put the phone on charging otherwise it kept switched off. I started having this problem from the very next day of purchasing the phone i.e Nov 6, 2016. First to resolve the issue, i contacted with my dealer and further he suggested me to visit your customer care office which is established in S.C.O-128-129, 1st Floor, Sec-34 A, Chandigarh[protected]. I followed the procedure and submitted the phone on Nov 7, 2016. This was the day from the real problem got started. They gave me the printed DOA which they took back from me and didn't return me. They asked me to wait for 15 days and promised me to satisfy with a sealed brand new phone. But this didn't happen, as they handed over a unpacked phone. The back cover of the phone was not properly fixed i.e the back cover was too loose to get attached with the phone body properly. When i questioned over the reason of it the customer care executive tried to make me calm by saying that they are returning me the phone in the same condition they have received it from the head office and get the problem solve from outside. I refused to take the phone in damaged condition and gave the phone back and asked them to make it done. they gave me DOA again, D[protected] on Nov 21, 2016. I got my phone back on Nov25, 2016 the phone was in unpacked situation again. I used the phone for an hour and i noticed the same problem again which means they haven't fix the back cover. For the 3rd time i returned the phone and gave me DOA again, D[protected]. This is very disappointment and disgusting thing for the brand like SONY.
                              Furthermore, As i was a I-PHONE user and hence didn't know about any other phone or company. Just for a change and to experience new service and phone i switched to SONY. but i am very unsatisfy with the phone. I never experienced these type of things by APPLE.
                              To sum up, i am in waiting to get the seal packed phone and hope to get it soon as i am a businessman and suffering with problem due to phone. And please do tell me what step has to be taken if i get un-sealed and problematic phone again!!!

                                We bought a Sony TV last year but due to some personal reason we didn't use it till last month.from September we started using it so we need the stand to fit it on wall .so we contacted the shop dealer and he talked to the company customer care and agreed to give the stand even if the guarantee period is over.last day we went to buy the stand from the Sony shop .they denied our request and told since its not in the warranty period they can't give the stand.disgusting...this stand is free with the TV during installation and the knew we didn't buy the stand yet then why they don't want to give the stand...Sony's service is very poor...

                                  I bought it before 6 months and now while i connected it to my tv it shows no drives connected. I tried it on my laptop and it tells that you cannot access the files. I formatted it and again copied the files into it. Then also it says cannot open the file and some message appears. And a message appears while connecting the drive to my laptop that that there is a problem with this drive and do you want to fix it. Tried copying different types of files but no use. And now when i connect my drive the next time after formatting it says that access is denied and not able to access it and nothing shown in properties

                                    This is regards of Mr. Rushi Patil who has purchased handset xperia Z5 dual on 9th May 2016 from Reliance Digital Store.

                                    On 28th September 2016 due to some problem I had submitted my handset to M/s. Sri Sai Electronics service centre Vashi ( Job No: B1W[protected] & received delivery on 3rd October 2016 but my problem was not resolved so again I had submitted to same service centre & go Job no : W[protected] which they have given estimate of Rs. 27758.23/- which is not acceptable at all.

                                    When I had submitted my handset earlier that time there was no liquid damaged mentioned & now you people has declared liquid damaged.

                                    Litmus paper was not red on time of submission & you have mention RED, which is again wrong information has been enter on JOB sheet. I have audio proof of sony service engineer Mr.Mukesh he told that "the liquid indicator is white".

                                    I want my handset to be Repair in warranty as within 4 months of time it is gone Dead & your service centre giving wrong information to Sony.

                                    Consider this is last reminder as after this if I not get proper response so will approach to consumer Forum & make sure that my handset must get repaired under warranty.

                                    Light blinks on the TV, TV works for a while and shuts down by itself. Your technical came and told repair will be either Rs 5000 or part has to replaced which will cost Rs 12000. Just feeling very disappointed on my thought for considering Sony as a brand
                                    We bought your TV which had back to back issues, you offered a replacement TV which worked for a while and now has problems. Apparently there is a problem with your brand

                                      I have purchased this camera just 4-years back.
                                      I am fan of sony and have laptop and music system of sony.
                                      When i had given this product for servicing then at that time the part was not available in india.
                                      Service centre people has requested this part from singapore and told will get back to you.
                                      But i had got a call last week that part is unavailable.

                                      Sir, want to understand this product is just 4 year old and have cost more than rs. 20, 000/- and now there parts are unavailable.

                                      So, if such things are there then while buying a sony product we have to think twice before purchase.
                                      This camera is very nice in terms of quality and as gifted by my wife on my birthday so close to my heart.

                                      Sir/madam, please help me for the same.

                                        My Sony television purchased on the date of 31/08/2013, was in problem from last 4 months.I asked sony service provider for rectifying and they found that PANEL is defective.
                                        After that, up to now Didn't get any positive support from Sony dealer (Technoplaza - Barraackpore division) except odd behavior like sometimes they are telling, "this model is discontinued". sometimes "we will search if this panel available in stock in INDIA/SINGAPORE", Sometimes they offered for exchange.
                                        Now this has been delayed by more than 3 months and now they are asking for chargeable service visit once again.
                                        What should i do?we have contacted lots and that time their service and helpline personal wasted my time.and now they are asking for chargeable visit as this thing getting old?need to know why i will pay the service charge again?
                                        Expecting my television been rectified on ASAP basis.
